"Guess the date went well?"
"Jayie...Lunch is on me today" Lucy smiles

They stop by the lockers, lucy unlocks but doesn't pull it open
"Did you kiss him?"
"No...but he did" sticking her tongue out, now opening the door
A bunch of sticky notes fall down, multicoloured with writings on it

And so on...all of them were from today

Jay takes them away from her hands "Dont read anymore...don't think about this"
"Who is it? I'm curious now..." a blank look on her face
"Give them to me...I need to show it to natsu"
"Oh right" he gives them back as she shoves them in her text book
They head to the class, but Lucy couldn't shake off the feeling
Her thoughts as ever, go wild not listening to the lectures
The day zooms away, no clinicals today and she was headed home
Jay wanted to give her company, seeing her state but when she saw his boyfriend call him, she rejected

"Ahhhh, what!?" Lucy shrieks, hands crossing on her chest as she closes her eyes

She opens her eyes slowly "uhh...Dan?" releasing the breath she was holding
"Let me drop you home. You look so pale" he says softly
"I-its okay...I'm alright" she says her heart still not calm
"Please? I swear I won't say a word and I'll be quick to drop you off too" he pleads
"She already has a ride home" natsu says standing before them
"Natsu...?" Lucy looks at him, relief washing
What the fuck Lucy? How can you calm down at the mere sight of him? She curses inwards
"Come on...I've been waiting for 5 minutes now" he turns heal and like a puppy Lucy follows leaving Dan, again.
"Whyyyyyyyyyy did you come?" Lucy asks him as he unlocks the car
"I was done with my classes and I stopped by" he says nonchalantly
"Really? Did you miss me?" She says tilting her head, standing close to him
"No...levy told me you don't have to go to hospital. So I came here to drop you off" he opens the door
"Hmm hmm...I can hear the lie" she goes around the car opening her door
Natsu turns away for a moment, teeth clenched and eyebrows meeting
She is smart, you idiot
Halfway though, lucy took out the sticky notes "I got these today"
"From your fan club?" He gives a glance at the writings "oh from the president"
"Yeah and I'm just so curious about who it it" Lucy reads the ones she couldn't before
"Stop reading them...will you?"
"Why...maybe if I read them..I can find who"
"Playing detective now?"
"The words are kind of familiar..." she compares few notes
"Uh huh..." Natsu turns around a corner
"But it can be anyone...that's why...you find him" she puts them inside the bottle holder
