Dobby: "No master he had to go home with the student. It would be best for Hedwig to move here, it is safer here."
"Tink can you beam Hedwig and her nest into the nesting area of the owlery? Wait until I am there."
We all went up to the owlery, Tink beamed Hedwig and her nest in, she looked at me and began to screech and hoot at me.
"OK, I am sorry it took me so long to get you. So… you got your sherry popped by a handsome snow owl, yes? Did he have to work hard to get you? Or was it love at first sight? "We go to a few universes more, by then Tink will have the mirrors figured out, and we will create our own gates, then the mirrors can be dismantled, I suspect an ascended created them for one reason or another. I must admit it was hard not to try and push Harry and the girls together.
Another question arises, how many universes are we going to do? When do we stop?"
Hermione: "Are the other Harry's going to help? We barged in, we shook three galaxies, changed a lot of lives including our alter egos, and then we left them to their selves."
Susan: "Tink and our Bells will guide them, by now they have Bells themselves, my Susan loved my Boni."
Samantha: "We best not overdo it, we did this one in a week and a half, let us wait for another week and a half for the next one, we can send some spy drones into scout ahead, they can keep an eye on our alter ego's and help out if necessary, we also have things to do here, like Hope-city, the Lanteans in stasis need their clones, what are we going to do with the vampires? We need to spend some time with our friends and family too." The girls agreed with Samantha for friends and the family, they needed a break.
"That makes sense Samantha, everyone takes a week off, for friends and family visits. I am going to visit the Pegasus system, and update Tink there, Daphne or Susan, can you make a small report of our stay in the other universe and send it to the Nox and Asgard?"
Shaun and Lucy beamed in, they took their dinners in the mansion now that Shaun's mum was cruising the galaxy.
Shaun: "Hello Harry, how was the universe? Did all go well?"
"For us, it was nice, for you, however… there wasn't a Lucy in that universe, pour you are still single. The universe there is back in order. We take a week and a half break then we go to another one."
Luna: "My mum was alive there, I had the best time in years, only marrying Harry tops it."
Fleur: "My parents were in shock, mostly because of what was happening to Harry."
Tracey: "It was fun to explain to their parents who you are and take them on a tour through the galaxy."
Fauna: "Well, fun for you, for us, we had to save them, they were training them for next term, Harry can the drones keep an eye on them please?"
"Sure honey, I'll send enough drones for each. I will do that for the three universes that come next. Shaun, did something happened here, or was it quiet after we left?"
Shaun: "The tales people bring back after visiting Hope-city are causing a mass exodus of people carrying the genes, there are a lot of females eager to marry a man with the genes for the chance to get there, I do not know how the Lanteans coping with the mass immigration, but I think it is time for another City."
Hannah: "I will take care of it, Harry, I already picked a spot with Luna's help."
"The Lanteans have a procedure to change the genes of your children in the womb or changed in the reproduction organs of both parents. This will mean children with 45 to 60% brain capacity, their children will even have more, probably close to 70%, we can give people with the genes a boost up, now they have between 10 to 20%. The question is, is it wise to do it now, or wait for a generation, risking them to resent us for not doing it earlier. I am hesitating to let full Alteran children grow up with an earth mentality. What do you girls think?"
Aliana: "I looked it over with Helia, she agreed with me to not let them evolve into Lanteans, I propose a gene sequence like the wizards, meaning 50%. It equalizes everyone to the same level and we can grow from there, Our children will have between 75 and 85%, mostly because Harry has so much more."
Hermione: "Put the word out in Hope-city and Becca-city. So people who want to start with children will wait a bit, and women who are pregnant will want the chance to have their baby going through the procedure."
Flora: "I propose a hospital ship for it, fully automatized, as we do for the Jaffa. They have to make a request with their bracelet for an appointment, and after that will be beamed in a med bed asleep, and beamed down in their bed afterward."
Melody: "That is a good idea, but let a hologram ask that they are sure to want the procedure, before beaming in. A good talk before can fix a lot of issues, and makes it more human-like… Alteran like."
Astoria: "We can do the hospital ship this evening, we already have a model, we only need to upgrade the med beds, and put limiters to the procedure so everyone has the same brain capacity."
"Alright if everyone agrees, then we will inform Helia of the upgrade for the babies, and do the adults next month. This evening we will do the hospital ship. Anyone have a name for the second city on Pandora?"
Daphne: "We should honor Dobby, because of him we are here and happy, I propose Dobby-city or Dobs-city." we all agreed on the name, Dobby was a major reason we were here. We asked him to decide on the name. The poor guy didn't know what to say, he stood there shaking, hopping from one foot to the other.
Winky: "The city will be Dobby-city, his young will be named Dobs." and she popped back out.
"Dobby-city it is then, congratulations Dobby on young Dobs, I hope this is the first of many."
Dobby popped out with a red glowing face.
Shaun: "I had some talks with prime ministers and presidents, I steered them to a unified government to make deals with us. The main question is that you are willing to share technology, I put them before a viewer and showed how that ended for some civilizations.
I also told them that the Alterans are restricted to one planet to get used to the technology and the laws of Alteran. That put them at ease more or less.
They complained that the mass exodus will make a major dent in the world economy. Approximately one-tenth of a percent has the gene, which still makes seven million people, half has made it clear that they want to emigrate to Pandora, which is still the population of a small country. Did you expect those numbers?"
Hannah: "We need more cities, the optimal population in a city is two to three million, so we need four cities so they are not already on their maximum number, we will still stay on this continent, he has room for fifteen cities on this continent, more and the wildlife will suffer, so I vote for a maximum of ten cities, I suggest two hospital ships for the gene treatment. Melody: "Our week and a half downtime are going to be cut in half, I want to spend some time with my sister and my friends, but this is a major event and it needs to be supervised, I will take the next four days and then I will help with the immigration."
Samantha: "I will take the last four days then, or do Tonks and Hestia do the first half and Melody and I the second half? They know the normal world and their customs, Daphne and Tracey, with Susan and the twins do the magic side, Hermione and Fleur can be the bridge between the two sides with Aliana.
Hannah and Luna are for the Cities on Pandora with Astoria and Peggy."
"Work it out between yourselves, but it sounds good, I trust you all to do a good job, but above all enjoy yourselves, let your Bells help you coordinate. I need to visit Ron and the Weasleys, then I will go to the Pegasus system, there is a space-traveling race that I want to boost to help develop the galaxy. Not a technology boost but I want to give them a shipyard so they can repair their ships, maybe build some others. The harmful stuff on Atlantis needs to be removed and stored on Manda, there is an ascended on a planet that needs a visit, then I have to find Merlin, probably give him a new body and let him rule this mess. Shaun, did you have the chance to design your City-ship? Lucy-city? Vivi-city? Shawny town?"
Shaun: "Lucy and I are happy with our design, we were hoping to do the rune clusters soon."
Lucy: "We haven't decided on a name yet, maybe James-town."
"Let us take a look, we go to the chair room, Tink, can you add some chairs please?"
We were impressed with the city, beautiful and functional, room for one million people, enough docking space for space ships. And lots of space for art and nature, most of all it didn't look like a dragon. The girls dove in with reinforcements, weightlessness and shield runes, extra cooling runes on critical junctions, weapons and generators, the cargo bays and shuttle bays got enlarged ten times, the engines were done with unbreakable runes and auto repair. The city looked the same, but the capacity has tripled, it had a major power and speed boost, with maintenance lowered by a third.
We took a virtual test flight with Shaun piloting, he did the previous ones too.
Shaun: "This is a different ship, it is faster, handled better, even feels better, the loading capacity is off the charts, the same for the shuttle bay, you can park battleships inside now. Why did you change the engines? I thought I had selected the best one for it?"
Astoria: "I took a look into the classified records from that era, and found these beauties, they were shelved because of the high maintenance, but with our runes and new methods for maintenance it is worth it, they perform thirty percent better than your model."
Fauna: "The fuel for these engines is cheaper and easier to produce. I wanted first to put a ZPM in it but you can't handle the production, so you would depend on others. With these configurations, you are as fast as Atlantis was ten thousand years ago. Harry did a major upgrade on Atlantis when he recovered it."
"Look it over for a few days, we will have a look at it in my mindscape to see if we missed something. Girls, bedtime in two hours, I hop to Atlantis for two hours to update Tink there and make contact with the Travelers." We moved outside, Shaun and Lucy asked to come long, moving to another galaxy is still special. We dialed in and went through, bloody hell, I forgot Atlantis is on Manda now. We dialed a Battleship in the Pegasus galaxy and went through.
Pegasus Tink welcomed us and did an upgrade with us. He solved all issues I remembered from the show, except the ascended one.
The Asgard were repatriated by Thor, and social life started again through the galaxy after Tink proved the wraith were gone.
Teyla was beamed in a med bed and her bug genes were removed, the same with several other people.
Ronon and his people were informed and received a warning to not be the next neighborhood bully.
Tarren, the captain of the travelers' space ship we repaired, was happy when we contacted him with the news the galaxy was safe again.
"Your people are now the prime civilization in this Galaxy next to us, although we only have some battleships stationed here to keep an eye on things here, what are your plans for the future? You had some days to think about it when we told you the wraith were going to be dealt with."
Tarren: "We will claim some uninhabited planets to release the pressure of our ships. Then we will try to start our community back up."
"There are some planets in this galaxy that were Terraformed by our ancestors, the uninhabited ones will be claimed for Alteran. We will give notice when you want to claim one of them, there are about hundred-eighty planets. We will give you three addresses of planets that are ideal for your plans, they have the resources you need for your space ships.
As a token of goodwill, we will construct a shipyard on one of those planets if you give us access to your technology and ship designs, it will be a shipyard with the top technology of your people, nothing from us."
Tarren: "You will do this for us? Those three planets alone are a major help for us, cutting the need to search for them. Can I first discuss it with my fellow leaders? I am certain they will agree, the repair job you did on my ship was first class, we upgraded our engines with the new specs you gave us, which made us faster and safer." We spend half an hour ironing the details out and left for the Asuran planet.
Tink: "There are two ZPM constructor modules still in this system, they were dormant when we took care of the Asurans, I took control of them and they are producing two ZPM's a month. I reserved them for your cities on Pandora, there are two modules kept in reserve on the planet that can be activated to double the production. I suggest loading them up and transport them to Manda, to activate them there."
I left Shaun and Lucy on the battleship and took my Toy out, to gate to Proculus, after arriving there I beamed myself to the temple where the ascended signature was.
"Show yourself Athar, goddess of this dirtball."
Athar: "Harry Potter, the ascended warned me you would visit me. What is your purpose here?"
"The wraith are gone, it is time you released your grip on these people and moved back upstairs."
Athar: "I have always protected my people, I never harmed them in any way."
"Well then my dear goddess, tell me, how come these people didn't advance in science and technology? Ten thousand years in your care and they are the same as when you first arrived. This planet should have billions of inhabitants and have space flight at least. You kept them stupid so you could play god and feel important. Go upstairs and say you are not welcome on this plane, and if they say there isn't room for you, I will make some."
Athar: "The changes you make are not helping everyone either Harry Potter, you are also playing god in this galaxy, for example, you are killing the Ashen people, billions of them."
"Well, they have destroyed the human population of at least five planets, the planets they now live on, I gave them the same treatment. Am I playing God? Maybe I am, my plan is to bring the Alterans back in the galaxy, and live in peace with the inhabitants of the galaxy. By doing that, I have to remove the ulcers first, like the Asurans, the wraith, You. Say goodbye to your worshipers and fuck off." I beamed back to my Toy and flew back through the gate into the battleship.
Shaun and Lucy were sitting in a control chair exploring the Pegasus system, checking the planets and the inhabitants out.
Shaun: "Harry, we like it here, can we move to this galaxy and colonize a few planets? I have friends that want to move with me."
"Shaun, you are an Alteran, my brother, that are two conditions that give you the right to do so. But you have to let the people you bring with you do the same as ours on Pandora, people with the Alteran gene have to swear a magic oath, the people without the need to sign a magic contract, to follow the Alteran laws and customs, and the space travel rules of the great four races. They worked for millions of years, and we will let them work again. This will avoid future wars and conflicts. And we will be one people. We will alter the genes for the people that want to emigrate with you if they want it."
Lucy: "Thank you Harry we will contact our friends and their families. Will there be a way to visit earth once we move here?"
"With the ships you have it will take two weeks to travel to the milky way, the stargates work, but they need a massive power to connect, and will deplete your energy sources rapidly if you use it for trivial visits. The next thing you need to remember is the distribution of foreign animals, plants, insects, and microbes. You have been to Pandora, do the same setup with a quarantine center around your gates.
When we go back to earth you can start selecting a battleship, a big cargo, a shipyard and a passenger ship that we will adjust with rune clusters. Let us go back to earth and you can start planning."
Back on earth, I shared the events with my wives who agreed with my conditions, we can't have splinter groups even if we spread to twenty other galaxies.
We moved in our mindscape and adjusted the hospital ship, we expanded the medical bays to ten times the original size, powered it with a ZPM, trimmed it with every runecluster we could come up with and took it for a test flight. She was a beauty in all aspects and was approved for production.
After the quality time in and out of my mindscape, we fell asleep. Shadow clones are the best, I could do all sixteen at once and remember it all. Too bad I didn't have it in real life, where four or five was my limit.
Tink dispatched the spy drones through the mirrors to scout the situation. The hospital ships were ready, one above Hope-city and one above the earth.
The announcements were made simultaneously on Hope-city and earth about the gene treatment.
The next week was hectic, the hospital ships were working on their maximal capacity, to process the pregnant women. With an inflow of fifty thousand people, a day the three cities came to live. Tink and his Bells were regulating the housing and jobs making sure everyone did their oaths and contracts before moving in.
The first cases of violence and sexual harassment were broadcast, commented on, and dealt with.
Shaun made his announcement to emigrate to the Pegasus galaxy after a week, planning to leave at the end of August and asked anyone willing to go with him needs to follow Alteran laws and customs.
There was room for a million people, this was the maximum his ship could house. In preparation he sent his ships to the Pegasus galaxy, we gifted him ten battleships, ten cargo ships, five-passenger ships and a shipyard, all modified with runes. The rest was up to him, he had the data of fifty million years history to rely on.
Lance, Cassandra and Athena made the same decision to move to the Pegasus galaxy with the same conditions, they even approved of the city-ship Shaun designed as the best compared to their model. After some talks, they decided to move to the same planet to join forces and form one community.
A planet with plenty of resources was selected with several empty planets nearby and the Alterans made they're come back in the Pegasus galaxy.
When Ron was back from Egypt I paid him a visit with Hermione. The age difference was a bit disturbing.
"Hey, Ron how was Egypt? Saw a lot of mummies?"
Ron: "What in Merlin's name happened to you both? You destroyed our world with your actions, they say there will be no more school at Hogwarts, everyone is moving to that planet of yours. You could not even spare a moment to talk to me or send a letter. Sixteen wives Harry? Are you mental? What about Ginny? Was she not good enough for you?"
Mr. Weasley: "Hello Lord Potter, we had a wonderful time in Egypt, thank you for the share of the basilisk profits, Ginny is seeing a mind healer, Dumbledore assured us it wasn't needed, but his trial revealed his true nature, which is still shocking us. That marriage contract was put up with the best of intentions from Molly and me."
Molly: "Indeed Harry dear, we just wished the best for the both of you. We never expected Dumbledore to be this criminal."
Hermione: "Hey Ron, we didn't destroy your world, we restored it to its original settings, we are meant to travel through the stars, not hide behind some wards. Hogwarts may have a future on Pandora along with the other schools combined. And to be honest, Hogwarts was a death-trap. The sixteen wives, Ron, are none of your business, Ginny was approved by us, to be one too, but will she agree to be number seventeen? We named her a candidate when we were only with six girls, but is she willing to share?" Ginny came downstairs and heard Hermione's response.
Ginny: "Yes I am willing to share, I already had a talk with Luna a few days back, she said to think it over, she also said you have the technology to mature me up to your age, I would like that."
Ron: "You trust crazy Loony? Are you mad?" The temperature dropped several degrees.
"Ron, one more remark like that about Luna and our friendship is over, Luna was hurt by her mum's passing and was coping with it the best she could. So mind your words about her."
Hermione: "We aged two years Ron, we have the technology of sixty million years in our heads, we are not children anymore. Harry has gone to war in three galaxies and won. So what happens in Hogwarts is at the bottom of our priority list."
"Mr. and Mrs. Weasley, we came to offer you a place among us. With Ginny as my last wife, you all are on the same level like the other in-laws with the same advancements."
Feorge: "What are the advancements, Lord Slytherin?"
Gred: "My lord Gryffindor, do tell us." I grinned at them and beamed them all on a battleship. I pointed to the control chairs.
"Take a seat Gred and Feorge, you to Ron, put your hands on the gel packs and think about where you are at the moment, don't worry about doing something wrong, the command settings are blocked."
Earth and his surroundings came in view, I mentioned focusing on the green dot, the battleship came in view, they zoomed in until they saw themselves sitting in the chairs.
Mr. Weasley: "Great Merlin! are we in there? How big is this thing?" At a mental command from me, we took off to Manda.
Hermione: "These are four miles long, we have about eight hundred of them. We are going to our home planet for a tour." Ginny stood next to Hermione and took her hand for support. We entered the system and did a flyby next to the parked battleships and city-ships. After telling them the fidelius secret, we entered our city and docked the ship. We beamed next to it so they had a feeling about the sizes of it all, Ron was stumped, suddenly he was thrown in a strange world, realizing Harry owned this all was so weird.
They beamed to the command center and entered the meeting room, tea and biscuits were served by Winky.
"Well, first my in-laws got a personal Baps, this is a three hundred yards long modified cargo ship, they are by the fastest in this galaxy. Their children have put their resources together, Lance Davis, Cassandra and Athena Jones joined forces and will emigrate to the Pegasus galaxy, together with my half brother and his wife, combined they have two city-ships, twenty battleships, twenty big cargo ships, ten passenger ships and two shipyards. So they are well off."
Hermione: "There are conditions for it guys, but first let us measure your magic so we can upload the science to operate this all."
Ron was the lowest at 38% the twins 48% Ginny up to 52% the parents at 42%. I gave them the starters packet and let them process it for an hour.
When they came to their senses the wonder was written all over their faces.
Hermione: "Do you understand now the difference between the wizarding world and ours? Please use Alteran language. This will be the main language of our society." The twins were grinning at each other, already going over the possibilities.
"Guys, you don't have to worry about money anymore, but go into the database of the laws and customs, these are important, you have to take an oath to accept my rule and to follow the Alteran Laws and customs, and follow the space-traveling rules of the Great Four races."
Ron: "We have to obey you? Why?"
Hermione: "If you refuse you can stay on earth with the knowledge removed. We have to stay as one nation, with one law, no matter how many planets we colonize, this will prevent wars in the future.
Merlin told Harry to stay the only ruler until there are a hundred million Alterans. This is not open for discussion Ron, we moved far from the children's plays. This is the grown-up world, get used to it."
Ginny: "Ron shut your jealous mouth, think what you are gifted, do you think everyone gets a Space ship? Let alone a city that can house a million people? Is being friends for only two years worth that?"
Gred: "Ron, do as we do and thank our Ginny."
Feorge: "Because without her we would get some privileges in Hope-city but nothing more."
Gred: "So thank you, sis, we spend some time with his other wives and you are one lucky girl to be included with them."
Ron: "You are right, sorry Harry and Hermione, I need some time to get used to the new you."
"That is quite alright Ron, now get the oaths done because your Baps is waiting outside, Ginny has to remain here for the other wives' approval and the aging process, which will take a day or two. Bill, Charlie and Percy are for tomorrow." They took their oath, got the bracelets with the AI for family, and left with the Weasley Baps.
At dinner time we gated to the mansion, where the wives were waiting for the last wife. Everyone had the memories from the old guy and knew Harry ended up with Ginny in the books, she got a hug-pile as welcome.
"Ginny do you want to age first or do the claiming now?"
Ginny: "The aging first please, I am feeling out of place now being so small."
Astoria: "Don't worry Gin, I am still the youngest, Harry is a lot of fun, even without the sex."
After dinner, we gated to Manda and Aliana prepared the med-bed.
Aliana: "Ginny, do you want to mentally age to? So you have the mindset of a fifteen-year-old instead of a twelve year?"
Astoria: "I want it! I am sick of being the baby girl, having the body but not the mind to do something with it is frustrating."
Ginny: "Yes please, I like to be the same age as you all."
Luna: "That is kind of hard Ginny, Aliana is seven million years old."
Aliana: "Hey no jokes about the age! But let us add the chicks."
