Lena's head was pounding as she slowly began to open her eyes; she flinched at the sudden light.
"Hello sister," Lex smiled as she flinched as he touched her face.
"Don't touch me! Where's Kara?"
"Oh you mean that vile thing you call a fiancée?" he grinned as he hit a button. A light turned on showing Kara strapped to a table blood all over her and the floor.
"KARA!" Lena screamed as she tries to get to her.
"I wouldn't do that," Lex warns her as he pushes her down into a chair before tying her up.
"Is she alive?" Lena whispers as she looks towards her fiancée.
"For now," he snaps as he walks towards the super hero.
"Don't you dare touch her!" Lena screams at her brother as he throws some water on the blonde to wake her up.
Kara stirs as her blue eyes land on the concerned green ones of her fiancée. "Lena?" she gasps.
"I'm here baby," Lena assures her as she struggles to break free.
"Are you hurt?" Kara asks as she coughs violently blood pouring from her mouth.
Lena's heart breaks as she watches her fiancée struggling to breath, and of course she's more worried about her. "I'm fine babe; we need to worry about you."
"I'll be okay," Kara assures her as she struggles to keep her eyes open.
"Aww how precious,' Lex seethes as he grabs a towel and places it over the blondes face.
"Lex please," Lena begs as he grabs a hose.
"Enjoy the show," he laughs wildly as he sprays the hero laugh manically as she gasps for air.
Lena closes her eyes as tears pour from her eyes as she tries her hardest to drown out the sound of Kara gasping for air.
"Lex darling dinner, bring Lena," Lillian calls out.
"To be continued," he sneers as he pulls off the towel and tosses it to the floor. He unties Lena grabbing her arm roughly as he drags her out of the room.
She cast's one last glance at her lover before she's dragged away.
"Eat dear," Lillian demands as a plate of food is place in front of the CEO.
"I'm not hungry," Lena sneers as the refuses to make eye contact with her deranged family.
"It's delicious," Lex smiles as he digs right in.
"That's my boy," Lillian coos as she cups his cheek.
Lena was disgusted; her family was seriously acting like this was some great family reunion while Kara lay dying in the next room from the extreme torture her brother put her through.
"You should eat sister. You will need your strength," Lex told her as he wiped his mouth.
"Whatever for?" Lena asked as she rolls her eyes.
"Well it's you who shall do it," he declares his eyes gleaming with excitement.
"Do what?" Lena snaps not liking the look in her brother's eyes.
"You must kill her," he tells her joyfully as he claps his hands.
"Yeah not happening," she scoffs as she folds her arms.
"We shall see," he responds a hint of sadness in his voice as he excuses himself to go continue his torture.
"Lead Lena to her room please and make sure she doesn't try anything stupid," Lillian asks a guard who nods as he grabs her and leads her to a room at the end of a long hallway.
Lena falls to the floor as she tries desperately to block out the screams.
"Have you found anything?" Alex asks Winn as she walks up behind him.
"Not a damn thing," he says agitated as he throws his tablet.
"Schott," J'onn scolds as he picks it up.
"She could be dead," he frowns as he accepts it back.
"Don't say that," Alex warns.
"There both just gone!" Winn screams, causing Alex to jump. "I can't find them anywhere!"
"We will find them," J'onn assures him.
Winn slumps back down as he gets back to typing.
"We better," Alex snaps at him before walking off.
"Had enough?" Lex sneers as Kara gasps her blue eyes struggling to stay open.
"Please Lex just stop," Lena begs as she watches her brother continue his torture on the woman she loves.
"Not until you admit I'm right!" he yells as he whirls around to face her, his eyes filled with hate.
"Right about what?" Lena asks wanting to stall him.
"They are all sent here to destroy us, they are vile creatures that need to be put down," he rants as he swings the knife he's holding around.
Lena looks towards Kara who's passed out again from the pain, she swore right then and there she would do whatever it takes to keep her alive.
"Just kill her for me," Lex begs as he places his hands on her shoulders.
"Lex darling a word?" Lillian asks as she pokes her head in.
Lex groans as he sets the knife down and walks out.
"Kara darling are you okay?" Lena calls out.
Kara stirs a little as her blue eyes struggle to stay open as she looks towards Lena.
"Baby I'm going to get us out of here, I promise.
"You have to go," Kara gasps. "I'm not going to make it."
"Don't say that," Lena cry's out. "Both of us are going to get out alive."
"Please Lena I won't let you die for me, just leave," Kara begs as she coughs up more blood.
Lena's heart breaks as she struggles to free herself, "please Kara don't go."
"Lena go," Kara tells her as she looks away.
Lex walks back in smiling as he sees the tears in his sister's eyes, "she's dying."
"Go to hell," Lena snaps.
"I'm taking her with me," he laughs as he picks the knife back up.
"Fine I'll do whatever you want just please don't kill her,' Lena begs.
He sets the knife back down, "this is some sort of trick," he snarls as he grabs her face as he locks eyes with her.
Lena winces as she holds eye contact, "I swear it Lex."
Lex smiles, "I'm so happy to hear that."
"Please let me be the one to kill her."
"With pleasure," he smiles as he kisses her forehead. He turns towards Kara who is crying.
"Let me say goodbye," Lena asks him.
"No funny business," he warns her as he unties her.
Lena nods as she goes over to her fiancée, "I'm sorry," she whispers as she kisses her forehead.
"Lena please don't," Kara begs as Lena follows her brother out of the room. "LENA!"
