Shana sleepily opened the hotel room to see Bobby smirking at her.

"If you two are done kissing and making up come get some breakfast."

She blushed and assured him they would be there in a minute.

A couple of minutes later Shana and Snake Eyes joined Sam, Dean and Bobby at the picnic tables beside the hotel, along with one more person.

Storm Shadow gave her a small smile and she returned it. "You're still here."

He shrugged, "Cobra was starting to bore me. Figured I would try monster hunting for a while."

Bobby smiled and looked at Snake Eyes, "And what about you?"

Ever a man of few words, he replied with a firm 'thumbs up'.

Sam saluted both with his coffee. "Welcome aboard!"

They all lifted their McDonalds coffee cups in salute and after taking a sip Bobby commented, "So we going to address the elephant in the room?"

Shana took a sip herself before nodding. "Crowley."

She leveled her gaze at Storm Shadow. "The King of Hell, and the one holding your contract. He won't stop at last night's debacle. If you don't want to be dodging Hellhounds and Demons for the rest of your life we have to figure out a way out of the contract."

Dean nodded, "Tell us EXACTLY how the contract was worded. Even the smallest detail is important."

Storm Shadow took a long sip of his coffee and started to tell them everything.

-

A few hours later Shana and the others stood in a crossroads and she spoke a name loudly.

"Crowley!"

"Hello Darling."

The smooth voice spoke from behind them and they all turned to see the King of Hell, Crowley standing there with a look of sardonic amusement on his face. He addressed each of them in turn, in his own unique way.

"Moose" - Sam

"Squirrel" - Dean

"Old Bear" - Bobby

His gaze lit on Shana and he smirked, "Fox."

Then he regarded Snake Eyes, "Ooh, Big Bad Wolf."

Then Storm Shadow, "and Kung Fu Panda."

Again regarding the rest he smiled, "Hand delivering him, very considerate. Saved me the trouble of having to chase after him to collect on the contract."

Shana crossed her arms, "I don't think so, considering there is no contract."

"I beg your pardon kitten, but there you are sadly mistaken."

"Oh I think you are the mistaken one."

"My contracts are iron clad, you know that, even as new to this as you are. He isn't worming his way out. He's mine."

Shana stepped closer, Snake Eyes staying close. "The contract stated that he would get access to and information on his Uncle's murderer. He gained access to Cobra but the identity of the murderer has not been revealed and because of that he continues to evade justice. As such, you have failed to deliver on your end of the contract, rendering it null and void."

Something burned in the Demon King's eyes and he glared at Shana for a long moment. Before he lifted his head slightly, "Fine, you win...this time. Luckily I'm feeling rather magnanimous today."

His bemused gaze returned to Shana, "And here you were fast becoming my favorite Fox."

She shrugged, "Sorry, not sorry. Someone has to keep you honest."

"Touché darling." His gaze found Storm Shadow again. "She got you of the hook. You'd best thank her."

Storm Shadow nodded once, sharply.

Then just as Crowley turned to leave he eyed Snake Eyes up and down, "Impressive specimen. Get the feeling I'll be seeing a lot of you."

Snake Eyes folded his arms and slowly nods his head up and down.

Crowley quirked his eyebrow and with that, disappeared into the darkness.

Once they were sure he was gone they all let out a collective sigh of relief and before Shana knew what hit her she was swept up in a very enthusiastic spinning hug.

She let out a laughing squeal as Storm Shadow spun her around. "Thank you!!"

She laughed, "Put me down you nutcase!"

He acquiesced and then gave her a formal bow, "I am in your debt for saving my life."

Shaking her head she returned the bow. "As I recall I owed you one."

Dean clapped Shana on the back. "Haven't seen someone get one up on Crowley like that in a LONG time. Nice work Shay! Even if he did look like he wanted to obliterate on the spot."

Snake Eyes drew his katana and quirked his eyebrow and the message was clear. 'He could try...but he wouldn't have gotten far.'

Dean inclined his head, "So we going to get going or what?"

Sam was leaning over the roof of the '67 black Chevy Impala. "Jody has a case in Sioux Falls she could use some help with. Suspects shapeshifters."

Shana looked at Snake Eyes, "Sounds fun. But think we may need to trade Baby in for a mini van."

Dean looked scandalized, "Bite your tongue!" Then he stroked the car's hood lovingly, "It's okay Baby she didn't mean it."

Bobby rolled his eyes, "Quit clutching your pearls Idjit. Tommy is riding with me. Come on, South Dakota is a hike."

Storm Shadow smiled and jumped into the passenger side of the truck after tossing his duffle bag in the bed.

Snake Eyes and Shana slid into the back seat of the classic car as Dean and Sam took up their spaces in the front. Dean turned to grin at them. "Don't get any bright ideas about Christening the back seat you two."

Snake Eyes gave him a half grin as he caressed the seat with one hand and squeezed Shana's thigh with the other. Then lifted his brow in a clear challenge.

"Going to have to keep my eye on you."

He started the car, and as the engine roared to life he shoved an AC/DC cassette in the tape deck and 'Back in Black' started loudly playing.

Sam started to roll his eyes and opened his mouth to protest but Dean held up his hand and said, "Shay? First rule in the car?"

She obediently supplied, "Driver picks the music, shotgun shuts his cakehole."

Snake Eyes motioned to Dean to turn it up and Dean grinned at Shana. "I'm going to like him!" Then cranked the volume up a couple notches more, before putting the car in gear and heading out to the Highway.

Saving people, hunting things, the family business.

The End.
