The forest is a home of different variety of animals
Leaves calmly dancing to the wind
Singing of birds like a group of choir
And they flock away immediately when they spot an intruder

A small whimper left from lucy, feeling her head cracking from the unexplained acid
Throat drying up, she opened her mouth to day anything but strike of stinging from her neck restricted her moments to move a muscle
Then she shot her eyes open
"What were you thinking!?" Erza shouts ar the two of them
Sitting in the living room, they were scolded by the mom
"You can't just give your blood to him, lucy"
"But he would dying...and..."
"What if he sucked more? What if he didn't stop himself?"
"He-hey...it's my fault too.." natsu tries to answer
She glares at him, silencing him with a puppy whimper
"I'm sorry" Lucy says
Natsu looks at her, the tears staining her cheeks
He couldn't think much, it was blank-when he woke up on the cold ground with her on top
He panicked, thinking if he drained till the last but honestly her body rose up and down
He hugged her tight, grateful and proud of controlling
"Lucy...do you like him?" Erza asks knowing it was a rhetorical one
"I do..." lucy whines her tear with her sweater paw
"And you natsu?" Erza has this hope in her eyes while looking at him
"I-"
"He doesn't...ahh...he sees me like a close frien and we help each other right?"
With an apologetic look, he murmurs "ye-yeah"
If gray was here, he could hear Erza's curses worse than ever

"Really? That boring" Lucy says as Jay gawks
"I should feed you to the vamps"
"I already did"
He blinks rapidly, pulling his ears and hitting his head
"What are you doing?"
"I don't think I heard that right, did I wake up on the wrong side of the bed?"
"See..." she pulls her white coat aside to show a disappearing purple mark
"WhooOoOo, that looks more like a hickey" he whistles
Lucy laughs, looking out of the glas windows of the cafeteria
Annnnnnd she was stuck between the quarreling old couple while going home
No, no...it was gray driving.
"I swear, fire breath...ill freeze your entire existence"
"Is it my FAULT? he was literally on your tail"
"And there were more options...you didn't have to go high-school on him"
Why the fuck am I here
"We are going to a bar, i have work. This idiot is free"
"Right..." she looks out of the window embarrassed forgetting about his mind reading
And somehow it looked she was dressed for the day, the caramel flowing dress dancing along with her steps in the huge bar
She gets closer to natsu when sees too many red eyes "Wh-what is this place?"
"It's a bar? Why?" He holds her arm, pulling her away into a close room
Taking a box pit of his jacket "put those in...gosh I forgot this was an all vampire"
She looks at the rows of red contacts, picking one out
"Why do you have so many?"
"It's for romeo"
She blinks looking in the tiny mirror attached inside the box, adjusting to them to the right place
"How do I look?"
Natsu was ngl, she looked stunning with them. Vampire lucy would be the death of him
"Good, let's go. I'll buy you a drink"
She links their arms, a wide smile on her face
Few drinks out and Lucy knew the alcohol kicking in
"Natsu"
"Hmm?"
"Can you get drunk?"
"That's why we see here"
"So are you drunk now?"
"Maybe" he sips more of his transparent liquid
Turning in her high stool, she leans her head on her hand placed on the table
"What does my blood taste like? Is..it..really addicting?"
He stops his glass right at his lips, eyes turning to see her
Then to her exposed neck, the mark still there...from nights back
He had the urge to do it again
Eyes flashing red as he pushes his cup away
"I'm s-sorry...tha-that wasn't"
"It's okay...I'm sorry and I think I'm Kate on saying thank you"
"Yeah...very late"
They both look at each other, laughing out. The atmosphere between them no more awkward or heavy
The lightened mood as they begin to catch up on the month they missed
"Care for a dance?" Natsu stretches his hand to her
Already drunk in love, she couldn't be happier when offered on his own
Swaying to the music, in the middle of the dance floor
Lucy pressed her back to him, hands around her waist
whenever other vampires look at her, he would just tighten his grip on her sending a glare
"Natsu"
"I want you belle"
Lucy's body tingled at the name, turning around
"What did you say?"
A seductive smirk on his face, leaning down to her neck
"Bleed for me, belle"
