Lucy POV

I was at the mansion on a Saturday evening with Elizabeth. Bixslow and Lisanna are busy with their little project going on, so Natsu and I decided to keep Elizabeth here. Plus I think it would be good for Natsu and Elizabeth to spend some time with each other. They already spend time with each other, but Elizabeth always haves school work and soccer, while Natsu has boxing.

Natsu went to go grab us some takeout so it was just me and Elizabeth. Elizabeth was watching some cartoons in the living room, so that could give me time to slip away. I left the living room and headed upstairs towards Natsu's room. I was going to find what was in that bag or who he was talking to that day.

I walked into his bedroom to look around for any devices he left out in the open. I know he has a MacBook Pro, another iPhone 11 Max, and an iPad. I couldn't find any of those three devices around his room. I'm surprised, Natsu never leaves his stuff out in the open.

I walked into the bathroom to check the cabinets to only see his cologne. He had a bunch in there too. I don't know what it is with men and cologne. Even I don't have this much perfume. I did pull out the one I like him wearing when we go out on our dates and also when we're being very intimate with each other. The only reason I took that one is that he was wearing that cologne the day he decided to go behind my back and meet another girl.

I still can't believe Natsu would do something like this to me. We've been together for almost a year and he just decides to go behind my back and cheat on me. I wonder how long he's been doing this? For someone who had got hurt by his ex-wife for cheating he sure is doing the same thing to me. For a sec I thought he might be the one, but I guess I was wrong.

There could be anything in that bag; jewelry, shoes, cologne, gift cards, a lighter, and oil. Those are all the little stuff Natsu likes. He scares me with the light because I told him thousands of times it's not good to play with fire. I went back into the room and decided to look through his nightstand. I opened one of the drawers and I saw a bag in there. I pulled the bag out and had paused for a minute or two. I didn't know if I wanted to look through it or not because I was afraid of what I was going to find in the bag.

I took a deep breath and looked into the bag to see magnum condoms. I got confused and then I looked even more into the bag to see it had a receipt. Did the girl really stop to get him some condoms? Usually, he isn't ashamed to go buy condoms. I looked at the bag to see it was the same bag she gave him. Or Natsu could be trying to do a cover-up. If he wanted to hide something he shouldn't have used condoms. That just gave it away.

I wonder if he had seen me looking at the two of them. What if he had got the same little black bag the mysterious lady had given him? "I'm home!" I heard Natsu's voice from all the way from the front door. I quickly had put the bag up in his drawer and ran towards the door. I was running quickly down those long stairs he had in the mansion towards him and a happy Elizabeth. "Hi!" I smiled as I was standing right dead in front of him. "Hey Lucy, you miss me that much?" he kissed me on the lips. "Yeah!" I kinda lied. I still wanted to look for what was in that black bag, unless it really was just condoms.

Natsu POV

I came home with takeout since I wanted all of us to eat something nice. Lucy cooks really good food, but I wanted to give her a break so I had gone out and bought takeout. Elizabeth had come up to me to get some of the food and Lucy came quickly from upstairs. She looked like she was doing something she wasn't supposed to be doing. She had nervously said "Hi!" and I just gave her on the lips and said: "Hey Lucy, you miss me that much?". It kinda made me excited that she got happy when I came through the door. She was upset with me because she thought that I didn't trust her to go out and have a nice time. It wasn't that I didn't trust her, it's just I didn't expect her to still be home.

I was trying to get something for her for our anniversary. I looked at Elizabeth and told her to "Go wash your hands!". She looked at me funny until I directed my head towards upstairs. She got the idea and ran up the steps. I started to walk away from Lucy and told her "I fin to go watch to see if she actually does it," I told her as she seemed confused.

"Okay," she went to go set the food out. I ran upstairs to Elizabeth's room to see she was waiting for me. "Do you still have it?" I asked her as she excitedly nodded her head. "Yes she'll never find it here," she smirked. "Okay, you can go eat, but for real wash your hands this time Elizabeth," I said being serious. "I already did while you and Lucy were staring at each other," she told me before she skipped down the hallway.

I walked towards Elizabeth's stuffed animals and picked up a bunny. I turned the bunny around and unzipped it, then I started to dig inside it trying to find something. It was hard because it was a bunch of cotton in there. I finally had got a hold of something and pulled it out. It was a small black fancy box and I was glad it was still there. Glad Elizabeth didn't touch Lucy's anniversary gift. I smirked and then had headed downstairs to get something to eat.
