I looked at the group of people who had just introduced themselves, and thought perhaps Seishika was correct in his suggestion to make them leaders of ground forces. "Welp, I think I'll take you up on your advice." I said as I turned to Seishika. I then turned back to the main group. "Consider yourself lieutenants." There were noises of approval, ranging from positive mumbles and even a "woo hoo!", I assumed that was Fukisha. Those supplies came first and foremost, we needed housing after all, but there was also the matter of food. "Okay, we need to start gathering supplies." I said to them "Um, excuse me sir?" The person who informed us the construction crew was ready got my attention again. "Hi, I uh...I just thought I should tell you my quirk…" I turned to him and gave him a friendly smile. "Okay, enlighten me." He gave me a smile and said "My quirk can, well reinforce things...Like, make them near indestructible." My eyes widened as I heard this, that could be useful. "Except, if rain water touches it...it'll start to melt...it has to be rain water specifically I don't know why…" That made it more...situational. "Well, I was thinking that I could make...safe rooms basically. The cavern may cave in, or we may end up being over run...I don't really know. But not a lot of people have rain water on them and I just thought it could be a good idea…". "I agree," I said to him. "Are the safe rooms in the schematics?". "Yes sir." He replied quickly. "I should alert you, another worker has a quirk to make very fragile gems, blue for cold temperatures and Red for hot, We'll be using this for freezers and such. We'll be able to have two at best. But the gems are very fragile so be careful around them!". I nodded in response and turned to the main group. "Sutrai! Dekrai!" I shouted and the two of them jogged over to me. "Yes Kyokia?" they said in unison as they smiled. They were interesting people, they made me uncomfortable but not to the point of being unbearable. "We need to start preparing, Seishika!" Seishika came to us and looked at me with a small smirk. "What's up kid?". He asked me. "You two will take some of his teleportation canisters to two hardware stores and a grocery store, preferable inside if possible." I said addressing the Sen'yuku Twins. Seishika nodded his head and a canister started to form in his hand, it wasn't coming out of his hand or anything it was just...materializing. "They'll be ready soon." Seishika said to me. "Alright, once they are set up we'll divide everyone into three groups, and raid all three stores at once." The twins awaited any further orders. "Once Seishika has made the canisters, go.". I started to walk away but Seishika stopped me. "Kid you should know something about my quirk." I gave him a confused look before I recomposed myself and said "Okay, shoot.". "You're gonna want to be careful or plan for this, see my quirk can be used indefinitely but if it's used a lot in a short period of time it requires more and more concentration from the traveler. See if that concentration is disrupted you may end up somewhere else entirely.". I thought to myself for a moment, that could in fact be bad if it were to happen. "Is it in that state at the moment?" I asked him. "No but you'll wanna be planning for it in the future.". "I understand." I said with a nod as I walked away.

For the next hour or so I sat with Omiora and Ugoka in the middle of the field answering questions from the Jacks, it wasn't an overcomplicated name for the majority of our combatants but it served its purpose, the main group would be called ace's while the rest were called Jack's. The Jacks were pretending to be brave, fearless, hell even cocky but they were obviously scared. I wondered how long they lived in this fear. "Kyokia! We're done!" The twins said in unison. "Alright, have the Jack's separate into three groups." I instructed them, everyone save for Ugoka, Omiora and Seishika left to do so. Uncle Kiyaka looked at me and asked, "so what's the plan you got brewing in there?". We had eleven Ace's and had to split them into three groups. Sutrai and Dekrai had to be together, forming one group and Fukisha and Senbona would likely want to stay together as well so there was two. "We'll have Sutrai, Dekrai, Hatsu and Chimoka as Group A." I informed the four of them. "Group B will be Fukisha, Senbona, Omiora and Ugoka.". "And the remaining will be in group C?" Ugoka asked me. "Of course." I responded promptly. Group C consisted of Uta, Kojin and myself. "Group A and B will raid the hardware stores, while Group C raids the grocery store.". "What should we take?" Omiora asked me. "Whatever building materials you can, go inform everyone." Ugoka, Omiora and Seishika rushed to tell the others, Uncle Kiyaka then said to me "I'm going to return to my home, Good luck Kyo.". I hugged him briefly, it was a tight and close hug. "Bye Uncle, be safe.". I said, he then walked off and about 5 minutes later the groups were formed. "Aces, converge!" I shouted and we all met in a circle. "Once this is done Sutrai and Dekrai will place more canisters in area's, namely I-Island.". There was a choir of gasping and sighing. "I-Island? That place isn't exactly a cake walk to get to." Fukisha chimed in. "And less easy to stay undetected.". "If anyone can do it it'll be them." I retorted as I gestured to the twins, I then looked at them with a faithful grin. "They are the best infiltrators this side of Japan.". The two of them nodded in approval at this. "Uta will be joining them, I want you to find whatever technology you can. The rest of us will go in pairs of two to antique shops around the world, raid them, and then sell the antiques in other countries and convert the money to yen." I then looked at Seishika. "Have you got any portals to other countries?". Seishika chuckled and responded with "What do you think kid?". I looked at the twins and said "Once we're done here, the three of you make it happen, okay?". The twins and Seishika nodded. "As for the rest of us we'll stay and help construct the buildings, Ready?" The Ace's all confirmed they were ready and returned to their groups. Seishika threw three canisters to the ground and I announced "We will begin when your Ace's give you their strategy, I trust them to make their own.". With that I walked up to Group C and looked to the Jack's. "Half of you will focus on transporting the groceries, half of you will focus on defending the others from any police and or heroes. We want this to be fast and precise. And remember, NO killing. Understood?" There were no objections among the Jack's, Uta or Kojin. "Separate, Fighters on the left, transporters on the Right.". Uta walked beside me along with Kojin. "I'll focus on directing the fighters." She informed me. "And I'll work to direct the transporters, my clones will assist me in doing so." Kojin added, His words somewhat slurred. "Excellent, then we are ready." I decided. After about five minutes the other groups were ready, Seishika walked up to me and said "Maybe you'd like to give a speech to inspire the troops?" It made sense, so I raised myself in the air, quickly gaining everyone's attention. "Today, we make a stand! We will take what we need to survive, and we will change Japan for the better! Fight for yourselves, fight for your fellow LOGIC members, Charge!" As I said charge the canisters activated and the groups made their way through the portals, I flew through the portal designated for Group C in an effort to lead the charge.

Once I got on the other side I was on top of a shelf. It appeared the twins put the canister on top of a shelf separating the respective isles; there were shoppers running in panic, presumably taken by surprise from the sudden opening of the portal. I ripped off the top of another shelving unit and split it in two using my telekinesis to make ramps, as I did this Jack's started to flow out of the portal. "Soldiers! Secure the perimeter of the store!" I heard Uta bark an order at the combatants. "Focus on non-perishables!" Kojin yelled as he took a swig. He pulled out a pair of scissors and took some time to cut a single hair. He clutched it in his hand and threw it to the ground. A clone started to form and he said "Go tell em what to do." Kojin said to the forming clone as he went to cut another hair strand. Jack's lined the ramps, they passed groceries to each other as other Jack's ran to them carrying more. I decided to assist the soldiers holding the front door. Once I arrived there were multiple people backed in a corner near the entrance. "Sir, we've acquired some hostages." A Jack said to me. The people were scared, as they had the right to be. Men, women, children, you name it. They were simply in the wrong place at the wrong time. We didn't exactly plan on staying long so I said. "Release the women and children, they won't be required.". "But sir-" The Jack started but I interrupted him saying "You have your orders, the men will stay.". The Jack crossed his arms but complied, I watched as the women and children were escorted to the door. "What the hell was that!?" Uta shouted as she walked to me. "What?" I replied harshly. "We needed those hostages!" Uta replied in a matter of fact tone. "We have hostages." I reminded her as I pointed to the men. "Yeah, maybe forty percent of what we should have!". I got closer to her and said, "Listen, I'd agree with you if we were planning to be here for a while but this is a quick in and out, we'll be fine.". Uta huffed and said. "Next time, leave matters like this to me, we can't allow your sentimentality to interfere with our chances of success.". "Fine." I said in defeat and walked over to the Jacks at the front. Police had showed up in the parking lot now, I knew that soon heroes would make their way here and we'd likely have to stall for time. "Oi! We're making decent progress! Got a lotta food already!" Kojin informed me as he walked to us. "We'll still need more time to get everything however.". I looked back at the entrance and walked to it, once I was there I yelled "I want a negotiator! Stat!". I waited a few minutes and Uta walked up to me. "What do you have in mind?" She asked. "We're going to make them believe we don't have a way out, may buy us some time or make them think they can convince us to surrender." I explained to her. "It's all I've got at the moment.".

"Heroes! We've got heroes!" A Jack called out to me and Uta. "The news will certainly be here then." I muttered bitterly. When I made it to the door again there was a hero standing at the other side, he was somewhere in his mid 40's and wore a yellow jumpsuit with shoulder pads, quite the...unique outfit. "Kyokia Matchigaten?" The hero asked aloud. "That's me, how can I help you?" I asked with a hint of sarcasm. "This isn't a social call young man." The hero replied. "Look behind me." He stepped aside and I saw about three other heroes at the police line. "Those heroes are prepared to fight you, but your willingness to release the women and children hasn't gone unnoticed." The hero explained to me. "I'm here to find out if we can resolve this without violence." What was this guy a Jedi? It was humorous talking to him as you could feel the righteousness radiating off of him. "Don't you hero types benefit from doing that?" I asked angrily. "We hero types benefit from ending threats to peace, and it simply doesn't make sense to not try to do so peacefully." He replied in a very serious tone. I couldn't tell if this was an act or genuine, seeing as the news was recorded from a distance it could've been either for a number of reasons. "What would you suggest we do to end this…" I waved my hand a bit and said "Peacefully?". "Well firstly you'll have to release the rest of the hostages." The Hero said, with a hint of hope." And then surrender yourselves to the police. I nodded, pretending to consider the offer. "A reasonable idea, but I have a better one." I offered in a feigned cooperative tone. "You and your police friends back off, I don't want to hurt anyone but I'll do what I have to to defend LOGIC.".

The hero gave me a disappointed look as he shook his head. "You have five minutes to reconsider, then me and my associates will be coming in.". He walked away and I walked back to the portal. "How much longer?" I asked Kojin. "Well I'd say nine minutes, give or take." Kojin informed me, after that I told him "We got four until The heroes attack, I'll do what I can to stall for time." Kojin gave an understanding nod followed closely by a swig of his beloved beverage. I made my way to Uta at the front, with about two minutes and a half to our deadline. "We'll have to stall for about eight minutes." I informed her. "I'll do what I can to keep them away with my telekinesis.". "So be it." Uta agreed as we walked up to the door. As the minutes passed the Hero returned to the front with the other three, he knocked on the door and I walked up to it alone, it slid open. "Last chance young man, I suggest surrendering." The First hero warned me. "I'm sorry but you know I simply cannot." I responded with a raised eyebrow, my hands in my pockets. "We won't be long, you may turn back and no one will be hurt...Otherwise…". The heroes stood there and I took that as a sign there'd be no peaceful resolution after all. One of them charged at me, a female. Her arms turned into vines and she yelled "Give up!" I shot a wave of telekinetic energy at the four of them knocking them back. Jack's with ranged quirks lined behind me and started firing. I formed a telekinetic barrier to protect our fronts as another hero came rushing at us, he had to have had a transformation quirk because his skin wasn't human, nor was his face. It was made out of a gelatin-like substance, his arm extended and reached for me. I felt that throwing something at him would be less than effective so I shot a telekinetic blast at his arm, he was unbalanced and I shot another knocking him away. The heroes were busy dodging my and the Jacks attacks as I said. "You know...I just don't understand…" The hero I talked to earlier seemed to look at me. "You people are supposed to work for peace, and the only peaceful ending to this was walking away...so why didn't you?". "We don't allow criminals to run rampant, child!" the other female hero shouted at me as she launched what appeared to be a harpoon out of her palm. I caught it using my quirk and used her as a flail to knock the gelatin hero off balance, resulting in him being hit by the Jacks projectiles. I stood guard over the Jacks, at this point choosing to simply focus on the shield and keeping the four heroes away from us, I had no sense of the time that passed. "Sir! We're ready to roll out!" A Jack informed me from behind. "Retreat!" I yelled at the Jacks. As they did, the heroes tried to charge at us. I used my quirk to send them flying back. They landed in the police line. I made my way back to the portal and saw through a window the gelatin and vine hero were rushing to the door, where the remaining two heroes were rushing straight for the windows. "No I think not..." I muttered as I used my quirk to collapse the door, blocking out the two. The other heroes crashed through the glass and rushed toward me, by now most of the Jacks were through the portal and Kojin was awaiting me along with Uta. "Get over here!" Uta yelled as Kojin directed his clones to my position. I started to fly and throw some objects ranging from shelves to lights at the heroes. As I flew, the clones rushed past me towards the heroes. "Damn it!" The harpoon hero yelled behind me as I ran. "Get through, tell him to close it!" I yelled as I got closer to the portal. "But-" Kojin started. "Just do it!" I demanded, and with that they jumped in. I put in my all as I soared to the portal, it was starting to close. "Kyokia!" I heard the first hero yell as I made way towards the portal, I ignored his calls and all but dived in once I reached the portal.
