Shisui had been tapping his fingers on the table , thinking of ways to get rid of his boredom when he heard someone knocking at the door.

His mom was busy in the kitchen and his dad had said that he would be home late today , he wondered who it could be as he opened the door.

Standing outside the door were the Fourth Hokage and his beautiful wife. He had a big smile on his face as he tackled his godfather with a big hug.

" Who's at the door , Shisui " he heard his mother call out from the kitchen.

"Its Uncle Minato and Aunt Kushina" he answered back loudly as he led them into the house.

"So how are you Shisui?" , Minato asked him with a kind smile on his face.

Shisui quickly turned his face sour as he replied in a solemn tone , " Not that good"

"What? ,why ? what's wrong ? are you sick?" Minato asked quickly with a panicked look , Kushina also had a worried look on her face as she sat down on the couch in the living room , a hand on her large belly.

"I'm", Shisui continued

Minato leaned towards his face with his both of his hands on Shisui's shoulders , mentally bracing himself for the answer.

"I'm bored" , Shisui let out at last deciding to have mercy on Minato.

Minato face turned shocked before he sighed loudly shaking his head slightly before he shot Kushina a look as he heard her giggle quietly , and shot him one too as he started laughing out loud , Kushina soon joined him in laughing at her husband.

Shisui just gave him one of his mischievous smiles. He then walked towards Kushina and placed a hand on her belly as he asked " Will the baby come out soon" ,

"Very soon" Kushina answered back with a wide smile on her face.

"Do you know the gender of the baby yet? " Kazumi asked as she entered the living room.

Minato shook his head as he said , "No , we both want it to be a surprise"

"Have you guys decided on a name yet?" she asked Kushina.

"Yes , we have a name that might work for both genders in our mind"

" Are you going to tell us" , Shisui asked in his excitement.

"Nope , its going to be a surprise for all of you dattebane"

"Are you excited to be a big brother" she asked Shisui

Shisui nodded his face excitedly ,a bright smile on his face.

"I'll be the best brother the baby could ever ask for" , he declared.

Everyone smiled at that though Kazumi's smile was a bit strained with that , not that anyone noticed.

She asked them "Is there any special reason as to why you're here" , there was something weird in her voice.

" why do you have to ask do we really need a reason to visit our godson" , Minato asked in an odd tone.

Shisui felt that he was missing something as he glanced between their faces.

Kushina quickly managed to diffuse the situation by giving Minato a big smack on the head , " Actually we do have ulterior motives for our visit today " , she declared with a straight face.

Kazumi's smile fell from her face as she beckoned Kushina continue , a slight worry visible in her eyes.

"It's nothing to worry about .We just wanted to ask you to be our baby's godmother" Kushina quickly clarified.

"Me" , Kazumi repeated with shock.

"Yes we both agreed that you would be the best choice .Besides there isn't someone else we trust as much we trust you , for us to ask"

"I'm Honored" , Kazumi said her smile back with full force , because she really was honored that they would ask her with all the tension that had been there between her and Minato for the last few months.

she knew it was stupid to think that they would takes her son from her , but sometimes she couldn't help but worry as she saw Shisui interact so warmly with them.
