Chapter 9: The Man In Black
"Ugh… Where...where am I?" asked Asriel as he regained consciousness. He got a look at his surroundings to realize that he was in a hospital. One of the doctors in the hospital turns around and says…
"Oh good, you're awake." said the doctor as they began to walk towards Asriel.
"How long was I out for?" asked Asriel as he began to rub his head and continued to look around the hospital.
"For a couple of hours, you majesty." said the doctor as he wrote on his clipboard
"A few hours…" said Asriel as he sat up right and continued to rub his head
"Oh my god, Asriel!" said a feminine voice
Asriel looked to see Stella walk into the room that Asriel was in. She made her way to his side…
"Thank god, you are alive." said Stella as she grabbed Asriel's hand before another voice was heard.
"Azzy!" said a little boy's voice as Asriel turned to see Seth running into the room.
"Seth… If you're here… oh crap..." said Asriel before he noticed that his family was right behind Seth as he came in. His mother, nearly in tears, tightly hugs Asriel knowing that he is alright until…
"Asriel Dreemurr." said a man in a black suit. Everyone turned around to see the man that was not there before.
"Yes?" replied Asriel
"Who are you?" asked Seth out of curiosity.
"I am an agent of the Federal Bureau of Investigation." answered the agent
"Federal Bureau-! Oh f*ck the F.B.I." said Frisk under her breath. She turned to Asriel and Asriel turned to Frisk realizing what is about to happen or so they think...
The agent stood at 6'9; had a buzzcut haircut, with light tan skin, and showed no emotion. His hands were kept behind his back and wore a clean black suit. The agent then said...
"Mr. Dreemurr. I would like to speak with you in private." said the agent with his hands behind his back
"Wait, before I talk to you, where is my friend?" asked Asriel with concern for his friend Giegue
"What's their name?" Asked the agent with no real regard for Giegue
"Giegue." answered Asriel
The doctor from earlier than said…
"Your friend is fine. With some minor injuries."
"Ok. That's all I wanted to hear. That he is fine." said Asriel, relieved to hear that his friend is alright.
"Now then, I would like everyone to leave the room. I would like to speak to Mr. Dreemurr in private." demanded the agent.
Mostly everyone followed his orders, until Seth spoke up and asked…
"Why?"
"What?" asked the agent as he turned to Seth with an eyebrow raised
"You asked to speak with my brother and now you want us to leave. Why? Why do you want to speak with my brother and what is so secret about it?" asked Seth before his mother pulled him out of the room.
The room was completely empty with only Asriel and the agent from before. The agent, removes his sunglasses and says…
"Now that that is out of the way, I would like to properly introduce myself. My name is E. I am an agent of the Men In Black." said the agent as he's revealed to be name "E" and working for not just the F.B.I, but the M.I.B.
"Wait, The Men In Black actually exist!?" said Asriel after hearing that the M.I.B actually exists.
"Yes. The M.I.B exist sir." replied E as he put on his sunglasses
"Then do you know who Agents J and K are?" asked Asriel trying to get an answer out of E.
"That is classified information, sir." said E
"Classified? You mean they are real?!" said Asriel as he got excited
"I am here to talk about what you witnessed today." said E trying to get off the subject of the movie
"Oh. *Coughs* Sorry, what did you want to talk about?"
"What happened between you and the man you encounter at your school today?" asked E about the figure Asriel and Giegue fought.
"Him. Well… All I know is that he attacked my school. Looking for something." explained Asriel
"Looking for what exactly?" asked E wanting clarification
"I don't know."
"He didn't tell you?"
"All he did was point at me and said 'You have something. Something that you shouldn't have'." said Asriel as he repeated the words of the figure
"I see. Can you describe the appearance of the figure?" asked E as he took out a notepad.
"Well, He was male for starters." said Asriel describing the figure
"Ok. anything else?" asked E
"His eyes were a dark yellow color." continued Asriel
"Dark yellow?" questioned E
"And wore a dark cloak."
"nm hm. And anything about his facial features?" asked E finishing the description of the figure
"N-no… unfortunately…" said Asriel as he looked down.
"I see." Said E as he put away his notepad
"And that's about it." said Asriel as he rubbed the back of his neck
"Ok. Thank you for your service, now, please stare into this object here." says E as he puts his sunglasses back on, pulls out a neuralyzer, and adjusts it to a date and time.
"Why exactly?" asked Asriel as he squinted at the blue light that the object produced, then, a flash of light came for the bar and Asriel began to stare into space.
E puts away his neuralyzer, removed his sunglasses, and then says…
"Your school was attacked by a bomber with an unknown motive."
Then he walked away… until…
"No it wasn't." said Asriel as he came back to his senses
Agent E stopped in his tracks after hearing this, turns around, and stares at Asriel for a moment. E begins to scratch his head and just simply pulled his neuralyzer again, puts his sunglasses back on, and flashed the neuralyzer again. He repeated the words he said early and just as he was about to leave, Asriel says…
"No. It wasn't! What the hell are you talking about?"
E turns around in horror realizing that the neuralyzer has no effect on Asriel. He pulls out the small device and looks at it. He began to ponder if the monster race is immune to the device that he is holding. Before he could come to a responsible conclusion, Asriel grabbed the device out of his hands and began to examine it. He noticed that the device had four dials, they read: hours, days, months, and years.
"The hell are you trying to pull?!" yelled Asriel as he looked back up from the device to see the agent gone. Asriel began to scratch his head as he looked at the device; wondering how it worked. Asriel just continued to stare at the device with wonder as to how it worked.
