Yo everyone how are you all doing?

Ready for a new chapter cause I am so let's get into it.

Chapter 2: Realization

Nothing… She felt nothing, she could see nothing, and she could hear nothing.

She wondered what happened to herself before being in this predicament and it all came flooding back into her memory, the walk, the twig and the red eyes.

Amy had no time to think who was the criminal that decided to give her a heart attack, she needed to try and get to Sonic's house ASAP.

Then the pink Hedgehog realized that she doesn't know how long time has kept her unconscious for, it could have been hours no DAYS she's been like this "What if Sonic is at home right now".

So, with that in her head she managed to slowly open her eyes and take in the sight that was visible to her.

It looked something like grey bars that was right in front of her then she turned her body the other direction and there was a black covered wall then another direction same black wall.

It didn't take too long for the pink haired girl to realise that she is in a cell, it was pretty big for a cell since it stretched from one end of the room to the other basically making half of the room blocked and the other side free.

She thought who could have done this, there was no doubt in her mind that the Number 1 person to do this was Dr Robotnik aka Eggman the most evillest scientist to have ever lived on this planet.

He is the biggest threat to mobius and has had numerous occasions to take over this place to make it into his own world called Eggman Land, but has failed to do so because of his most Number 1 hated arch rival Sonic The Hedgehog.

She thought how Eggman managed to capture her in that huge forest that covered 1 million square feet of land, and more importantly what he was going to do with her.

"Why is he doing this to me… is he trying to lure sonic into rescuing me again, he's already done that in the past and it didn't work how will this be any different" She thought while trying to keep her tears inside.

Then she figured out that thing watching her from the shadows in the forest, that was the person who kidnapped me but who was that "Well it definitely wasn't Eggman that's for sure"

She tried to picture anyone else with red menacing eyes that she's encountered in her life… She thought… She thought…

"Oh no" Her pupils shrunk for a split second.

Then there was a loud noise coming from the opposite side of the room, she saw the metal door handle start to turn vertical then the door opened.

A human entered the room not closing the door afterwards. He was rather round at the waist and had a big and tidy moustache, his facial appearance was hidden apart from his out of place pink nose everything else was hidden thanks to the glasses this person was wearing, he was tall from the bottom of his black and white striped shoes to is waist, he was bald and wears goggles on his head. The person looked like he was in his 40s.

Amy knew straight away who this guy was and immediately her facial expression angered "Dr Eggman" She hissed that last part out.

Dr Eggman saw her staring at her and then laughed "Ho ho ho ho well if it isn't the pink rodent who keeps following Sonic around".

Amy got really pissed with him and immediately jolted up from the floor and stood up to him nearing the bars and put her hands around them "What is the meaning of this, don't tell me this is another try at getting world dominance is it?"

Eggman laughed even harder than before nearly having tears rolling down "HO HO HO HO HO have you really learnt nothing the last time you were my prisoner, I always do whatever it takes to get what I want but this time it's going to be a little different then last time"

Amy didn't like that sound of that one bit, she tried to hide the scaredness of her voice as she said "What do you mean by that"

That's when another person entered the room with, his heavy clattering footsteps coming over and standing next to the Doctor.

Amy now knew who Knocked her out and took her into this place, it was Metal Sonic.

Metal Sonic as the name implies is a robot version of Sonic, he does have some differences that can be easily seen to make him different, he has a open hole in his abdomen area with metal blades on his shoulders, he has metal claws and metal shoes that have jets inside of them.

Metal Sonic was made to be an aggressive mechanism whose purpose was to take down the blue blur and destroy him.

Metal Sonic looked at Amy with Cold meaningless blood angered ayes that gave the impression he was not in a good mood.

"I've seen that you two have introduced yourselves to one another, and you two are going to have to get along because I'm going to be putting Metal Sonic on guard duty"

Amy wondered why Eggman put Metal Sonic in this situation. She had 1 reason why he was doing this "Metal Sonic is waiting for Sonic to come in and try to bust me open so he can have a proper 1v1" She thought

Metal Sonic turned his head to the Doctor's and blurted out "Gladly".

The mad scientist frowned and turned away from the cage "I've heard some rumours going around lately that Sonic has been talking dirty about you, that you are nothing but a pawn in his life and a waste a space".

"WHAT" Metal Sonic nearly screamed that word out of his sockets.

"I'll look forward to seeing this in action" with that Eggman left the room whilst locking the door.

Metal Sonic looked at Amy with a deep grin plastered on his mouth "When HE comes here, I'll finally put an end to this and no one will embarrass me ever again" Afterwards he went to the door and stood by it waiting for his prey.

Amy's heart was racing a million beats per minute. She was confused with what Eggman last stated "You are nothing but a pawn in his life and a waste of space" Was he saying that to Metal Sonic, or was that directed to me… Because… "No, that was meant for Metal Sonic 100%, Sonic wouldn't ditch me like this, Someone is going to notice my disappearance and tell Sonic, they will figure out sooner or later that I'm in Eggman's lair and he will come and rescue me after all that's what friends do"

Day's past and no sign of a rescue has happened it seems, Amy was brought food and water every 4 hours a day so she was in good condition when the breakout will happen, she also walked around with the amount of space she had to work with, it wasn't much but it's better then being cramped in a vent " At least I don't have Claustrophobia" she thought.

As more days continue to go and leave, she starts thinking more about that Statement that maybe Eggman WAS saying it to her, but if that's true then why… Why would Sonic do this to me?

"This isn't like him; this isn't like him at all to being this long for anything"

Soon after she started to lose hope that Sonic would come and help her out, that he was having to much fun to remember about her, or thought she could take care of herself and that she didn't need anyone to help her escape.

Tears were starting to form on her eyelids "I can't believe it" she has never felt this feeling before, she can't believe that this was happening to her. Her friend…. Betrayed her.

As she was closing in on another slumber Metal Sonic turned his head up and walked back to the cage saying "It looks like your so-called friend isn't coming to rescue you"

"I know" she whispered with her eyes still closed trying to rest up.

Then she heard something break loudly which made her jump she opened her eyes and was shocked to the core.

And there you have it Chapter 2 is in the bag

I said things would get tragic in CH 1 and…. sigh…. I don't believe it was, maybe for you all but the original story I had planned was going to be sad.

Anyway, what was that noise at the end, was that Sonic who finally showed up?
