Idea
The samurai and the stranger arrived at the devastated farm and saw hundreds of bodies covering the once-green land. Now it is filled with dirt and red. They inspected the bodies and found clean cuts and holes on their heads. The samurai commented on his disbelief, "This is insane. Who are these women?"
The stranger has one answer. "They wanted to stop something... or someone." He looked at those women with their fair skin covered with thick blood. "My best guess is that they're after the Troika."
"These women knew about those three."
"I just assume."
But then, they heard a scream up ahead. The samurai and the stranger immediately hid and took a peek. There, they saw the Troika finishing off the last of the Valkyrie.
The samurai hid back. "How in the world do they come here quickly?"
In which the stranger answered, "Think of it as a story. These three are the protagonists of the story. They can go places depending on how the writer writes it."
"What do you mean?"
"These three are anomalies. They are not bond to this reality. They can do whatever they want to do." The stranger explained their ridiculous power. "In writing terms, they have plot teleportation. I cannot explain how they arrive at the first point to the second. They just appeared there." The stranger took another look of them as the Troika were busy finishing off the corpses, making sure no one survives.
The samurai cannot imagine their enemies' capabilities. "This is absurd."
The stranger began to think about his decision. "That woman... she has the cube, right?"
"Ashi? Yeah."
"Good. She should hurry up and find the rest of them."
"Rest of them?"
Then, "I FOUND IT!" One of the Troika yelled. The samurai and stranger saw the gunslinger picked up the golden cube. The prince was surprised to see it on the enemy's hands which means...
"No." The stranger noticed the samurai's reaction. "Don't let your emotions control you."
"I know." The samurai took it well but there's the rage in his heart boiling inside. "What do we do now?"
"Distraction and extraction."
With a piece of knowledge in battle, the samurai understood what he meant. Now he'll have to execute it.
The stranger said. "I'll be a distraction."
In which he responded. "Then I'll be the extraction." He set his eyes on the gunslinger.
The stranger then gave him a signal. "I can give you 3 seconds."
The samurai nodded and prepared his sword.
Ami went to speak to her sister's handmaidens who were locked up in a cell. She wanted to know what happened to Ashi and the samurai. She knew her sister would pick assassins as her handmaidens mirroring her sisters.
"You know who I am?" She asked them with a serious tone.
They nodded.
"Are you loyal to your mistress?"
They nodded again.
"Will you tell me what happened?"
No response.
Ami doesn't like it. To make them talk, she showed them the red gem up and close. "I'll use this to make you talk."
Their expressions changed from blank to worry. One of them opened their mouth. "Lady Ashi did not specify. She just gave us an order to escort her and the cube out from the palace."
"Why?"
"She did not share anything anymore."
Ami puts down the red gem back to her pocket. She has reached a dead end. Her sister can be anywhere right now. Is she going away from the city or is she going somewhere? She wanted to warn her about the three men who look for these mystical stones.
Probably, she already knew and she left quickly to avoid innocents to get harm. It is understandable for Ami. However, does the enemy know she's away? That is what Ami is a little worried about.
The three will probably come to the kingdom and ravage them.
Thinking logically, Ami has decided to defend the palace and she will use the red gem no matter what.
Music started to flow around the Void and light began to spread like water. The young entity set up a table and chairs for herself and her guests. She was having a tea party, discussing her three imaginations.
"What do you think they should do when they have my sister?"
No response but somehow she heard one.
"Okay. That's a good idea." She smirked as her flaming hair started to shift and opened a window to see her Trioka engaging in battle against the samurai and the stranger. "Hmm... this looks interesting."
The red entity Pyralis saw the samurai fighting for his life. Fighting for the cube that was on the hands of the Troika. The entity wanted to intervene however his simple actions can bring great consequences. He has nothing to do but watch and hoped the mortal prince survive. The young entity grinned, "Any second now."
As the stranger engaged in the battle against the Troika, the samurai swiftly charged towards the swordsman who has the cube on his hand. He used his 3 seconds. His hand stretched out to reach the cube. Unfortunately, the "plot" did not let him. The swordsman noticed the samurai's movements and pulled the cube away from his reach.
The samurai failed.
What comes next made the young entity smile. She turned to the red entity and gleefully waved. "Bye, bye."
The swordsman yelled at the cube, proclaiming his first wish. "I wish for Idea to be released!" The small crack appeared on the side of the cube as it granted that wish. It breaks the cosmic laws of reality that it can rip dimensions apart. That wish can break the jurisdiction between dimensions. With its almighty power, it manages to grant his wish.
The young entity felt the golden energy wrapped around her as she's about to be free from the bounds of her prison realm.
His wish pulled her out from the Void and took her to the material world. Her presence caused a reality quake. Every molecule in the universe was shaken. The samurai and the stranger felt it too. Their bodies felt unusual when they saw her for the first time.
The samurai can only describe her as a being with a perfect female form but also an unusual multi-colored hair that flows like a bonfire. "Who is she?" He asked the stranger.
Unfortunately, he has no answer to that question. "I don't know."
The young entity Idea stretched her cyan skin, flexing her fingers and enjoying her first freedom. "Finally! The 'plot' worked."
The swordsman, gunslinger, and spearman were dumbstruck by her appearance that they forgot about the samurai and the stranger. They bowed down before her. They have accomplished what they were created to do. The 'heroes' have reached their endgame. "We have fulfilled our quest. You're free, my lady."
Idea honored her three heroes. "Thank you. You're the real heroes here."
The swordsman asked his master. "Now that our quest has ended. What's our reward?"
"I have never thought about it. Party, I guess?"
The Troika was excited to hear it. A party for the three heroes. Their personalities from being the most dangerous people in the universe into children excited to have a party. They changed when their creator appeared. They were her creations after all.
The samurai and stranger stayed still, waiting for a good time to retreat.
Idea reached her hand to her creations and asked for the cube. They gave it to her straight. "Finally. Do you hear me, sister? I'm out." She grinned. "Thanks to you."
Dilek inside the cube responded. "Please, don't do this."
"Anyway!" Idea ignored her sister's words. She asked her three 'heroes' for reports. "Got any news from my big boy Mr. Mors?"
"Still collecting the six, my lady." The spearman answered.
"How many did he got?"
"Two."
"I see. How about Oblitus and his shadow folk?" That question intrigues the samurai which made him stay and listen.
The gunslinger answered her. "In hiding. After he was defeated by... him." He pointed at the samurai.
The young entity turned around to face the two mortals who dared try to stop her 'heroes'. "I see this world gives more surprises. Pyralis is right. Earth is full of surprises." With the cube on her hand, she can do whatever she wants. She can make her ideas become reality. "But we don't need you two to interfere." She used the cube's power to eliminate the samurai and the stranger. She did not wish for it because wishes can be reversible.
The illuminating golden light struck the two mortals, giving them their early death. After that, the entity sent her heroes and herself to their next destination, leaving the two mortals in their slow doom.
When the dust settled, the samurai woke up and took a deep breath. "Am I dead?" He asked himself. He can still stand and breathe which means he's going to be alright. Unfortunately for the stranger, his time is running out. His body slowly turned to dust. "H... help me... help me..."
The samurai reached out to help him. "I got you. Stay still..."
"It's... it's too late." The stranger saw his hands crumbling. "I'm done for."
"Don't say that. I can still... I can still..." But he cannot do anything to help the stranger. The only man who has knowledge about the cube's power.
The stranger began to see his entire life flashing before him. He's not ready to go. "Gather them."
"What?"
"Gather the six."
The samurai knew he meant the gemstones. "I will." He promised.
The stranger felt relieved after many years of struggle and suffering. He smiled at the samurai one last time and laid his head down, looking up at the blue sky. "I'm coming home... brother." He said his last. "I'm coming home-"
The samurai watched as the wind blew the dust that was once the stranger. Every last piece of him flew and dispersed to the sky. When it is done, the samurai questioned his dumb luck. "How? How am I still alive?" He looked at his hand, wondering.
"Could it be...?"
At the darkest pit of the Earth lies the secluded dark entity. As the samurai questioned his existence, the dark entity woke up from his sleep and heard the samurai's words.
"Samurai..." Oblitus said.
