Spidey's Angels
At the home of George Stacy, he and his daughter Gwen have dinner.
"How was school?" George Stacy said.
"It was fine, we had a quiz today, totally aced it." Gwen said.
"That's good to know, and your internship at ESU?" George Stacy said.
"It's doing okay, the new professor is brilliant. It's been an month since Dr. Connors left but everything is smooth." Gwen said.
"I'm sensing another reason you've enjoyed going to ESU." George Stacy said.
"Meaning?" Gwen said.
"Peter Parker." George Stacy said.
"Yeah... I mean he's a good friend." Gwen said.
"I think that you see him more than just a friend." George Stacy said.
"It's it that obvious?" Gwen said.
"Gwen, you've been in love with Peter since the first time you've met him. Every time you talk or think about him you get butterflies in your stomach." George Stacy said.
"Yeah... but he has a girlfriend, a great one." Gwen said.
"But does he know how you feel about him?" George Stacy said.
"I wanted to but by the time I could he and Mary Jane got together in their Junior year. They split up during college but they found each other again and are more happier than ever. All I can do is be supportive and respect their relationship." Gwen said.
"Gwen, I'm sorry." George Stacy said.
"It's okay, I'll get over it. Speaking of relationships, how are things between you and May?" Gwen said.
"About that... we're... we're on a break." George Stacy said.
"Sorry, didn't know." Gwen said.
"Don't worry, I've been busy with work as a cop and she spent more time at F.E.A.S.T. We're both busy people with tight schedules." George Stacy said.
"I'm happy that you got to see someone in a long time." Gwen smiled.
"Thanks Gwennie." George Stacy said.
George's phone rang, it's Yuri Watanabe, he answered.
"Lieutenant... What?!... When?!... Damn it! He was the key to unraveling everything! Okay I be there as soon as I can." George Stacy hanged up.
"Are you okay dad?" Gwen said.
"Yeah... there's been a complication on a case I've been working on these past few months. I gotta go." George Stacy said.
"Okay." Gwen said.
George puts on his jacket and walked out of the apartment, Gwen pulled out her phone and dialed Peter Parker.
"Hey Gwen." Peter said.
"Peter, are you available tonight?" Gwen said.
"Sure, why?" Peter said.
"My dad just left to attend to something important, a case he been working on, I think something happened." Gwen said.
"Okay, I'll be there." Peter said.
Gwen hangs up as she went to her bedroom and changed into her Ghost-Spider suit. She opens her bedroom window and swings away.
Later as George Stacy pulled up the crime scene, Yuri Watanabe is there with Carlie Cooper and other CSI's.
"Lieutenant! Is this him?" George Stacy said.
"See for yourself." Yuri Watanabe said.
Carlie pulled the cover and see the deceased body of Leland Owlsley on the floor. Gunshot to his head and gun on his hand, looked like suicide.
"Damn it... it's Owlsley." George Stacy said.
They then see Spider-Man and Ghost-Spider.
"How'd you two knows there was a crime scene?" George Stacy said.
"We just happened to be in the neighborhood, what happened here?" Spider-Man said.
"Meet Leland Owlsley, known the criminal underworld as the Owl. He owned a financial firm on Wall Street." George Stacy said.
"Doesn't explain why he's dead." Spider-Man said.
"His firm is a front for laundering money for criminal enterprises. I've been working on a case on him for months, we were gonna charge him for money laundering and tax evasions." George Stacy said.
"Looks like he took the easy way out." Spider-Man said.
"Guys, could we have some privacy please!" George Stacy said.
The cops and CSIs cleared the room, leaving Captain Stacy and Lieutenant Watanabe alone with Spider-Man and Ghost-Spider.
"Okay... off the record, we meet with Leland in secret, he said that he's willing to give up the names of his clients in exchange for witness protection." George Stacy said.
"You were building a RICO case." Ghost-Spider said.
"Yes, Owlsley was gonna testify against his clients and even give us proof of their secret dealings, he had a ledger." Yuri Watanabe said.
"A ledger?" Spider-Man said.
"He records ever business dealings he's done on their behalf, names, dates, payments, criminals and those whom taken bribes. He has it all on the ledger." George Stacy said
"Where is it?" Spider-Man said.
"We don't know, we've searched the place top to bottom and no ledger." Yuri Watanabe said.
"You're thinking that this wasn't a suicide?" Spider-Man said.
"No, we went to the DA's office and had everything ready, but someone must've learned that Owlsley was gonna testify." George Stacy said.
"Unfortunately without Owlsley and the ledger, we have nothing and we're back to square one." Yuri Watanabe said.
"I'm sorry, we were this close to taking down most of New York's criminal organizations." George Stacy said.
"It's okay, you did your best." Spider-Man said.
Spider-Man and Ghost-Spider left the crime scene as they now have case to follow up on.
"What are you thinking?" Ghost-Spider said.
"Someone knew that Owlsley was gonna testify, decided to tie up that loose end by making it look like suicide and take the ledger." Spider-Man said.
"So the ledger might still be out there. We don't have any leads to go on." Ghost-Spider said.
"I do have one." Spider-Man said.
At a strip club, Turk Barrett is enjoying his freedom after being released from prison.
"Ladies, keep the drinks coming." Turk smiled.
He got a hand on his shoulder, assuming that it's a woman.
"So you want a little of piece of Turk?" Turk smiled as he turns around and sees Spider-Man here, he frowned.
"Actually I want more than just a piece, Turkey." Spider-Man jokes.
"Oh shit!" Turk said.
Later Spider-Man and Ghost-Spider are at the rooftop with Turk Barrett.
"Hey man I just got out of prison, I've done nothing wrong, I swear." Turk said.
"Well good for you, but what I need from you is information. You know the Owl?" Spider-Man said.
"Who doesn't, the man is a bookkeeper." Turk said.
"He was a bookkeeper." Ghost-Spider said.
"What do you mean was?" Turk said.
"He's dead." Spider-Man said.
"Hey I don't know anything about that!" Turk said.
"But you do know something." Spider-Man said.
"Even if I do, I'm no rat. There is nothing you can do to make me talk!" Turk said.
Spider-Man and Ghost-Spider looked at each other as they got an idea.
Later Turk is upside down hanging from a web to his feet screaming as a pack of dogs barks at him.
"Ah!!! Stop!!!" Turk screamed.
"The dogs must love you Turkey. I should lower you down and let them play with you." Spider-Man said.
"No! No!!! Alright! Alright!! I'll talk!!!" Turk screamed.
"That's a good boy, Turkey." Spider-Man said.
"All I know is that the other crime families are pledging their loyalties to Kingpin." Turk said.
"They all hate Kingpin, how did he get their loyalties?" Spider-Man said.
"I don't know, he probably has some kind of leverage on each of them. That's all I know, I swear! I swear!!" Turk said.
Spider-Man and Ghost-Spider pulled him up to the rooftop as he got up.
"Man, you two are whacked, you know that?" Turk said.
Turk stands up and see that they're both gone.
"What the...?" Turk said.
At the apartment of Mary Jane, the three talk.
"Kingpin is behind all this, he has the ledger." Peter said.
"Who is this Kingpin?" Gwen said.
"Tell her Tiger, she needs to know." Mary Jane said.
Peter took a deep breath. "Okay, his name is Wilson Fisk, he's known to the public as a rich businessman, but underneath that image he's the most powerful crime boss New York has ever had. He has connections in the city, city officials, politicians, and cops in his pocket. He must've found out through his connections that Owlsley was gonna flip. He ordered his death and took the ledger."
"Why does he need the ledger? Why not destroy it?" Mary Jane said.
"He using the ledger as leverage to keep the other crime families in control, they're in his hands now." Peter said.
"Can't believe that the man who's like a friend to the city is the man who capable of inflicting harm to this city." Gwen said.
"Trust me, he's capable of that and much more. Remember that kidnapping you were in months ago? That was him, he orchestrated it." Peter said.
"He's the man who had me kidnapped, why didn't you tell me?" Gwen said.
"Because despite the fact the he's behind it, I didn't have any proof, he's too careful and too connected. I did stopped by and told him that if he ever came after you and your father again, I'm coming for him. I also suspected that he's behind the prison breakout of the Sinister Six." Peter said.
"He tried to kill you, didn't care that people died because of it. He tried to use me to hurt my father. If you're going after him, count me in." Gwen said.
"You sure?" Peter said.
"I'm sure, no uses me to get back at my father and gets away with it." Gwen said.
"Okay... though we need a plan to find the ledger. He'll most likely keep it safe at his penthouse." Peter said.
"Should be a piece of cake." Gwen said.
"If only, we don't know what kind of safe he's using and not to mention that his penthouse will be highly guarded, if we screw up, it'll be long time before we get another chance and many people could get killed before then." Peter said.
"You're talking about pulling of a heist? Seems criminal even for you." Mary Jane said.
"Maybe, but it's our only chance." Peter said.
"So any ideas?" Gwen said.
"Honestly... no. I'm just a Spider-Man, I'm no Danny Ocean. But I know someone who's got the skills to pull it off." Peter said.
"Who?" Gwen said.
"Someone I've crossed paths before, she is good." Peter said.
"So call her!" Gwen said.
"It might not be a good idea, she's... unpredictable." Peter said.
"We have an opportunity to stop Kingpin, if he gets all the crime families together, who knows what he can do. This might be our only chance to stop him." Gwen said.
"Okay... I'll make the call." Peter said.
Peter pulls out his phone and dials someone he never thought he'll see again.
"Hi... I need you help." Peter said to the phone.
The next day at LaGuardia airport, Peter, Gwen, and Mary Jane waits at the terminal.
"You seemed nervous Tiger." Mary Jane said.
"For good reason, she's quite a handful." Peter said.
"She? You never told us who she is?" Gwen said.
"There she is." Peter said.
They see a woman of 20 years years of age, a white haired woman walking down in a black blouse showing off her cleavage and skirt wearing high heels, she drags a suitcase. She removes her sunglasses and smiled as she sees Peter again.
"It's been so long... Spider." Felicia smiled.
"Meet Felicia Hardy, as I like to call her Bad Luck Incarnate." Peter said.
"Felicia... the Felicia that you slept with months ago! This is her?" Mary Jane said.
"Oh yeah, that was the best night of my life." Felicia said.
"As much as I like to catch up on old time, we got much to discuss. Shall we?" Peter said.
"You mind?" Felicia said holding her suitcase.
Peter grabbed it and went with Felicia, Gwen, and Mary Jane home.
Back at the apartment, Peter explains what he has planned and what he needs from Felicia.
"So you want to pull off a heist? That's new, even for you." Felicia said.
"We need to get our hands on a ledger that Fisk might have locked away in his penthouse." Peter said.
"A ledger?" Felicia said.
"Something that can expose Fisk and most of the criminal enterprises here. That's why I called you." Peter said.
"I get that this is important to you, but what I'm not hearing is what's in it for me?" Felicia said.
"You're kidding?" Peter said.
"Do I look like the kind of person who goes around doing things for free? If I'm going to risk myself, I'll need something in return." Felicia said.
"What is it you want?" Peter said.
"You've got connections at S.H.I.E.L.D., do you not?" Felicia said.
"Yeah." Peter said.
"Lately I've run into some problems in Europe, Interpol and Scotland Yard to be precise. My recent robberies there had me as a person of interest, they've put out warrants in my name. I had to get here using a fake ID. If you can get your friends to give me a clean slate, then I'll agree to help with anything you want." Felicia said.
"You think that Peter can just ask to have someone records disappear? You're crazy." Mary Jane said.
"Okay... I'll talk with Fury or Coulson and see if they can clear your name." Peter said.
"Seriously?" Mary Jane said.
"Fine... make the arrangements and if they agree, I'll help you." Felicia said.
"Deal." Peter said.
"You guys mind if I use your shower and a place to stay?" Felicia said.
"Wait, you're not staying here." Mary Jane said.
"Okay... I guess I can just go to a hotel and check in under my name. What could go wrong?" Felicia said.
"Please Mary Jane, just until the job is done." Peter said.
Mary Jane doesn't like the idea of having a thief living under her roof, especially one who got involved with her boyfriend. She also knows that without that ledger, they'll have a hard time taking Fisk down.
"Fine... only until the job is done." Mary Jane said reluctantly.
"Thanks Red, I am dying for a shower." Felicia smiled.
Later as Felicia is already in the shower cleaning herself up after a long trip. Peter is on the phone speaking with Coulson.
"I don't know Peter, are you sure she can be trusted?" Coulson said.
"I know her, she's no saint but she does have the skills to pull this off, she's helped me before. I trust her." Peter said.
"Alright, I'll get to work on it, but I'll clear it after she kept her word." Coulson said.
"I'll see to it that she does, thank you." Peter said.
"Good luck." Coulson said.
Peter hangs up as Mary Jane and Gwen waits.
"It's been arranged, as soon as she's complete the job, I'll call him and he'll clear out Felicia's records." Peter said.
"This is too much to ask, even for you. But is your call. So what's the next move?" Gwen said.
"First things first, we need to stakeout Fisk's penthouse and see if he's got the ledger and where he keeps it. Me and Felicia will be on stakeout for this one." Peter said.
"Sounds great!" Felicia said.
They see Felicia coming out of the bathroom all dried up but wearing nothing as she shows off her whole body. Peter, Mary Jane, and Gwen are surprised by her lack of modesty. For a thief, Felicia has quite a figure that rivals Mary Jane's.
"What? You two are girls and you... it's nothing you've seen before." Felicia said.
"Yeah... it's... been awhile." Peter said.
"If you're done admiring the view, I believe that we got a stakeout to get to. Excuse me." Felicia said.
Felicia walked past them in the nude as they got awkward. Mary Jane gave Peter the look, not a happy one.
"I am having second thoughts of bring her on board." Peter said.
"You think?" Mary Jane said.
Felicia comes out of the room all dressed up in her suit. They see the suit she wears, a tight black cat suit that shows off her cleavage.
"Aren't you getting dressed, Spider?"Black Cat smiled.
"Like old times." Peter said.
At night Spider-Man and Black Cat are outside on a rooftop overlooking Fisk's penthouse as they see that the place if fortified. They used the binoculars to watch from a distance.
"There are five guards walking down the rooftop, three inside the penthouse, they got cameras and laser beams. Not gonna be easy." Black Cat said.
"So this is what it looks like to case a heist?" Spider-Man said.
"Oh I'm gonna make a fine thief out of you Spider" Black Cat smiled.
"Yeah... let's not go there." Spider-Man said.
"So what with you and Spider-Barbie?" Black Cat said.
"You mean Gwen? She's my friend and my new partner." Spider-Man said.
"Really, I thought you and I were partners?" Black Cat said.
"We were, once." Spider-Man said.
"I'm guessing that she slept with you, right?" Black Cat said.
"What? No! She and I aren't involved." Spider-Man said.
"Could've fooled me, I could tell that she's got a thing for you." Black Cat said.
"What do you mean?" Spider-Man said.
"I see the way she looks at you. Trust me, she has feelings for you." Black Cat said.
"She does?" Spider-Man said.
"For a guy who's supposed to be smart, you really are clueless when it comes to girls. Seriously, a part of you doesn't feel attracted to her?" Black Cat smiled.
"Well... I admit that she's pretty. She and I are just friends, besides she's seventeen, wouldn't be appropriate." Spider-Man said.
"Seventeen... in other words she's closer to eighteen. Do you think that you'll take interest in her when she reaches that age of adulthood?" Black Cat said.
"Honestly, I don't know. But I'm already taken and have a girlfriend." Spider-Man said.
"Of course, the redhead." Black Cat said.
"She's the best thing that ever happened to me, she's the love of my life." Spider-Man said.
Spider-Man sees Black Cat looking down as he said those words.
"I'm sorry if that's not what you wanted to hear, I know that you and I had a history." Spider-Man said.
"You mean the night you and I slept together?" Black Cat said.
"We had a moment and it was great, it truly is." Spider-Man said.
"Look... what we did that night wasn't about the jewelry or the sex... it was something more." Black Cat said.
Spider-Man had no idea that Felicia felt something for him, he can't deny that he has a connection to Black Cat since the first moment they met. They fought as enemies, worked together as allies, and eventually became lovers at one time.
"Here comes Fisk." Black Cat said.
Spider-Man and Black Cat sees him entering his bedroom and took down a portrait and accessed a safe. He placed his thumb in the scanner and said his name to it. The safe opened as he pulls off some kind of book with the letter 'O'.
"There it is, the ledger." Spider-Man looked through the binoculars.
They watched as Fisk puts it back and now they know where to find it.
"Okay... let's get out of here." Black Cat said.
They left the scene as they now know what they need to pull off the heist.
Spider-Man and Black Cat returned to the Apartment as Mary Jane awaits them.
"Did you get what you needed?" Mary Jane said.
"Yeah, we found it, but it's in a safe and the place is fortified." Peter said.
"Let's get some rest and gather our thoughts tomorrow." Felicia said.
Felicia sees the couch where the pillow and blanket are placed.
"What's this?" Felicia said.
"This is where you'll be sleeping, Felicia." Mary Jane said.
"Can't I bunk with you two? We could cuddle." Felicia said.
"No!" Peter and Mary Jane said in unison.
"Fine... I'll get some rest." Felicia said.
Felicia unzip her suit and strips out of it in their presence.
"Really? Here?" Mary Jane said.
"I like to sleep in the nude, it's relaxing." Felicia said.
"Fine, let's go to bed Tiger." Mary Jane said.
Peter and Mary Jane retreated to their bedroom leaving Felicia to sleep on the couch.
Later Peter changed out of his suit and puts on his sweatpants, Mary Jane changed into her nightgown. He and Mary Jane climbed onto the bed. Peter tried to get closer to Mary Jane but she turned away.
"There's no reason to be jealous MJ." Peter said.
"Really, she seemed comfortable showing herself off in your presence, she seemed to eager to get close to you." Mary Jane said.
"Look at me." Peter said.
Mary Jane turned around and looked at Peter.
"She can try to get close to me as she wants, but I'm already taken by you." Peter said.
"You sure? I know that you and her had a moment together, you can't deny that she's beautiful." Mary Jane said.
"True... you're also beautiful, but my heart belongs to you. You're my jackpot, MJ." Peter smiled.
Mary Jane smiled back. She and Peter kissed each other.
"Goodnight Tiger." Mary Jane closes her eyes.
"Goodnight MJ." Peter smiled as he closed his eyes.
The next day, Peter, Gwen, Mary Jane, and Felicia plan on getting the tools needed to open the safe.
"So what do we need for this?" Mary Jane said.
"We need a thumbprint, specifically his right one. We also need to record his voice and his name." Peter said.
"I could force him to say his name with my claw at his throat and cut of his right thumb, that should be easy." Felicia said.
Peter, Gwen, and Mary Jane gave Felicia the look as she said those words.
Felicia smiled. "Kidding. We could just pull a thumbprint from anything he touches, as for his voice we can record it for the voiceprint."
"Question is how do we get both of them. I doubt that we can get close to Fisk to get either one of them." Peter said.
"There might be a way, check this out." Gwen said.
They see the computer that Gwen is using, they see the news on Wilson Fisk.
"Says here that he's holding a fundraiser tonight at his tower, he'll be personally hosting." Gwen said.
"That could be our opportunity." Peter said.
"Easier said than done, that place will only allow those who are invited to the event." Felicia said.
"The event will bring prominent figures, rich folks, politicians. They even include celebrities and models." Gwen said.
"Wait! Models... really?" Felicia said.
Felicia gave Mary Jane a look as did Peter and Gwen.
"What? Why are you looking at me?" Mary Jane said.
"You still work for Janet Van Dyne, right?" Peter said.
"Yeah." Mary Jane said.
"Can she help get an invitation, maybe more?" Peter said.
"I never asked my boss for a favor but I could try. I'll see what I can do." Mary Jane said.
"Thank you MJ." Peter said.
"If we're going, you're gonna need to dress apart." Mary Jane smiled.
Tonight at Fisk Tower as there is a crowd gathering around. Felicia arrived there wearing her black deep v dress showing off her assets. Mary Jane is wearing a red one shoulder dress.
"Show off!" Mary Jane said.
"It may be provocative but it does bring results." Felicia said.
They see Gwen here in a white causal dress and her hair is tied up.
"You do know that you're not suppose to wear white after Labor Day." Felicia said.
"Said the woman who goes around dressed in black leather suit like a dominatrix." Gwen said.
"You didn't have to be here Gwen." Mary Jane said.
"You got the invitation for four, besides I'm in all the way until we take down this pig." Gwen said.
They then see Peter arriving dressed in a black tuxedo.
"Gotta say you look dashing." Felicia said.
"Thanks, we all know the plan." Peter said.
"Record his voice and gets his thumbprint, got it." Felicia said.
"Got it." Mary Jane said.
"I got it." Gwen said.
"Great. Shall we?" Peter raised his arm.
Mary Jane was about to lock her arm until Felicia steps in and locks hers with Peter instead.
"Anything you say boss." Felicia smiled.
Peter and Felicia proceed as Mary Jane and Gwen aren't happy by what they see.
"Hate her!" Gwen and Mary Jane said in unison.
They arrived inside as they see a lot of rich folks around. A lot of waiters walking around with trays with champagne and snacks.
"See some ladies with millions of dollars in jewelry, they're quite exquisite." Felicia said.
"Felicia... don't even think about it." Peter said.
"There's Fisk! Talking with some city officials and enjoying his glass of champagne." Felicia said.
"So how for we get a hold of his glass and get his voice?" Peter said.
"I got an idea, follow my lead." Felicia said.
Felicia grabbed a glass of champagne and grabbed Peter's hand, pulls him. They walked towards Fisk as Felicia bumps into him where he accidentally spills his drink on his suit.
"I'm so sorry mister... I was clumsy!" Felicia said.
"No worries miss...?" Wilson Fisk said.
"Felicity Harmon." Felicia gave a fake name.
"Wilson Fisk!" Wilson Fisk said.
Felicia's necklace is a recording device that recorded his voice. Felicia hands him her glass.
"Here... I didn't drink a sip. I'll take that." Felicia hands her glass as she took his glass. She gave it to Peter as he makes sure to touch the stem and not the glass.
"Thank you Ms Harmon." Wilson Fisk said.
Gwen and Mary Jane watched as Fisk is chatting with Felicia. They could see that he's eyeballing her chest areas.
"Isn't that guy married?" Gwen said.
"Yep." Mary Jane said.
"What a pig." Gwen said.
They see Peter heading down to the table as he carefully makes sure to not to get spotted. He pulls out a special kind of dust for fingerprints, he dusted some on the glass as he sees his right prints, he spotted the thumb.
"Bingo." Peter said quietly.
He got the tape as he slowly placed it over the thumbprint, he got into place as it did its work. Peter sees someone approaching. Mary Jane sees that Peter is about to have company.
"Sir... do you need help?"
Peter has to remain there as the prints is being taken in by the tape. He couldn't turn around as he still working.
"Excuse me, do you know where the bathroom is?" Mary Jane asked.
"Yes, it's down that way, near the corner."
"Thanks." Mary Jane smiled.
Peter was able to slowly pull the thumbprint off and had it saved. He cleaned the glass of the dust with a wipe.
"Sir, are you okay?"
Peter turned around and smiled.
"Yeah, I just dropped off the glass. Everything is fine." Peter smiled.
Peter walked away with the thumbprint saved up. Mary Jane and Gwen sees that Peter got everything needed for the heist, they followed. Felicia sees that Peter is leaving along with Mary Jane and Gwen.
"I should get going... nice to meet you Fisk." Felicia said.
"Same here... Ms. Harmon." Wilson Fisk smiled.
Felicia walked away from Fisk as she reached outside and sees Peter, Gwen, and Mary Jane waiting.
"You got the print?" Felicia said.
Peter holds up the extracted thumbprint of Wilson Fisk.
"Did you get the voice print?" Peter said.
Felicia holds up the necklace that records Fisk's voice.
"Easy." Felicia said.
"So we can see... he couldn't keep his eyes off you, especially your 'assets'." Mary Jane said.
"Gets results." Felicia said.
"I can pretty well confirm that." Peter sees Mary Jane giving him the look. "We... should get going."
Peter, Felicia, Gwen, and Mary Jane left the area and returned home.
At the apartment Gwen played the recording from the device on the computer and put the words needed for the heist. Gwen already changed into her costume.
"Wilson Fisk." Fisk recording played.
"Got it, we're all set." Gwen said
Peter and Felicia came out all dressed in their suits.
"Okay, this is it. We know our parts, Gwen you'll be on lookout, let us know if any guards come." Peter said.
"Got it." Gwen said.
"Felicia and I will be inside, once we get to the safe, we open it and find the ledger. Once we have it, we get out and get it to Captain Stacy so that he could do his work." Peter said.
"I'm sure my dad will be thrilled to have that bastard Fisk behind bars." Gwen said.
"Not only will Fisk will go down, so will most of organized crime and corrupt officials too. We're about to cleanse this city. Let's hope that this work, good luck everyone." Peter said.
Gwen and Felicia puts on their mask as they walk out to the balcony.
"Tiger, be careful." Mary Jane said.
"I will." Peter smiled.
He and Mary Jane kissed before he puts on his mask and reached the balcony.
"Ready?" Spider-Man said.
"Ready!" Ghost-Spider said.
"Ready!" Black Cat said.
"Let's go!" Spider-Man said.
Spider-Man, Ghost-Spider, and Black Cat swings away to the heist.
Ghost-Spider is on the building overlooking Fisk penthouse as Spider-Man and Black Cat are climbing up the windows and making sure to avoid the patrols inside looking. Wilson Fisk is still at the ball leaving his penthouse open to loot.
"This Fisk guy is paranoid, so much security." Black Cat said.
"The evidence that can lock him up is sitting in his safe, of course he's paranoid, which makes him dangerous." Spider-Man said.
"Heads up, two guards on the balcony!" Ghost-Spider said.
Spider-Man and Black Cat stopped as the guards looked around and see nothing, they continue to move on as they are unaware of their presence.
"They're moving!" Ghost-Spider said.
Spider-Man and Black Cat climbed onto the balcony as Felicia pulls out her tools to pick the locks.
"Where did you keep those? I don't see any pockets on you?" Spider-Man said.
"Outside, no. I keep these inside my suit, near my 'assets'." Black Cat said.
"Hurry up! The patrol is heading back!" Ghost-Spider said.
"Almost... there, got it." Black Cat unlocked the door.
Spider-Man and Black Cat hide behind the bed as the patrol searches again. Black Cat is on top of Spider-Man as they remain hidden. The patrol moved on, Felicia sees that there clear to move.
"You enjoying this, just like last time." Black Cat smiled.
"Yeah, let's not go down memory lane." Spider-Man said.
Black Cat got off as Spider-Man stands up and they found the portrait where the safe is hidden. They see a portrait of Wilson Fisk and his wife Vanessa with their son Richard who looked like in his mid twenties.
"Hmm, one big happy family." Spider-Man said.
They took down the portrait slowly as to not make a noise. They found the print scanner and voice receiver.
"We gotta do this at the same time." Black Cat said.
"Got the print?" Spider-Man said.
"Got the recording?" Black Cat said.
Spider-Man has the recording as Black Cat has the print.
"Ready?" Black Cat said.
"One." Spider-Man said.
"Two." Black Cat said.
"Three." Spider-Man and Black Cat said in unison.
Black Cat placed the print on the scanner as Spider-Man plays the recording.
"Wilson Fisk!"
Both print and voice are accepted as the safe opens, they looked inside and see some jewels, documents, and last but not least, the ledger.
"Here it is, the ledger, courtesy of the Owl." Spider-Man said.
They see the illegal payment transactions and names of everyone who's involved. All written in Owlsley's handwriting.
"This is it! This is the evidence we need to put Kingpin away. Let's go." Spider-Man said.
Black Cat closes the safe door as it triggered an alarm they didn't know about.
"What was that?" Spider-Man said.
"We must've tripped an alarm when we closed the safe, you were right, he's paranoid." Black Cat said.
"Let's get out of here!" Spider-Man said.
They see the room is being gassed with something. The metal doors are closing down.
"We won't make it!" Black Cat said.
"We won't, but you can. Take this!" Spider-Man said.
Spider-Man hands her the ledger and picked her up, he tossed her as fast as he can. She crashed out of the window as the steel door closed behind her. Spider-Man is trapped inside being gassed. Black Cat got up and bangs her fists at the door.
"Spider!" Black Cat yelled.
"Get out of here!" Spider-Man said on the other side.
"No! I won't!" Black Cat yelled.
Black Cat hears footsteps coming towards her.
"Cat! Go!!" Spider-Man yelled.
Black Cat couldn't bear to leave Spider-Man behind but she had to as she jumped off the balcony and shot off her grappling hook and swings away. Some guards are shooting at her but she escaped unharmed. Ghost-Spider joined up and swings away with Black Cat.
"Where's Spider-Man?" Ghost-Spider said.
"He's trapped." Black Cat said.
"We have to go back for him!" Ghost-Spider said.
"We can't, there's too many of them! We need to get far away and plan our next move." Black Cat said.
Ghost-Spider and Black Cat escaped but Spider-Man remained trapped in the penthouse as he is slowly losing consciousness, he slowly closes his eyes as he sees Kingpin walking in.
At Mary Jane's apartment, she waited to hear from Peter until Gwen and Felicia returned without Peter.
"What happened?" Mary Jane said.
"Good news and bad news!" Gwen said.
"Okay, what happened?" Mary Jane said.
"Good news is we got the ledger." Felicia said.
"Where's Peter?" Mary Jane said.
"That's the bad news, we triggered a trap and he saved me, but he couldn't away in time. He told us to leave." Felicia said.
"What?! He's still back there and you left him." Mary Jane said.
"We didn't have a choice, there were too many men for me to take on, we had to get the ledger out first." Felicia said.
"Oh god! Peter!" Mary Jane worried.
"Mary Jane, we're not giving up. We're gonna save Peter, I promise." Gwen said.
"We are." Felicia said.
Mary Jane, Felicia, and Gwen now figure out a way to save Peter.
Kingpin and the Enforcers have Spider-Man here in their sights. He's all restrained in carbonadium restrains, he can't escape.
"What do you know? We finally have Spider-Man here at our mercy." Montana said.
"We tried to remove his mask but it's stuck to his face for some reason." Fancy Dan said.
"Yeah... I krazy glued it to my face. Any suggestions on how to remove it? Anyone?" Spider-Man jokes.
"Still the joker as always. I've waited a long time for this moment Spider-Man, you're been a large pain in my ass." Kingpin said.
Kingpin has his cane pointed at Spider-Man, he's about to swing until he got a call on his phone, it's a blocked number.
"I think that's for you Baldy. I can wait, don't have any place to go." Spider-Man said.
Kingpin answered the call. "Who is this?"
"This is Black Cat, Mr. Fisk. You have something of ours and I got something of yours, the ledger." Black Cat said.
"I don't know what you're talking about?" Kingpin said.
"Check your safe and see if you're missing something." Black Cat said.
Kingpin opened the safe and see that the ledger is gone.
"Very clever. Just remember that I have Spider-Man here with me and that I can end his life if I please." Kingpin said:
"Go ahead and I'll drop off this piece of evidence to the FBI, I'm sure they'll be eager to meet you." Black Cat said.
"Well played, what do you want?" Kingpin said.
"You bring Spider-Man and I'll bring the ledger, we'll do an exchange. You get the ledger and you give us Spider-Man." Black Cat said.
"Fine... but I'm picking the place of the exchange. There's a warehouse in Hell's Kitchen where we can meet, be there in two hours." Kingpin hangs up.
"What now boss?" Montana said.
"Now we set a trap, we'll give them Spider-Man, what's left of him. If they think that they can bargain with the Kingpin, they're mistaken." Kingpin smiled.
Spider-Man doesn't like what Kingpin has planned for Black Cat.
Back at the apartment, Mary Jane, Gwen, and Felicia began to strategize on how the exchange will go.
"You're really given him the ledger? The only thing that can take all of organized crime, including the Kingpin?" Mary Jane said.
"No, of course not. I don't trust Kingpin, he's cunning and treacherous." Felicia said.
"She's right, he kidnapped me and planned to have me and father killed when it's done. He'll try to kill Peter and us." Gwen said.
"We need the ledger to draw out Kingpin." Felicia said.
"What if something goes wrong and the ledger gets destroyed as a result? This evidence can help save lives." Mary Jane said.
"I know what this means, but we can't just leave Peter in Kingpin's hand." Felicia said.
"The only reason you here is to help yourself! Don't act like you care what happens to Peter!" Mary Jane said.
"You think I care about my life?! Peter is the first person I've ever had feelings for, I felt connected to him since the first day we crossed path! I can't stay behind and let him die, I won't." Felicia said.
"I had no idea that your feelings for him were... I don't get how he..." Mary Jane said.
"What? Shagged me after a team up?" Felicia said.
"Oh my god!!" Mary Jane protest.
"Don't need to be jealous!" Felicia said.
"I'm not jealous! I'm... fine, I'm a little jealous but I'm more worried for Peter." Mary Jane said.
"So am I." Felicia said.
"Me too." Gwen said.
"We need to go to the spot and be ready." Felicia said.
"I'm in." Gwen said.
"I'm coming with you." Mary Jane said.
"That might not be a good idea, Mary Jane." Gwen said.
"This is my boyfriend we're talking about, the love of my life. I can't sit back and do nothing. Peter taught me how to fight so I'm coming." Mary Jane said.
"Look, I have no doubt that you can handle yourself Red. But these are criminals we're going up against, killers. You won't last a second out there." Felicia said.
"No... but I know something that can give me an edge." Mary Jane said.
Felicia and Gwen are confused as to what Mary Jane meant by that. What is this something that can help her save Peter.
Later at the warehouse in Hell's Kitchen, Kingpin waits with the Enforcers and his men. Kingpin check his watch and sees that Black Cat is late.
"She's late." Kingpin said.
Black Cat came out of hiding, showing herself.
"Never, just being cautious." Black Cat said.
"Where's the ledger? Kingpin said.
"Where's Spider-Man?" Black Cat said.
"He's here, I'll show him as soon as you show the ledger." Kingpin said.
"Show him first as proof of life. I want to make sure that he's alive or the deal is off." Black Cat said.
"Very well, bring him." Kingpin said.
The Enforcers opened the van as they see Spider-Man strapped to a bomb vest.
"What the... that's not the deal!" Black Cat said.
"Just being cautious. I'll disarm it as soon as I get the ledger. Ledger please." Kingpin said.
"Don't! It's..." Spider-Man said.
Ox punched him hard. "Shut up!"
"Ledger or his life, you choose." Kingpin said.
Black Cat is conflicted whether to give the ledger to save Spider-Man or let Spider-Man die and save a lot of lives.
"Very well, blow him up!" Kingpin said.
"Wait!!" Black Cat yelled.
The Kingpin and the Enforcers stopped.
"Ghost-Spider, bring it!" Black Cat said.
Ghost-Spider came out and brought the ledger. She opens it and shows that it's the real ledger.
"It's right here, disarm the bomb and we'll give it to you!" Ghost-Spider said.
"Did you really think that I'll just get the ledger and let all of you live?" Kingpin smiled.
The Enforcers and the men have their weapons pointed at them.
"I have a thing about loose ends." Kingpin said.
"You're gonna kill us like you killed Owlsley?" Ghost-Spider said.
"Owlsley was a loose end and he needed to be silence, I made sure of it. Just like I'll kill you all!" Kingpin smiled.
"That's the thing, you're just too predictable Fisk. Fortunately there's a third option!" Black Cat smiled.
The Iron Spider came in and surprised everyone by detonating an EMP from her suit, everything with an electrical circuit has been disabled except for the tech the ladies have, the managed to shield their tech with an upgrade that protects their tech. The bomb vest that Spider-Man is wearing is disabled.
The Iron Spider is Mary Jane Watson, Peter's girlfriend whose wearing the Iron Spider Armor invented by Tony Stark AKA Iron Man. The Iron Spider isn't just used to give Spider-Man an edge but it can used by other people, the suit partially replicates Spider-Man's power to the user, increased strength and clinging to walls, as well as artificial webbing and provides protection.
"Surprise!" Iron Spider said.
"Get them!" Kingpin yelled.
The Enforcers aimed their weapons but Iron Spider and Ghost-Spider fired their webs and yanked them off. Black Cat fights off both Fancy Dan and Montana, she managed to hold her own against them.
"Hello there little spider." Ox said.
Ox is a strong man who slams his fists down at Ghost-Spider but she dodged it with her acrobatic reflexes.
Iron Spider when and jumped over Kingpin and reached Spider-Man as she removes the vest and the restraints.
"Who are you?" Spider-Man said.
"You don't recognize me Tiger." Iron Spider said.
"You!" Spider-Man said.
"Yeah... it's me." Iron Spider said.
Iron Spider managed to unlock the shackles and remove the vest. Kingpin came charging in at Iron Spider as Spider-Man sees him.
"Look out!" Spider-Man said.
Iron Spider jumped out of the way using the four waldoes. She jumped up and kicked Kingpin in the face. Spider-Man got loose and kicked Kingpin back.
"Ahh! That's more like it!" Spider-Man said.
Kingpin got back up as he's angry.
"Go help out Black Cat, I got this." Spider-Man said.
Iron Spider went to aid Black Cat as Spider-Man and Kingpin fights off.
Black Cat fights both Montana and Fancy Dan as much as she can. Iron Spider came in and joined the fight.
"Glad you made it, Red." Black Cat said.
"Shall we?" Iron Spider said.
Iron Spider takes on Fancy Dan as he pulls out portable batons. Iron Spider uses everything that Spider-Man taught her for self defense. He hit her with his batons as she uses her waldoes to block ever swing. She shot a webbing at him and pulls him in, she uses her knee to hit him in the guts as he felt the pain, she then execute a strong punch. She took him out as Iron Spider got excited as she took down a bad guy.
"Wow! That felt good." Iron Spider said.
Montana pulls out his whip as he uses it to keep Black Cat at bay.
"You hit a girl with a whip? That's low." Black Cat said.
"Nothing personal darling, it's just business." Montana said.
He swings his whip as she caught it and pulled him in, she execute a kick to his face as he got disarmed by her and she has his whip.
"Montana... you've been a bad boy!" Black Cat smiled.
Montana got up and tries to run until she used the whip to hit him on his butt, he felt the pain.
"Owww!!!" Montana felt pain.
"Nothing personal daring, it's just business!" Black Cat mocks.
She uses the whip to tie up Montana as she got him trapped.
Ox picked up a sledgehammer and swings it at Ghost-Spider, she dodge it as she does her flips.
"Who do you think you are? Thor?" Ghost-Spider said.
She webbed up the hammer and yanked it off his hands. Ox came charging in as she swings the hammer at his gut, he felt the pain, she held back her strength as not to do it too much.
"Nighty night Ox!" Ghost-Spider said.
She kicked him in the head and knocked him out cold, she webbed him up for good measure.
Spider-Man fights Kingpin, even though Kingpin is a very obese guy with lots of muscle, he's proven to be a formidable opponent.
"You know that if this crime boss thing isn't working too well for you, you could take up Sumo. You definitely have the predisposition." Spider-Man jokes.
Kingpin swing his cane at him but he missed Spider-Man.
"Too slow Willy!" Spider-Man jokes.
Kingpin swings again until Spider-Man caught the cane and pulled Kingpin in, he managed to bend backwards and kicked him high up. Kingpin was about to reach the ground until he got webbed up to the ceiling. He's hanging upside down as his body is hanging by a web.
Spider-Man sees that the Enforcers and Kingpin's men are taken down by the girls.
"Girls, well done. You certainly have things in hand. Thank you for coming for me." Spider-Man said.
"We couldn't leave you behind Spider." Black Cat said.
"We're a team." Ghost-Spider said
Spider-Man sees Iron Spider in his suit, he knows that she's Mary Jane. She looked good in his suit as it shows off her figure.
"How do I look?" Iron Spider said.
"Love the suit, looks good on you." Spider-Man said.
"Thanks, can't wait to take it off." Iron Spider said.
"I like the idea." Spider-Man said.
Kingpin struggles as he is trapped in the web.
"You think that this is over, even with the ledger, I have lawyers that I'll get me out of this. It's my word against yours." Kingpin said.
"Actually it's your word against you." Black Cat smiled.
She holds a recording device and plays it.
"You're gonna kill us like you killed Owlsley?" Ghost-Spider said.
"Owlsley was a loose end and needed to be silenced. I made sure of it. Just like I'll kill you all." Kingpin said.
"It's called a hustle sweetheart." Black Cat smiled.
"You're finished Fisk, it's over." Ghost-Spider said.
Kingpin and the Enforcers are defeated by Spider-Man and his female allies.
"Ladies, you did well. I see that you three formed a band." Spider-Man said.
"Yeah, we are pretty bad ass." Black Cat said.
"We're like Charlie's Angels... or in this case Spidey's Angels." Ghost-Spider said.
"Something like that." Iron Spider said.
Later the four wait as Captain Stacy and his force came in and secured the scene. Captain Stacy sees Spider-Man and the girls bringing in Kingpin and the Enforcers.
"Spider-Man, what's the meaning of this?" George Stacy said.
"Captain Stacy, meet Wilson Fisk, the Kingpin. He's the man who had your daughter kidnapped, he's also the man who killed Owlsley. Here's the proof." Spider-Man said.
George Stacy is handed a ledger that belonged to Owlsley and the recording that has Fisk confessing to murder.
"This is it, this is the piece needed to take down organized crime in the city." George Stacy said.
George Stacy sees the man who had his daughter kidnapped ten months ago.
"Wilson Fisk, you're under arrest for the murder of Leland Owlsley and the kidnapping of my daughter Gwen Stacy. You have the right to remain silent, anything you say can and will be used against you in a court of law, if you can't afford a lawyer, one will be provided to you." George said read him his Miranda rights.
The officers came in and arrested Fisk. He and the Enforcers are taken to custody as Spider-Man and his friends watch him finally get arrested.
"Hey Willy! Just remember not to drop the soap while inside the showers!" Spider-Man said.
Kingpin get annoyed by the joke as he is taken away, Spider-Man and his team giggled and laughed.
"Thank you, all of you. I'll get this to the Feds as we still have a big day ahead of us." George Stacy said.
George Stacy took the ledger and puts it to good use as its evidence for every crime families in New York and corrupt officials.
The next day at city hall the feds capture and arrested the officials that are on the payroll.
At the courthouse, some judges and an assistant DA got taken in as they too are on the payroll.
In every precinct around New York, dirty cops are being stripped of their badges as George Stacy and Yuri Watanabe smiled as they finally got the dirty cops out of the department.
The feds and honest cops arrested most of the heads of the crime families, including their men.
At the apartment, Peter, Mary Jane, Gwen, and Felicia watch the news as New York is being cleansed of all the corruption and crimes in one day.
"This has been a big day in New York as city officials, policemen, politicians, and certain individuals are arrested for taking bribes. A huge number of crime boss of New York are taken into custody by Federal officials. In other news, Wilson Fisk has been arrested as he is being exposed to the city as the biggest crime boss who goes by the Kingpin. Mr. Fisk is sent to Ryker's and awaits trail that is still pending. Looks like there is a big change coming for the people of New York."
"Finally, Fisk is behind bars and the city is being cleansed off all crime." Peter said.
"How long do you think that he'll stay there?" Gwen said.
"Don't know, though Fisk will fight to the end to be free of all charges." Peter said.
"That could take months, even years." Mary Jane said.
"The important thing is that he's right here he belongs, in prison." Peter said.
"By the way, did you call your friend about our deal?" Felicia said.
"I called Coulson last night, you kept your word and I've kept mines. Every criminal record you got on every agency is gone... for good. Congratulations Felicia, you're free." Peter said.
"Thank you Spider, it feels good to be walking around without looking over my shoulder." Felicia said.
"Thank you Felicia, not just for get the ledger to make this all possible. Thank you for coming back to save me. There is a hero inside you after all." Peter said.
"I have to admit, it's been fun doing the things you do." Felicia said.
"I hear that." Mary Jane smiled.
"Beside things wouldn't be fun without my Spider." Felicia smiled.
"Flattered but I'm taken." Peter smiled.
"I'm a thief, I'll steal you from these ladies here." Felicia said.
"So what's next for the Black Cat?" Peter said.
"I'm gonna head down to Aruba to relax, just try not to call me for at least a year." Felicia said.
Felicia got up and takes her case for her vacation.
"Time for me to catch my fight, till next time Spider." Felicia smiled.
Felicia leaned down and kissed his cheek as he blushed a bit. Felicia left the apartment.
"I'm gonna go and change into something. Be right back." Mary Jane said.
Peter and Gwen are left alone as Gwen got up.
"I should go." Gwen said.
"Gwen, wait. Could we talk?" Peter said.
"About?" Gwen said.
"Felicia said something the other night, she said that you have a... thing for me." Peter said.
"She did?" Gwen said.
"Yeah... do you?" Peter said.
"Well... I liked you since we've met the first time. But you and Mary Jane got together and you only see me as a friend. So you don't have worry, I'm your friend, your partner, and I'm your girl." Gwen said.
Peter got surprised by what she said, Gwen let it slipped.
"I don't mean your girl, I mean your girl... girl. It's hard to explain." Gwen said.
"Hey." Peter smiled.
Gwen looked at him.
"You'll always be my girl." Peter smiled.
Gwen smiled back. "I should go, my dad needs me back."
"Yeah." Peter smiled.
"Bye." Gwen smiled.
Gwen left the apartment as Peter watched. These days he sees Gwen as a best friend, like Mary Jane was at one time.
"Tiger!" Mary Jane called out.
Peter came into the bedroom and sees Mary Jane dressed in his Iron Spider Armor.
"Wow!" Peter smiled.
"Care to help me out of this?" Mary Jane teased.
Peter got closer and kissed Mary Jane as he liked her in his suit.
"You've hit the jackpot, Tiger." Mary Jane smiled.
Peter and Mary Jane slowly laid on the bed and let whatever happens happen.
