Hi Everyone. Once again, I apologies for the lack of story content in the past... I don't recall when I uploaded Chapter 4, But, that is changing as of the time writing this update, I have already uploaded 2 more chapters to this story. Enjoy!
Chapter 5: Time...
Few weeks after the meeting…
"Alright. We will begin with simple exercises." said Undyne secretly training Asriel
"Simple exercises? Why don't we start with the weapons?" asked Asriel
"Because you are not ready yet. I enjoy your enthusiasm, but, You have to wait awhile." said Undyne answering Asriel's question.
"But I want to start now." said Asriel with a demanding voice
"No. It is too dangerous to be using weapons at this point in training." said Undyne as she repeated herself
Asriel huffs in anger and folds his arms after hearing the info. Undyne walks towards Asriel and says…
"Look. I am doing this for your own protection and safety." said Undyne as she looks Asriel in the eyes. Asriel turns away and Undyne continues to talk…
"I am going against your parent's wishes right now." answered Undyne
"Parents? You mean my mom?" replied Asriel
"No. Both of your parents. Your dad was against the idea as well." said Undyne reinstating the fact that Toriel and Asgore were against the idea
"Oh…" said Asriel turning away and looking down.
"Your dad was against the idea because he did not want to lose you again." said Undyne as Asriel turned to Undyne after just hearing "he did not want to lose you again".
Asriel, then, looked down at the floor, understanding the reasoning behind his father's statement.
"Azzy." said Undyne as she tried to regain Asriel's attention.
"Yes?" asked Asriel as he turned his head.
"I care for you. I really do." said Undyne as she walked closer to Asriel and kneeling down to eye level.
Asriel continued to stare at the ground, knowing why his dad did not want him training with Undyne. He then began to remember the first time he had seen a human being, meeting Chara, practically becoming a sibling to her. He, then, began to sob a little at the memory of what happened when he returned Chara's body to the surface.
"You have potential, kid. You really do." said Undyne as she rubbed his back
Asriel breathed in and out and said "Ok. let's start with… what are we starting off with?" and he turned to Undyne
Undyne got up and backed up a few feet and said...
"Dodging"
"What?" asked Asriel
"DODGE!" yelled Undyne as she threw an attack at Asriel, but, Asriel narrowly dodges the attack as he moves his head fast enough to move out of the way. Undyne just kept on attacking and Asriel continued to dodge.
" *deep breathing* You know you could have given me a warning before attacking." said Asriel after a brief break from dodging
"You need to be prepared for anything and expect the unexpected. Now… Again… Dodge."
Undyne then began to attack Asriel again, but this time Asriel was ready for her attacks. He dodged all of them with ease. Undyne then attacked Asriel at a faster rate, but Asriel just kept dodging her attacks. One of the attacks nearly got Asriel's sweater near the hip region. Asriel just shrugged it off and continued to train with Undyne. Undyne noticed this, but pretended to ignore it and continued with the training. A few minutes had passed and the two were just about exhausted for the attacks.
"I think… *exhaul* that's enough for today." said Undyne as she breathed heavily
"I...I… I can still… go a round." said Asriel as he falls over onto the grass nearly passing out from exhaustion.
"Yeap, Definitely enough for today. Come on, Let's get you home." said Undyne as she then picked Asriel up off of the ground and took him home.
At the Dreemurr household…
"You did WHAT?!" said Frisk in shock as to what Asriel told her.
"I know. I know it is against what both mom and dad said, but… I've never had a baby brother before and… I want to protect him…" said Asriel as he began to scratch the back of his head in embarrassment.
"I'm aware. I'm also new to having a baby brother as well, but I would not go out of my way to train with Undyne and disobey the wishes of mom and dad just to protect Seth." said Frisk giving what she had in mind on the subject.
Asriel turned away in embarrassment and in shame knowing what he had done. Frisk, with her arms folded, disappointed in Asriel, shook her head, sighed and said…
"Fine. Your secret's safe with me." said Frisk as she goes along with the plan
"Really?! Oh thank you, Frisk!" said Asriel as he ran over and hugged Frisk. Frisk just replied by hugging Asriel and said "No problem."
8 years have passed since that day…
"Seth. Are you ready?" asked Asriel 8 years older (16 if you were curious), taller (7 ft tall), wearing a green and yellow shirt under a leather jacket of sorts, rainbow scarf, and horns developed standing at 6 inches bending inwards and a little bit of hair over his eyes.
"Yeah, big bro" said Seth as he came running out of his bedroom wearing a red karate gi, about 3.7 ft tall, tail sticking out of a hole from the back of his pants, bright brown eyes and brown hair somewhat styled to look nice.
"Alright. Let's head out. Mom! I'm taking Seth to his karate class. I'll be back in a few." Said Asriel as he began to walk out the door with Seth by his side.
"Ok. Be sure to be back before dark." said Toriel as she sat in her chair reading a book.
Asriel and Seth walked out of the house and headed for the karate dojo.
As they arrived at what was the karate dojo, it had appeared to have been ransacked by the time Asriel and Seth arrived at the scene.
"Well… that doesn't look good." said Asriel as he looked upon the ransacked karate dojo from the driver's seat.
"What doesn't look good Azzy? Oh…" said Seth as he looked to see the dojo he goes to was ransacked.
"I hope no one is hurt." said Asriel as he parked his car in front of the ransacked dojo.
Asriel gets out of the car and begins to investigate the scene. But, before that, he tells Seth…
"Seth. Stay here. I have a bad feeling about this." said Asriel with caution in his voice
"Azzy." said Seth as then Asriel turned around
"Yes?" asked Asriel
"Be careful." said Seth as he looked up at Asriel
Asriel just smiles and says "Don't worry, bud. I can handle this." He closes the car door and walks up to the front door of the dojo.
He looks around to see that whoever ransacked the dojo, is no longer there. All of the equipment was knocked over on the floor. He noticed that the mirror that was once on the wall is now in pieces. Shards of glass spread across the floor and in a pattern that made it look like someone pushed into the mirror. Asriel carefully walked around, trying to avoid the glass shards. He then noticed the blood on the floor that appeared to have led to where the mirror was shattered.
"What happened here?" said Asriel to himself as he looked at the shattered mirror.
Just then, a shadow loomed over him, nearly eating the entire figure of where Asriel stood. Asriel turned around to see a shadowy figure with dark eyes and a boney figure. He had also possessed two scars in the facial region. The figure then whispered…
"Who are you?"
Asriel then went into a defensive position after the figure asked who he was. The figure walked closer to Asriel as he summoned a sword out of thin air. The figure saw this and said…
"You know magic?" asked the figure in a raspy voice.
"Yes. I know how to use magic. What about it?" replied Asriel with suspicion as he looked at the figure
The figure laughed and replied with "Is that so?". The Figure then raised his hand and pointed it towards Asriel and said…
"How about… This?!" said the figure as his eyes began to glow a single dot of light, raised his hand and fired something similar to a gaster blaster at Asriel. Asriel nearly dodges the beam as it passes by his head. He looked at where the beam went and turned back to the being asked…
"Who are you?"
The being just took a breath and said…
"Gaster..."
Then, the figure vanished into thin air, only leaving what was left of the karate dojo. Asriel began to rub his chin trying to think if the name "Gaster" sounded familiar in any way. He also noticed that the figure had a giant hole in the palm of his hand. He then remembered that Seth was still in the car and ran to check on him. When he got to the car and saw that Seth was still in the same place as he was before, He was relieved at the sight and got in the car. Seth, then, asked…
"What happened?"
Asriel replied "I-I don't know how to put it… but, all I can say is that it does not look good."
Seth then gained a look of worry on his face, worried about his karate mates and his sensei. Asriel saw this and said…
"Don't worry. I'm positive that they are all fine."
"Really?" asked Seth
"Yes." replied Asriel with reassurance
"Well…" said Seth still troubled
"Well what?" asked Asriel
"What are we going to do now?" asked Seth as he looked up at Asriel
Asriel takes out his phone and says…
"The only thing to do is call the police and report the scene."
