Chapter 10: We're not alone...
Later on at home, Asriel continued to stare at the device that he "received" early that day…
*knock knock*
"Azzy. Can I come in?" asked Stella as she stood outside. Asriel hides the device under his pillow and said "Sure."
Stella came in with her hands cupped together as Asriel laid on his bed.
"You alright?" asked Stella with concern
"I'll be fine." said Asriel as he rubbed his head and leaned up in his bed.
Stella walks closer to Asriel, holds his hand, and pulls it closer to her. She looks at his hand and looks back at Asriel. She took her other hand and placed it on Asriel's face. She looks into his eyes and says…
"You are so reckless."
Asriel just chuckles and kisses Stella…
"I didn't mean to make you worry." said Asriel as He looked at Stella
"Make me worry?! Asriel, You had me scared sh*tless! For you AND Giegue's safety" exclaimed Stella as she backed away from Asriel for a moment.
Asriel looked away in shame, knowing what he did was irresponsible and stupid. Stella sighed as she shocked her head. She walked closer to Asriel again and put both of her hands on his cheeks and said…
"I'm glad you two are alright though. I wouldn't know what I would do if I lost even ONE of my closest friends…"
Stella then hugged Asriel and whispers in his ear…
"...and loved ones."
Asriel embraced Stella's hug and after hearing what she said, all he could say was…
"Stella…" before kissing her. Just as the couple "finished their session", a voice was heard that said…
"I hope I'm not interrupting anything." said Frisk as she leaned on the door frame.
"N-no… nothing important…" said Asriel as he began to blush. Stella smiled at the floor, blushing as well.
"Ok then. Stella, can you step out for a second? I need to speak with my brother in private." asked Frisk
Stella nodded and walked out of the room, for the time being, then, there were two. The siblings stared at each other for a period of time before Frisk breaks the silence by asking…
"So… what did he ask you?"
"P-pardon?" stuttered Asriel as he tries to understand the question.
"The agent. What did the agent ask you?" said Frisk as she repeated her question with better clarification.
"Oh, him. He asked me what I witnessed at school earlier today." said Asriel answering Frisk's question.
"Ok. What did you tell him?" continued Frisk with more questions
"Well… I told him that the guy was looking for something."
"Ok. Then what?"
"He then asked me 'What was he looking for?' then I said 'I don't know.' then he response with 'He did not tell you?" and then I said…" said Asriel as he stops for a moment
"You said… what? What did you say?" asked Frisk as she became somewhat antsy
And before Asriel could finish his sentence, the two hear a knocking at the door. Frisk answers the door revealing to be Chara behind it. She then says…
"Hey guys…"
"What is it, Chara?" asked Frisk she is somewhat not in the mode. Chara then continues with…
"There is a random black van outside of the house. Do any of you know who owns a black van in our neighborhood?" asked Chara as she looks around the room.
Frisk's eyes widen as she hears this and looks to Asriel with new concern.
"Asriel… I think we're being spied on." said Frisk as she looks at Asriel and just then, the three of them hear the sound of burning rubber as the supposed black van speeds out of the neighborhood. The three-run out to the living room and look out the window to see if they could get a glance at where the van went. Unfortunately, they were unsuccessful. The three siblings look at each other after what they just witnessed and what they think was a spying mission from the F.B.I.
"What the hell just happened?" asked Stella she ran into the living room seeing everyone staring out the window. Asriel turns around and says…
"I think we were just spied on."
The quartet begins to stand in the living room in silence, beginning to think that they are in danger. Frisk breaks the silence by asking…
"What did you tell that agent, Asriel?"
Asriel just stands in silence as Frisk looks at him. Waiting for a response…
"He told me that… 'I have something. Something that I shouldn't have…' as he pointed at me."
"Who? the agent?"
"No… the guy who attacked our school." said Asriel as he stood in silence as the other three looks at each other trying to figure out what he was talking about.
