Officer Delgado entered the chiefs office. "Chief," Delgado said with a worried face. "You may want to look at this." Chief Bogo looked up from his computer and brought his attention to the envelope that was placed on his desk. "What is this?" Bogo asked as he picked the envelope up. "They are recent purchases of grenades and guns and bullet armour." Delgado responded, placing his left thumb underneath his holster. "Really, huh? Did our officers purchase these?" Bogo asked. Delgado shook his head. "I asked around and no one said they did. Don't forget that all weapon purchases go to you before confirmation." Bogo scratched his head, unsure of the situation. "I'll hang onto these and send you copies." Bogo said. "I will talk about this in our next meeting."

Michael leaned against the railing of his patio as he took sips of his coffee. A white truck was parked across the road. It was still running and had a Rhino sitting in the drivers seat. 'Must be waiting for someone,' Michael thought as he took another sip of coffee. Michael looked a bit closer and noticed that the Rhino was moving something on the dashboard while looking natural. After what seemed like a minute. The driver released the parking break and drove off up the street. "Weird." Michael thought as he took a swig of his warm coffee.

Sierra looked outside her bedroom window. Her thoughts were all tangled up. She can't think straight and can't focus. Sometimes she doesn't sleep well at night. It's not adulthood anxiety or her work hours. It's the human. She really wants to see him but she is always interrupted before she had the chance. Not today. Today she is going to knock on the humans door as soon as possible and no one is going to stop her.

Sierra walked down the stairs, all dressed up in her regular attire: grey shirt, faded navy jeans, spiked collar, and black zetchers. She entered the kitchen to grab a water and headed to the dining room. She was surprised to see Sarmotti and her father sitting with each other. "Morning, honey." Larry greeted. Sarmotti followed. "Morning, young lady."

"Morning." Sierra greeted back.

"Have a good sleep?" Sarmotti asked Sierra.

"It was alright. I see you two are getting along fine."

"Well I have been a little too harsh on your father. I think he's become successful, now." Sarmotti told Sierra.

"And I have been too skeptic all about Sarmotti. He is a good father to your mother and a good grandfather to you and Hunter." Larry added. Sierra placed her arms on her hips. "Well I'm glad you two are seeing eye to eye." Sierra then headed to the front door. "Going to see your friend?" Larry asked. Sierra shook her head. "No. I'm going to greet the human next door." Larry places down the cup of coffee he was drinking. "Are you sure you wish to see him?" He asked Sierra. Sierra was sure of it and nodded her head without hesitation. "Yes." She said. "I always wanted to do this ever since the humans arrived." Larry was still unsure but Sarmotti spoke up. "Let her." He said. Larry nodded and let her off.

Now outside, Sierra began to approach the sidewalk of Michael's house. She felt a slight weight on her shoulders as she took each step. Now she's walking on Michael's pathway to his patio. 'Holy shit.' She thought to herself. The weight on her shoulder felt like bowling balls. The feeling of hesitation kicked in. Maybe this isn't a good idea. No. She swore to meet a human and she is keeping that promise. Sierra now finds herself right in front of Michael's front door. The feeling of anxiousness kicked in but she pushed on and lifted her arm towards the doorbell. 'It feels wrong.' Sierra thought to herself. 'But I've gotten this far so I will do it anyway.'

Ding Dong

"Oh god." Sierra silently said to herself. "I pressed the doorbell." Anxiety flared up within Sierra. Her stomach felt like it was filled with helium, waiting to pop. Her heart beat increased slightly and she was sweating. The negative thoughts started to come up. 'What if he isn't nice?' Sierra thought. 'Will he be mad at me for disturbing him?' Sierra was so caught up in her emotions that she didn't notice the door knob turn.

Michael opened the door to see the person who rung his doorbell. It was a white lioness leaning on the railing, looking distressed. She seems to be part of the family that Kate was in. Michael decided to respond but tried to keep a calm demeanour to keep the lioness calm. "May I help you?" Michael asked in a polite, quiet tone. The lioness froze for a second and turned around. Suddenly all the distress she was in faded away. "I... err..." the lioness said. Michael knew exactly how she was feeling. It's difficult to meet someone totally different of your species.

"How about we start with a friendly introduction. My name is Michael." Michael spoke again.

"Sierra. Sierra Pride." The lioness replied, now standing up straight. Her voice was still small and quiet.

"Nice to meet you, Sierra. How may I assist you?" Michael asked.

Sierra exhaled in relief. "I just wanted to meet you and say hi."

Michael chuckled to himself. He felt so welcomed on an alien world. "Well it's a pleasure to meet you, Sierra."

An awkward silence stopped their conversation. Sierra would try to speak up but something just told her to shut up. She noticed Michael looking at her but trying not to make eye contact by looking at the sky or landscape of the neighbourhood. Maybe she was wasting his time and should have stayed at home. Before she began to make her leave, Michael asked her a question.

"Are you the daughter of Kate Pride?" He asked. Sierra thought it was a weird question but then again her mother visited Michael before. "Yes. Yes I am." Sierra replied. Michael nodded and rested his right hand on his left shoulder. "She's a nice lady." Michael smiled. Sierra stopped to think, 'was he hitting on my mother?' Sierra had to stop herself. Don't act this way in front of a visitor. She was just thinking silly things. "She is." Sierra responded to Michael's compliment to her mother. "However she can be a pain." Michael changed position of both his arms, resting his right elbow on his left hand and bringing his right hand up to his chin.

"Really?" Michael questioned in surprise. "How so?"

"Well." Sierra began. "Sometimes she thinks of me as a kid. Not a 12 year old or younger, like a high school student up to no good. I won't lie, I have been up to no good when I was in high school but I am starting to change. I'm laying off the catnip, drinking less, and even acquiring a license for a car. It's like she just doesn't trust me." Sierra laid her hand to her sides and exhaled some frustration.

Michael nodded as he looked at the frustrated lioness. She looked back at him with her eyes turning scared. "S-sorry, it's just..." she tried to say but couldn't. "It's ok. You vented and you got everything off your chest. You aren't mad at me, just the situation you're in." Michael assured Sierra. Sierra nodded, saying not a word with her arms crossed. Michael knew he couldn't do anything since he wasn't the boss of anyone so he wanted to say a few words of advice. "Do you mind if I give you some advice on the situation?" Michael asked Sierra. "Go for it." Sierra said.

Michael began. "Your mother just wants the best for you. The things you did in high school must've been a trigger in her mind telling her to look after you more. I believe your mother trusts you but isn't quite ready to let you go yet. Sure you think you're ready to get a car but you have to go through driving lessons. Once you got a car you got to get gas for it, repair it when damaged, pay for it's bills, etc. There is also the thought of where you will be staying if you are let go. Would it be in a place where you can easily afford or a place where you are constantly stressing over rent or mortgage payments?"

Sierra felt attacked but very interested in what Michael was saying. It was like a realization flowed throughout her body. Michael continued.

"It doesn't matter of when you will move out, where you will move to, how you will do this. It's the matter of what are you going to do once you feel like moving out and who will be there for you when shit hits rock bottom. I will say agin, in case you forgot. You're mother trusts you and loves you with all her heart, she just wants you to stay out of trouble and stay safe."

Sierras heart warmed up and she felt slight tears beginning to form in her eyes. 'Oh god if I cry in front of Michael I will kill my self.' She thought to herself. She thought, as an adult, that it's the best time to leave.

"I should get going." Sierra said, reaching her hand out. "It was nice meeting you, Michael."

"It was nice meeting you, too, Sierra. Stay strong." Michael said as she shook Sierras hand.

Sierra walked down the patio steps and down the path. 'I think I will just kill myself regardless,' Sierra said to herself. 'That was too embarrassing. I never show my soft side to barely anyone. Except for Justin of course.' Justin, Sierra's boyfriend, was one of the reasons why she was excited to go to Zootopia. He and her were in a long distance relationship for quite a while and they haven't been in physical contact for months. She really needed a hug from him. A long, loving hug.

Zootopia Police Department Meeting Room

"No way." Nick laughed. "Did he actually?" Judy was telling the story of her latest call ins. The call in she was talking about was the time an alleged assault suspect offered her some tea and toast. "I would tell you if I was joking if I could." Judy responded. "What did he do next?" Nick questioned. Judy giggled. "He said he could also offer a massage." Nick couldn't control his laughter. He laughed out loud. Almost loud enough to hear over the chattering of the ZPD officers. "What did you do next?" Nick asked another question. "Tased him when he reached out to grab me." Judy smiled.

Chief Bogo stepped up onto the lecture table. He cleared his throat so the rowdy police officers can pay attention. "Good afternoon, Officers." The police officers stayed silent, waiting for Bogo's instructions. Judy and Nick stopped talking to each other and kept serious. "Before I begin the topic of this meeting," Bogo said. "I would like to congratulate our finest officer, Judy Hopps, for her full year working with the ZPD." The quiet officers erupted in cheer. An elephant blew his trunk, a lion roared, and a wolf in the back howled in congratulations. "Thank you, all!" Judy called out.

"Now," Bogo started. "Let's move on with our meeting." The officers calmed down and watched their chief.

"At around 10:00 AM, Officer Delgado handed me an envelope filled with receipts. On those receipts were recent purchases of assault rifles and grenades. At first I assumed it was one of us but Delgado reminded me that all purchases come to me so I can confirm them. Half an hour later, the head of Project Zoo, Gabriel contacted me regarding an incident that happened on the human planet in 2026."

A human security officer walked into the meeting room. The Zootopian officers looked at the human like he was some random person entering the room. The human officer placed a small 15cmX15cmX15cm cube onto the table next to Bogo's podium. He pressed a button combination and the top of the cube opened up. A holographic screen emitted from the top and revealed a humanoid figure in front of a background image of the Project Zoo symbol. It was Gabriel.

"Greetings, Zootopians." Gabriel started. "I understand that you all must be confused of the situation Bogo is trying to address. So I believe it's best that I explain the issue we believe might happen in the next couple of days."
