It was now Spring in the Evergreen Forest meaning Nature was awakening after Winter, and Stripes was helpimg her mom wake up animals but wearing ner signature red shirt, as her paws gripped the straps of her adventure pack, hearing giggles makimg a grin cross her furry face knowing that Bert was watching, wondering what she and her mom were doimg ringing bells, tripping over his paws when she was onto him, as she caught him, makimg her furry cheeks go pink makimg Beth cbuckle, as she, Ralph and Melissa ew these two liked each other
"We're waking some of the forest up, letting then know spring has arrived, plus it's good seeing you, after a while." Stripes said.
Hewas impressed by what she and her mom were doing, hanging out with them, impressed by Stripes's know,edge of things guessing Beth being a forest ranger, she had taught Stripes what she knew about theforest, asking if she wanted to hang out, after a while making Stripes nod, unaware her mom had overheard knowing this was a good thing hoping that Ralph and Melissa knew.

They were walking through theforest to meet the others, as a picnic was happening, talking, catching-up laughing about things unaware that Schafer was watching, knowing those two liked each other, they just didn't know it yet which Ralph and Melissa agreed with, knowing that Beth, Stripes's mom was helping, knowing the picnic might help seeing them arriving.

After eating for a while, Bert and Stripes were doing dives into the lake, having fun splashing around, having fun, going undersater, accidentally nuzzling each other's noses, making them grin, making Stripes realise she had to get going, nuzzling Bert's nose before leaving making him chuckle, going to join the others, telling Elissa making her happy forhim andStripes, knowing Beth would be happy when Stripes told orhad probably told her.
"We're moving, but why, wejust got settled!" Stripes said startled.
"We're notmoving out of town, more near the forest." Beth replied.
Thatmade thefemale kit curious than worried, as Beth told herthere was a house in theforest thatwas vacany, which was not farfrom the ranger station, along with Stripes being closer to herfriends, especially Bert knowing whathadhappened today, from Melissa who hadused a walkie-talkie to tell her makingStripes wonder, how she knew.
"News travels fast through theforest, alright?" she told her.
The female kit was excitedly packing her things, deciding to let itbea surprise, feeling goodafter today'sadventure, helpingBethaftershewasdone, chuckling at her excitement, knowing this wasa good thing putting boxes into the jeep forthe morning knowingtomorrowwould bea long yetadventourous day, so was making hotcocoa because that alwayslulled an excitedStripes into skeeping.
After havinga bedtimesnack, shewas tucking her little kit in, kissing her furry forehead, seeing herasleep, cuddling herfavouritestuffedanimal, makimg Bethproud of howshe wasgrowing up, now having a special friend it made herhopeful forthefuture.
