Side Note : This Story is going to reveal what happened after Christmas at Kryptarium as there is now a big chance I won't continue the story after what I've been writing for a new and better story, revealing new elemental powers, characters, and going even further into the pasts of characters we know and love in my stories
Side Note 2 : At the same time of this Story, The Glass Princess will also be published as it takes place during the same time, only it focuses on Princess Lydia.
Chapter 1 : The Minds Without Memories
December 27th, 2045
10:05 p.m.
Journal Entries : King Brenden
"What happens from this day forward is anyone's guess, but Akita needed me to stop Vex, and sure I stopped the storm, but I didn't stop him, he escaped with the Scroll of Forbidden Spinjitzu, with it's power quickly fading away, and what he's attempting to do now may very well damn us all, there's a storm of new threats growing in Ninjago... and with Vex, it's only going to get worse."
Vex was walking through Ninjago City, trying to find a specific Young Ninja.
Vex : I know she is somewhere around here, I've been told that she is the rock, heart, and foundation of her whole team, what team will there be... without Siddie.
He walked into a house, and was being extremely quiet, and saw Cole and Opal asleep in their room.
Vex : Enjoy your sleep, while you can... Cole.
Vex continued walking through the house until he was Siddie's Room.
He walked inside and pulled out the Scroll, while it's Power was fading.
Vex : The past 20 years have been a huge disappointment, but this moment wont me... Obsidian.
Vex put the scroll to Siddie's Forehead, and he was looking at her memories.
1 Hour Earlier. . .
Siddie was laying in bed, and Cole walked in and spoke.
Cole : I'll see you in the morning, Sweetie.
Siddie : Okay, Daddy.
Siddie sat up to kiss her father's cheek, and Cole kissed Siddie's forehead, and let her sleep.
Right Now. . .
Vex : Cute... but not right for Me, Let's take you back a few years, Young Ninja. . .
Vex used the scroll, and he was changing Siddie's Life, but replacing one night of her life, with something she never wanted. . .
April 17th, 2043. . .
7:00 p.m.
Siddie's 5th Birthday.
Vex had changed Siddie's Past, and he was making her dream about what he changed.
Right now it was pretty dark out, and Siddie jumped into Cole's Arms, since Opal just came to the Police Station to get him for Siddie's Birthday.
Cole : There's my birthday girl!
Siddie laughed, and Opal came up to Cole and kissed his cheek.
Siddie : Hi, Daddy.
Opal : Hey, Cole.
Cole : You two, okay?
Siddie : Yep.
Opal : Siddie couldn't wait for you to get off of work, so I figured we would come here to get you.
Just then The Commissioner came outside for a second to speak with Cole.
Commissioner Stevens : Cole, I need to take to you for a moment.
Cole : Sure, Commissioner.
Opal grabbed Siddie and carried her, and they walked inside the station, as a red car stopped in front of the station, and there were three men in the car, holding firearms.
Inside the station.
Commissioner Stevens : So that's really all I need you to do, just take a break, and keep your head down until we get Manzanita to Kryptarium Prison, to make sure nothing bad happens again.
Just then gunshots were heard.
Siddie was getting nervous and Opal held onto her.
Cole : You two stay back.
Edward Manzanita came out of the room where the shots were coming from, and he was holding an M4 Carbine, and he started shooting at the officers.
Commissioner Stevens : Get down!
Just then the three men from the red car outside started using Handguns and firing at the Police Station, and Cole had Siddie and Opal get underneath the desk.
Cole : You two stay here.
Siddie : Daddy, don't go!
Cole looked at Opal, and she nodded at him and spoke.
Opal : She'll be okay.
Siddie : Daddy?
Cole looked into Siddie's eyes, and she had tears forming, since she was scared, and he kissed his daughter's cheek, and spoke.
Cole : I love you, Obsidian.
Opal tightly held onto Siddie, while Cole grabbed his Glock 22, and started shooting at the men who were in front of the station.
While one of the members of Cole's Team, came out into the reception, and spoke.
Person : Cole, what's going on?
Cole : Well we obviously getting shot at, Caine!
Caine : Okay, sorry I asked.
The officers kept shooting at Manzanita and his henchmen, while trying to avoid getting hit.
Cole was getting close to the door as Edward Manzanita got outside, but the police guns had stalled the car.
Commissioner Stevens : Don't let them escape!
Officer : Easier said than done, Commissioner!
The raiders were outside just as the car started, with Cole and a few other officers stepping outside.
Once they got outside the Car was starting again, and Cole's gun was running out.
Edward Manzanita : Goodbye, Ninja. . .
The Car started driving away just as Cole was about to shoot again, he shot Cole in the heart.
Cole stood where he was and Siddie watched him get shot.
Siddie : DADDY!
The car drove away with a few cop cars chasing it, and then Cole fell on his back.
Siddie was prying her mother's arms off of her, and trying to get to Cole.
Opal : Siddie, No!
Siddie got free and ran towards her father.
Siddie : No, Daddy... No!
Cole looked up and saw Siddie crying and looking at him, and he placed his hand on Siddie's Cheek, and he spoke.
Cole : It's okay, Sweetie. . .
Siddie : Daddy, I can't lose you!
Cole : It's okay, remember what you promised me, Sweetie.
Siddie let that thought into her head, and remembered what Cole told her.
Cole : I made the same promise to my mother when I was your age, and I want you to promise me Obsidian, that you will always stand up to those that are cruel and unjust, Always.
Siddie let the thought out of her head, and Opal kneeled down next to Siddie, and Siddie looked at her dying father.
Siddie : I-I promise I will Daddy... Always.
Cole : I love you, Obsidian.
Siddie had more tears leaving her eyes as Cole was dying, and she spoke.
Siddie : I love you too, Daddy.
Cole leaned up enough to kiss Siddie's Cheek, and his breathing slowed down, and he closed his eyes, and exhaled, and Opal immediately wrapped her arms around Siddie as she immediately started sobbing.
Opal : Cole. . .
Just then, Commissioner Stevens came outside and he saw what happened.
Commissioner Stevens : Cole... Opal, I... I'm really sorry.
Opal nodded at what the Commissioner said, but focused on her little daughter crying in her arms.
Opal : Oh my gosh, Siddie. . .
Vex was in the dream in spirit, and he laughed at how he changed Siddie's Life, but destroying the one person close to her. . .
Just then, power started surrounding the house. . .
Vex : What is happening?!
After about 1 minute, Vex saw he was in Siddie's Room, but in a different location.
Looking to the right, he was Siddie's Room now had floor to ceiling windows, and there was a big view of Ninjago City, meaning that they were in a tall apartment building.
Siddie was no longer smiling, and she was whimpering in her sleep, and she then Vex hid in the closet, as she woke up and yelled.
Siddie : NO!
The scream woke up Opal, and she ran over to Siddie's Room, and turned the light on.
Opal : Siddie, what's wrong?
Siddie just started crying, and Opal kneeled down in front of her.
Opal : Sweetie?
Siddie : My Nightmare, I... Daddy, he...
Opal pulled Siddie into her arms and hugged her as Siddie cried on Opal's Shoulder, and she rubbed her daughter's back to calm her down.
Opal : I'm sorry, Siddie.
Vex smiled, that his plan had worked, and he had hurt Siddie in a way better than he could have imagined, but what he doesn't know... was how his choice, affected the lives of the others around Siddie.
Siddie : I miss him so much.
Opal : I know Siddie, I know... I do too.
Siddie : I promised Daddy, that I would stand up to those cruel and unjust, and the same... will happen to whoever did this to him.
Opal kissed Siddie's Forehead, and she tightly hugged Siddie until she calmed down.
Siddie : I love you, Mama.
Opal : I love you too, Obsidian.
Siddie : Can I sleep with you?
Opal nodded and smiled before she kissed Siddie's forehead, and Siddie had sighed and hugged her mother as more tears left her eyes.
Opal carried Siddie out of her room and shut the door, and went to her room, so Siddie could sleep, and wouldn't be left on her own.
Vex : Enjoy your sleep little girl, it may soon be your last. . .
Vex then escaped, and dropped the scroll now that it had no more power, and he was glad that his plan had worked. . .
The Next Day. . .
In Ninjago City, in an apartment, was a Young Boy who had black hair, and was wearing a Gray and Cream ( Very Light Pastel Yellow ) Hoodie, Olive Green Pants, and Black Shoes.
.
And it was Richard Morro. . .
Richard was holding a picture in his hand, that seemed to be a few years old, and standing next to him was a younger girl, wearing Dark Gray and Bright Yellow Clothes, and had Yellow-Gold Eyes.
Richard : I wonder where are you now, Sis.
Just then, Monica knocked and entered the room.
Monica was wearing a Kimono, which looked like Nya's from Season 10, only it was Gray at the top, and the bottom was Black, and the silk belt around her waist of her kimono was also Black, and the spirit animal symbol on her Kimono was a Hummingbird.
Monica : You okay, honey?
Richard : I'm alright, Mom.
Monica : You sure?
Richard : Of course not.
Richard sighed and stood up and hugged his mother, and she returned the hug, and the two of them walked out of Richard's Room.
Monica : I know what you're thinking Son, I miss her too.
Richard : It's been two years, and everything has been upside down in my life ever since.
Monica : Well you got your Father, and you got me... would you rather have lost us?
Richard : No.
Monica : Okay, so just take it easy, what happened to her wasn't your fault Richard.
Richard : It just feels like I can connect to her, like I still feel her inside of me, as if while she's not here, her spirit still is.
Monica : Well, you are the Master of Spirit, Richard... it makes sense if you feel like you can still see her inside of you.
Richard : Yea. . .
Richard held out his hand, and he felt a small breeze, as a white ball of light appeared in his hand, and it formed a cloud with the light shining through it.
Just then, Morro walked inside the apartment, and took off his hat.
Morro : Hey Son.
Richard : Hi, Dad.
Morro : What is it?
Monica : He's just thinking again, Morro.
Morro : It's okay, Richard.
Richard : I guess I just don't know what to do with myself right now, I don't really feel like talking to my friends, and i'm getting tired of fighting, tired of all these new and old villains... tired of Nina and Felicia.
Morro : Now you know how annoying Jay and Kai were when I was a teenager... well, technically your Mother and I are supposed to be middle aged now, but who's complaining?
Richard smiled at what his dad said, and he hugged his parents.
Richard : I love you.
Monica : And, We love you too, Son.
Monica then tightly hugged her son, mainly so he wouldn't escape, and she left a big kiss on his cheek.
Richard : Mom. . .
Monica : Feel better?
Richard : Yea.
Monica smiled, and she let Richard off the couch, and he left the apartment to head outside.
Meanwhile. . .
At the Royal Palace, Lydia was in her room, wearing her Princess Outfit, and she was sitting on her bed, and listening to the sounds outside.
However, Lydia has been having some sort of weird feeling inside of her whenever she used her powers.
Lydia stood up and she walked over to the balcony, but on the end table near the balcony door, she accidentally knocked over an empty vase, and it broke.
Princess Lydia : Oh, no!
Lydia grabbed the pieces and put them back on her end table, but just as she was going to tell her mother, she used her powers on the vase to try to fix it.
Princess Lydia : Please work. . .
As Lydia was trying to fix the vase, not only was she using the power of Creation, but she saw pieces of glass coming out of her hand.
Princess Lydia : Glass?!
The glass was moving over to the vase and fixing it piece by piece, and sealing the cracks until it was complete.
Lydia was shocked and looked at her hand, and was confused on how she did that, and she ran out to find her mother.
Princess Lydia : Mommy!
In the Living Room of the Palace, Harumi was in there talking to Brenden.
King Brenden : That's why I'm worried Sis, Vex could very well have changed the past as we know it, and you know one secret I have, is one we don't want to reveal.
Empress Harumi : Are you sure you aren't overreacting Brenden, without the Scroll's power, and without anyone to defend him, Vex is completely powerless.
King Brenden : Yea, but who knows what sort of thing could Vex be changing, he could be hurting one of us, or the kids.
Empress Harumi : I say wait and see, we have no idea of knowing for sure until we notice something different.
Just then Lydia came into the room.
Princess Lydia : Mommy... Mommy!
Empress Harumi : Lydia, what's wrong?!
Princess Lydia : I was in my room and when I was trying to stand up and look at the balcony, I knocked the vase of the end table-
Empress Harumi : Lydia, that vase was expensive.
Princess Lydia : That's not what I'm talking about!
King Brenden : Then what?
Princess Lydia : I picked the pieces of the vase up, and when I tried to use my powers to fix it, I saw Glass come out my hand!
Harumi and Brenden : What?!
Princess Lydia : See.
Lydia tried using her powers and while it was almost entirely made of her Creative Powers... Harumi and Brenden could see tiny pieces of Glass within the power in Lydia's Hand.
Harumi had a worried look on her face and she looked at her brother, and Brenden nodded at her, with Harumi realizing what he meant.
Empress Harumi : Lydia... you have to promise, to never tell your Father or Brother about this.
Princess Lydia : Okay?
Empress Harumi : You have another Elemental Power. . .

Princess Lydia : What?
Next Time on No Memories and New Problems : More Elemental Masters are introduced, while a few of the Young Ninja are still being discovered about the changes to their lives without Siddie.
Side Note : Near the same time that this story is added, I will publish The Glass Princess which is another story that will have Harumi and Brenden take Lydia to a forgotten place from one of their ancestors, that holds the secret to Lydia's Second Elemental Power... The Elemental Power of Glass.
