Sometime Later
Tree Hill High School
"I figured you and I would be meeting to talk about Sam sooner or later. Which is why i managed to get ahold of her file." Haley stated. Handing it over to Lucas.
He examined the thin folder then looked to Haley. "She's been going to school for all these years and this is all the proof of that.?" Lucas asked.
"That's the thing. She's been in and out of school for some years and other years she hasn't gone at all. Which i assume has to do with the constant moving and foster homes she got placed in over the years. She's actually very smart. Insightful. Has alot of potencial. Which is something she never shows off."
"She's had a difficult life. From what i've has her problems. But who doesn't.? She never talks about that with me or anyone else." Haley revealed.
Lucas took in the information and looked back at his best friend.
"Do you have any idea who the father of the babies are.?" Lucas asked.
"Her boyfriend Jack Daniels they got sent to the school at the time they endured the same situation. I'm assuming that so if you need clarity on it. Ask her."
"I fully support you and Brooke going forward with this. The two of you deserve this kind of happiness and joy. Especially given everything the two of you have gone through." Haley said.
"Thanks Hales. I'll share what i just learned here with Brooke. I'll let me know what happens." Lucas replied.
"I'm looking forward to hearing from you. Nathan and I are here for you and Brooke with whatever you need." Haley stated.
"We appreciate the support. And i'll make sure to keep that in mind." Lucas said. As he left the classroom.

"When you agreed to meet with me. I expected we would be meeting at a house or a resturant. Why are we meeting up in an empty parking lot.?" Brooke asked.
Sam sighed. Putting her hands on her belly.
"Because this is where i live. I'm homeless. Living in my run down car. Let's just say being out here on my own. Is vacation compared to the other places i've lived in."
"What do you want to know.?" Sam questioned.
"Does the father know you're giving up the babies for adoption.? Has he sighed his rights away.?" Brooke asked.
"No the father doesn't know i'm pregnant and is never going to know i gave up the babies. Trust me it's better this way. But i have my parental rights sighed away already. I'm serious about making sure these babies have everything." Sam said. Handing over the signed forms.
Brooke read over the forms and breathed a sigh of relief. They were true legal documents and Sam had signed where it was needed. She put away the forms in her purse.
"Thank you for being so honest with me. Lucas and I need as much information as possible to make sure this process goes smoothly. Who's the father.?" Brooke pushed.
Unshed tears welled up in Sam's eyes.
"My boyfriend's brother. Xzavier Daniels. We were living with him for awhile. But we had to leave. Things got toxic in alot of ways. I had to find a reason for him to keep me around. Me being Jack's girlfriend wasn't enough."
"He forced himself on me. More then once but the last time got me pregnant. He isn't going to be a problem for you. Jack knows about it and he's claiming the babies as his. He isn't going to fight you in anyway."
"We're going to start over fresh somewhere once high school is over and we age out of the system. Have a boring normal life. I don't want these babies to ever know i existed. The adoption is closed. Once i have them. The boys will belong to you and Lucas." Sam reassured her.
Brooke engulfed the shaken teenager into a hug.
Sam hugged her back. Quickly wiping her tears.
"Grab you're stuff. You're staying with me. I have a guest room. Regardless of how you've grown up. You're 15. A kid. Who deserves the chance to be taken care of for change." Brooke proclaimed.
