Authors not: sorry ive been gone for so long. Life happens and things got in the way of writing. This chapter is a lot shorter then the others ive posted. I just seemed to of wrote this one to where I couldn't extend it much more with out it getting off topic. Im looking at posting another one tomorrow night. So enjoy! And please review! Inuyasha came to an abrupt stop in front of the mans room. The door was closed cutting kagome off from the rest of the world. Taking a deep breath Inuyasha reached out and grabbed the handle pushing the door ajar.

Curled up on the bed under a blanket was kagome. She looked like a frightened child. Shaking his head he corrected himself, 'she is a child. She just turned 18 had a child at 17 only to never of seen it and to loose the man you loved. Such large heartbreaks in such a small amount of time. How has she managed? 'he asked himself.

Inuyasha walked over to the bed and knelt next to it on one knee. He brought his hand to her raven locks and stroked them softly. Much like he remembered his mother doing for him. When she didn't stir he opened his mouth, "Kagome?" the sound of his voice was raspy and gravely.

Kagomes eyes popped open and she sat upright and swung her head towards him," ? did.." her words fell from her mouth when she locked eyes with him.

Inuyasha smiled at her,"heh. turns out that hojo guy knows something about collars." He said to her in a hushed tone.

Water built up in Kagomes eyes as she gazed at him. 'great she's gunna cry again!' Inuyasha panicked,"hey don't be doing any of that crying now wench!" he barked at her slight panic milking its way into his tone.

Kagome burst out laughing at his words. "oh! its so amazing to hear your voice! I'm sorry I'm just so happy! I cant help it!" she laughed and sniffled at the same time.

Inuyasha let her laugh for a moment, 'I don't want to break the laughter. But I have to..' Inuyasha sighed and reached fro her hand. "kagome?" his tone was hushed and hesitant.

Kagome tensed," I know. You have questions. I. Ill try to answer them." She gripped his hand and sniffled.

Inuyasha tensed as sorrow filled her scent once again," come here." He said as he stood and bent down putting one arm under her legs and the other around her shoulders. She tensed as he lifted her sitting down on the bed settling her into his lap. She sniffled and buried her head into his haori. he laid his chin atop her head breathing in her scent. "I know this will be hard. But the more I know I more I can help." His gravely voice rang out.

Kagome nodded her head and took a deep breath," what do you want to know?" she rubbed her yes.

"I'm not going to beat around the bush I'm just going to ask. Your daughter. Do you know where she is?"

Kagome sighed and answered him quietly," no, koga never had a chance to tell me where she was. Or if she was even alive!" kagome sobbed burying her head into his chest gripping his shirt in her small fists.

"shh..shh..its ok." He squeezed her against him his chest constricting at her pain. " did…did he ever mark you?" he asked how fearing the answer.

Kagome looked up at him confusion on her face," marked me? What does that mean?"

Inuyasha tensed, 'oh please tell me he marked her!' "sense koga was a lord and a full demon, when he finds a mate he would of marked her with the symbol of his house. With him being of the inu type demon it would been done through a bite. Did he do something like that?"

Kagome sat quiet for a moment then spoke," yes, yes he did." She pulled the collar of her shirt down baring her right shoulder to Inuyasha.

The tension Inuyasha held in his body instantly flooded out of him,' good the idiotic wolf did something right!'

Inuyasha leaned forward inspecting the mark on her shoulder, there on her shoulder was a small steel gray fang. Like a tattoo printed on her skin. 'its completed! They were fully mated!' hope filled Inuyasha.

"Inuyasha? Why did you want to know about the mark?" she asked him confusion laced in her scent.

Inuyasha looked down at the small confused human in his arms. He turned and placed her on the bed positioning himself between her legs on the floor. A blush appeared on Kagomes face at their intimate position. Inuyasha brushed it off. This was too important to let blasted hormones get in the way.

"kagome I need you to listen to me. Your mark is complete. You two had a full mating bond! "he half yelled at her in a tone to happy to of come from him.

Her brows furrowed in even more confusion."what..what does that mean?" she asked him.

Inuyasha gripped her shoulders and slightly shook her back and forth," kagome, your bond can help find your daughter! You can track her!"

Kagome sat still eyes boring into inuyashas, "what? What do you mean? I don't understand." She said to him with a quiver to her voice.

Inuyasha sighed and stood. He turned from her and began pacing the room in front of her," complete mating bonds are special. And only full demons can produce one. With the complete bond you can track your daughters youkai. It'll be weaker because of her age and the fact she's a half demon. But, it can be done! We just need to find my brother. He can tell you how to work the bond." Inuyasha stopped pacing in front of her. He glanced down at kagome, "kagome do you understand what I'm telling you?"

Kagome stared at her hands fisted in her lap,' is it possible? Can I truly hope? Can I find her?' kagome looked up at Inuyasha a firm look placed on her face. She swallowed the lump in her throat and stood." I'm done hiding, I want my daughter. And if this can work then Ill do it." Her words were firm and final. 'no more, my family will no longer win. I'm done.'

Inuyasha smirked a devilish smile, " good because I think its time you and I break free together." He held out his hand to her and kagome reached for it gripping it tight.

"lets go Inuyasha."
