Percy's pov

It was a normal day for a Demigod. Fighting monsters, doing quest, and almost dying. Yep just a normal life for a demigod.

Percy went to see his girlfriend, Annabeth Chase, daughter of Athena. Today is their 1 year anniversary so he decided to do something special for her. Percy was on his way to the Athena cabin.

"Looking for me" someone said behind Percy.

Percy turned around to look at Annabeth. Her blonde hair was loose, she wore the camp half blood shirt and her eyes were like a gray storm.

"You know I was looking for you Wise Girl" Percy answered her with a smile.

"Yeah you're right Seaweed Brain. Hey Percy, do you know what today is?" Annabeth said with a smile.

"Is it your birthday?" Percy answered.

"Percy! It's our 1 year anniversary!" She yelled.

"I know. I was joking." Percy laugh

Annabeth came closer to Percy and pulled him in for a deep kiss. She smelled like roses and her lips tasted like strawberry. It lasted for 2 minutes until their lips separated.

"Percy please don't scare me like that." Annabeth said.

" I'm sorry. How about I make it up to you." Percy answered while smiling.

"You've already did." Annabeth answered with a grin on her face.

" I'm sure you will like this gift I got you." Percy answered

"Okay what is it." She asked while rolling her eyes.

"Just meet me in the woods in 2 hours." Percy answered

"Okay, but why?" Annabeth asked.

"Just do it." Percy said while smiling.

After she agreed they went their separate ways.

Percy went to the woods and started practicing. After he finished practicing it had been almost 2 hours. Percy quickly ran to meet up with Annabeth. She was in his cabin, sitting on his bed, reading a book. She looked up at him and smiled.

"Hey Percy, I have been waiting for you so I could give you your present." Annabeth said.

"Can I show you mines first." Percy asked

"Fine." Annabeth answered.

She followed Percy through the woods until they reached their destination. The place was full of roses and had a nice view of the lake.

"Percy it's beautiful" she said with a smile.

"That's not the present." Percy answered her

Percy took her by the hand, pulled her down to the lake and they sat on a rock.

"Hey Annabeth, I got to get something really quick." Percy told her then jumped into the lake.
