Before school on the next Monday Emily, Hanna, Aria and Spencer all block texts from unknown numbers, hoping that if A can't contact them whoever is behind it will get bored and leave them alone.

When they get to school however they are all still on edge, Emily and Aria especially. Emily because Maya is pretty open with her feelings for her, and Aria because her relationship with their English teacher could get him and herself in major trouble.

"Hi." Toby greets Emily when the four pass by him and Scott who gives them a short wave.

"Guys, what if we just ran into A? It would make sense if there were more than one person and isn't it weird that Toby and Scott are buds like Toby never left?" Aria asks.

"Aria, you weren't there. It makes no sense for A to be Scott, he's always been so nice and supportive." Emily says.

"Wait, it makes a lot of sense actually." Hanna says, getting the others undivided attention.

"We all know Alison was like the keeper of secrets. But who never had a secret for her to keep? Scott. I bet that must've made her furious and explains why she treated him so badly, plus if we trust him he learns all about our secrets and can use them to take us down after selling out his best friend." Hanna explains.

"Spencer?" Aria asks for her opinion.

"I can't imagine it, but he would know a lot of secrets..." Spencer says thoughtfully.

"Why do you think so?" Emily asks surprised.

"Because I've seen Alison slip up and spill secrets to him all the time and later stress out about it." Spencer informs them.

"Well, I'm definitely staying out of both their way." Aria says.

"Yeah. Good idea." Hanna agrees.

"I can't stay out of Scott's way. He's always training with me and weirdly enough seems to get along with Melissa now, I'm just glad she and my parents are gone." Spencer tells them.

"I feel bad about Scott. He and Toby saved me and he's always been so kind." Emily says.

Hanna's phone then starts ringing and she's frozen in place looking at the caller.

"Answer it, we know who it can't be." Aria says.

"It's my dad." Hanna says excusing herself excitedly.

"Does she usually?" Aria asks, looking after Hanna with her friends.

"No. It's a don't ask don't tell situation for us." Spencer informs her.

"Spencer!" A teacher then calls out the athletic Hasting.

"Mr. Shelldrake?" Spencer replies.

"I was going to tell you in class, but here's just as fine. Remarkable job on the Russian history essay. It was very impressive. I've submitted it to the golden Orchid. There's an honorarium." The teacher informs her.

"You did? Why?" Spencer asks surprised.

"Let's discuss everything after class." The man suggests before heading to his next class.

"What's a golden orchid?" Hanna asks.

"A national competition for historical writing." Spencer answers with flushed cheeks, remembering how and where she wrote the essay.

When the bell rings everyone heads out to their class and when Emily gets to her first class, she sees Toby waiting in the room.

"Hi." He greets her again.

"Hi, are you also gonna be in this class?" Emily asks cautiously stepping over to one of the many empty seats.

"Starting today." He answers.

The rest of the students then start to fill up the lab and Toby approaches the teacher, handing him the paperwork and he gets assigned as Emily's lab partner.

"I guess we're lab partners, are you OK with that?" Toby asks, standing next to the free seat at her side.

"Sure." She replies curtly and he takes a seat.

Emily then opens her chemistry book and finds a copy of the missing photobooth pictures stuck in between the pages and she slams shut her book, glancing at Toby out of the corner of her eyes, fearing he saw them.

After school Emily confronts Maya at work to ask her if she put the photos in her book, but the new girl in town didn't. Maya then gets back to work, disappointed by the fear Emily shows because of the pictures.

In the meantime, Hanna meets her father for the first time in two years, but her excitement soon dies down when her father, is there not only because he wants to help with the trouble she's in for crashing her boyfriend's car, but also to introduce his fiancée and her daughter to her.

At the same time Aria is pondering if she should tell her mother bout her father's unfaithfulness a year ago by talking to Ezra Fitz.

Spencer is alone at home when she hears noise from the living room and goes downstairs, taking a knife from the kitchen area and asks "hello? Who's there? Scott?"

"Uhh, where the hell are you?" She then hears a drunken Wren slurs and he steps into her view while carrying a plant.

"I picked this for you from the garden." Wren says.

"What the hell are you doing here?" Spencer asks annoyed.

"I came to make things right." He says.

"Then why are you drunk?" Spencer asks.

"I needed some liquid courage to face the house of Hastings. Why did you block my number?" Wren replies.

"I didn't block you. I blocked everyone not in my contacts. Did you break through the backdoor?" Spencer asks, seeing the damaged door.

"I had difficulty locating the front of the house. But I thought of nothing but you since yesterday." Wren says.

"Wren, go now." Spencer groans pointing outside.

"No, I'm here to take responsibility. Summon your father." Wren says.

"My parents are in New York with Melissa. There is no one to summon but the police." Spencer tells him.

"Then I shall go." He slurs and tries to place the flowerpot in his arms on the kitchen table but it drops and shatters when he misses the table.

"Alright. How about I make you some coffee." Spencer tells him with a sigh when he smiles at her, staring at her and says "your face is incredibly fair."

"Sure, wait here. I'll make some calls." Spencer says while sitting him down at the kitchen table and hands him a mug of coffee.

"Hi. I know it's late, but can you come over? I need your help with something." Spencer asks Scott over the phone.

"Yeah, sure I'll come over in a bit." He replies.

"Thanks." She thanks him.

"I think I'm imposing and should be on my way. I need to get back to my motel now." Wren says.

"You're not going anywhere like that. Give me your keys. And what Motel are you staying at?" Spencer asks him.

"This hotel just out of town." Wren says, giving her his car keys and the motel key.

"Alright, let's go." Spencer says, smiling slightly at Wren's kind smile aimed at her.

While going to the car Spencer shoots Hanna a text asking if she can pick her up at the motel Wren is staying at once she delivered him and his car there.

She then drives to the motel with the British doctor and delivers him there after which Hanna picks her up and hears A calling out to them by requesting a song on the radio station she's hearing.

Shortly before Scott was walking to Spencer's house when he sees her and Wren drive past him on the street.

"What's going on now?" Scott asks himself quietly, looking after the car and goes over to the Hasting house.

"Of course no one is here and no message left for me." Scott says disappointed, checking his phone and the living room table after entering with a key hidden near the entrance and puts it back in place.

"Why is the back door busted? Well, I guess I know why Spencer called me over." Scott says checking the damage, which luckily is only a slight crack in the frame.

He looks around while kneeling in front of the door, senses no person nearby and uses his werewolf strength to push the wood piece back in place.

"Now where do the neat freaks keep glue? If they even have wood glue." Scott murmurs while looking through some shelves in the kitchen area before he has trouble breathing. He's standing on the shattered flowerpot and recognizes the purple flower shocked, but it's too late and he stumbles during which someone pushes him from behind and he hits his head on the table and loses consciousness. The purple flower which is wolfsbane someone replaced with Wren's Geranium affecting his werewolf powers and weakening him.

About two hours later Hanna and Spencer enter the brunette's house and when they get to the kitchen area Spencer sees the broken flowerpot with the Geranium sticking out of it displayed neatly on the table.

"What the... someone was in here." Spencer says alerted, Hanna also being on guard.

"There's something behind the table." Hanna says, spotting what looks like a shoe stick out from behind the table counter.

"What?" Spencer asks surprised and goes around the table, spotting Scott lying face down on the floor with a trail of blood running over his forehead.

"Scott!" She shouts cornered, shaking the teen's shoulders gently while falling to her knees beside him, Hanna quickly coming over as well.

"See. A, he broke in and collapsed." Hanna says.

"No, I asked him here, but I totally forgot about it." Spencer says feeling guilty and Scott then blinks weakly, regaining consciousness.

"Scott, what happened?" Spencer asks.

"F-flower." He says weakly and Spencer sees that he's lying on some petals.

"Help me get him up Hanna." Spencer says, grabbing one of his arms.

"Fine." Hanna agrees not happy about it and they pull him further into the room away from the flower and dirt pile he was lying on.

"What is this?" Hanna asks, going over to the dirt and taps the wolfsbane with her foot.

"Wolfsbane." Spencer says surprised.

"Yeah. I'm incredibly allergic." Scott groans, Spencer helping him lie down on the couch with Scott quickly recovering now that he's away from the flower.

"Toss it away Hanna." Spencer says.

"Fine." Hanna says annoyed and puts the flower in the trash bin.

"What happened?" Spencer asks him while Scott is lying on his back, holding his head with one hand.

"I came over like you asked. I saw the broken door and was fixing it and looking for some wood glue when I stepped on the flower and got lightheaded. Someone pushed me from behind and I hit my head that's all I remember." Scott says.

"Who could've done this? Who knows about that flower?" Spencer asks him.

"I don't know. I thought no one. I mean I didn't even tell my mom cause I didn't want to worry her. I only told Emily but I doubt she knows what wolfsbane even looks like." Scott answers.

"Why would Emily hurt you? Or even put that flower on the table?" Hanna asks.

"I doubt she did. I think this is A again." Spencer guesses.

"A? Did someone text you too?" Scott asks recalling the weird text the other day.

"Yeah. We've all gotten texts since shortly before Ali's funeral." Spencer tells him.

"I only got one. I thought it was just a taunt because of Alison." Scott says.

"Why did you think that?" Hanna asks.

"They used a name for me only Ali could've used." Scott says, sitting up slowly.

"Well then I guess there are five of us, did you get any other texts?" Spencer asks.

"No." Scott says shaking his head.

"Let's get the others over here." Hanna says, already texting Emily and Aria S.O.S. and asking them to come to Spencers.

"I'll look for a bandage, or how bad is your head?" Spencer asks, looking at his dried blood streak.

"A bandage should do. It's fine now. It was more my reaction to the wolfsbane." He says gratefully. And Spencer heads upstairs to get some bandages.

"Ahh! Guys!" She screams after a few seconds of being upstairs and Hanna and Scott hurry upstairs, seeing Spencer standing in her doorway, staring at her full body mirror.

"Spence, what is it?" Scott asks worried.

"Look. A was in my room." Spencer says upset, stepping into the room with her two friends, revealing her mirror which has a message from A written on it with lipstick.
