Two Routes towards my Hearthome!
(Juan's POV)
I woke up and a few of my Pokemon were still sleeping next to me. I saw Darkness wasn't inside. I looked outside and she was looking at the big Oreburgh city.
"Thanks for snapping me out of being a delusional nincompoop." I tell her.
"Hey.. someone had to do it, and it sure as hell weren't gonna be any of them, they were too scared.." she boredly said.
"I hope I can make them stronger, I've never done anything other than fix my house around Twinleaf Town, I've never had a Pokemon or saw any of all the new places my Pokemon and I have seen.." I frown.
"Consider yourself a very lucky human. Some are forced to do dead end jobs they don't even like to barely have enough Poke to survive. I saw my previous owner go basically insane with financial problems, they remortgaged everything from him. Including me, I was thrown into Wayward Cave like the trash I am, so I just been laying on the ground there, in the complete and total darkness just begging to be taken out of that horrible pit of boredom I was on. You aren't doing a good job but better than nothing I suppose." Darkness said as she levitated noticing all the other teammates were now awake.
I gave a small smile at the small heart to heart I had at her.
A few moments later.
"Symphony, you will hold this Exp Share." I gave her the Exp Share to wear.
"You Darkness hold this quick claw cause you're going to be first slot." I smile.
"Oooo getting the chance to be physically hurt first, joy..." She drawled.
"Not unless you're faster and knock em out first~" I wink at her and she rolls her eyes holding the quick claw. She got the idea of it.
Princess and Rose you two have good levels, very good levels so you'll be used only occasionally so others level up more.
They nod.
"Jay, I want you to hold this soothe bell, hopefully this can make you feel happy." I pay her forehead. "Buneary~" she says.
I notice the girls, they have shocked looks on their faces, Rose just smirked and even Darkness changed her usual always bored face to a slightly surprised one.
I wonder what she said. Oh well. We begin going back up and Dawn gives us a Vs Seeker and a Downswing Machine. We go into a part of Mt Coronet and that old man is talking about this being the place Sinnoh started and all that. Then he pushes me aside.
Music Playing: Hearthome City
I continue walking and defeat every trainer in the area with Darkness. We reached Hearthome City, I help capture the Buneary of someone so she doesn't run away, and I instantly healed the weakened team members.
And then explore around the city, it's beautiful. I get a Shell Bell and a TM and many more items. I give Princess the Shell Bell and walk into Amity Square. I walked with her for half an hour talking and finding some items together. She looked at me very happily
After that I placed the Amulet Coin on Rose since I didn't know what the Spooky Plate was and I went inside the Pokemon Contest Place, I knew it was gonna be girly and boring and then I saw my mother.
She said she loved being here and all that and have me stuff so I could join. She left and I rolled my eyes as I signed up Jay and we began dressing up, dancing and performing.
It was... REALLY fun... Jay won and she seemed like she ABSOLUTELY adored it!
I did asked who wanted to join. Darkness translated. She said Princess wanted to stay outside and keep training. Symphony said she wanted to go with her, the stage would give her stage fright. Rose said she would like to join and then Darkness said she would also join to just out of sheer boredom.
I signed up Rose for the Smart Gauntlet, which is trying to do all classes one by one. She won the normal rank with first place, just like Jay won the Cute with first place, next was the Great Rank. We placed 3rd but had fun.
Darkness groaned boredly as I placed props in her and looked a bit surprised when the curtains came up and she saw hundreds of people clap and cheer for her.
Then she had to dance which she was a little awkward at first but started to love doing it. I could see how much fun she was having.
We got 1st place normal rank but 3rd place Great Rank. I asked Jay if I could teach her Attract before joining the Cute Great Rank Challenge and she nodded. Now she learned Attract and performed.
We dressed up, danced and had fun. She got 2nd place. Dawn came out from also performing, she said she would practice a bit before the Four Friends Tournament Starts.
"Four Friends?" I asked.
Dawn said it was a Pokemon beauty contest that had three pokemon perform, dress up and dance next to their trainer! The winner would get lots of Poke aka money.
I smiled at said I would also practice a lot. Darkness, Rose and Jay looked thrilled.
We went outside and I saw Princess cutting down a tree, Symphony looked at her a bit nervously. I wonder what she was so mad about. I slowly walked towards her.
(Symphony POV)
"Psh her mate, can you believe that... Aroused Bunny keeps talking about mating with our master! That disgusting little critter!" Princess sliced another tree
"But don't you think master deserves a mate?" I asked her.
"I mean sure; with a female human! Pokemon and Humans can't be mates!" Princess looked mad.
"I don't know all the people around us look pretty, comfy with their partners." I said pointing at them. Princess turned around and saw a Raichu nuzzling her trainers cheek. A Espeon slapping her trainers ass with her tail and she winked at him and a Gardevoir and male trainer literally making out in a bench.
"What the hell... wait-" Princess has a shocked face.
"Hey Symphony! Hey Princess how was training?" Our trainer smiled.
"Eh it was fine, I didn't do much other than just watch." I told him knowing he didn't really understand by the look on his face.
"It was fine." Princess said as she began walking next to him. I sighed. I knew she felt, something, for him. But didn't know what it was, that poor penguin. Oh well.
Master made us walk with with around Amity Square, it was incredibly relaxing. Even Darkness seemed to enjoy it a bit, even if she denied it. Jay looked very happy and nuzzled master. I was happy but then frowned when I saw Princess frown, sigh. Oh well the music of Amity Square was very nice and we found many items for master. After a long time of walking around that place we left to the gym.
Our trainer took us to the Gym, Darkness kept fighting all the trainers, she looked really tired and then our trainer gave her a Super Potion. Darkness looked a bit thankful but didn't admit it.
We now saw the gym leader.
"Ohohohoho! You have finally arrived! My my, what a cute set of Pokemon do you have following you... Well non let's hope they can keep up with my magnifique Pokémon! Let's make C'est une performance we'll never forget~" Fantima said as she twirled and posed.
The Gym Leader music played as she sended out a Duskull.
Rose was up first, she grinned and used Stun Spore as she kept using Mega Drain on the Duskull. Eventually fainting him.
Next came out a Haunter. She tried to Stun Spore but the fast haunter took her out quickly.
Next he told Darkness to go, she used Extrasensory and fainted the Haunter in one shot.
Fantimas final pokemon was a Mismagius, Trainer told Darkness to use Confuse Ray which she did but then the confused looking Mismagius still landed her Shadow Ball instantly hurting Darkness, she growled.
"Darkness return. Go Jay!" He sended her out. Darkness went in the bleachers to watch the battle tiredly as Jay came to fight the confused looking Mismagius.
Using Oran berries Trainer began to feed Darkness, she ate them and felt healthier with each one he gave her.
Jay just stood there boredly looking at the Mismagius shoot Shadow Balls everywhere, then she snapped out of confusion and shot a powerful Psybeam at her, instantly fainting her.
He said I should go next and use Leech life, I survived a Psybeam From her and used Leech life.
I barely did anything at all.
Mismagius smirked as it used Shadow Ball at me.
(Juan's POV)
I frown looking at Symphony faint. "Darkness I need your assistance." I told my full health Bronzor, she nodded and went to look at the Mismagius who seemed to be laughing.
"Confuse Ray!" I said.
Darkness did that.
"Shadow Ball!" Fantima smiled.
Darkness was hit with the super effective attack and then Darkness used Extrasensory! Hurting the Mismagius a bit. More than Symphony could ever do I mused myself... Why would I say that.. oh well I just told her to use more Extrasensory!
Mismagius kept being hurt and since she was confused she shot Shadow Balls in random directions, she eventually even tho was confused shot a Psybeam at Darkness.
She just took it and snarled as she shot more Extrasensory. Eventually the Mismagius snapped out of confusion and sended out a powerful Shadow Ball greatly hurting Darkness, she groaned on the floor and looked tired.
Mismagius prepared another shadow Ball and Darkness looked nervous.
"Return!" I tell her sucking her up in her Dusk Ball and then letting her out in the bleachers.
"We're both at our final pokemon Fantima." I smile.
"Ui, but who shall win?~" she grinned as she used a super potion on her pokemon.
"Go Princess!" I said.
Princess went up and used Bubblebeam like I told her. Mismagius kept using Shadow Ball and then both kept attacking eachother until Mismagius fell and fainted and Princess huffed victoriously as she was tired and sweating.
Fantima clapped. "Good job young man I'm Dumbfounded, your pokemon are strong, very very strong." She giggled and gave me the badge.
I came out the gym with a tired as fuck Princess and a barely levitating Darkness.
I healed my Pokemon and then went towards the next route, I went inside the gate when suddenly someone gave me a hard THUD which pushed me back a bit.
It wasn't cause I was weak... It was cause I was surprised... Yea... Oh well, it was Barry Bitch Ass.
Barry Encounter Theme Plays.
We saw Barry there saying he didn't forget about us and wanted to battle.
I said he was supposed to pay me last time. He said today was DOUBLE OR NOTHING!!!! in his own yelling words.
Barry's Battle Theme played as he shook his arms wildly up and down and threw out a ball.
I rolled my eyes and sended Rose. He sended Staravia.
It intimidated Rose a bit. I returned Rose and sended Darkness. Told her to use Confuse Ray, Staravia used Wing Attack.
I told Darkness to use Extrasensory. This went in for a bit until Staravia fainted. Barry sended out Ponyta and I switched to Princess. Told her to use Bubble Beam which fainted it, who did Barry send out next?
Grotle, I switched to Symphony who just learned Slash after a bit of training. She used slash.
It didn't do shit, slash hurted it as much as a scratch!
The Grotle suddenly kept attacking Symphony until she fainted.
"Yikes." I said sending out Jay. She used attract on Grotle and then used Quick Attacks and Jump Kicks! Grotle fainted. It seemed the turtle didn't win the race against the hare or something..
What...
He sended out Buizel and then I sended Rose. Rose just smirked and used Mega Drain.
He then sended out his Luxio and Rose kept using Mega Drain getting back a bit of the health he took off her by using Spark and Bite. Luxio eventually fainted.
"WAHHHHHHHH!!!!" Barry screamed and ran away.
"You better pay me you thud giving monster!" I yelled at him. My team giggled and cheered.
We walked across Route 209, it was a beautiful night. I saw a wild Roselia wave at me. I looked at it and grabbed a Great Ball. I glanced at Rose who looked at me worried. I picked her up and nuzzled her. My Budew did a cute Nya sound~
"I could never replace you, so what if you haven't evolved yet, you'll do it at your own pace." Rose smiled.
We reached Solaceon Town and slept on the Pokemon center.
