"I can't believe anyone would attack Malfoy," Ron sighed.

"Doesn't everyone hate him? That's a motive," Hermione replied.

"They're scared of him Hermione. He's scary."

This is how tonight has been.

Lot's of shock, lots of sadness for some reason. We definitely didn't hurt Malfoy, but we weren't pals. So why did we feel bad? It seemed Hermione was wondering this as well.

"Why do I feel like helping him? I don't like him, far from that, but it seems like we have to solve this."

"Hermione, the whole staff is trying to solve it. They don't need three 13 year olds helping them," I replied.

"Well, you are the chosen one," Ron smirked, and I rolled my eyes, "And Hermione is smart and me…"

"Your brother is a prefect," I finished for him.

"Oh. Yeah. Percy. I guess he could help… somehow," Ron muttered, irritated.

Ron has never shown gratitude or any kind emotion towards Percy. It's quite the opposite for his twin brothers, Fred ( A/N - *sobs* justice for Fred! ) and George. He idolizes them more than even his own mum.

"Maybe Fred and George can help! They have that bloody cool map," Ron said, much more enthusiastically.

"That's smart Ron. That map even led us into Crabbe, which is how we know everything we know right now," Hermione said, and Ron's face lit up like the fireworks the twins shot off last night.

"Speaking of what we know, we have got to write that down, so we can investigate," I said, right as the twins walked in.

"Fred! George! We need your help!" Ron exclaimed.

"Oh no! Schoolwork. We're out," George said jokingly.

"Need help getting out of class? We've got you," Fred whispered with a laugh.

"Actually, we need your help with a non-school related thing," Hermione stated.

"Wow, Hermione, not doing school. Have I gone mad?" Fred joked.

"It's still work. Anyway, we need to use that map of yours," She replied haughtily.

"For what?" George asked, seemingly serious.

I assumed he wasn't, knowing him, but he was actually asking.

"Solving a murder," Hermione stated ever so bluntly. She then looks away, shrugging it off like it's no big deal

"Oh, that bloke Crabbe? You guys liked him. Okay then," Fred snickered.

"We didn't Fred," Ron rolled his eyes, "But the killer might kill me or anyone next, so I reckon we should catch him."

"Fair enough," Fred shouted as he tossed the map over. The twins then left the common room to do something that would put them in detention. But detention isn't my biggest problem anymore. We have much more important things to worry about now.

With a tone of determination I didn't know I could accomplish, I speak.

"Let's get to work,"
