"What are you up to?" Trevor asked as he sat up on his bed.
There was a horrible storm outside and Olivia had been stuck at his place for over two hours already. She was waiting on the night nurse but by the looks of it, he was not going to arrive soon. So she sent Lucy a text to drop Noah off at Cragen's place for the night because she knew she wasn't going to make it home in time.
"I'm searching for a movie for us to watch, while we eat those nachos that you taught me to make" She said while searching through his tons of movies.
He smirked as he watched her move about his room, she wore a baggy shirt and jeans, her shoes had been discarded and now her feet were only clad in socks. Her hair was tied up into a messy bun and she looked absolutely beautiful. He saw her bend down to check in the lower casing, so he tried his absolute best to not stare at her ass.
"Yes I finally got something!" she said with a happy smirk.
He raised an eyebrow at her, "what did you find?"
"Ready Or Not" she said with a shrug "I've never watched it before but the cover looks cool so I think it might be interesting."
He let out a soft laugh "let's hope you're right."
She moved onto the bed beside him after putting the dvd in and placed the bowl of cheesy nachos onto his lap "okay I'm going to leave our coco on the beside table until it cools down enough for us to drink it."
He took her hand and smirked "that's fine, now sit back, relax and enjoy the movie."
She settled beside him focusing on what looked like a good movie, she settled beneath the blankets. Wanting as much warmth as she could get.
Trevor focused on the movie that began playing and began snacking on some of the nachos. He was trying to focus on the movie but having her this close to him was quit distracting. He could smell her perfume and he could feel the warmth that radiating from her body as her shoulder rested against his.
Olivia smirked as she turned to him "you're supposed to focusing on the movie"
"I'm sorry, I'm really trying to but that drop of cheese sauce on your shoulder is distracting." he said with a laugh before wiping it off her exposed shoulder " now I'll be able to focus"
She let out a laugh "How did that get there in the first place?"
"I don't know, but it definitely makes me wonder what you were up to with cheese sauce, which is delicious by the way." he quipped with a handsome smirk.
She nudged his shoulder gently "its a secret recipe" she smirked "Do you want your coco?"
He nodded "that would be lovely."
She reached over and handed him the cup of coco before settling beside him once again. She sipped at her coco while watching the movie, she shook her head when she saw the bride hiding from her husband's family.
"I don't think I would survive the night in that place with all those crazy people wanting to kill me" she said with a chuckle.
He gave her an inquisitive look "have you ever shot somebody before?"
She pursed her lips "yes. I shot three people before"
He saw her eyes welling up with tears pulled her closer to him, wrapping his arm around her shoulder.
Her face moved into his neck as she let out a sigh "I've killed three people and I would do it again if I had to"
"What happened?"
She wiped her tears "the first one was a guy named Lucas Greyer, he was a warden at a prison and I had gone undercover as an inmate." she cleared her throat. "I got into a fight with one of the inmates and was sent to solitary for three days. While in there he came in and tried to rape me, what he didn't know was that I am trained to fight off perpetrators. We fought and I managed to get out of there, and my then captian came to get me. Lucas came after me and broke into my apartment one night after finding out who I really am. He was scared that I was going to report him, and he attacked me..."
"Did he... You know..." he trailed off unsure on how to even ask her that.
She nodded "yes he did rape me. I still don't know how, but I eventually managed to break free and shot him in the head when he came after me again."
"I'm so sorry" he said while wrapping his arms tighter around her body.
Olivia cuddled into his embrace "the other two were just assholes who attacked me... I only got raped twice though. The one was Lucas and the other was a psychotic bastard, he shot himself in the head."
"I think I have a whole new respect for you now, don't get me wrong I've always respected you. But it's so much deeper now because you are the strongest person I know. How you still manage to see the good in the world after what you've been through, amazes me." he said with a warm smile.
"If I can see the good in the world, so can you." she gave him a small smile "you just have to go out and experience it again."
"What do you have in mind?" he asked with a smile.
She thought about it for a moment "start small"
"Well then how does lunch sound? At a little dinner I used to love going to, that way I'll be getting out of the house and I'll make up on turning you down a few days ago." he asked with a smirk.
She pursed her lips before taking his phone and adding her number into it "text me the when and where... I will clear up my schedule for it."
He chuckled "using my own lines on me I see"
"you're not the only smart ass here." she said with a laugh before settling back in his arms.
They watched the rest of the movie in a comfortable silence, both of them surprised by how natural this all felt. They were cuddled up on his bed watching horror movies while the rain was pouring outside. They figured that the night nurse wasn't going to come so Olivia helped him settle down in the bed.
She carried the nachos bowl to the kitchen and cleaned it before returning to the bedroom. She popped another movie in before settling down beside him again, she laid her head on his chest and tried to stifle a yawn. She was so tired and comfortable that she couldn't keep her eyes open and before long she was asleep.
Trevor heard her breathing even out and realised that she had fallen asleep, he wrapped his arms around her and turned the television off with the remote control. He had no idea what he was feeling but he knew it had something to do with her lying in his arms like this. Her arm was wrapped around his waist and she looked adorable all cuddled up to him.

Alex walked into his home early the next morning, to relieve the night nurse. She smirked when she saw Olivia's car in the driveway and her coat on the rack. She walked further into the quiet house and saw that the kitchen was clean and everything was in its place.
What was weird was that Trevor was not up and groaning about wanting to be bathed, which was pretty much a morning routine. Her eyes widened when she walked into his bedroom and found him and Olivia asleep, in the same position from the night before.
She grabbed her phone and took a picture of them before moving over to open the curtains which made Olivia stir instantly.
Olivia's eyes fluttered open and she let out a contented sigh before yawning softly. She closed her eyes and cuddled closer to Trevor, enjoying the heat he provided her with.
"Good morning lovebirds" Alex said startling both Olivia and Trevor out of their sleepy states.
Olivia sat up with a start and gave her friend a confused look "what time is it?"
"It's 6:30" she said "you two looked awfully cosy, I'm so sorry to have disturbed you."
"of course you are" Olivia responded sarcastically "why didn't the night nurse show up?"
"He sent an apology text this morning, his car broke down last night and he couldn't get any transport to come out here." she explained while moving Trevor's chair closer to the bed.
Trevor had a hand resting over his eyes "I'm exhausted."
Olivia ran a hand through her hair "well on the bright side, at least you weren't alone."
...
"Olivia, you two slept in the same bed" Alex said with a smirk.
Olivia shrugged before handing Noah a cookie from the kitchen counter "Alex, lit's not a big deal, it was cold and we were watching movies. We didn't plan to sleep in the same bed and I was going to take the sofa but I fell asleep. He didn't mind."
"Bray can you speak some sense into her?" Alex asked as she settled down beside her fiance.
He pressed a gentle kiss to the side of her head before taking some popcorn out of the bowl she was holding. He popped it into his mouth and chewed in silence before looking over at Olivia "Liv you have been single for a long time, and I know it's been hard for you with everything that happened with Carter and having Noah. You've done everything to be the best mother to that little guy, and you are the best mother to him."
Olivia smiled as she pulled her son into her arms, he was supposed to be asleep while the grown ups had a little game night. Unfortunately things didn't go to plan so he was still wide awake and bubbling about. With him being awake the grown ups decided to have a little movie night with him, watching a cartoon of his choice over a few drinks and some snacks.
"I think you should get out there and find someone to love you again. I can see that you care for this guy, so maybe open up and allow him in." Brayton smirked, before nudging Alex "Also I think you need to stop trying to force them into a relationship. I know you care for both Olivia and Trevor but you should allow them to figure things out on their pace."
"I'll agree with you on that bit" Olivia said with a playful smirk "Al I love you and I will always be open with you when it comes relationships and those type of things. But you push a bit too hard sometimes, and I know you mean good but give us time to think things through and figure things out."
"Fine I'll back off" Alex grumbled.
Olivia laughed "don't worry, I'll keep you in the loop with all the details of how our friendship is coming along."
"This guy better be worth it, cause all I hear is 'Liv and Trevor this, Liv and Trevor that' and honestly I never thought I'd hear this much of a guy I have never met." Brayton teased, getting a playful slap from Alex in response.
Olivia snickered at the bickering couple "we should invite him over once, for a game night or something. That way he will be getting out of his house and also he will have a little fun."
"You're working extra hard to win that bet aren't you?" Alex quipped.
She shrugged innocently "nope. I just want to get to know him better and its always easier to do that in a care free environment. It's not all about the bet you know, I do actually enjoy being around him. He's funny, smart, creative and sarcastic enough to get along with me. Plus we have a few deep conversations every now and then, it's fun."
"Okay then, we should find out when we're all free and have a game night then, I'll speak to Trevor about it and I'm sure he will disagree like a hundred times before eventually caving." Alex said while laughing at the thought of her stubborn patient.
Olivia raised a brow at her friend "leave it to me, I'm sure I could get him to come over."
