Suddenly it dawned on her. Now, Blossomstar knew it for sure, there was no turning back.

"Beware the haze which looms ahead..." "The moon can face it's fate..." Every cat has a place in the clan, a role to play which helps them fit in. But what happens when a couple of cats feel as though they don't belong? Follow Moonpaw and Hazepaw as they find the pathes the stars have laid out for them.

Bluestar is gone - murdered by her evil deputy, Tigerclaw. Taking the blame, Fireheart is thrown into the prisoner's den, leaving Tigerstar to become ThunderClan's leader. When the clans are hit with a particularly nasty leaf-bare filled with disease and scarce prey, they are given a sign from Starclan that is undesirable, at best. A sign to join together as one and remove clan boundaries, forming a stronger, larger clan. Within this sign comes a warning of something even worse than cold and disease that will soon threaten the clans.
