DISCLAIMER: I'M NOT GONNA BOTHER

"So. What did I miss?" DAVE asked. He looked at Ryan's face, "Ouch! I'm sorry but that is permanent, I think. What happened so my scanners?"

"Well apparently that Zuko guy damaged you with his be- I mean fire... hands, so you've lost some stuff until I can fix you," Ryan explained, "Plus he took Aang."

"Oh. Who's Aang?"

"The Avatar," said Katara, "The boy with arrow tattoos?"

"I have memories of somebody with that desbhvsgfyedrgfgedbxjhb. Ummm, descriozsxbvdhvhdjhvdckhb. I can't say it." At that moment, a bison-like creature with 6 legs descended from the sky. This place truly defied physics in all ways. Aboard was Yue and Sokka. "Hey it's Romeo and Juliet," said DAVE, he whispered to Ryan, "I forgot their names."

The two lovebirds dismounted the large creature. Ryan's eyes widened, "What's that?"

"This is Appa," Katara replied.

Sokka ran over to the group worriedly, "Where's Aang?"

"Well your friend has been kidnapped by..." DAVE forgot who it was.

"Zuko."

"Yes, Mao Zendong. The communist!"

Ryan facepalmed, "Not even close."

"Is your... whatever it is okay?" Yue questioned.

"Apparently your Zuko guy damaged him an awful lot. Why does he want your friend anyway?"

Sokka explained, "Well apparently he's trying to restore his honour or something to the Fire nation."

Ryan had definitely heard this story before. Somebody gets banished from wherever they're from and must redeem themselves by doing something. It wasn't a well-known cliche. "Well it's time for us to unhonour him," he said.

"You suck at one-liners," said DAVE.

Everybody mounted the large bison besides the eyebot, Katara told the lemur, "Momo you stay here."

The Californian surprisingly did not notice the animal at all. He wondered how it was so unnoticeable to him, until he remembered he only had a perception of 5 so he didn't do well with small things.

"Aren't you coming?" Sokka asked.

"I'll just float off your pet," said the toaster.

"Don't eyebots have the option to turn off your hover thing?" said the wastelander.

At that moment DAVE dropped to the ground. "Can somebody pick me up?"

"You could've just hovered on here and deactivated you know?" said Ryan.

"I'm over 200 years old it's not like I can think straight!"

The climate of the north pole was harsh. Snow conquered throughout the winter wasteland, it was cold enough to kill a person. Ryan equipped his rebreather and checked his weapons, is fingers were freezingand could hardly hold something. DAVE lied on the saddle motionless. According to DAVE it was -34 degrees celsius or -29.2 degrees fahrenheit. They should've stayed in the oasis, it might've been a tactical target plus it was a lot warmer. At this rate, the Californian could suffer hypothermia again.

"We're never going to find him in this blizzard," implied Katara. Ryan disagreed, nobody could get this far within a storm like this. Looking at the horizon he saw something, it looked almost like a cave.

He asked DAVE, "Hey can you zoom in on that area."

"Well I don't know if you've noticed but I can't zoom in if I can't move," the AI replied. Ryan aimed the eyebot's face at the cave area. "It looks like a cave."

"Well is it?"

"I can't tell because my magnification sucks. Maybe if you... hold on somebody's coming out of there. He looks tied up, wearing bright clothing and he's bald."

"That's Aang!" Katara cried happily. Appa flew over to the location. As the large animal descended onto the ground Aang came running towards them. Unfortunately Zuko was chasing him. The Californian aimed his revolver, once he pulled the trigger the bullet striked his foot making him drop to his knees, Zuko groaned in pain. The wastelander dismounted Appa, he cocked his gun. He aimed it as his head. The guy looked at him, although he kept a straight face he was scared.

"That was for messing up my face," Ryan shot his shoulder making Zuko groan louder, "And that was for damaging my friend."

Before Ryan made the final blow, the Avatar stopped him, "Stop! Don't kill him!"

"Why not?! Why are you defending the guy who literally captured you and burned me?!"

"He doesn't deserve this?!" Aang shouted. Ryan wasn't taking any of his pacifist bullcrap. Where he was from, you get attacked you kill your attacker.

Before he pulled the trigger, he thought about it. The group behind him were just kids, did they really need to see him blow this guy's brains out? Did they really need to see this side of Ryan? No. This guy wasn't worth the shot, he wasn't a cold blooded killer. The Californian did use his gun, he wacked it into Zuko's head knocking him out.

"Is he okay?" Sokka asked.

"He has two bullet wounds in his body both which aren't unattended to. He'll most likely die of infection unless we take him and get some antiseptics for him, otherwise we could leave him here and have him feed the snow," Ryan explained.

"I vote we leave him here," said DAVE.

"Same," agreed Sokka.

Aang disagreed, in his eyes every life has worth. Or he's just too young to actually understand what the real world was like despite travelling it. He grabbed Zuko's legs and through him onto Appa's saddle.

"Seriously?" said Sokka disagreeing with the Avatar's actions.

"We can't just leave him here!" said Aang.

"Just let him," spoke the wastelander.

"Christ what is it with you humans choosing sides?" DAVE queried frustratingly.

"Yeah! You're the one who almost killed Zuko!"

"I didn't want you guys to see me kill somebody in cold blood. Plus I didn't want to scar your friend since he's like... how old are you?"

"112."

"S**t you're old," said Ryan surprisingly.

"I look great don't I?" Aang laughed.

"You do. I've met people older than you that aren't in very good shape," said Ryan. Now everybody was wondering where Ryan and DAVE were from.

"Where exactly are you from?" Asked Yue.

"You have been very secretive lately," Katara mentioned.

The Californian sighed, "I guess it's time you guys know. DAVE what are the possible outcomes of telling them?"

"Well there's quite a lot but here are the most likely:

-Death from Hypothermia 23%

-Everybody is shocked but they realise that they're so insignificant that they eventually kill themselves 26.24351%

-sdhcxhjsjuvhshvehguweshuqwhu -2636666343+52353654632%

-sdhgfyfggygsjhghfajcshghjhgfwiotoupoiyoi 80%

-Everybody is completely fine with it but they realise there's more than their world 95%" DAVE listed.

"Well. Those are good odds, besides the corrupt bits. Guys... we're from another world," stated Ryan. Although this was a shock to everybody it sort of made sense. The weird clothing, tools and technology.

Yue started feeling faint. Sokka noticed and asked, "Are you okay? Guys there's something wrong with Yue."

"It seems she is dying from the news that we're from another world. There was a chance of 0.00000000001% this would happen," said DAVE.

"Not helping!" Ryan shouted.

"I'm feeling it too," Aang concurred.

"What's going on?" Katara asked.

Ryan was about to ask DAVE to scan but he remembered that he was largely unreliable at times like this. He didn't have much medical training either. The wastelander looked at the night sky, the moon was blood red. Any other day with a blood moon would be seen as normal but this straight up came out of nowhere. "What the hell happened to the moon?" He asked.

"Something's wrong with the moon spirit," said Yue.

"Oh I know this one!" shouted DAVE in glee, "You had like a spiritual connection to the moon spirit so you feel whatever that spirit feels."

"Kinda. You're close though," replied Yue, she started explaining, "Most babies cry when they are born. I didn't. The healers of our tribe did everything they could but nothing worked, said there wasn't much hope for me. My father prayed to the moon spirit to save my life-"

DAVE interrupted, "The moon spirit saved your life by doing whatever spirit magic it does. You established a connection between both of your souls that... does... spiritual stuff... or whatever the hell."

"DAVE, how are you an expert with scenarios like this?" questioned Ryan.

"When you're stuck underground for 200 years with everybody you know dying I decided to read some books transplanted into my hard drive."

"How can you read them if they've been transplanted into your mind? Don't you already know what's happened?"

"When you gain a mechanical conscience you start to have your mind focused on one place, it's better than it being spread out all over the vault. That's how I didn't see your friend touch that vase." Ryan nodded.

Appa began descending back into the oasis, unfortunately it was already intruded by fire nation soldiers. By the pond stood a hatless man with a wolverine-style beard, he was wearing fire nation clothing so the other-worlders assumed he was a high ranking officer. He was holding a sack with something squirming in it. He was blabbering about how people would refer to him as a historical legend with names like 'Zhao the moon slayer'. Appa landed onto the soft grass but at that moment Momo had already tackled Zhao's face, the lemur was painfully pulling his hair. The fire nation officer grabbed the animal and threw him off.

"I hate animals," he scowled.

"Admiral Zhao!" Aang called, "Think about what you're doing! You won't hurt only the tribe but everyone else!"

"He's right you know," claimed an old man. He emerged from the shadows wearing red robes, his hair was slightly dark grey and had the same hairstyle as Zhao's. "The world relies on the balance of these powers," He promised, "Whatever you do to that spirit I'll release ten-fold! Lower the spirit into the water!" The old man went into a defensive stance.

"Who's that?" Ryan asked the group.

"That's Iroh. Zuko's uncle," said Katara.

"To be honest he's not as bad as Zuko," said Sokka.

"Yeah I can see that. What happens if Ghengis Khan over there kills the moon spirit?"

"Well the moon disappears," replied Yue. From all the supernatural stuff Ryan has seen he was bound to believe it. If the moon disappears this world is doomed.

Ryan stepped in, "Can everybody stop for a minute!?" Everybody stopped arguing and looked at him, "Aang and Iroh over there are right! But it's not because of balance in the force or any of that crap! If you make the moon disappear this world is doomed, your people will be dead within a week! Maybe less! You kill that fish you kill your entire world! So before you cause armageddon consider I'm right and let that fish go!"

"Listen to the kid Chairman Mao!" Shouted DAVE already hovering.

"Admiral Zhao," Aang corrected.

"Whatever. If you won't listen to him listen to me. And my laser penis!"

"Out of all things not damaged why did it have to be that?" said Ryan frustratingly.

Zhao made his decision. He freed the fish back into the pond. Then he unfortunately made a s**t decision. Chairman Mao... I mean Admiral Zhao, killed the fish with a fire attack in blinding rage. The moon had instantly disappeared, the whole world plunged into darkness, hardly any colour anywhere except from fire ad other sources of light.

"Great, I have already lost all hope in humanity," said DAVE.

"You're not the only one," Ryan responded.

"Oh f**k diplomacy," said Ryan and DAVE in unison. The Californian aimed his shotgun and DAVE readied his gun. The two fired their guns at the fire nation soldiers. DAVE disintegrated half of the soldiers there at max power just for the satisfaction. Ryan only fired 6 shells since it's a shotgun, he got 4 kills in the process though. The rest of the soldiers retreated including Zhao. The group didn't even look, they just stared at the two other-worlders as they shot the fire nation soldiers. Aang was already afraid of DAVE. Yue and Katara didn't feel fully comfortable around the two. And Sokka was shocked at how quickly they were all killed. Iroh just watched, the kill was justified according to him.

DAVE shouted, "Laser penis for the win!"

Iroh went by the pond, he glared at the lifeless spirit which laid in the water. He carefully lift the corpse up. Yue stated mournfully, "There's no hope now. It's over."

All of a sudden, Aang went into what Ryan and DAVE believed was called the Avatar State. His tattoos started glowing as bright as an atomic explosion, he responded with, "No it's not over." The boy stepped into the oasis. Katara was about to follow but Iroh stopped her. As Aang stepped into the water, the remaining spirit started to swiftly encircle him eventually merging with the Avatar. The two became a large blue Godzilla-like creature as tall as the Lucky 38 and had skin as bright as Vegas, it left the oasis to bring havoc amongst the red soldiers.

Everybody was absolutely speechless.

Ryan broke the silence by asking, "What just happened?"

"What just happened," asked Ryan?

"Aang has merged with the ocean spirit," Iroh responded. The old man looked at Yue, he realised that the girl had been touched by the moon spirit. "Yue, some of the moon spirit's life force resides in you," he stated."

Yue conjectured to the idea, "I can save the spirit by giving my life!"

Sokka refused upset by the idea, "No! Your father ordered my to protect you!"

"I have to do this."

"Sokka, I hate to say this but the needs of the many are larger than the needs of the few," said Ryan quoting Leonard Nemoy.

"Whatever you say, Spock," said DAVE.

"Who?"

"Are there any TV shows remaining out in the wasteland?"

"There's the 'Silver Shroud' and that's about it. Well there could be more I don't know," he said.

Yue gave Sokka a goodbye kiss. Although her act was noble she was scared. The girl placed her hands on the dead fish, she exhaled one last time. Yue fell into Sokka's arms, passed to the other side.

Moments later, her lifeless body faded away. Fortunately the fish was brought back to life, it gleefully went back into the water. The moon reappeared in the sky, the world was no longer under the wrath of darkness.

Meanwhile, Godzilaang continued to push the fire nation out of the north pole all the way to the ocean. The battle was already won.

Back at the oasis. Sokka was still mourning Yue's death. Ryan did try to comfort him.

He said this, "There's plenty of fish in the sea."

"Not helping," said Sokka.

"If it makes you feel any better. I lost my girlfriend."

"You did?"

"This was a couple months before I met East. We were best friends since before I left California and became a couple when we moved to the mojave. Decided to become scavenging partners too. One day, whilst on a scavenging run we found ourselves in a cazadore nest thinking it was just an empty building. In my world Cazadores are basically giant bugs with stingers. We shot them off but there were just too many and we were just kids. They stung Angela good so I dragged her out. There was just too much poison in her and we didn't have the medicine needed."

"What happened next?"

Ryan paused, then responded, "I was forced to put her out of her misery. Losing your girlfriend is bad but when you pull the trigger..."

"You don't have to continue talking."

"Guys," called DAVE, "Where's Zuko?" Zuko wasn't tied up on Appa's saddle, all that remained were the ropes and bits of blood.

"Leave him," said the wastelander, "He won't make it far with two bullets in his body."

THE NEXT MORNING

The people of the north pole was cleaning up the mess the battle caused. Apparently the Fire Nation had better technology, they had tanks, metal ships and more. It was ironic that they had all these machines but never had guns. Pakku announced that they were going to the south pole to support they're suffering brothers and sisters, well it's what he told Katara.

The whole group was by a barn where apparently Appa slept. Besides the other-worlders the group was getting ready to leave. Ryan had his headgear unequipped as well as his weapons placed away.

"So I guess this is goodbye," said Ryan.

"Where will you go now?" Katara asked.

"Well I'm going to find a way off this rock and search for my friend. That is if I can find a way off."

"Why don't you come with us?" Aang offered.

"Are you sure Aang?" said Sokka, "They did kill multiple people, you sure they won't just turn on us?"

He sighed, "Fine. You can come with us as long as you don't go on a killing spree."

"Can we injure?"

"That's fine."

"Then we're in!"

"Hop on then!"

The two went on board the large bison. There journey thus began across this world.
