"She has no injuries external or internal. She will wake up after a while, you're free to stay with her" the doctor says
"Thank you, doctor" levy says sitting beside lucy
"I need to go back. Gray alone is handling everything" natsu looks at Erza
"Yeah, I'll call you if anything comes up" she replies
Natsu steps out of the door, he stands looking through the glass at Lucy
His face softens for a minute, thinking what she might have gone through for her to pass out
He puts on his helmet and walks away just as lucy opens her eyes looking at the door

"Gray!" Natsu shouts running to him in the middle of the highway road. Half blocked
"Natsu..." gray scratches his chin looking at the tab, a video playing
Natsu grabs the tab, looking at it
It was Lucy's car, looney jumped on the bonnet of the car making the car skid to a stop
She drives good! Natsu's lips curl up a little
But right after, looney hops off to open Lucy's door. Someone dressed in a black cloak chokes looney, slamming him to the bonnet
Lucy was clearly visible unlike the cloaked guy and her eyes widen at the whole scenario happening before her
"Did she see the hoodie guy's face?" Natsu looks at the gray who shrugs
The unmoving body of looney was slumped on the cloaked shoulder who disappeared in a split.
Lucy hits her head to the steering but starts her engine shaking her head and driving away
"Her body soon gave up and that's when you found her" Gray says shutting off the tab
"We have new mystery to solve? Now this is what I signed up for!"

"You got us so worried. You bad Bish" levy cries as lucy smiles at her best friend
"Stop crying, I'm right here before you" she wipes her tears
"When was the last time she ugly cried?" Juvia gives lucy tablets
"This is ugly cry?" Erza points at levy who stops, sniffing her nose
"What?" Levy says, while juvia and Lucy look at her too
"No, she is pretty cute. How can you call that ugly?"
Levy starts crying again, hitting juvia with her tiny fists "hear that? She called me cute!"
The girls laugh and the room lightens up, the door open with a nurse calling Erza out
"The other Patient who was admitted before her has regained you like to meet him? Visitor hours close after 10 minutes"
"I'll meet him now" Erza follows the nurse to see romeo
But by the time she calls out to him, he fell back into the slumber.
She texts Gray and Natsu about Lucy and Romeo in their chatroom

Erza smiles knowing how embarrassed natsu looks right now.
She pockets the phone and sets into the laughter room
"Erza! Erza! We didn't tell you. Lucy is getting engaged!" Levy sings
Erza pauses her steps but goes near them anyway "what? Engaged?"
"Yeah, she is gonna be hooked with the Straights. The owner of the fashion Brand 'Knights' Dan Straight"
"Oh, Cong-" erza was cutoff with Lucy's sudden laughing
"She hates it to the core" levy adds
Erza was a bit sad, knowing that she was going to get hitched, when she was thinking of setting lucy up the pink head
But now that lucy hates it, Erza join in the teasing and maybe break the deal
"I promise, I'll come with you if you say 'Run away with me' lucy says dramatically
"You aren't what you look like" Natsu says leaning against the door as gray pushes him inside
"So are you. Why are you here?"
"Be grateful, I saved you"
"Gray was minutes late, dragneel" lucy folds her arms
"Yeah but those minutes are what important"

They bicker back and forth while gray pulls Erza away while Juvia with levy who was mildly resisting
"Oh I'm so done with you!"
"So am I!" Lucy shouts back
"You should've just went back home when Erza told you to!"
"Why do you care?"
"Because you are a human and I protect both of our kinds"
"What?" Lucy looks at natsu shocked
"What, what?" He was confused
"I protect both of our kinds, it was the exact same thing that the other guy said" lucy looks at her hands
"Which guy? The one in the cloak?" Natsu sits on the chair beside her, matching their eye level
"That...he said something else too...I can't remember" lucy squints her eyes, tilting her head thinking
"It's fine. Think about it later, we didn't catch him on camera's but what you said is a bit useful for us" natsu leans on his palm, his elbow on this thigh
Lucy who now has a closer look at him. Saw how his perfectly tanned his skin was, his jawline and his features-
"I'm sure a photo lasts longer" he says not looking at lucy
"But reality is reality. Such a waste of good looks" she shows how sad it is
"You just called me handsome" natsu turns his head to her
"Dont get cocky now, dragneel" lucy sticks her tongue out "leave now. I need someone sleep"
Natsu stands up reluctantly "heh, still not thankful for saving" he opens the door to 5 eavesdroppers
"How did she get involved in this?" Natsu says closing the door and looking at the floor nurse
"Hourly checkup!" She steps into the room
"You guy go home and come back. I'll stay until then"
"Why...why would you stay? You go home. We need to stay next to her!" Levy tries pushing natsu out of the way
