NOTE: I'm glad that people are enjoying the story. Last year was like a roller coaster but hopefully things get better in time especially with this covid-19. Please keep yourselves safe everybody. Let's make the most of 2021 :)

The whole morning was Daniel, Daisy, and Rosalina finding Peach. Nobody could find her, not even her toad guards. It was irritating to Daisy how nobody wanted to help find Peach but everybody was too busy.

Daniel: Well, we have to find her because Isabelle took in her place and won yesterday.

Rosalina: Yeah but where is she?

Daisy: duh! That's why we're looking for her

Daniel: hmmm. When we went to that forest to capture Waluigi, did you notice anything?

Daisy: just some run down castle why?

Daniel: Do you think she's in there?

Daisy: Nah! Why would a bunch of thieves take her there? Everybody knows that spot. But maybe we can ask Falco again to help us.

Daniel: you seriously wanna spend 100,000 smash coins again?

Daisy: UGH! YES! To save my cousin/best friend!

Rosalina: okay, maybe I'll go call him. We have a house phone-

Daniel: wait! He could be in a match. The sets of matches MH put out are going on right now. Let's just go to the board.

The three went to the post board and saw Isabelle walking up.

Daniel: hey! Isabelle! Can you do us one more favor?

Isabelle: You want me to fill in Peach's spot again?

Daniel: *sign* yes! We can't find her anywhere.

Isabelle: aww that sucks! I hope she's alright. I can chip in one more time.

Daisy: Who is she supposed to fight?

Isabelle: it says here Dark Samus

Daniel: uhhh you're okay with this right? Dark Samus is more harsher than her normal counterpart

Isabelle: it's fine. She's not as tough as Ganadorf or Meta Knight. But don't tell her I said that.

Daniel: trust me! Seeing her angry, scares me.

Rosalina: no doubt about that. But what about Falco?

Isabelle: he just went up against G&W and Bowser Jr.

Daniel: geez! Who else can help us?

Daisy: Palutena-

Isabelle: She took a day off. I wouldn't disturb her, she needs a break.

Daisy: oh yeah! She still has Waluigi right?

Daniel: he's a grown toothpick! She only took him to counseling . She's not gonna punish him unless…

All: WALUIGI KIDNAPPED PEACH!

At the dining room,

Mario and Luigi sat down with the rest of the group to eat breakfast. Kamui, Reflet, and Byleth all noticed Mario and started to whisper among themselves. Mario noticed real quick and spoke up.

Mario: ya know I can hear you three talking about me.

Luigi: yeah! That's kinda rude if ya ask me.

Kamui: sorry, we just-

Byleth: Mario can I ask you a personal question. Just a quick one?

Mario: oh boy! Sure just say what's on your mind

Byleth: why did you cheat on Peach? I mean you've been with her for 30 years!

Kamui: Byleth! That's none of your business!

Mario: no, no I just not with her no more.

Byleth: yeah but I overheard you bragging about how better Pauline is and how horrible Peach is. I just thought that was a bit overboard.

Mario: well it's nothing against her but I don't want-

Byleth: but you cheated on her!

Reflet: Byleth, don't be too loud or else everyone can hear.

Byleth: I think you should just talk to her.

Mario: *frowns* thanks for the advice Byleth. But I'm good for now.

Byleth signed as she knew that she really wasn't helping but she still wanted to know why he cheated on Peach. Mario felt a little bad and stayed silent the whole time eating.

2nd Living Room,

Daniel: we need a plan to save Peach from that weirdo.

Daisy: yeah but how? Who knows what he'll do to her.

Rosalina: well, that's why we're talking about it now. We need to come up with a thoughtful, simple, strategy to save her.

Mario soon walked in on the talking but hid in the back of the wall.

Daisy: Listen, I don't care on how we save her from Waluigi. We just need to save her! She's my bestie.

Daniel: she's mine too ya know.

Mario: oh wow! She got kidnapped by Waluigi?. Ah! Who-a cares! She needs to save her-

Daniel: by the way, I saw Mario and he totally acted like a jerk to me. All I asked was that he could help me since he's an expert but-

Daisy: You seriously asked him? I'm really mad at him for being such a dirty cheat. And with Pauline too?

Rosalina: well if that's what he wants to do, then so be it. But I'm pretty sure he lost some respect from others.

Daisy: yeah? well he lost it from me!

Mario was in disbelief as he realized how mean he had been to Peach. They've been together for years and to dump her for an ex who already moved on with her life. Mario felt ashamed.

Mario: I guess I was wrong. But how do I make it up?

Daniel: I got an idea! Why don't we go to that castle tonight? No one will know we are there. If not, we head back to the city so we can investigate.

Rosalina: that sounds good. But we need to stick together at all times.

Mario: maybe I can help them. *sign*

Mario walked in the living room as the trio stared at him. Mario confessed what he did was wrong and wanted to help the group. Daisy wasn't buying it, not one bit.

Daisy: Do you think Peach will easily forgive you after you admitted to cheating on her? Especially during her hardest time?

Mario: no, I know it won't be easy but I am sorry and I mean it. That's why I want to help you guys out. Look, I'll even break up with Pauline if that means getting back to my Peachy.

Daisy: oh what a load of horse radish! You were earlier saying how you don't regret breaking up-

Daniel: fine, you can join us

All: What?!

Daisy: What if he's playing with us Daniel?

Daniel: Then, we'll deal with him. You gotta trust me on this. Mario may have apologized and wants to help, but no can forgive unless it's Peach. We can find Peach faster if it's from Mario.

Daisy: fine!

Daniel: meet us back here tonight at 7 pm okay Mario?

Mario: Don't-a worry! I'll keep my promise a-Daniel.

Rosalina: Mario, don't let us down now okay?

Later at night,

The three had their gears up all waiting for Mario to arrive in the living room. He then walked up with them along with Luigi.

Daniel: Why did you bring him? There's enough people here.

Rosalina: Daniel! That's rude! He came here on time.

Luigi: oh, Mario just decided to bring me so that way, we'll have a better chance.

Daniel: I'm sorry Luigi. That wasn't a direct insult at you. But anyways we're heading to the castle right?

All: yes!

Daisy: I even brought my special radar to track her down. I finally got it today after two weeks of major repair.

Daniel: Did that cost 10,000 smash coins too?

Rosalina: Daniel! What is with you today?

Daniel: I just- I haven't slept good that's all.

Rosalina: no, you've been acting weird all day. If you don't want to save Peach, we can handle it.

Daniel: no, no she's my friend. I want to help save her too.

Daisy: Well, what are we standing around for? we need to head on out.

Luigi: she's-a right! I brought a few things as well. Such as-a tape! And-a rope and-a uhhh….

Daisy: honey, are you trying to save her or are you helping Waluigi? *chuckles*

Mario: Mama Mia! Let's just go already!
