Natsu POV
Today is a day I am unable to describe. The only word I can use is unbearable. Me, Lucy, Lisanna, and Bickslow were all sitting in a room together with Dr. Strauss which is Lisanna's older sister Mirajane. This is so awkward, why would she ask her sister to do this.
"It's good to see all of you today!" Mirajane smiled. I wonder if she knows everybody here is not happy. "I thought you were a shipper," I was confused. She was called the Demon Matchmaker and has a tv show where she ships people together and they have a happily ever after as they all say. "I am, but this is a side job because I also want to mend people back together," she nicely gestured. "Right?" I rolled my eyes.
"Not to be rude, but can we start the session?" Lucy raised her hand. "Sure! So as in the description, Natsu and Lisanna were both together for years and have a seven-year-old daughter named Elizabeth. After a while, Natsu and Lisanna start to slowly fall apart and Lisanna finds interest in Bickslow who also feels the same way. Both get-together and start a new life with just them leaving Natsu and Elizabeth behind. Natsu had to get used to Lisanna not being around which he had a hard time handling work and his daughter. So he hired the famous author Lucy Heartfilia as a nanny to take care of his daughter. Natsu and Lucy got together then Lisanna came and wanted to reunite with Elizabeth, but memories came back between Natsu and Lisanna. Natsu and Lisanna kissed, Lucy, saw and demanded a breakup between Natsu and her but it seems the two are on a break," Mirajane explained.
"By the way, I love your books." Mira smiled. "Oh thank you!" Lucy smiled as well then it went back to her neutral facial expression. "Ok, I want you all to explain what the problem is here so we can do a few activities to resolve it a little," Mira had got her clipboard and pen. "Natsu will you go first, explain what's the problem in this situation?" she asked me.
"My problem all started a couple of months ago when Lisanna left. I had to adjust to new things without her around. I hired Lucy to help me out with Elizabeth since Elizabeth was going to need a female role model. While Lucy was working for me I started to catch feelings for her. It was a little unprofessional that I would like somebody who worked for me. Feelings kept getting stronger so I tried giving her signs that I liked her. I asked her out on a date and we went on it and we were officially a couple after that. We kept going on more dates and taking steps in the relationship and I even introduced her to my parents who liked her. After that, a sudden surprise came and Lisanna was back in the picture. I got upset with Lucy because she contacted Lisanna and asked her to come here. I gave Lucy a break since she's been working a lot, Lisanna was spending time with Elizabeth, she never left after a week. She decided we should take Elizabeth out to the festival and while we were there something went the wrong way to the point it made Lucy upset and want to break up with me." I explained.
"Ok, next is Lucy who needs to explain everything," she directed her hand towards Lucy.
"I'm an author, but my side job is a nanny. I work for Natsu and take care of Elizabeth. As I was working I had to get used to new surroundings and routines. I noticed Natsu had feelings for me and it was unprofessional to be dating your boss. Plus it felt wrong to date Natsu who seemed like he just got out of a relationship and he has a kid with him who's able to acknowledge things. Elizabeth knows who her mother is and I felt guilty because what if she thought I was trying to replace her mother and wasn't use to her dad moving on to someone else other than her mother who gave birth to her. Elizabeth would mention Lisanna and be sad that she isn't here and I felt like she would want to call me out for it, but never would do so. I contacted Lisanna because I wanted Elizabeth to reconnect with Lisanna. That was a sweet reunion, but then I felt like she was trying to get with Natsu. I tried not to think that way and I took a break and went to go visit my mom. My mom and I went to the Spring Festival and there I saw Lisanna and Natsu kissing. It broke my heart to see this and if the two were still in love then I would have to break up with Natsu which I was trying to do, but he wanted to go on a break instead so were now-here trying to work it out." Lucy explained. I never knew she felt that way.
"Ok, Lisanna your turn," Mira directed.
"I think the problem went wrong for everybody when I left and decided to try and start something new with Bixslow. I will admit I felt guilty for leaving Elizabeth and I wanted to take her with me, but that would have been wrong because we would have gone to court for that. Plus Natsu and I relationship seems to be falling apart a little with work keeping us busy. My relationship with Bixslow was going well until something happened. Lucy contacted me and was asking for me to come, to reunite with Elizabeth which I thought was perfect. I came and I will say I didn't want to leave Elizabeth. Then with Natsu old feelings started to come back, but I had to push this away. I asked Natsu if he would come to the Spring Festival so Elizabeth could enjoy herself with both her parents there. Like I said old feelings came back and I was in front of Natsu and I just felt the need to kiss him. I don't know what it was for, to be honest. Lucy saw and Natsu ran after her. I felt bad for what just happen and I still do. I apologize for that Natsu and Lucy!" she explained and she looked at both me and Lucy at the end.
"Ok, last but now least Bixslow. Tell us how you feel in all of this?" Mirajane asked.
"Ok, I feel confused about what the hell is going on. I met Lisanna when I was in Magnolia and we started to connect. I will admit I knew she had a husband and a kid, but I still liked her and I think I was wrong for that liking. I had feelings for her and I asked her out, and she said 'yes' so we both secretly started going out. then we started doing more. I felt like Lisanna and I could start something together so I asked her if she would move in with me. I didn't want to break a family apart like that. I'm guessing Natsu knew Lisanna was going behind his back to date me. Lisanna left Natsu and Elizabeth even though she wanted to take her with her. Lisanna and I were doing pretty good until she heard he was dating I guess Lucy. She started to look at pictures of the two and she got a little jealous and I thought she probably didn't use to seeing him with somebody else. I apologize for all that has happened." he said.
"I heard all of you guys explaining what all happened. The same thing happens in everybody's story which has to do with Elizabeth, somebody adapting/starting something new, and regrets," she said. "So how do we overcome all that is happening?" I asked her. "Well I hope the results turn out good, but depending on how you all will take it will resulting it," she smirked.
"I would say we could do the activities, but with the information, you all just gave me we can just solve this out real quick," she smiled. "I'm going to ask you all questions and I want you to honestly answer them," she sat up and went to her closet to grab four small devices. "What are those?" Bixslow asked her. "These small thingies are lie detectors because not everybody tells the truth," she explained. She gave each of us one of them and we all trapped in on our wrist. She had her phone pulled out and everything.
"Now the first one up is Natsu! Natsu are you still afraid of Lisanna coming around you and Elizabeth?" she asked me. "Yes, because I don't want to see my daughter hurt again for her mother leaving her. I don't mind letting Elizabeth visit her, but I just don't want her to leave her like that again," I explained and it showed green.
"Bixslow do you think Lisanna is still in love with Natsu?" she asked him. "Honestly yes, the reason why is because of something I can't mention which is personal," he blushed. I wonder how personal it is? His thing went green which meant he was telling the truth.
"Lisanna are you still in love with Natsu?" Mirajane asked. "He was because Natsu was my first with everything and I feel like it's time to let go, so I say no," she answered. Her thing turned green surprisingly. "Lucy do you still love Natsu and want to get back together with him?" she asked Lucy. "I still love Natsu, but getting back together doesn't seem like the right time," she said. Her thing turned green and everybody was telling the truth so far.
"Is that all the questions you have for us today?" Bixslow asked her. "Surprisingly yes," she said. "It seems like those questions were the ones being asked by all of you all this time. I will like to speak to Elizabeth to see what she is thinking about this." Mirajane said.
"I'll bring her by," I said as she smiled. She wrote everything down and then gave me the time she wanted her here. "I recommend you all try to med the relationship back together. Go on dates and start back at step one. Also, try to negotiate with who gets to spend time with Elizabeth. Don't have her transport all over the place just try to make adjustments. Kids can be affected by parents' relationship getting out of hand." she recommended.
This therapy session felt so simple, but it helped all of us out at the same time. I guess I have to start back at step one with Lucy again. This is going to be tough and complicated with what just happened. Also, I basically have to share custody of Elizabeth with Lisanna. Instead of doing it the court way will do it the Dragneel way which is I don't know yet.
