Inside the castle, Wario and Walugi were threatening the officiant to hurry up and come by the castle right away. But soon found out that not only were Peach's royal guards on the lookout for her, but also her close friends were coming nearby the castle. Distraught Wario was, he decided he needed to find some way to get them off his back before the officials came.

Waluigi: what-a do we do a-Wario?

Wario: hold on! I'm looking through the cameras. I see that her stupid guards are there. *GASP!* Is that….

Waluigi: What is it?

Wario: that fit boy, Rosalina, and… that darn Mario and Luigi are there.

Waluigi: Let me-a see. You're right! And Daisy's there too. What are we gonna do? They said it'll take about 30 minutes to get here.

Wario: Quick! Make sure all the doors are locked and come with me to the basement. I have a weapon I made. (He's lying, he stole it).

In Smashville,

The five entered inside the city. But it felt very cold and empty like a ghost town.

Rosalina: oh my! It looks like the stores are closed. Plus, it is starting to get chilly

Daisy: You can feel that too? We should've brought jackets!

Daniel: okay, but what can we do now? We need to start looking. Let's split up into groups. Daisy, Rosy. and I will go down the westside of the city. Mario, you and Luigi can check east and here.

He got his newest Iphone edition out of his pocket and exchanged phone numbers with Mario in case they found her.

Mario: okay! Good luck to you three and we'll see you back.

The three nodded while Daisy angrily stared back at Mario. Still upset that Mario would betray her cousin, Daisy found it hard to trust Mario after what he said about her. Meanwhile, Waluigi and Wario headed down to the basement which looked like it wasn't cleaned for a 1,000 years why? Because it wasn't! Wario then opened up a clear glass case and pulled out a bottle filled with purple gas. The bottle contained something similar to a mini hookah but had something more deadlier inside.

Waluigi: uhhh, what is that?

Wario: it's something I'd like to call a gas attack and it's not from me Muhaha! It's used to poison the rascals and control them to do what I command them. See this nozzle? You squeeze it and a bubble comes out to capture its prey, turning them into mindless zombies.

Waluigi: So who are the rascals?

Wario: of course, the royal guards! I will use it to attack those fools.

Waluigi: ooooh! I see! Great plan! Wah!

Wario and Waluigi sneaked out the bushes into the forest only to see a group of Peach's guards standing in a circle. They seemed to be formulating a plan as Wario gave Waluigi the cue to use the gas attack. He nodded in response and crawled over to the other side. But as he went over, he stomped on a small twig which made a loud noise. One of the soldiers turned around.

Toad 1: did you guys hear that?

Toad 2: What was that noise?

Toad 3: oh great! Someone must have eavesdropped on our mission. They've probably sent somebody here. Let's move towards the northeast now.

Wario cursed as the four toads moved upwards. He went over to Waluigi with a scorn look.

Wario: why weren't you paying attention?!

Waluigi: I'm-a so sorry Wario, I didn't see that twig. I'll be-a careful next-a time.

Wario: wah! There's no time to sit and apologize, we need to catch up to them.

The two villains followed up behind a closed bank. But on the other side where the entrance was at were the four royal guards. Waluigi then sneaked up close to the guards until. *SNAP!*

Waluigi: What the-

Toad 3: who goes there?!

Toad 4: answer now! Come forth!

Wario looked over to see Waluigi stepped on another twig but he then noticed the guards looked over to find the two staring back at them.

Wario: quick Waluigi!

He turned the nozzle and squeezed it forming a giant purple bubble. It reached the first toad who screamed loudly. The other three were shocked.

Wario: uh huh, go get the rest of them.

He pushed three more of the bubbles as it attacked the two other toads. Toad number 2 was the lone survivor as he ran at high speed out the scene. He was able to escape from the gas attack and set his sights on the west side of town.

Waluigi: drat! He got away!

Wario: well let's look around to see if there's more. And if we catch him, he'll be joining the rest of these squats!

The three toads looked rather possessed in dark purple aura. It reminded Wario of the crazy plans he had with bowser and ganondorf. He missed the look of terror on the goody two shoes' face, certainly this plan might actually succeed. By the time the toad was in the outskirts of the west side, he stumbled across Daniel and the rest.

Toad 2: oh no! I'm trapped! I'm a goner!

Daniel: calm down! We're not here to hurt you. We were just looking for Princess Peach. What happened to you?

Toad 2: You're looking for her too? Me and three other guards were meeting up inside the woods until these two guys trapped them.

Daisy: What two guys?

Toad 2: Princess Daisy? Oh thank goodness you're here. The two guys were Wario and the other guy uh..

Rosalina: don't tell me, Waluigi

Toad 2: uhh I guess so, he was a tall, skinny, lanky with a similar nose and was wearing purple/blue overalls.

Daisy: That's definitely that creep! We can help you-

Toad 2: oh no! What about the other toads? They seem to be under mind control. We have to find a way to save them first before they start attacking everybody.

Daniel: He's right ladies, we gotta save them. Where were they at the last time you saw them?

Toad 2: we settled in the front of the smashville bank. It's around the corner here.

The gang walked over to the bank only to find a spill of purple goo on the concrete floor. Rosalina walked over to it to see it up close.

Daniel: wait Rosy! Don't touch it! We don't know what kind of toxic substance it is. It can harm you.

Rosalina: I know but I wanted to get a closer look at-

Soon, a HUGE group of brainwashed toads with dark purple aura were running towards the four swinging their swords and pitchforks at them. Everybody started screaming and ran around the bank. Daniel saw a ladder at the other end and instructed everyone to climb up. There was little time as they all reached up at the top of the bank but, the toads couldn't reach them and instead, broke the ladder down into pieces.

Toad 2: oh no! They broke it. How are we gonna get down now?

Daisy looked down, seeing the huge group of toads suddenly move around. Spreading them apart in different ways. But at the corner of her eyes, she saw a stupidly clumsy toad tripped over a log heading into a pond. The toad then came back to normal but started to drown.

Daisy: That's it! Water is the answer. Guys look! A toad is drowning. I can see that he isn't poisoned.

Rosalina: So how do we get down there without getting caught?

Daisy: just leave it to me guys. I know how to float. Me and Daniel can save him while you two look for Mario and Luigi. Just find anything with water and spray them with it.

Toad 2: but we don't have any-

Daniel: Oh good thinking! The car we used to get here. Inside my backpack, is tons of water. And I think I have a gallon in the trunk. If you two can be there without getting caught, we can meet back here. But inside the forest. Right here.

Daniel pointed straight ahead of the pond where the toad was still drowning.

Rosalina: oh my! We need to hurry and save that Toad!

Daisy: Let us take care of that. While you two get the gallon of water.

Daniel: first! Let's meet over there. Then get Mario and Luigi got it?

All: Right!

Meanwhile,

Wario: ahahaha! Taste the purple goo weaklings!

Waluigi: Wario! I got a text from the officiant. They're here already

Wario: oh no! We got to hurry

The two escalated out of the front of the Minecraft woodshop store and went inside the woods. Back where Rosalina and the toad were heading.

Toad 2: this is so scary! I don't wanna get caught.

Rosalina: don't worry royal guard, I have my wand with me. It may not help much but it'll throw some fairy dust away from them.

The two walked closer to the car. It was a white Jeep style brand kinda car. And as they were heading closer, a mind controlled toad headed straight towards them with his pitchfork trying to stab them. They both screamed and ran inside the car, while the toad was making holes all around the car.

Rosalina: Hurry! Find a water bottle or something!

Toad 2: I'm trying, I'm trying!

Rosalina: We don't have much time left! I don't think I can hold him off.

Toad grabbed a full water bottle and opened the first car door, throwing the whole thing at the toad.

Rosalina: no! Don't throw the bottle. You're supposed to spray him with the actual liquid!

Toad 2: oops! My bad!

Rosalina: *sign* I can hold him off just try to throw all of it at him.

Rosalina opened the door before the toad could say anything. The other toad ran at her trying to cut her with his pitchfork. Rosalina ducked under then blocked using the invisible bubble that fighters in the smash game use. The toad then grew frustrated, continuing to attack her but it wasn't working. The toad that was with Rosalina, tried to grab the bottle water only for the possessed toad to swing and stab the ground, missing him by an inch. Toad then jumped and screamed really loudly.

Rosalina: Don't scream! Don't scream! They can hear us. Hey! Look at me Toad! I'm the one you're facing.

She used her wand to smack him on the head while the toad snatched the bottle water and hurled the liquid at the toad. He then changed back to normal and noticed the other toad.

Toad 2: Toad?

Toad 4: Toad?

Toad 2: *tears up* Toad? My companion! My friend! I thought I lost you my brother!

The two toads hugged while crying out ugly crocodile tears while Rosalina awkwardly stood in place watching the two guards reunite. The second toad explained everything.

Toad 4: I didn't realize that. Who could be behind this? I don't even remember how I came out like this?

Toad 2: it's those fiends Wario and Waluigi. We don't have much time, those other two might be waiting for us in the woods.

Both nodded as they went inside the car and found loads of gallons of water and other snacks.
