Consistently inconsistent with my updates. Sorry about that. I feel pretty bad, but August went by in a blink of an eye. Sigh.
I normally would wait until Saturday but I think you all have waited long enough.
Here's chapter 15, hope you like it. I tired to make it a long one for you since it's been a while. Sorry for any mistakes I didn't proof read it.

The voices were getting closer and closer. The four were crouched down behind a giant ice block. "Who is it, do you recognize any of them?" Lucy whispered, Gray shook his head. "Nah, they don't look familiar to me." He replied. "They have to be the ones that brought Deliora here. Why else would they be down here?"
"Maybe they fell through the floor?" Natsu posed. "Not likely" Lucy added. "Natsu, only you would cause a hole in the floor of something so ancient." Happy said.
"Shhh" Gray hushed them. "You guys need to be quiet." Both Lucy and Natsu glared at Gray who was still holding a finger to his lips.
Two men entered the cave where they were hiding. "The temple of the moon, I am sure I heard voices coming from in here." one of them said.
"Hm, I sure hate being awake during the day, you sure the intruders are in here?" the other growled.
"Most definitely." They came into view, one had dog ears and the other had big bushy eyebrows. They were looking around the cave when a woman had entered sobbing. "Oh what now?"
"Oh Yuka, Toby something bad happened to my poor sweet Angelica and now I am very sad." she sang. Here pink pigtails bounced as she sobbed.
"It was just a rat..." The one with dog ears blurted out.
"She was more than that, she is love."
"We need to keep collecting moonlight for the moon drip." Said the one with giant eyebrows, he looked to the demon in ice." The Cold Emperor would be very upset if we don't do our job right.."
"Yes, and we must get rid of the intruders or master will be very angry with us." the pink head responded, she had stopped crying. "Agreed, lets go, Sherry, Toby." Yuka said turning away from them.
Toby growled in agreement.
"We will grant them the gift of eternal sleep, we will give them love." Sherry said following after Yuka.
"You're talking about death, right?" Toby barked in confusion.
"WHAT WAS THAT?" Yuka asked.
"I think it came from over there, Yuka!?" Sherry pointed down the tunnel.
"Lets go!"

From behind the ice, Gray, Natsu, Lucy and Happy all exchanged glances as they listened to the trio. "These are some seriously weird people." Lucy quietly said getting nods from Natsu and Happy. "Yeah, and they are not from this island, they smell different." Natsu added. "Aye, and the curse hasn't taken them either." Happy said.
"Good idea tossing the rock Happy," Lucy said.
"We gotta figure out who the cold emperor guy is, they are going to regret the day they were born!" Gray grunted clenching his fists together.
"What are you guys thinking?" Lucy asked them. "I'm thinking we are going to kick some ass," Natsu said, "I'm all fired up."
"Maybe don't get too fired up before we know all the facts." Lucy was hesitant about what they had just heard. They were obviously not the only ones on the island. And something other then the curse was also in their midst. Could they both be connected?
"If we hurry, we could catch them off guard and question them?" Natsu said punching his firey fists together.
"Lets not do that just yet. I have a feeling we will be running into them again and soon..." Lucy was tense but she was sure that wasn't the last they were going to see of them.
"Dammit! What was there reason for bringing Deliora here..and how did they find where he was sealed up?" Gray was angry, he had know idea what was going on and that filed his anger even more.
"Sealed up?" Lucy and Natsu both said.
"Deliora was sealed up in a glacier on the Northern Continent." Gray told them.
"What?" Lucy asked him.
"Ten years ago that demon appeared near Isvan..." He began. "My master who taught me magic, Ur sacrificed herself to seal Deliora up in ice. I don't know if this has anything to do with the curse but I do know one thing... somebody is planning something that is forbidden." gray was tense and Lucy thought she saw a tear go down his cheek.
"Gray?" Lucy said wanting to comfort her friend. Gray was like a brother to her, she hated seeing him this way. Natsu put his had on his shoulder. "So this demon was sealed by your teacher? Are you sure?"
"Yeah, i'm sure, there is no doubt about that. Besides the demon is still alive."
"WHAT?" Lucy asked surprised, "How?"
"Well if it's still alive lets just attack it while it's immobilized?" Natsu said stretching his muscles.
Lucy sighed, "Why can't you come up with a solution that isn't brute force?"
"Lucy, how else would we destroy it?"
"I mean you have a point but don't you think it would be a bad idea?"
Smack
"HEY YOU JERK, WHAT WAS THAT FOR?" Natsu yelled at Gray who had punched him right in the jaw. He was rubbing the side of his cheek. Lucy had rushed to his side.
"No fire wizard should ever get close to that thing. If you melt that ice, no wizard alive would be able to stop it, trust me I know."
"Gray, would you chill out," Lucy said getting in his face. Gray sighed but relaxed. "Is everything alright with you? You seem a bit all over the place?" Gray was silent for a while before he spoke.
"My master Ur performed magic called ice shell on the demon, it's ice that can't melt, not even your fire Natsu. I just don't understand, they should know it can't be melted by now, but why move it here?"
"Maybe they brought it here to melt the ice... wait a minute, they mentioned moon drip earlier do you think that has something to do with it? Maybe this island has the antidote to melt the ice?"
"Maybe, there's only one way to find out." Gray said. "We have to wait here until night fall, those guys have to come back eventually and if the moon, the curse and Deliora are all connected we will find out tonight."
"You're saying we gotta stay here all afternoon?" Natsu complained.
"Natsu, it wont be so bad, maybe Gray and Happy can stay and keep watch and we can explore the cave and search for the exit. Those guys came from somewhere and it would be nice to know where to get out of this place if anything were to go wrong."
"You know I can just fly everyone up through hole that Natsu created, right?" Happy said.
"That maybe true, but you can't carry all three of us, Happy." Lucy said.
"Gray will you be fine if we leave for a while?"
"Sure, yeah, be my guest."
...
Natsu and Lucy went down the way that the others came from. The tunnel was long and dark. Thankfully Natsu was able to light the way. "Natsu, i'm not going to lie this job has me all freaked out. I really want to help these people but I keep wondering if we are way over our heads here."
"Lucy, there's nothing we can't handle you know that. "
"I know you always say that but what if this is something that we can't handle..."
He stopped walking and so did She. "Lucy" he said.
"What? I know I shouldn't doubt myself but who am I kidding. I am nowhere near as strong as you and Gray."
Natsu grabbed her and pulled her close. The flame he had lit had gone out and they were in the dark. "You are plenty strong in your own way, And you give me strength. I promise no matter what happens that I will always protect you." Her eyes began to tear up. "Natsu."
Natsu used a finger to light a flame. He looked at her face and cupped it with his free hand. "I promise." he leaned In and kissed her tenderly. She wrapped her arms around his neck. Tears streamed down her face. He was right she was strong enough and he would always be there to protect her, though she hoped that she could be the one to protect him.
"What do you say we keep moving forward, okay?" he said.
"Yeah, okay." As they continued down the tunnel Natsu had his arm around her shoulders. About a quarter mile in they came to a light at the end. A small opening lead them outside. "So at least we know how they get in and out of this place." He said.
...
They had made there way back to Gray and Happy. Gray was sitting on a block of ice while Happy was munching on a fish. "You're back." Gray said.
"You two were gone a long time, what were you doing?" Happy said slyly. "None of your business, cat." Lucy said slightly embarrassed, it didn't seem like they were gone that long. "We found our way out, there's a small opening down that tunnel that leads outside." Lucy said.
"Good to know" Gray replied.
"Oh I have an idea, Gate of the harp constellation, Lyra!"
"Haven't seen you in a long time Lucy, how have you been?" she asked.
"Hey, Lyra, Sorry its been a while, it's good to see you." Lucy gave her a smile.
"What would you like to hear?"
"Anything," Lyra's eyes beamed, she started to play her harp and sing a beautiful tune.
They sat around talking about different possibilities while Lyra played, Natsu took a short nap laying his head on Lucy's lap. It wasn't long before night fall hit.
Rumble
Crash
"What was that sound?" Lucy asked looking up, waking Natsu up. She must have dozed off too. "HUH, it's night already?"
Something was rumbling, debris and rock started falling from the roof of the cave. "WOW, there's another hole in the ceiling, wait is that the moon?" Natsu gasped.
"There's a purple light?" Gray said gazing up at the ceiling.
"It's the curse." Happy gasped running into Lucy's arms. In a flash a beam of purple light shot down through the hole and encased the demon in ice. "WHAT'S HAPPENING?" Lucy asked holding Happy close to her. She was freaking out but knew she needed to be strong. Natsu was standing beside her shielding her from any rocks that came their way from above.
"It looks like the moonlight is hitting Deliora, it can't be a coincidence! Come on lets go find the source of light!" Gray commanded.
"What about staying here and waiting for those guys to show back up?" Lucy asked.
"Change of plans, come on lets go!" Gray ran down the tunnel.
Natsu grabbed Lucy's hand and pulled her along. Lighting the way they ran down the long tunnel. Lucy was exhausted trying to keep up with Natsu's speed.
Once out of the cave they found themselves up above standing the temple. They noticed a bunch of people all standing around. "What is going on?" Lucy breathed. They walked closer to get a better look. They all crouched down, hidden from the outsiders.
"Why is someone casting a spell on this old temple?" Gray questioned.
"Zeram, Sen, Dioluna, Koonah, Koorah, Kan" the people in robes chanted. Before them in a circle stood several wizards dressed in robes and masked. They were chanting words over and over as the moon beamed down on Deliora.
"Those robe idiots, must be using that spell to collect the moonlight." Natsu said
"And shine it on Deliora? why? What would that do?" Lucy was shaking, she started at the group in robes.
"I think I am can help with that." Lrya interjected.
"Huh, you're still here?" Lucy looked to Lyra confused, she thought for sure that her spirit would have disappeared once they left the temple.
"So that's what they are doing..." Lyra paused. Lucy looked at her waited for her to explain but she didn't.
"Well, are you going to tell us, fill us in already." Lucy grumbled.
"They are using a Belianese spell called moon drip. Moon drip is a specific magic for melting ice. When its concentrated the magic of the moon has the power to dispel any magic." Lyra said.
Everyone went through the thinking process of what was happening. "So they are trying to use moon drip to revive Deliora." Lucy understood exactly what was going on. "I bet that the people of this island are being effected by moon drip as a side effect to the magic."
"I think you're right. So we gotta figure out a way to stop this spell from happening, to save the island and the world from Deliora." Gray turned to his friends. "We can't let this happen."
"I'll make them pay!" Natsu growled clenching his fists together.
"Someone is coming," Lucy interrupted.
...
Yuka, Sherry, Toby and a man wearing a mask approached the circle. "What a waste of time, I could have been sleeping," Yuka complained walking with his hands in his pockets. "We searched all day and night and still didn't find the intruders."
"Maybe there weren't any at all, ever think of that." Toby yelled.
"Cold emperor," Sherry began. " I am afraid I have some sad news, we thought we has some intruders during the day but I guess they got away." Sherry admitted, weeping again. She was apologetic hoping that they would not be punished," I cannot speak about love at this time."

Gray, Natsu, Lucy and Happy were hiding behind the ruble and debris, "That guy in the mask must be there leader." Natsu said.
"He looks like a total idiot, some bad guy, huh?" Lucy giggled.
"I mean he does look kind of cool" Happy chimed in.
"Wait a second, that guys voice sounds so familiar, it can't be.." Gray fell to his knees.
"Gray, do you know him?" Lucy asked
.
"Has Deliora awakened yet?" The man in the masked asked.
"It should be not later than tomorrow evening." Yuka responded
"Well, then the time has come, seek out the intruders and kill them, no one will get in my way and ruin my plans. Got it! Destroy the whole village if you need too"
BOOM
"WHAT, NO" Natsu bellowed. The masked man and his gang all looked up to see the firey young wizard.
"They can't the villagers have nothing to do with this at all! We have to go help them." Lucy commanded. "Gray you okay?" She looked at him, he was still on his knees with his head dropped in his hands. He looked up at her. "Guess there is no turning back now."
"I know him, that guy in the mask," Lucy looked shocked. "You do?"
"MAN I AM ALL FIRED UP" Natsu yelled he blew fire into the air causing Lucy and Gray to fall to the ground from the impact. "A little warning next time, dear"
"I'M DONE HIDING, WE WILL STOP YOU, NO ONE IS DESTROYING ANY VILLAGE TODAY!" Natsu ran after the four wizards in front of him.
"I guess we gotta join in now too?" Lucy summoned Virgo. "Yes, princess do you wish to punish me?"
"No, why would I do that?" Lucy gasped.
"Would you like me to punish myself?" Virgo brought out a whip and chains.
"What are you goin- never-mind. Virgo we got a job to do."
"Right, I won't let you down princess."
.
"Wait, I know those marks, those guys are from Fairy Tail." Sherry gasped looking to her master for direction.
"Everyone on this island is my enemy! I don't care who you are or what guild they are from."
"WHAT?" Natsu yelled throwing a punch at the man in the mask.
"The villagers must have put out a quest for their help." Yuka suggested jumping out of the way of smoke and debris from Natsu's rampage.
"What are you standing around for? Go Eliminate the village, NOW!" The masked man commanded his team.
"DAMN YOU, STOP THIS CEREMONY RIGHT NOW!" Gray pushed Natsu aside and charged at the man in the mask. "AHHH ICE MAKE CANNON."
"Wait, he uses ice?" Sherry was baffled the Cold Emperor and this other boy both use Ice magic.
"Hm" The man in the mask retaliated using ice magic as well.
"Wow, he uses ice magic too?" Happy gasped in shock.
The two ice wizards collided sending ice shards flying in all directions. The Cold Emperor took off his mask.
"Hello, LYON" Gray yelled, "I knew it was you under there." a small grin appeared on his face.
"Lyon?" Lucy said puzzled, she kept a close eye on her surroundings, ready to battle if she needed too.
"Gray! My how long has it been?" Lyon glared at his fellow pupil.
"Do you have any idea what you are doing? How could you?" He shouted, "This isn't what the master would have wanted out of you."
"What do you know, you're the cause of her death." Gray looked down at the ground. "That isn't true, Lyon."
"The master knows that guy?" Sherry looked to Yuka, he shrugged.
"Go and carry out my orders, Sherry, Yuka and Toby, I can handle this from here." Lyon said, they nodded and ran off.
"You're not going anywhere" Natsu called out getting in the way of their path sending fire in their direction. He realized that Gray new this Lyon guy and this battle was between the two, good news for him there were three others he got to beat up. He grinned from ear to ear. Sherry bumped into Toby. "HEY WATCH IT."
"WHAT ARE YOU SMILING ABOUT!" Sherry noticed the look on Natsu's face. He laughed and grinned wider. The look of fear was on Sherry's face. "I got you now!"
Lucy and Virgo were standing by watching Natsu and Gray fight "Princess, what can I do to help? Would you like me to punish someone?"
"Lets stand by for now and see how this plays out. I think Natsu can handle those guys." Lucy said, though she knew he could handle himself she was still worried. "And Gray looks like he needs to battle this Lyon guy one on one, I think we would just get in the way."
"Happy, get Lucy out of here." Natsu called out. "AYE SIR" Happy swooped in and grabbed Lucy by her shirt.
"Wait a second!" Lucy called out. Virgo had gone back to the spirit world. "Summon me if you need me princess." was the last thing Lucy heard. She sighed, she knew she wouldn't be much help. She remembered the village. Maybe she could warn them and help stop the curse from there.
"Happy, take me to the village, I need to warn the people, someone needs to be there to protect them."
"Okay Lucy. Do you think they will be okay down there?"
"Of course, you do know who they are dealing with, Natsu is going to light their asses on fire, that's for sure, you saw how fired up he was. As for Gray, I am not entirely sure."
"Yeah, you're right"
'Please be careful Natsu and come back to me safe.'
.
"So you let the woman and cat escape." Lyon said. "No matter, I'll take you on first and take care of the rest later."
"Gray, we gotta take these guys out and stop that spell!" Natsu called out.
"Working on it hot head" Gray didn't know why Lyon was here but he was going to find out.
"HEY LYON, you are no longer Ur's disciple, would you call this whole thing off."
"Oh, but neither are you Gray, and I cannot, it would only interfere with my plans."
"What plans? She gave her life to seal always Deliora and you want to destroy the only thing Ur was able to leave behind." Gray was angry at him and himself. How could this all be happening right now?
"Oh but I think you forget, you're the one who murdered our master. GRAY!" Lyon had a menacing look on his face as he spoke.
"No, no, you're wrong, you don't know what really happened." Gray could feel his heart get colder. Flash backs of his past started invading his mind.
"How dare you.." Lyon seethed not listening to a word that was coming out of Grays mouth.
"You'll never take us down!" Yuka taunted the dragon slayer. He moved quickly dodging a few fire balls.
Natsu had his fists on fire and punched them together. "OH YEAH? You wont get away from me. FIRE DRAGON IRON FIRST." Catching him off guard he sent his fist into knocking him out. "WAHHHH"
"Hehe, whose next" Natsu grinned.
Toby extending his claws, "My poison paralyzing claws will take you out, RARAW" Toby growled.
"Uh, dog man, you got something right here?" Natsu pointed to his head and watched as Toby went to scratch his head. "Uhoh, dammit." Toby fell to the ground unable to move. Natsu looked around for Sherry.
"Now, where did that woman go?" Natsu looked around and started to follow his nose.
...
A ship was approaching the Island of Galuna."Uhh, Miss why do you want to go to the island anyways?" said one of the sailors.
"Never mind that, it is my business, now steer the ship." Erza commanded.
"Please don't make me go there" a sailor complained.
"I heard its cursed." said another.
"Oh yeah, I heard people don't come back alive or you turn into a demon."
"It doesn't matter, those who break rules must be punished!" Erza told them all. They all looked at her confused but chose to mind their own business as they traveled the rest of the way to the cursed island.
...
"Ice make Eagle" Lyon sent a heard of moving ice eagles towards Gray knocking him back.
"URG, Ice make shield" Gray blocked another attack, "I didn't kill our master." He gasped.
"YES YOU DID."
"ICE MAKE HAMMER" Lyon dodged his attack. "Huh I missed."
"Oh Gray your ice make magic specialty was always non moving objects. Whereas mine moves, or did you forget?"
"Ahh" Gray was knocked back by another attack. "How could I forget." He put both hands together. "ICE MAKE SHIELD"
"ICE MAKE APE" The two sent blow after blow at each other. Lyon barely had a scratch, Gray tried to dodge each attack but he just couldn't keep up."You really are a such a waste. You haven't changed a bit, you still use both your hands to use you magic."
"THAT'S THE WAY UR TAUGHT US. Creations made with only one hand are not balanced, you should know that." he huffed, gray was beginning to become exhausted. He realized he needed to train more, but he had to keep pushing himself. He couldn't let Lyon let Deliora be released.
"I have long surpassed Ur's magic power."
"Don't you dare say that, Ur was more powerful than we would ever be, I'm not weak, I am not who I was back then. ICE MAKE GEYSER."
"NEITHER AM I!"
"What's your purpose for all this?" he moved a few steps to the right.
"Oh you silly boy, I plan to release Deliora so that I can destroy that demon for good! If I can do that then I will have for sure surpassed Ur's power."
"SERIOUSLY, HAVE YOU GONE INSANE? YOU SHOULD KNOW JUST HOW POWERFUL DELIORA IS..."
"It doesn't matter, I must do this."
"I WONT LET YOU LYON!" Gray had so much fight left in him.
"IT'S TOO LATE, DELIORA WILL BE THAWED OUT SOON AND I WILL HAVE MY CHANCE. NOW BE GONE WITH YOU!" Lyon yelled sending multiple ice animals after Gray.
"NOOOOOOOO" Gray was no match currently for Lyon, he had too many emotions to fight at his best. Lyon had sent him to the ground.
Thump
"Eh" Gray was laying face down on the ground. "Dammit" he managed to say before it went dark.
...
Lucy and Happy made it to the village. "Everyone gather around quickly I have extremely important news I must share with you" she yelled hoping to get the attention of the villagers.
Many started to gather around near her. She was feeling frantic unsure of how Natsu and Gray's battles were going. She had to play her part.
Once she was surrounded by dozens of villagers she began. "Everyone I don't mean to alarm you but there is an enemy on this island, it's possible they could be headed this way. Natsu and Gray are currently in battle with them as we speak."
"There's an enemy?" She started to hear the crowd murmuring.
'I didn't mean to freak anyone out.' She started listening in.
"A battle?"
"Will we be safe?"
"Are you a strong enough wizard to protect us?"
That last one made her feel useless. She had to try to help these people though.
"Listen I am going to do everything in my power to protect this village and you all can help, let's uh," she paused " OH! I got it, we can set a trap!"
"A trap?" the elder headman said.
"Yes a trap, and I have just the idea." She looked to Happy. "Whatcha thinking Lucy?" He asked puzzled.
She snickered before letting everyone know of her plan. "So you see it's going to work, I'm sure of it."
"Lucy, doesn't your plan seem a little expected?" Happy said.
"Maybe it sounds that way but I'm confident that if anyone gets close they will fall for it, literally. Now for some help, Open gate of the maiden, Virgo."
"Princess, you called again?"
"This is so not going to work," Happy sighed.
...
Natsu had finished off fighting Toby and Yuka. He tied them both up but Sherry managed to get away. He tried to sniff her out but he scent was gone. Though he was picking up a different scent back at the location above the temple. "Gray?"
He kept walking until he saw a body laying face down. He rushed over to him. "GRAY" he called out nudging him with his foot. "Urg" Gray groaned in pain. He rolled over slowly and opened his eyes to see the dragon slayer crouched over him.
"Damn what happened to you? You're fight seemed to be going well before I went off to fight those guys."
"Dammit, Lyon messed with my head, ugh," he coughed up a little bit of blood. He was pretty beat up. He was sure he had a few broken ribs from the last attack.
"So you didn't beat him?" Gray shook his head. "No, but I know what he is planning to do. We gotta stop Deliora from being thawed out before tomorrow night or it's all over." He sat up groaning he stood using Natsu shoulder to balance.
"You sure you're ready for a fight? You can't even stand on your own!?" Natsu removed Gray's grip and he stumbled trying to find balance. Natsu caught him before he fell to the ground. "Let's get you back to the village and patch you up. Lucy should be there waiting for us with Happy."
Gray sighed but let Natsu help him walk. "So how did your battle go?" Gray asked curiously.
"Eh, I took those two guys out easy, I left them tied up with some vines I found. The one they called sherry..."
"Oh the one with the rat?" Gray interrupted.
"Yeah, the crazy rat lady, she kept screaming about love or something, she escaped, I went looking for her but I ended up finding you."
"Well, I guess it all could have all gone worse. Ugh" he groaned. "How far is the village?"
"Not too far, I can smell Lucy and Happy so we are close." The walk wasn't long before the village doors came into the view.
...
"I see two people off in the distance." A villager who was keeping watch announced.
"This is perfect." Lucy's plan just had to work. She stood guard in front. Virgo helped dig a giant hole in front of the gate. She and a few villagers covered the hole with grass. She could feel the fear creeping up on her. At any moment anything could happen. All she could do was wait.
Crash
Boom
"AHH, UGH"
"WHAT THE HELL, HEY LUCY? YOU IN THERE?"
"Hmm? Natsu?" Confused she burst through the gate and looked down at the hole. She palmed her forehead. "OH NO. I am so sorry guys, this trap wasn't meant for you. I am glad to see it works though."
The guys climbed out of the hole and Natsu got Gray into the village. "OH MY GOD are you okay?" Lucy was shocked at the state Gray was in. Natsu seemed fine just a few scratches and bruises."Lets get you all patched up."
While Gray rested in the hut Lucy, Natsu and Happy were talking the the headman. "So you think these intruders are the cause of the curse?" He said.
"Well it's just a theory for now. Our main goal is to protect your village." Lucy told him.
"What's the humming sound?" They all looked up.
"It's that girl and her rat, IT CAN FLY?!" Lucy blurted out. "And she's not alone, look it's the guys from before. "
"I thought I tied them up!"
"Uh, what's that?" Lucy pointed to the sky.
"A giant rat" A villager said.
"And its got a giant bucket!" another said.

"In the name of love we will take Fairy Tail out once and for all." Sherry was standing on top of her rat Angelica. "This time don't get taking out by that fire wizard. I won't save you again."
"Yes ma'am. It won't be a problem this time around. " Yuka replied.
"Are we dumping this poison jelly stuff on the village or what?" Toby barked.
"Yes any moment now. The poison jelly took longer to prepare, if I didn't have to rescue you two." Sherry hissed.
"Yeah yeah, it was still done just in time, look they are all gathered together." Yuka smirked. Toby barked in agreement.
"We must make it back in time for Deliora, lets take these Fairy Tail losers out. Dump the bucket in the name of love my sweet angelica." The rat roared and started to dump the bucket.

"What is that? Jelly?" Lucy tried to examine it as it feel from the sky.
"LUCY GET DOWN." Natsu grabbed her arms and knocked them both out of the way. They fell to the ground, Natsu was on top of her protecting her from any of the weird jelly. They both looked to the ground where the jelly would have hit them. It started to melt the ground. "EEK, that could have been us" Lucy felt like she was going to pass out when Natsu helped her up. "I knew I smelled something deadly."
"Thanks for the save but what about the rest of the village?" Natsu looked up. Villagers were running around frantic.
"EVERYONE GET TO THE CENTER OF THE VILLAGE!" He yelled. "Lucy you too, help get everyone together, I have an idea."
"Uh, O-okay." She ran to the center yelling for everyone to come to her for protection. "The rat has a full bucket of that stuff," A villager yelled.
"Are we going to die?" Another said.
"You are going to save us,?" A little kid stood before Lucy with a sad expression on her face. Lucy bent down. "Of course, be strong little one. Fairy Tail is here and there's nothing that we can't handle." The child took Lucy's hand for comfort.
In seconds, the whole village had made it to the center. Natsu took his chance hoping his idea works. "FIRE DRAGON BRILLIANT FLAME!" He roared, fire met jelly.

"Wait! The jelly dispersed? BUT HOW?" Yuka said. Toby looked shocked. Sherry flew Angelica down to let Toby and Yuka off, "At least we left the village in ruins." Yuka stated.
"Yeah, looks better this way, Rawra" Toby barked.
"Take them out you two, don't fail this time!" Sherry glared at them, Yuka nodded. "RIGHT!"

"Lucy, you ready?" Natsu looked over at her.
"Yeah." she nodded grabbing for her keys.
"Aye, me too." Happy said flying above the couple.
"I'm going to fight too." Lucy and Natsu looked behind them. "Gray?"
"You are in no shape to fight." Lucy said with worry.
"You need to rest now Gray, Lucy and I can handle this." Natsu walled over to Gray.
Whack
"What was that for Natsu?" Lucy asked concerned.
"He was going to argue about his well being, it's for the best, hey village man, watch over him will ya?" Natsu asked one of the villagers who was close by.
"Will do." he replied taking Gray and throwing him over his shoulder.

"Yuka, Toby, I will take to the air and give you cover." Sherry and Angelica began to take off while Yuka and Toby took a fight stance.
"I won't let you get away with this," Lucy's feet moved and she grabbed on to Angelica before she had a moment to think her plan through. "LUCY" Natsu yelled after her.
"AHHHH, this was a really bad idea, Natsu!" Lucy had no idea what she was getting herself into.
Yuka and Toby blocked Natsu's path. "Guess if I want to get to Lucy, I gotta go through the two of you first, huh?" Natsu said.
"So you are the famous, salamander, are you?" Yuka asked slyly, he heard rumors about him but how tough could he really be? He waved his hand.
"Yeah, what about it?" Natsu retorted, ready to make his move.
"We are from the guild, Lamia Scale,"
"So what, it doesn't matter what guild you're from, you hurt my friends and you plan to hurt innocent people, that makes you an enemy of Fairy Tail."
"Big words, hm, you may have knocked me down last time but this time, I will be the one to knock you on the ground." Yuka yelled. "WAVE"
"AHHH" Natsu yelled, running towards Yuka at full force.
"WAVE"
"Fire dragon iron fist."
"Wave"
Natsu sent attack after attack at Yuka but nothing was happening, it was like his magic got cancelled out. "Why won't my attacks work?" Natsu wasn't about to give up.
"My magic diffuses all types of magic, if you couldn't tell, you can't touch me. YOU CAN'T WIN." Yuka laughed, as he had the upper hand.
"Hm, so that's why I can't hit you..." Natsu got an idea, he started attacking Yuka's wave force field again but faster this time..
"WHAT ARE YOU DOING, I TOLD YOU THAT WON'T..." Yuka was shocked, Natsu sent fire punch after punch, "You, YOU BROKE THROUGH, IMPOSSIBLE!"
Natsu grinned, "I broke through, Whoa, this feel weird."
Yuka was worried, he had to think of something fast before he invaded his wave magic. "FIRE DRAGON... ELBOW." Natsu managed to get enough to move his arms about, sending his attack at Yuka, he fell back hitting a giant boulder that was behind him knocking him unconscious.
Natsu brushed off his shoulders and stood before Toby, "Looks like you're next." Toby extending his claws and to Natsu's surprise he scratched his head paralyzing himself. "Uhhh, okay, I guess that takes care of that." Natsu found real rope in the village and tied them up good this time, and he had the village to help out to make sure they wouldn't escape of their own.
"Now, I gotta go find Lucy,"

"Ugh, Where is this chick?" Lucy rubbed her head, they must have crashed several hundred feet from the village, the last thing she remembered was grabbing hold onto Angelica and the the next thing she knew she was on the ground, something must have happened causing them to crash. Lucy stood up and checked herself out for any bumps or bruises. She grabbed at her keys, "Good everyone is counted for,"
"How, HOW COULD YOU! How could you do this to us, to my poor sweet Angelica?" Lucy heard Sherry's voice sobbing. 'This chick sure does cry a lot'
"Are you going to cray about it or are you going to show me what you got?" Lucy taunted her.
"AHHHHH, I WILL SHOW YOU GIRL, YOU ARE NO MATCH FOR MY MAGIC!" Sherry gritted her teeth together and waved her arms. There was a rumble in the forest, Lucy looked around, "WHAT THE TREES ARE MOVING?" She grabbed her keys, "I can do this! OPEN GATE OF THE GOLDEN BULL, TAURUS!"
"Luuucy, have you been working out? You are rockin' that bod,"
"Taurus, we are in a serious battle, focus, we gotta take her out," She pointed to Sherry, "She has strange magic, we gotta be careful."
"Miss Lu-cy" Taurus managed to say before swinging his ax at her.
"TAURUS? WHAT THE HELL IS HAPPENING?"
"Miss Lucy, I can't control my body, it's moooving on its oown." He said knocking Lucy to the ground.
"AHHH TAURUS"
"Don't you love my marionette attacks? I can control any living thing," Sherry announced.
"CLOSE GATE" Lucy said dodging Taurus' punches. "AHH, PLEASE CLOSE GATE"
"It's no use, I have complete control."
"Sorry Miss Lucy, I have not control, I can't st-op"
Lucy was screaming, she had never been so terrified in her life, was this how it ends, being defeated by one of her own. 'NO, I wont let that happen'
"Taurus, remember, remember what you promised me, you would always protect me, CLOSE GATE" Tears were streaming down hers and Taurus' face."RESIST FIGHT HER MAGIC!"
Taurus vanished, Lucy relaxed, "It worked." she sat up slowly wiping her eyes dry.
"Wait? She beat my attack?" She acted all surprised. "There's no way!?"
"You are dealing with a Fairy Tail wizard" 'I must have gotten stronger, I think I know what I need to do.' She grabbed another key.
"I can control any spirit, don't forget." Sherry reminded her.
"OPEN GATE OF CANIS MINOR."
"pu pu" The spirit said dancing.
"Oh he's so cute, I'm in love." Sherry said in awe.
"WILL YOU STOP TALKING ABOUT LOVE!"
"Ahm, Marionette attack." She took control of Lucy's spirit." What are you going to do now? Did you think that I would be distracted by his cuteness?"
Lucy grabbed her whip and snapped it at sherry, "Thanks Plue, close gate."
"Do you really think that was going to take me out, think again! MARIONETTE ATTACK!" She brought a rock monster to life. "OH Shit, I can't beat that!" Lucy started to run for her life until she was out of sight. Stopping to take a few quick breaths, she heard trees being knocked down and the ground beneath her started to shake.
"You can't hide, I will catch you and kill you with love!"
"You can't kill someone with love," Lucy breathed before taking off again. "Ahhh"
"FOUND YOU, CRUSH HER!"
"NOOOO" Lucy ran out of the trees onto a beach. "Wait water!"
"I will crush you little girl."
"I'm pretty sure we are the same age."
Grabbing her key she placed it in the water. "OPEN GATE OF THE WATER BEARER, AQUARIUS!"
Aquarius appeared glaring at Lucy, "What do you want?"
"She's the enemy, take her out!"
"Lucy, you should chill out, that's not a good look for you." Steam would be coming out of Lucy's ears if it could.
"Oh, another spirit looks like I will just take control over this one too!" Sherry said.
"WHAT?! NO ONE CONTROLS ME!" Aquarius screamed. She started gathering water and unleashed her typhoon.
The water was too much, Sherry lost control of her rock monsters and was now laying on the beach unable to move."She took me out?"
"Looks, like I win! Thanks for not taking me out with her, Aquarius."
"Whatever, I gotta go," She vanished.
"Thanks again Aquarius." Lucy whispered.
"HOW COULD I LOOSE! ANGELICA," Lucy heard a growl over head. "Wait the rat is still alive?"
"TAKE HER OUT WITH ALL THE LOVE YOU HAVE ANGELICA!"
SWOOSH
A flash of red zipped past Lucy taking out the rat. "ERZA!" Lucy was so happy to see her.
"Lucy," Erza glared at her friend. "You do know why I'm here..."
"Please don't hurt me!" She pleaded.
"NATSU, I know you are near by, come out."
"Natsu?" If he was near by why didn't he help me out?
Natsu came out from the forest. "How long have you been in there? You could have helped me you know!" Lucy crossed her arms glaring at the dragon slayer.
Natsu walked up to her and embraced her in a hug. "I knew you could handle it." Lucy smiled, "Yeah but that doesn't mean you couldn't have helped me."
"Touching, where's Gray?"
"Erza, listen, this village, there's something that we gotta do." Natsu began.
"You have betrayed the rules, you'll be lucky to live." She glared at the two. "Now where's Gray, we will set course back to Magnolia and you will receive punishment from the master."
"Now, i'm scared." Lucy said.
...
"Erza, we are really close, come on, we gotta help these people out." Lucy tried once more to get her on board.
"No amount of persuasion will get me involved with your shenanigans." Natsu wasn't having any of it. "Erza I will accept whatever punishment but I told you there is something we gotta do, sorry Lucy!" Natsu used a fire attack causing smoke to cloud their vision. "WHAT THE HELL NATSU!" Both Erza and Lucy screamed after him.
Lucy lead Erza back to the village where Gray was resting up. Lucy had explained the situation to Erza again, this time just informing her about injury and what they may encounter.

Gray woke up to see an angry red head and Lucy who was sitting down in the corner of the room. "Glad you're awake, come on, we gotta find where Natsu ran off too and we are leaving this Island." Erza ordered. Gray blinked a few times processing the words she just said.
"We can't" Gray choked out. "How can you be so heartless!"
"You defied guild rules, you will face punishment."
" I am not going to just walk away from this, it's more than the quest Erza, it's personal." Gray had a serious look on his face, he gets up grabs his jacket and walk out. Erza let him go. Once he was out of sight she turned to Lucy and sighed. "Fine, lets go, but you will face punishment when we get back."
"I thought we couldn't persuade you?"
"You didn't I had a change of heart."
...
Under the temple Lyon was sitting with another masked person. "Looks, like we have more company, Salamander and it looks like Titania has arrived."
"hmm, is that so," Lyon said.
"Looks like we will have a battle on out hands."
"So it seems."
rumble rumble
"What is this?" Lyon stood, "What's going on in the temple."
Natsu came flying through the ceiling." I knew you would be here. Usually I break things on accident, but this time it's all on purpose, I'M ALL FIRED UP!"
"YOU DARE CHALLENGE ME!" Lyon shouted.
"Of course, now are you going to fight me or what?" Natsu shouted, surrounding himself with flames.
