AN: Sorry for there being such a long wait for this chapter, I've been really busy, and I lost motivation for a little bit, but here is the next chapter!

I landed in a crouch on a stone floor in a dark hallway in a crouch. Dust rose from the floor when I landed. I straightened up and looked around. The hallway stretched in front of my long enough that the light from the trapdoor above couldn't reach it. I turned around and saw no way back up. Looks like the trapdoor was an entrance only. And it just occurred to me that this was probably a trap.

Careful said a voice in my head. It sounded like the female. Guys, I need help. I can't keep calling you "the male and the female" or "one and two." What should I call you guys? I asked in my head.

Just shut the hell up and get going snarled the male. I sighed and shook my head but started walking forward anyway. I heard a light snap and quickly jumped back. I did it just in time, as a boulder fell from the roof and stated rolling towards me. I just shook my head.

"Way too cliché." I weaved a few hand signs. "Earth Style, Rock Wrecker!" I punch the boulder, and it broke into dozens of pieces. I then started running forward through the tunnel, dodging a bunch of traps along the way, like spike pits and stuff like that. I slid to a stop and got an idea. I weaved a few more hand signs. "Fire Style, Fire Gauntlet Jutsu!" My hand caught fire that didn't burn me and lit up the room.

I saw that I was in a wide chamber with pictures adorning the walls. I looked closer and saw that it was a picture of two armies clashing, one made up of shinobi, the other made up of White Zetsus. Beside that was a picture of a person standing on top of what looked like the Ten-tails. There were more pictures of the Fourth World War, but they all looked ancient, as if they'd been there for hundreds, maybe even thousands of years.

That's because they are thousands of years old dipshit. Snarled the male voice in my head. I could practically feel the female smacking him. I winced.

What he meant to say was that these were carved a long time ago when this base was made. Every major event in your shinobi's history? It was prophesized ever since chakra was able to be used by humans. The Sage of Six Paths gave a group of humans some visions about what would happen, and they carved it into these walls. Pictures like this are all over the base. The female said, and I nodded. I turned around and saw a bunch of hallways leading off in different directions.

"So, which one do I take?" I asked, looking at the hallways. There was only silence in my head. "Welp, straight ahead it is." I started walking, and quickly came to another room, but this one felt a little off for some reason. I was looking closely at the walls, when I thought I heard something. I perked up quickly and looked around. I didn't see anything, so I turned back to the walls. Suddenly, there was a loud THUD behind me.

I was about to turn around when a blindfold was pulled over my eyes and rope was tied around my wrists behind my back. I was hit hard in the stomach by a blunt object a few times until I passed out. I woke up a little while later by a sharp pain to my face.

I opened my eyes and looked around. There was a person standing right in front of me, her face a few inches from mine. To my left and right, there was a group of shinobis around me, and I heard voices behind me, too. I looked down and saw that I was tied to a post of some kind. I looked straight and saw a familiar face standing a few steps away from me. It was the man from my dream, the one who was sitting on the throne. He smiled when he saw that I was awake.

"Welcome to my humble abode, Iwa! We've been waiting for your visit ever since we showed you that vision. We knew that if we showed the condition that your little female friend was in, you would come rushing. And the base under your parent's grave was my idea. It adds a little spice to the whole base, don't you think?" He smiled, and it was a warm, genuine smile.

"What did you do to her?!" I growled at him. He just got an innocent look on his face.

"Who, me?" He asked. "I didn't do anything to her. My lackeys just had a little... fun with her." An evil grin spread across his face. "You know, all we really needed her for was to draw you in. Now, she's useless to us. We'll kill you slowly and remove the treasure inside you that you stole form us. Then, we'll kill her. Simple as that." He laughed. He looked up and saw me trembling.

"Aw, what's wrong?" He asked. "Are you afraid of death? I thought your clan was supposed to be fearless, and that's one of the things that made them so feared." He walked closer. I couldn't hold it in anymore.

"PFFFFFF HAHAHAHAHA!" I laughed, almost falling forward. The man took a step back.

"What are you laughing at, boy?!" He snarled.

"Oh nothing, just the fact that you think that I was scared, and that you thought you could kill me." I used my shoulder to wipe my eye. "Oh, this is priceless."

"You better be appreciative, boy!" He spat. "I'm going to send you to the afterlife, just like I did with your parents!" I immediately stopped moving and stood deathly still. "Oh, I seemed to hit a nerve, I think." He smiled. Suddenly, everyone was blown out by a huge gust of force and smashed into the walls, kicking up a bunch of dust from where the walls broke. When the smoke cleared, I was standing in the middle of the room, with the ropes ripped apart and the post in pieces by my feet.

"First you kidnap Himawari and beat her." I take a step forward, and a dark blue aura envelops my body. "That was strike one. Then, you defile my parent's grave." I took another step forward. "Strike two. Then, you tell me that you killed them?" I took another step forward. "That was strike three." I then lunged forward and grabbed him by the throat. I looked him in the eye, and I could see the terror wash over him. "And I hate it when people lie to me. My parents were killed by Obito Uchiha during the fourth Shinobi War. They would never have died to a scumbag like you."

He laughed. "So, my experiment worked! It seems manipulating your memory and giving you false history was a success! Who knew that everyone in the village would fall for my jutsu?" I growled.

"What do you mean?!" All he did was laugh, so I slammed him against the wall. The wall cracked from the impact. I then kneed him in the gut, and he spat out some blood. "Answer the question!" I snarled. He smiles weakly.

"Oh, its really simple. Your parents weren't killed by Obito Uchiha, in fact, your parents-" He was suddenly cut off by a sword protruding from his chest, almost piercing me as well. I quickly jumped back as he looked down at the sword protruding from his gut. He smiled weakly. "So that's how that sword works." I then saw the life leave his eyes as the sword was pulled back through the wall. I frowned.

"Well, that complicates things." I looked around and saw a bunch of armed guards around me. I smiled widely. "This is gonna be fun." I then jumped into the crowd of shinobi.

So its me again. Sorry for such a long wait on this chapter. I hope you enjoy it. I have a lot of personal stuff going on, like dealing with a knee dislocation and about to have knee surgery, family drama, etc. But anyway, if you guys can't tell, there is more to Iwa's backstory then I revealed at first. Anyway, I plan on having this story take an... interesting turn from the expected plot, so be ready to expect the unexpected. Another thing, I will be looking for reviews on any ideas on what direction you guys want this story to take. Ultimately, the decision is mine, obviously, but I would like some input from you guys. Anyway, have a nice day everyone!
