The winds of winter slowly, surely, gave way to the birdcalls of spring. Cardinals, blue jays, swallows, and finches frolic amongst the canopies of the trees. Rivers flowed from the runoff of mountains, brown straw grass turning green, creating small meadows in the clearings. Mistral truly was a beautiful country, with red oak, pine, and even a few cherry blossom trees blooming.

April, the month of spring, and bloom!

Kushina was sporting a small bump on her abdomen now, gone was from Konoha. She sported orange kimono, with a red spiral symbol on the back. Her obi, bright yellow, flowed from its tails as she walks slowly up the hill. Accompanying her was three of her escorts, people who had vowed to watch over her. She didn't like the idea at first, but Minato was concerned that if she drew out the Nine Tail's power while pregnant that she could lose their baby.

Midori, the leader of her escorts, and Vern's daughter walked beside her. Her green hair flowed down her shoulders in ponytail. She wore some body armor, having learned taken to learning ninjutsu directly from Kushina herself. The other two, smaller girls, were in the process of learning what they could.

"Kushina-san," Midori halted their group, "we're being followed."

The redheaded woman moved to the side just Midori sidestepped her, bringing a blade up to deflect a dull kunai that whistled toward her. It went into the air as a blue-haired boy with wings flew down from a tree, attempting to hold Kushina at knifepoint. He was intercepted, brought down in two different grapples right in front of Midori by the other girls.

"Ouch, jeez, okay you passed!" The kid cried out, "Why did you have to bite my arm sis!"

"Well, Tori, you kind of scared me you big jerk!" Tori's sister whined while getting off him, "Ahi?"

The other girl, a girl with bright orange hair with red tips, removed herself from Tori's back. Backflipping up to show her gymnastic skill, and landing on both of her feet. Tori got up, dusting himself before stretching. He looked at Kushina, smiling before watching as several birds flew away from the hilltop.

Kushina greets him, smiling softly, "Tori-san, so my husband sent you to test my guard?"

"Pfft, nah, I was the distraction." Tori admitted before disappearing into smoke Kushina's eyes widened when the real Tori appeared behind her, "Expect the unexpected Aoi!"

Midori, Ahi, and Aoi shout, "A clone!"

Aoi just groans, "Oh great, Tor isn't going to ever let me live this down ugh!"

"You three, plus Tori, and a few others are going to be true shinobi one day. Nothing in the world of shinobi is fair, and even. You have to make the odds work for you, no matter what." Minato lectured while appearing behind his wife and wrapping his hands around her, "Even if you're opponent infinitely better…you just fight infinitely smarter."

"Are we dismissed, sir?" Midori asked while standing tall and straight.

Minato nods his head, "That you are, Midori-san. Go to your father, we've got a small group of new arrivals today."

"New arrivals?" Kushina questioned while craning her neck back to get a look at her husband's face, "Didn't we just a have a small group join us last week?"

"Yes, three more, apparently, they've journeying the roads near Argus after getting robbed. Hungry, tired, they'll probably eat and rest before being on their way." Minato told her before giving her a quick peck, picking her up to carry afterwards, which elicited a small gasp from her.

Walking toward the top of the hill, cresting over it to reveal a large camp. Dozens of adults walking by, fulfilling daily roles to get the day done. Children running around with some of the shinobi children in training. Tori had taken flight, using chakra to strengthen his wings to do so. He was already leading his younger sister, Aoi, toward where a group of children had been sitting. Midori, herself, had taken to teaching some of the other teenagers around the camp. Some taking an interest, but most just sticking to what they knew.

What had been a few dozen people exploded over the last three months. Bandits that held prisoners, thinking their people were easy targets, found themselves quickly defeated. The people that had been held captive, feeling abandoned by their leaders in Mistral, quickly joined ranks. Mostly humans, but Faunus also held a noteworthy stake in the population size of the camp.

"Minato, our fishermen from the nearby river had an excellent bounty thanks to young Tori!" A man called out as he walked by, the leader noting the specific praise toward Tori had increased as of late.

Tori had blossomed from the winter, a nervous kid, having totally transformed into a confident young shinobi. Although he wasn't anywhere near as strong as a normally trained Genin would be, he was still considerable given the handicap. His sister Aoi had picked up rather easily on the training as well. Both of them were going to be good enough to send ahead as scouts soon.

For right now, the people he mainly he used as scouts were adult volunteers with weapons. Never traveling alone, which may had drawn in a few little bandit groups from time to time. They trusted Minato to come save them if they needed the help and followed his words as law. Minato himself wasn't the official leader of the people but found himself as a co-leader next to Vern. The old man acting as a buffer for the newcomers and gave them more proper greetings than Minato could understand.

Vern was walking toward Minato, who had to hear a grumble as he put his wife down. She watches the two men shake hands, with the older man speaking up first.

"So, people are talking about the last gathered, the one you gave to us about The Will Of Fire. Some have been taking to calling it by different names. I was wondering how you feel about this. Since our group, The Taiyo, is named after a word sunrise…people have taken to modifying it to The Will Of The Sun." Vern told Minato, watching as the blonde man became pensive, "It's non-religious I assure you."

Minato ponders the information, "No one is using it as a means to dissuade people from joining or forcing them?"

"No," The old mayor of Wind Fall confirmed. "I suppose you'll hold a meeting on it here soon?"

The blonde shinobi nods, confirming Vern's suspicions on the matter, "Yes."

"Okay, I'll make sure to round up everyone, let's shoot for Sunday…shouldn't we just make every Sunday a mandatory meeting day?" He pondered aloud, scratching his beard, "Give us a way to schedule these things."

"Between my clones teaching some of the kids, my wife's needs, and me helping around. I could probably go with a more streamlined means of organizing. Sunday is in two days, correct?" Minato inquired, scratching the small amount of peach fuzz near his cheeks.

Kushina childishly pulls one of those hairs, making him hiss a little, "You can also use a shave."

"Maybe I want to grow a beard out?" Minato replied with a sly smirk.

"Oh really, wonder what type of beard?" His wife inquired while nuzzling up to him a little bit, "I hope you aren't growing a long hermit beard."

Vern chuckles while looking at the peach fuzz, "I think he could do with just something small. Honestly, a full-blown yellow beard on the face looks like you've ate nothing but mustard."

"That or what you call nacho cheese," Minato retorted while thinking. "I guess I'll just let grow for a few more weeks, if I don't like it's not like I have a razor."

Kushina giggles while looking into his eyes, "Guess I'll have something besides your hair to grip then~"

The older man nods his head, "With that I'll take my leave."

"Wait a minute, Vern-san, any reports of bandit activity?" He inquired while feeling his wife nuzzle into his neck.

The old man thought for a moment, "Now that you mention it, strangely not as of lately."

"I guess they know they're on notice in the area," Minato reasoned while picking up his wife. "If you'll excuse me, I'll be about an hour."

"Heh, good luck with that!" Vern chortled before leaving.

Kushina eyes her husband, "An hour?"

"If I didn't constantly blow my wife's mind consistently, what kind of husband would I be?"

A few days pass, today was Sunday, and everyone was gathered along with the newcomers. The trio of bandit survivors had decided to stay, making the camp break the one hundred people mark. Faunus, human, the young, and old gathered. Minato was standing atop a soap box, waiting for everyone to get settled.

Some people remained stood respectfully with hands behind their back. This Sunday brought upon a bright sunny day, with no clouds in the sky at all. Kushina was sat amongst the crowd, with Midori, and Vern. The only person who stood out from the crowd was Minato himself, who complied some notes in front of him.

After a pregnant pause, where silence took hold, he began.

"Greetings everyone," Minato greeted them with a smile. "Today is an auspicious one it seems."

Some of the crowd murmured in agreement, with some children squirming to go play. Tori himself was ready to get back into practicing his first new jutsu, and Midori herself would be lying if she didn't want Minato to be done so she can continue learning under Kushina. Small portions of the group were looking at each other, Vern meanwhile focused intently on Minato.

The young leader took a deep breath, "Previously three weeks ago I talked about The Will Of Fire. It was to mark the first warm day we've felt as a group."

"Honesty, loyalty, respect, and empathy are core essentials to us. If we cannot be honest between ourselves, then we cannot grow. A tree, which bears no seeds, will see itself alone in the meadow. Likewise, those seeds must be loyal, and cannot scatter themselves too far. When I first came to your world, I was shocked by the people who are called Faunus, because I've never seen anything like them in my old world. As previously stated last week, respect, is earned amongst each other. Race, no matter how it may seem, doesn't play a part in the matters of respect. You are all equals, you all hold the same value, because you are all my responsibility. Which is why when you come to me, sick and tired, poor, and hungry, I shall feed you and have your ailments nursed." Minato spoke softly while never once looking away from the crowd gathered.

He then moved the cards in his hand, making sure he knew what he was going to say next.

"Lately I've heard some people going around talking about the word my wife shared with Vern months ago. Taiyō, which means sun or sunrise in my language. I've had days to think about something Vern-san told me, about how some of have changed my speech three weeks ago. I come to you today, to mark every Sunday as a day of meeting on the matter of us as a group. If you wish, perhaps The Will Of Fire should be adapted into The Will Of The Sun. In a way it makes sense, because only under the sun can these trees grow. Only the sun can make the flowers blossom, breathe life after winter, and warm the hearts enough to give empathy." He stated calmly, placing hands behind his back.

"I speak from the heart, everyone of you have touched me and my wife since coming together. It is an honor, a privilege, to stand amongst you and learn from you. I have not officially declared our group anything yet. We are not a rebellion against the system, we are not bandits under different coats, nor are we seeking conflict with anyone…" Minato closed his eyes, thinking about what he was going to say next.

"Four months ago, in January, me and my wife accidentally arrived in this world. I thought it was the end of my dreams, her dreams, and that all we could do was blend in. Then I saw the suffering, the struggles of the people of Wind Fall. Why should good people, who show empathy to others, see hardships? Where children starve themselves, to provide for siblings, and bitterness take hold amongst the adults." Minato watched the crowd as they nodded, seeing some of them stand up.

Minato then raises his voice, "My ways have been bred from countless ages of conflict. I've seen the strife of war, the hopelessness of struggle, and the death of empathy!"

"I say onto to those who've taken the first steps to becoming shinobi, the warriors of my people. I say onto you, that your duty is uphold The Will Of The Sun! So that one day, your children can see the meadow filled with abundance, that the warmth you've created may give comfort to others! You must show honor, honesty, courage, and empathy! Only through standing together, do we unite undivided." The crowd was beginning to be roused by Minato's words, most standing up.

Minato took a deep breath, "I know some of you seek to become Huntsmen one day. I ask that you do so in the service of the greater good, not in the service of yourself. For those that have become my students, like that of young Tori-san, I ask that you take these words to heart. You are the sun in the sky, for your warmth shall shine down on others and burn the darkness."

Tori stood up, holding his hand up, followed by Midori and several others.

"What shall we call ourselves?" Minato inquired while standing tall, "Because I believe a new sunrise is coming to this world."

Tori was the first to answer Minato's call, "Taiyō, we should call ourselves The Taiyō!"

Several people started chanting the word, some offered no comment. Vern himself stood up, raising his hand up toward the sky, "Taiyō!"

Midori screams it out, "We are the new sunrise, Taiyō!"

"Taiyō!"
"Taiyō!"
"Taiyō!"
"Taiyō!"

He raises his hand up, Minato beckoning them to be silent. People stood there, no longer sitting down. Roused to a call of action. They all waited with bated breath, the sun shining brightly as noon came. Tori, Aoi, and Ahi stood side by side, awaiting their sensei's words. Midori herself stood next to Kushina, her emerald eyes shimmering with hope. Vern found his daughter's hand, clutching it.

The pregnant pause was broken!

"Then today, on April tenth, year eighty-three after The Great War. I, Minato Namikaze, declare our group as The Taiyō Movement!" He declared to the rambunctious cheering of his people!

Kushina walked over to Minato after everyone started to disperse. Pressing into his chest with her finger, "Taiyōkage?"

"I honestly don't know, besides with a movement of barely one hundred people…" Minato watched as the children went about practicing hand seals, some even forming clones! "I'll be damned if he didn't teach them something else."

"Tori has a knack for teaching, perhaps it would be best to let him learn everything he can from some of the scrolls. Just translate for him, or better yet…" Kushina reached into her satchel, pulling out a journal, "Perhaps it's time put our lessons to their words?"

"You've already started with Midori, haven't you?" He asked his wife, looking over her shoulder to see the green-haired fox faunus healing several cuts from people going into the woods earlier.

"So, it begins…" Minato thought as he walked with his wife, "Hmm…Taiyōkage, that wouldn't be a bad title. That's if our people want it to be so, Kushina-hime."

Tori, Aoi, Ahi, and Midori ran through the woods together. Another three months had passed, June brought with it the rainstorms. Something that their group compensated for with Minato using Earth Style techniques to create shelters wherever they marched. Their sensei had taught them a lot over the last two months.

Tori was the first to lead the charge, crashing into two Beowolves as they surrounded a group of people. He stabbed them both in the head with kunai, whilst his sister slid to stop, weaving hand seals before puffing her cheeks out. A beowolf went charging at her only to have a jet of high-pressure water explode from her mouth, ripping through its chest.

Midori herself blocked a claw strike from another, delivering a chakra enhanced punch that sent it flying through a nearby tree. Ahi dodged two of them, her bright orange hair getting mud on it from one of the beasts lunging at her. Growling, she weaved hand seals rapidly before running backwards and kicking off a nearby tree to dodge it.

Another one attempted to sneak up behind her, but she leans forward when it bites. Her body tucked and allowing her to springboard up with a kick directly under the beast's chin. She got upright midair before kicking the beast into a nearby tree. It's back broke on it, leaving it on the ground to fade into black dust.

Midori turns around to see the two wolf demons coming at her, only to get intercepted by Ahi. The two that had chased her earlier were about to get a very big surprise. Flames spilled from her mouth slowly before lurched back!

"Fire Style: Fireball Jutsu!" She screamed before unleashing a torrent of flames from her mouth.

The wolf demons screamed in pain as they caught ablaze. She landed with her back to Tori, who smirked as he brought out two kunai, twirling them in his hand. The group of people getting escorted by Midori out of the area. Aoi landed next to her brother, already weaving hand seals again. Several more Grimm emerged from the forest around them.

"Water Style: Cascading Water Flow!" She loudly called before feeling her chakra reserves nearly bottom out!

All the water in the area suddenly pulled around them, with Aoi slamming her hand down. A wave of fresh rainwater blasted them away from them as Aoi staggered slightly. She watched as some of them flew into trees, dying on impact. One of them, with bony armor, got back up and charged right at Tori. The bird Faunus charges against it, sliding under it's swipes while cutting its heels open.

It wailed out in pain as it fell froward into the mud. It was about to get back up before Tori somersaulted backwards and landed on its head. Sticking both kunai knives right into its skull, twisting them to make sure that the beast died.

Aoi and Tori fist bumped each other before both dodged back just in time. A large bone spear landed where they had been. A giant ursa crashed through the forest, roaring out. The very same type that nearly six months ago destroyed their little camp. Now, without think Ahi and Tori moved in sink, leaving Aoi to catch her breath behind a nearby tree. Both the orange-haired and blue-haired youths moved at the same time. With Ahi weaving some hand seals different from before, sliding under the large bear as it swiped at her. Tori, using his wings, kept the bear on its toes. A kunai here and there distracting it as his friend charges her attack.

Using his chance, Tori dived down from the canopy and drove two kunai into the beast's back. He sped away as the beast threw itself into a tree to crush. Two tags unfurled from the handles of the blades and began to sizzle before exploding into fiery explosions that broke the beast's armor. Using this chance, Ahi released her jutsu, making the fireball from the explosive tags turn into spears.

"Fire Style: Demonic Spear!" She called forth and made them pierce through the cracks in the armor, cooking the monster alive.

It roared out, trying to move forward toward her, only to fall short. She flicked its forehead while it disappeared. Aoi came from behind the tree, coughing slightly before smiling as Tori landed in front of her. He grabbed the little girl before she could fall over.

"Aoi, you overexerted yourself again, Minato-sensei tells all the time to take it easy learning new stuff." Tori lectured his sister before carrying her on his back, "Ahi! Good job with that fire jutsu!"

Ahi smiles brightly, "Thanks Tori, when are you going to learn an elemental jutsu?"

"Pfft, I got my tools and my speed, I think I'm perfectly for a little bit." The young boy boasted before looking at his sister, "She over did it with that large water jutsu."

"Well, she is your sister," the orange-haired girl commented before walking over to them. "C'mon, Midori is going to be waiting on us with those people."

Tori held a free hand out, "Rock, paper, scissors for who has to explain what they just saw us do?"

"Frag it, I'm down!" Ahi stated before holding out a hand.

"One."
"Two!"
"Three!"

"Boom!" Tori declared before smiling, "It's your turn, Ahi!"

"Ahh c'mon that's such bulls-…" A loud noise boomed out as Ahi was thrown to the ground.

Tori barely held onto Aoi, watching as a bullhead buzzed over them. The transport aircraft heading west, toward their home. Cursing to himself, the young leader grabbed Ahi up, dusting her off. Checking over her before failing to notice the small blush on the nine-year old's face.

"The hell was that about?!" Ahi screamed, flicking off the sky, "Wait…aren't they heading…oh crap!"

Tori grabs a small radio out of his pouch, "Midori come in, we're needing to get to our camp asap!"

"Already getting the people moving to the camp, what was that? It looked like a bullhead, but why was it fully armed and flying towards our camp?!" Midori yelled out over the radio.

"Don't know, but I know it can't be good…"

Minato watches as Kushina struggled with her baby bump. She adjusted her kimono, clambering out of a tent with Minato as the rest of the camp made their way to prepare. The large group of people, now numbering in the two hundred range, all heard the loud boom from yonder.

"Minato-san!" Vern yelled out as he ran toward him, "Midori's group just reported in over the radio, it's a military bullhead."

"Military?" Minato questioned while seeing the large transport flying closer, "Don't fight, just let them land."

"Yes sir, c'mon men, let's rally up and welcome some very rude guests!" Vern shouted out as he came to order the non-shinobi around the camp to arm themselves. "Let's go, move it, move it!"

"Minato, is everything alright?" Kushina inquired while watching the transport come in, not even bothering to land in a clearing. "Minato…"

"Kushina-hime, it'll be fine, probably just a late response to Higanbana incident." Minato told his wife before walking away from her, his brown cloak fluttering in the wind.

Several armed soldiers dismounted off the bullhead, followed by a two people with red eyes and black hair. Obviously these two were twins, one being armed with a katana and the other some sort of folded weapon. Minato watched as the male twin finished drinking out of a flask, and his sibling eyed the rest of the people.

"Some bandit camp, are you sure that old witch's information is correct?" The man asked his sister before watching Minato approach them, "Hey buddy, are you the bandit leader?"

"Bandit leader, sir, I think you've been highly misinformed." Minato replied while resting his arms to his sides, "My name is Minato Namikaze."

"His name matches the intel, but if this is a bandit camp then I'm Summer Rose," his sister commented sardonically before focusing back on the man in front of them. "We've got someone in Mistral city stating that a large group of people has gone missing in this area."

"Oh, that, that's because they're here with us. Those people had been kidnapped, assaulted by Grimm, or were rescued from one of the slavers running about. I can assure that we're not keeping anyone here against their will." The blonde shinobi pointed out, eyeing them over to determine if they were ready for a fight.

The woman looked toward her brother, "Qrow, I think that old witch's information is wrong."

"Of course, it is," Qrow bemoaned before taking his flask back out. "Hey buddy, what exactly is all of this, I notice a lot of Faunus here…are you some sort of White Fang branch group?"

"White Fang?"

"Oh, well shit he doesn't know does he? Raven, mind explaining it to him?" Qrow called out to his sister, taking a deep breath before drinking.

Raven, the sister of Qrow, looked at Minato and spoke. "The White Fang are a Faunus group formed to push for equal rights across all four kingdoms. They became the newest big thing a couple years back." She explained before taking her hand of her katana.

"Well, I commend them for taking on the good fight, no one deserves to be treated unequal." Minato stated while crossing his arms, "But that doesn't explain how you know about me?"

"Your name has become synonymous to any reports we get out on the road. Apparently one of the old crones inside the government of Mistral saw you as nothing more than a bandit group. We can see that your people are well taken care of, if you don't mind, how many are there here?" Raven questioned, looking over them. "You have an army, and what is the banner?"

Minato looked toward a small flag with an orange sun rising on the horizon of green and white. He turns to them, "That is the banner of The Taiyō Movement."

"Taiko?"

"No, Taiyō, there's an oh at the end." Minato explained before looking at his people standing at the ready, "Is that an issue as well?"

"No, not with us anyway, but Mistral's government is cracking down on groups forming without an official charter. A White Fang group recently got denied a government charter because they were considered extremist, which is a bunch of crock." Qrow replied before raising his flask up, "Drink?"

The shinobi leader shook his head, "No, thank you for the kindness though."

"Still," Raven interrupted them, "How many people are currently residing here?"

"Last that we counted, I'd say our numbers have had a boon due to my students taking on missions to rescue people across local areas." Minato rubs his chin, which now sported a small beard and pursed his lips, "I'd say around three hundred."

"And you live out on the road, no fear of Grimm?" Qrow inquired, very impressed while looking at the slightly older man in front of him. "Guess the reports about you being something of a leader are true."

"Just not a bandit leader," Raven commented before looking at him, "He remains me of my husband back home, Taiyang."

"You know what, it's the beard, I'm telling you I'm having trouble it's a little creepy." Qrow laughed before holding out his scroll, "You wouldn't be related to this guy, would you?"

Minato looked at the picture, humming, the man was almost a dead ringer. The only differences were the shade of blue in their eyes, hair complexion, and face shape. Plus, this Taiyang kept his beard down to a fuzz and goatee. Kushina came up next to him, pursing her lips as well.

"Wow, Minato, didn't know you had a brother?" She teased him before kissing his neck, backing away.

Minato blushes a little, "Heh, neither did I Kushina-hime."

"Excuse me," Kushina looked up at Raven, "Are you here because of something we did wrong…or…?"

"Nah, we're here because someone in Mistral's government has a stick up their ass." Qrow replied before swigging down his flask again, "Oh, by the way congratulations on the baby."

"Well thank you," Minato replied with a small smile. "Well, are we done here?"

"We're still waiting on Mistral to message us back. Our men have been messaging them since we started this little parley." The Huntsman said before watching a solider come out of the transport, "Well?"

"I have some bad news…" The soldier said before turning to Minato, "He's now being charged."

"For what?!" Qrow yelled out as he looked at the soldier disbelieving, "Obviously the guy isn't some sort of bandit leader."

"No, not banditry anymore, apparently, they're considering him a fringe leader. He's being charged with political dissonance and causing interruptions to tax collections. All minor charges, but obviously with three hundred people…his movement isn't exactly a small one." The solider commented before walking up toward Minato.

The soldier was an older man, with a robotic arm, and leg. "Hello sir, I'm sorry to be the one to do this, you seem cordial enough."

"You have your orders to follow, old man." Minato commented before holding out his wrists.

It all happened at once as his people started screaming protest, some shouting, even a bottle getting thrown the soldier's way. Vern immediately stopped the person who did, trying to dissuade any type of violence from occurring. Tori, Aoi, and Ahi arrived with Midori along with their newest rescues coming into the viewing as well. Tori looked at Minato, who was getting ready to have cuffs put on his wrists.

Tori didn't waste a single second, running toward Minato!

He stood between him and guard, kunai drawn. Several soldiers had their guns pointed at Tori, obviously unwilling to truly pull the trigger on a child. However, it spoke volumes that they'd point at him in the first place. They all felt the tension in the air rise up, but Minato placed his hands on Tori's shoulder.

"Son," Tori's eyes widened as his hand shook at Minato's words, "It's okay."

"No, it's not, you only save people and now Mistral wants to consider us it's citizens?! Where were they when Wind Fall was taken, where were they all the times we saved people?! I'm not letting them take you, especially not from your child getting ready to get born into this world!" Tori shouted as he continued putting the kunai up, "They'll have to kill me before they get to you, father!"

Kushina nearly shed a tear at Tori's words, but she watched as the old soldier took a deep breath. He threw down the cuffs, looking toward the Hunter and Huntress that accompanied them. His men, having been disheartened by the recent riot breakings in Mistral as the council became more dictatorial threw down their guns.

"You realize that insubordination is a capital offense, I wouldn't want an innocent life lost over political differences. I'm pretty sure I can get a fair day in court." Minato argued while watching the old soldier sigh, "But I wasn't, wasn't I?"

"No," The old soldier turned to the Hunters, "You can back to Mistral on that bullhead with the rest of my men."

"No, Captain Hephaistos, we're staying with you sir!" One of the soldiers called out, a young Faunus man with pale skin, and webbed fingers. "Fuck Mistral, I'm not going back their to beat on another Faunus kid because they want to eat at the same restaurant as a human one!"

"Sapo!"

"Don't Sapo me, Captain, if you're staying, I'm staying too!" The Toad Faunus yelled out as he removes his helmet, revealing bright emerald hair and blue eyes.

Minato knew this was bad, but he couldn't stop someone from making their choices, "What you're doing could cause my group to be named a rebellion."

"Oh no it won't," Qrow stated while walking up to him. "I'm going to make a scroll call, hopefully we can get this mess sorted out."

"Is it true by the way," Raven inquired while watching her brother walk away, "Do you use magic?"

Minato shook his head, "No…what I use is Ninjutsu."

"Interesting…perhaps Oz will be interested in a determination." The raven-haired woman commented, playing with the wedding ring on her hand. "You know who Ozpin is, correct?"

"No, not really," Minato admitted before hearing Qrow speaking frantically over the device. "Why would you all want to help me?"

"Ozpin has a thing for diplomacy, this ninjutsu you people use are making waves around more than just the roads of Mistral. Hunters are talking about it, some positively, some negatively, I commend that you son's initiative." Raven complimented Tori, looking down at him, "You'll far kid…one day when you're older come find me and I'll give you the fight of your life."

"Is that threat, or…" Tori inquired confused, lowering his kunai. "I'm confused."

"It means, kid, the next time you raise a kunai at me…you use the damn thing." Raven chuckled before looking at Minato, "Call it a spar."

Minato ruffles Tori's hair, "Don't let her get to you, besides she's just baiting me."

"Maybe so," Raven retorted with a grin, "You don't seem like the fighting type."

"Heh," Minato chuckled slightly before suddenly appearing behind Raven, "It's because I'm too fast at my fights."

She didn't even have time to reach for her sword before he got behind her. Standing there, vulnerable, not many people have ever made her feel like such a novice. He didn't have a weapon out, but when she turned to see him again the only thing, she caught was the vanishing yellow flash before he reappeared next to his woman.

Raven would've been lying if she wasn't a little turned on by it…best to keep that to herself. She looked down at Tori, who had put away the kunai.

"Indeed kid, you're going to go far with that kind of teacher."

Those Who Endure!

A silver-haired man was finishing up his call, "Yes I'll be there, Qrow."

"I think this is also the guy that reportedly has been using some form of magic, Raven got him talking earlier. Something about it being called Ninjutsu." Qrow said over the line, the silver-haired man hearing chattering in the background. "The latest council meeting has made even the soldiers here mad; they're refusing to take him in, and some are joining with him. Ozpin, the whole fucking situation is powder keg waiting go up…especially if Jimmy gets involved."

"Come now, General Ironwood isn't that bad of diplomat." Ozpin replied back softly before using his laptop to order two flight tickets to Mistral. "Stay with the group, learn what you can about this 'Minato' and the so-called Taiyō Movement."

"With all due respect, sir, Jimmy has the charm of a sledgehammer flirting with a glass window. Me, and Raven were planning to stand around. There's also the fact the man is training children, one of them named Tori actually sprinted at such extreme speeds I couldn't keep up...just because he surprised me." Qrow replied before his boss heard shuffling, "We're getting invited to the lunch they're serving…a bunch of fish."

"Enjoy the food, I'll be there in two days," Ozpin stated before getting up from his desk. "Ms. Goodwitch!"

Glynda Goodwitch, Ozpin's second, came into the office.

"Are you going to Mistral?" She inquired while watching Ozpin grab his cane.

"Yes, Qrow and Raven have run into a most interesting person there. Someone that has been making waves in Hunter circles for a while now, simply because he's taken down almost every bandit group inside the southern region of Anima." He answered before walking toward his bedroom, packing clothes.

Glynda stood at the doorway, "If we know…it's possible she knows too."

"That is why it's important that he knows she exists. That she can be the single biggest threat to him, especially when it comes to stealing knowledge." He told her before packing his suitcase, "You're in charge until I return."

"Yes sir, have a safe flight!"

Author's Notes.

So, as you may notice we're going through time skips. I'm giving you all a heads up that we've got at least four more chapters before Naruto takes over the role as the lead character. Not exactly spoilers, but we all knew that it has to happen eventually.

Next up is Roaring Sun this week, followed by Broken Moon. The poll for the next revamp story is just going to remain until next week. Simply click on my profile name to be taken to it. The next story I do will be a Weiss pairing.

We could call it the four season's collection.

Ruby (Fall.)
Yang (Summer.)
Blake (Spring.)
Weiss (Winter.

Anyway, that's enough from me, let me know what you think? Do you think that eventually Minato will get forced into joining a kingdom, or perhaps going the full mile become an independent state? After all this is a Heavy Au fic. Also, I may get rated M on a later date for…reasons…yeah that's a word.

Thank you for your continued support.
