Sierra woke up to the sound of people outside in the alleyway. They were talking but couldn't make up to what they said. Sierra looked to her left at her alarm clock. It was 2:00 AM. She got up from her bed, wearing her long shirt and panties, and looked out her bedroom window. There were two men talking as quiet as possible and walking quietly along the alleyway. The first one was a Gorilla, wearing black clothing. The other was a Hippopotamus, same attire as the Gorilla. Sierra never said anything, even though the two animals looked suspicious out there, and went back to bed. After a couple minutes, the chatter stopped and the animals were gone.

Michael sat at his couch while he watched one of the cartoon comedies on TV. As he looked at the husband and wife on the screen, a special someone came to mind. Chloe. Michael took out his phone, the old fashioned 2020s phone, and called Chloe. The phone rang once. This was common. The phone rang twice. Still not worrying. Chloe should answer by now. The phone rang again. Still no answer. After the fourth ring, she picked up.

"Hello?" Chloe answered.

"Hi Chloe! Sorry I couldn't call you back yesterday. I had a bad day." Michael responded.

"I see that."

"Hey, ummm, are you doing ok?"

"What do you mean am I ok? Are YOU ok?"

"I uhh..." Michael answered in confusion. He never heard Chloe snap like that before.

"...I-I gotta go!" Chloe said as she hung up.

Michael Placed his phone on the table. He looked at the phone as his arms rested on his legs. Paul couldn't hear what Chloe was saying but he definitely sensed some hostility. "What was that all about?" Paul asked Michael. Michael made an "I don't know" motion with his hands. "She just, snapped at me." He answered Paul's question. Paul came a bit closer. "Well, Jeez, what the hell did you say?" Michael through his arms up in frustration. "Fuck, man, all I asked was 'are you ok'." Paul hovered over to Michael. "Some girls can get offended from the most innocent responses."

"Maybe I should see her in person." Michael said. Paul hovered in front him. "Perhaps I should see her. She is mad at you and you will probably make things worse." Michael took in a deep breath and exhaled through his nose. Michael knew not to leave Paul out of sight but he must do so to keep his relationship with Chloe intact. "Go for it." Michael said as he sat back in his couch. "Go off course for 5 seconds and I will remote shut you down." Paul nodded and left the house. Michael inhaled and exhaled again as he watched his show on the TV.

Command: Talk to Chloe

Mission: Approach Chloe about behaviour

Paul hovered outside across the front lawn. As he reached the curb, he looked both ways and proceeded onward. He then hovered across Chloes from yard. Chloe's house was a little more modernized than the rest of the houses. The houses in the neighbourhood were modern but Chloe's was different somehow. Paul went up the porch steps. He took out his tentacle hand and rung the doorbell. It took a couple seconds but Chloe finally opened the door. She wore her purple robe and pink slippers. "Hey, Paul." Chloe greeted. Chloe's eyes looked baggy and her fur was slightly roughened up.

Chloe was not recognized by Paul's censors but Paul knew it was Chloe. "You seem a little-" Paul said before Chloe interrupted. "Roughened up. I know." Chloes voice sounded weak and low. Like she caught a cold but had no symptoms. Her eyes look like she was sleep deprived. Her fur looked greasy. Kinda like how humans get greasy hair from sweating too much. Her fur was also ruffled up like she was rubbed or rubbing against something. "I... have no words for what I am trying to hypothesize what's going on." Chloe sighed.

"I'm in heat." She said in a quiet voice.

"Heat? Why are you too hot?" Paul asked in confusion.

"No, no. I-I fell... lustful. Like I need pleasure."

"Ooooh ok. So you need a mate?"

"Exactly. This is related to me yelling at Michael. I wanted to ask him over but the neighbour came with a gift basket. What's worse was the neighbour was a female. That made me very jealous. I didn't mean to yell and I'm very sorry if I hurt Michael's feelings." Chloe was about to burst in tears. Paul gently nudged Chloe's right shoulder. Chloe moaned and shuddered. Paul jolted back in alertness. "S-sorry," Chloe apologized. "I am very tender right now." Paul slowly nodded and looked at Michael's house. "Did you wanna get dressed up and see Michael?" Paul asked. "Yes." Chloe said.

Larry and Kate stood were in the kitchen. Larry held a beer in his hand and Kate leaned on the kitchen counter. "It's going to be alright, honey." Kate assured Larry who was shaking a little. "How is he gonna ridicule me now, how I tie my shoes?" Larry wondered. "Or maybe how the way I walk? Do I walk correctly?" Kate stood up and hugged Larry. Larry embraced her hug. "Larry, it's gonna be ok. Who knows, maybe he will thank you for getting him out of that retiring home." Larry thought about it and let go of the hug. "You're right. Maybe he is happy for me."

Sierra started out the front window of her house. She was excited for two reasons: one, her grandfather was coming over. Two, she will speak to the human next door. Finally, after what seemed like forever, Sierra will get to meet an alien who came from a far away planet. Something caught the corner of her eye as she was about to leave. Sierra looked back out the window to find a robotic drone being followed by a female grey wolf to the humans home. 'Fuck off...' she thought to herself.

Michael heard the door open. He scrambled up from the couch. Paul hovered in the living room. "Oh please tell me she's alright!" Michael said. "Calm down, she's cool. She's outside if you want to-" Paul was interrupted as Michael quickly walked past him. "...Dick." Paul insulted. Michael headed to the front door and found Chloe in blue jean shorts and a green T-shirt with the word "green" on it. "Chloe!" Michael said in a relieved tone. He then hugged her around her waste and Chloe hugged him above his shoulders. Chloe let out an exhale in pleasure and relief.

"I'm sorry, Mike." Chloe said softly.

"It's fine." Michael responded.

"Listen, I'm in heat. It's difficult for me to communicate and I get very moody and-"

"Let me guess, horny?"

Chloe giggled. "Yeah." A long pause of silence and hugs lingered in the air until Chloe spoke again. "Did you want to go to my place and watch Zooflix?" "Definitely." Michael answered. The two of them broke their embrace and walked outside the house. As they walked outside, a utility van pulled up to the neighbours house. A nurse got out of the passenger seat and opened the door for the person who sat in the back. That person was a white lion. He was old and used a cane to walk around.

———————

"Do you need help, Sarmotti?" The Gazelle asked the old lion. Sarmotti, the old lion, shook his head as he scooted out of the van. "No thanks." Sierra, who was looking out the living room window, was happy to see her grandpa. Hunter was also beside her, smiling with excitement. Kate and Larry exited the home to greet Sarmotti. "Hi, Dad." Kate greeted Sarmotti and the both of them hugged. "Hey, honey." Sarmotti responded. The van drove off behind Sarmotti. Kate and Sarmotti let go of their hug and walked towards the house. Sarmotti saw Larry standing close to the door. "Larry." Sarmotti greeted in a low tone. "Sarmotti." Larry responded, head high.

The door opened and Sarmotti stepped foot into the house. "Now, where are my Grandkids?" Sarmotti asked out loud. Sierra and Hunter appeared from the right where the living room was. "Hi, Gramps!" Hunter said cheerfully as he hugged Sarmotti. Sarmotti laughed, "Easy kiddo, I'm getting old." Hunter stopped hugging and returned to the living room. Sierra stood with Sarmotti, her hands together close to her lap. "There's my girl. Come here, sweetheart." Sarmotti said as he extended his arms for a hug. Sierra walked over and hugged him. Even though he's a dick to his father at times, Sarmotti will have a special place in her heart. Sarmotti stopped hugging. "Alright now, Sierra. No more than five second hugs. You're 20 now. Not a kid." Sarmotti chuckled. Sierra felt a little upset but he was right. Sierra then walked to the living room to sit down.

"Larry!" Sarmotti called. Larry entered the home with Kate. "Y-yes?" Larry responded. Sarmotti smiled with angry eyes. "Don't give me stutters, ya wuss. Hand me over a beer, would you?" Larry was surprised. It's been about 10 minutes and Sarmotti hasn't humiliated or discriminated him. Larry walked with good posture to the fridge and collected two beers. He then handed on over to Sarmotti who was sitting at the kitchen table. "Thanks." Sarmotti said. Unbelievable. Sarmotti actually said thank you to Larry. It seems that Sarmotti got a change of heart. Or maybe he's bluffing and will yell at Larry behind Kate's back. Who knows?

Sierra walked up the steps of the house. Adrenaline kicked in as she made it up the last step. She was sweating. She raised her arm to the doorbell and pressed the button. Ding Dong. The doorbell went. Sierra felt like she was caught committing something illegal. Was this even legal? What if it was? Oh god if it was the FBI would be on her doorstep in minutes. She heard the sound of foot steps walking to the door. 'Holy shit.' She said to herself. Illegal or not, she finally did it. She finally got the chance to meet her neighbour. Her extraterrestrial neighbour.
