Author's note: I've just realised that I spelt freddy's name wrong. I kept on typing freddie but it is actually freddy.
Also apparently there is a new Alex Rider book coming out at the end of next year, well that is what Anthony said.
Rubbish chapter + chapter name alert. It's also really short but i had no idea what to write.
Memories
Alex and Freddy shared glances on the way back to the huts. They were biting down on their bottom lips and looked like they were about to burst. And that's what they did. They both erupted into laughs after taking one more glance at each other.
"S... sorry i... couldn't keep that... up" Alex paused for breaths in between and then stumbled breathlessly, still laughing, over to Freddy, who was also still laughing. "good to see you."
"You... too. Thanks for saving... my a$$ that day."
"honestly, no problem." they had slowly stopped laughing and we're able to talk once again normally.
"HOW THE F*** DO YOU KNOW EVERYONE?!" Wolf shouted at Alex.
"Oh come off it wolfie, I don't know everyone." He smirked whilst using the nickname, clearly making Wolf more angered than needed. And no one wants that.
"you sure seem to!"
"Shhhh shhhh shhhhh." Alex grinned "Let's get the stroppy teens-"
"HEY!" the group of teens called out.
Alex ignored them "-to their huts and then i go and run off somewhere so you can't ask questions. Sound good?" Wolf opened his mouth to speak- "Great! let's do it!" Alex clapped his hands together once, he had just interrupted Wolf.
They arrived at the huts and Alex said goodbye to James and Freddy quickly.
*WHOOOO MINATURE TIME SKIP*
"YOU HAVE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME!" Mathew shouted. Alex rolled his eyes. They had just arrived to their hut after dropping off the new kiddos to their bunks.
"Ima go and check on Kaeda" and he tried to slip out of the door but Mathew grabbed his shoulder and didn't let go even though Alex gave the harshest flinch in reaction that everyone saw.
"Let. Cub. Go." Wolf said through gritted teeth. He didn't like cub that much but he would always protect his team and his team most certainly didn't include this MI6 agent.
"No."
"What?!" wolf growled, angered.
"No, no one is leaving until we sort this out."
"Well, what needs to be sorted out then!" Wolf tried to calm down and then whispered "you little pig."
"Thi-this arrangement!" Mathew pointed at the whole room. "Duh!" he was still holding Alex firmly, said person was frozen stiff with wide eyes full of emotion.
Inside alex's head, memories swarmed of all the times he was trapped. His jaw trembled and his eyes started to redden but no tears would fall. His mind gradually overflowed and the whole team and mathew watched as Alex's breath sped up.
There were ear-piecing screeches and screams banging forcefully at his eardrums from memories all collected together along with the intense drumming of his heart and now incredibly fast, harsh breathing hoarsely coming from his mouth, his throat painfully dry and a tsunami of beatings blasted in his head. He flinched again and again and then winced again and again.
Mathew slowly removed his hand and stepped back.
Alex fainted.
"What the f***" Wolf said in shock as Fox practically dived onto Alex and held him close to him.
