Daniel looked around each shop. Here and there but couldn't find her anywhere. But he saw a new shop across the road. It was bought by the new Minecraft crew and it was called "the lodge". It was apparently a woodshop store that recently opened up.

Daniel: it's worth a shot

When he entered, he was taken by surprise by seeing Mario and Luigi at the front counter. All he had was rage in him. Mario was the last guy he wanted to see yet, here he was.

Luigi: this is enough for that party right?

Mario: hmm I think so

Daniel wanted to turn around and leave but the cashier called him and asked if he needed help. The Mario bros turned around with plain looks.

Daniel: nothing I was looking for someone. Perhaps Mario might know who went missing-

Mario: listen a- Daniel. Me and Peach are through. I am with Pauline now

Daniel: but you two were together for years. How could you just walk out on her?

Mario: because, she is ungrateful and unappreciative. I saved her so many times. So go look for her yourself gym boy.

Daniel shook his head. They didn't have to be together but to cheat on her? It wasn't right. He walked out and made an uber ride home. Hoping Peach will defend herself, was the second option he had before finding more clues. He was offered a match against Sonic after someone called out but he hesitated because he was still worried about Peach.

MH: It's alright Daniel, she is tough enough to hold on. We just have to let her royal guards know and they will search for her.

Daniel: will they freak out?

MH: No, they've dealt with this many times. So, they know what to do.

Daniel was relieved and went to the arena to fight Sonic.

Sonic: alright! What up dude? It's been a while since we fought?

Daniel: yes! And I'm gonna prove to everyone why I'm just as strong as my sister

Sonic: so you think you can catch up to me?

Daniel: umm you do the same moves over and over. Of course I got speed to match yours

Sonic: don't say that now! I'm the fastest hedgehog around

GO!

Daniel jumped around Sonic as he spin dashed towards him.

Daniel: see what I mean? You do the same thing-

Sonic thrusted himself at Daniel with the spring then kicked him out the side. Daniel grabbed the ledge as Sonic rushed and did a leg sweep to kick Daniel out. He was floating in the air until Sonic down smashed him with one leg kick. Daniel was set back in the middle stage with a scowl look and immediately dashed towards him with a gate pose. Sonic flew up but bounced back down. He then used a quick combo at Daniel to get him further to the edge and swifted with a wind-up punch to knock him out of the ring.

Daniel: gammit! How am I gonna knock him out?

Sonic: what's wrong Daniel? I thought you said you were strong?

Daniel: even if I lose, I still tried my best.

Sonic used his final smash to fly around in his super form to get Daniel and he succeeded.

THE WINNER IS, SONIC!

Sonic: Alright! Let's do that again!

Daniel signed as he stood straight. He gave out his hand to Sonic with a handshake but Sonic smiled and gave a fist bump. Chuckling, Daniel fist bumped him back. The whole crowd cheered as Sonic raised both their arms up in victory.

In Wario's Castle,

Wario: WHAT DO YA MEAN I CAN'T HIRE AN OFFICIANT? I AM IN LOVE YES! SHE LOVES ME TOO!

Waluigi: Wario! Wario! Wah! The royals guards are searching for her

Wario: oh shoot! Uhh *holds phone back* LISTEN! I need an officiant by tomorrow stat! *slams phone*. I already have traps set up so those stupid toads won't get here.

Waluigi: b-but where is the princess?

Wario: Don't worry, I locked her up in the attic. she 's breathing, that's all I care about. But what we really need is the money inheritance from the mushroom kingdom and I will be forever rich WAHAHA! Quick! Open the patch up so the traps can activate.

Waluigi: WAH!

In the attic, Peach was untied but was trembling. She thought of how long she was gonna stay here in this rusty, dusty castle. Oh! and Wario! What is wrong with this weirdo? All he cares about is money but why her?

Peach: tch! Mario isn't gonna save me but I hope someone will.

*KNOCK KNOCK*

Waluigi: here's ya food Peachy!

Peach looked down at the food that he slid at the floor over and it was half cooked tv dinner. She started to whine.

Waluigi: wah! Eat it! You're not gonna get anything else. That's all ya gettin until after the marriage

Peach: *runs towards the open window* SOMEONE HELP ME! I DON'T LIKE CORN OR PEAS!

Waluigi: wah! It's good for you!

Peach: I SAID I DON'T LIKE CORN OR PEAS!

Waluigi: ahh! What a spoiled brat!

Later at night, in Mario's Room

Mario grabbed a photo of him and Peach. Deep down he knew what he was doing wrong but he didnt care. He had a new love life and one that would treat him right.

Mario: So long Peach! Thanks for the 30 years. *throws photo in his trash can*
