A few days passed before my "guests" arrived. I was looking over the security cameras and saw a woman in her late 30's with blond hair and a man with a buzz cut about 19 years old. It was them. I went to the door and opened it and Ugoka said in surprise "You're a kid?". I was about to respond before I heard a sympathetic "Oh sweetheart…" From Omiora. I just looked away and Ugoka gave a confused look to Omiora. "Sweetheart? You know this kid?". "It's Kyokia." Omiora responded without looking at Ugoka. "The one who attacked the UA first years.". "They attacked me." I informed them quickly. "Heh, not surprised." Ugoka said in response. "Come in." I invited as I stepped aside. "We shouldn't be seen here." We were off the beaten path but still, we were on the city outskirts. "I had this strong desire to find someone…" Omiora began as the two of them walked in. "Ah, that was my doing." I informed while closing the door behind them. Ugoka looked at me with surprise, before he said "How? Your quirks-". "Telekinesis." I finished for him, starting to lead them deeper into the storehouse. "My Uncle's quirk, who no doubt directed you here.". " ?" Omiora questioned as the two of them followed. "Yeah he found us...I still don't quite know how. He directed us to this warehouse." She said. "Yeah, about that." Ugoka interjected as he looked around cautiously. "What are we doing in this dump?". "Ah," I said as I remembered my plans. "Just keep following me.". I brought them to the three marble heads and opened the floor. "Oh." Omiora said as the staircase was revealed. We proceeded down into the hidden house. "This is my home." I uttered as we proceeded to the back door. "I plan on making it much more.". "What's that supposed to mean?" Ugoka questioned. I then turned on the lights and opened the back door, revealing the cavern. The cavern was huge, and had these lights streaming from the top from one side to another, but it was devoid of anything other than the house. "H-how the hell?" Ugoka questioned befuddled. "Oh my." Omiora said as she stepped outside. "That ceilings way to high!" Ugoka stated. "How-". "I don't question it." I stated as I looked to the ceiling. "It likely has something to do with my Uncles quirk. Now, to business." Omiora's and Ugoka's attention shifted to me. "I plan on changing Japan, and the world.".
"Heh, don't we all kid." Ugoka dismissively replied while he shook his head. "Ugoka, let's hear him out. He wouldn't have gone through all this trouble for nothing." Omiora suggested. "What do you plan to do?". I looked over to her formally. "I plan on making an organization, dedicated to securing human rights for villains, to give a second chance to those who want it." Omiora's face lit up while Ugoka looked at me with disapproval. "What? Kid you insane?" He quizzed, eyebrow raised. "What makes you think anyone, including villains, wants that?". "Don't you?" I asked Ugoka, He just stared at me with a pissed off look. "Ok, ONE. That doesn't mean-". "Is it not a worthy goal?" Omiora interrupted as she turned to him. "Well...I guess it is." Ugoka admitted slowly, before turning to me. "How you plan on doing it?". "First we need numbers." I explained. "We'll need to get the word out.". "That makes sense." Omiora agreed. "How?" Ugoka asked again, though noticeably more open to the idea.". "The news." I nonchalantly replied. "The news? The bloody news?" Ugoka shouted at me, clearly less open to that idea. "How the bloody hell are we gonna get on the news without being dragged away to prison!?"/ "Simple." I replied once again. "A warp quirk. There are criminals with such for sale.". "You know of any?" Ugoka asked, now slightly more calmed down. "My uncle will." I informed him. "I dunno…" Ugoka hesitated. "It all sounds like a pipe dream...maybe we should just go Omiora.". "No." She replied solidly, while still looking at me. "What?" Ugoka asked while he turned to her.
"Ugoka, I'm tired of running." She revealed. "This is something I could get behind, others could get behind! This could work!" She insisted as she turned to him, I gave her a grateful look. "You really are crazy, you know that?" Ugoka retorted. "It's not like others haven't thought of it." Omiora challenged with a friendly smirk. "This child is simply the only one willing to take action.". She paused. "If there's a will, there's a way." I stated. "There's enough will, now all we need is a way.". Ugoka looked at both Omiora and I with a defeated expression. "Fine." He conceded. "But when this blows up in your face we're out, you hear me? OUT!". Ugoka stormed into the house. "Don't mind him." Omiora assured. "He'd never openly accept he was wrong, but the fact he just agreed to help means he'll stick to it.". Omiora paused for a moment, biting her lip and momentarily breaking eye contact. "Do you really think this could work?". I looked at her reassuringly. "I wouldn't have wasted your time if I didn't. But first we need numbers.". I then pulled out the walkie talkie. "What's that?" Omiora asked, slightly worried. I laughed at this. "You have nothing to worry about here, I assure you." I stated. "It's how I communicate with my Uncle." I then started to page my uncle. "Uncle, you there?" I asked. "Where else would I be kiddo?" I heard my Uncle's voice come from the other side of the walkie talkie. "Do you know of any people with warping quirks for hire?" I asked bluntly. My Uncle then paused briefly before responding. "Um...yes." He responded. "But I don't know if he'll be interested in your cause." He added. "Can you try?" I requested. "...Alright." He finally agreed after a few seconds. For the next hour or so we sat there in my small living room sharing the stories of how we became criminals. Omiora's fit with the news, she just wanted to save people, I guessed society didn't see it that way. She said an old friend of hers found her out and has been personally leading the search, I didn't pry seeing as she didn't seem fond of talking about it. Ugoka however was able to spread some light on his situation. It was true that he was raised to be a villain however he was disowned by his family when he revealed he would try to never kill again, he met Omiora and fell out of contact with his family and gang after that. I told them just about everything there was to know of me, Ugoka was sorrowful yet stoic about it...Omiora wasn't nearly as stoic however. "Oh...I'm sorry." She told me. "It's alright, I'm sure you've had your downs too." I responded. "Kid." Ugoka blurted out. "We still have our families! How the hell are you not bawling on the floor?" I think it was some sort of strange compliment. "If I plan on leading people I have to be stronger than that." I replied with a shrug. "hmm." Ugoka responded while opening the door to go outside, I followed him outside. "This place really is something…" Ugoka said in awe. "You said it." I agreed. "My Uncle's quirk really is...Otherworldly ... '' Omiora walked over to us. "What do you plan to do Kyokia?" She asked. "We'll take control of the news to get word out that we exist. My Uncle will spread word of where to find us in the underworld." I paused to let them ask any questions they may have had, they remained quiet so I continued. "We'll take what we need to live here, and plan how to secure our rights.". "This seems unreal." Ugoka informed me, still somewhat unsure. "People have done much more with much less in the past." I replied. It was true, suddenly my Uncle started talking through the walkie talkie. "You three there?" He asked. "Yep." I replied quickly. "So how'd it go?". "Surprisingly good." Uncle replied, worried. "He wants to meet today, as soon as possible, he warped as close as he could and is on his way.". That was good, I supposed Uncle was wrong about them not being interested. "Really?" Ugoka asked him. "Thought you said he wouldn't be interested." He asked with a hint of suspicion. "I didn't think he would be." Uncle said. "His name is Seishika Koken.'' Omiora gasped. "Oh my...Him?" She asked in disbelief. "That's strange…" Ugoka said thoughtfully. I looked at them visibly confused. "Who is he?". I asked curiously. "A die hard sadist who enjoys the hell out of being a villain." Ugoka responded bitterly.
That took me off guard, I wondered why he would want to help us if he was like that. "Really…" I asked. "He's a transporter, You'd hire him to get you in and out. " Omiora informed me. "His quirk allows him to make these...cylinders I suppose, from his palms. They are waypoints for him and those he wishes to bring with him to travel to. Never go back on a deal with him. You won't survive." "Oh." I said, understanding and heeding her warning. "Be very careful when he gets here. He's made his fair amount of enemies dead." Ugoka warned me as well. We waited for about ten minutes before he arrived at the front, he had to be in his late fifties, early sixties. I went up alone to greet him. "You're the leader?" He asked. "Strange...but I've been told you have the skills thanks to Kiyaka's quirk.". "Greetings." I said in response, noticing that he knew my uncle and wondered how close they were. "Come in, we can't be seen here.". "Well at least you have common sense." He replied, and with that we went down to the others. "As you likely know my name is Seishika Koken, I have decided to help you...be grateful." He was rude, but his presence alone somehow demanded respect. "A pleasure to meet you, I'm su-'' Omiora started to say but she was interrupted by Ugoka. "Why?" He demanded. "Ugoka!" Omiora chastised him. "No Omiora, I've heard his reputation. Seen pictures of his handiwork...why are you trying to help us?" Ugoka demanded once again, earning a chuckle from Seishika.. "I can assure you it's not out of the good of my heart.". He informed harshly. "What heart?" Ugoka asked, Seishika just smirked at that. "I like you…" He said, "But don't push it." he then threatened. Ugoka threateningly stared at him in response, Seishika then started up again. "I have decided to help your cause for one reason. Despite my activities even I have...regrets about them." He said slightly hesitant. "You? You regret being a villain?". Ugoka asked, amused. "Me?" Seishika asked, he then started laughing. "No, no…" He sighed. "I have a grandson"
We all gave a surprised look. "I haven't exactly been...great to him." Seishika continued. "I was a horrible father, a worse grandfather though." He confessed. "His parents died a long time ago, he was put under my care...at first I hated the brat but…he grew on me.". "What happened?" Omiora asked sympathetically. "The same thing that happened to the rest of my family, I ruined his life." Seishika responded. "I wanted him to be a villain, he didn't. So I forced him into it. I've hurt lots of people, the only difference is I actually regret what I did to him." He explained. "I don't know where he is, I lost contact a long time ago...but I know he's alive. I just hope that, if you do pull this off...He'll find his way to Japan.". Omiora put her hand over her heart and Ugoka just laughed. "What? You think he'll forgive you?" Ugoka quizzed. "I don't want his damn forgiveness!" Seishika said with a scowl, he then paused for a moment, recomposing himself. "I just want him to have his life back...and to get the hell away from me.". The room fell silent. "I thought I knew what was best for him in a way." Seishika said. "I was...wrong, I want to make it right.". "Then let's do it." I said without a missed beat. "Well great." Ugoka interrupted. "Now we have a psychopath, two runaways and a bloody kid! Great leaders!". "Leaders?" Seishika asked. "I'm no leader, I'm just your way in and out." Ugoka stared at him and then to me. "Oh great, now we have three leaders!" He said sarcastically. "We'll pull it off." I said to him. "I agree with Kyokia" Omiora stated. "We need to be hopeful about this Ugoka.". Ugoka sighed in defeat. "So what's the plan then?" Seishika asked me. "We need to take over Doragmessen news." I informed him. Doragmessen News was Hosu city's most popular news channel, it would be a good place to let people know we existed.
"One of Uncle's men will place one of your cylinders in the building and we'll have one here, so you can warp us to and from ''. "You really rely on your Uncle you know." Seishika informed me. "For now." I replied with a smile. "Soon that'll be different. He's agreed to spread the word of our location in the underworld to...trusted people. We'll get this place livable and start making moves.". "A good start." Ugoka admitted. "Uncle?" I said into the Walkie talkie. "Yeah Kiddo?" he responded. "Let's begin". "Hold up." Ugoka interrupted. "Jeez kid no wonder you wanted help...You need a name for the organization!". A name hadn't occurred to me, but he was right. We needed something for people to look at with hope. The four of us sat there debating on what the name should be before finally deciding on LOGIC, League Of Groundlessly Identified Criminals. "This isn't gonna work." Ugoka reminded us once again. "Who the hell is gonna follow a group called LOGIC?". "People followed the League of Villains." Seishika joked, which surprisingly Ugoka laughed at. "Okay then, Well how do you know people are gonna even be watching the news?". I thought of what Ugoka asked and responded. "Well Doragmessen News is Hosu cities most popular news channel, If their studio is attacked anyone who watches it is gonna check in, and anyone who cares about hero and villain stand offs will come running as soon as they hear about us being there.". "Ok, so you're all ready?" Uncle asked. I looked to the other three, who shook their heads. "Yes." I responded. And with that Seishika tossed a cylinder onto the ground. "Got a special delivery to make, same place as last time Kiyaka?" He asked my Uncle. "Sure." He responded over the walkie talkie. A blue gate opened and Seishika walked through.
