"Why've you got so many bags packed?" Regulus asked, looking genuinely astounded at Sirius' luggage. "I thought you were going camping with your friends?"
Sirius huffed a sigh — he'd been doing that a lot, recently, now that he was at Hogwarts and Regulus wasn't — and rolled his eyes. "Because, Regulus, you never know. There could be anything out in the wilderness."
Regulus, showing slightly more restraint than his brother, did not roll his eyes. "You're not going into the wilderness," he said. "You're going to the field down the road from your friend's house."
"And sleeping outside!"
"In a tent," Regulus reasoned. "That Mr. Potter will have charmed. Practically like sleeping in a small house."
"You don't understand," Sirius whined, shoving more underwear into one of his bags. Regulus briefly wondered why Sirius didn't just ask their mother to Expand them for him, but shrugged the thought aside. Mother said when Sirius got like this he just wanted attention.
"Alright, then," Regulus said instead, pushing himself up from the floor and making to leave.
"What? You're not going to miss me?" Sirius asked.
Regulus actually did roll his eyes this time. "You've only going for two days." But, when Sirius didn't respond and looked worryingly upset, he added, quietly: "I'll miss you."
