Sofia is almost 19 and Hugo is 19 soon going to be 20. This is following the Enchancian Curse and follows their story as newlyweds training to be King and Queen. They will be crowned when Hugo turns 21.

Chapter 1

(Sofia POV)

We were on our way back from our Honeymoon, my Dad let us use the Floating Palace for our Honeymoon. I was snuggling into Hugo's side as we got closer to his castle, "Are you ready to go to your new home?" I looked up at Hugo, "Are you going to be there?" He smiled and nodded, "Then I am ready for anything." I stayed close to him as we pulled up to his castle. It was different than all the other times I had come here. All those other times I had come here I was a guest and now this was going to be my home.

The carriage stopped and Hugo stepped out first and gave me his hand so I could get out of the carriage. All the servants were lined up along the stairs and were bowing as we go closer to the door walking up the steps. Hugo then smirked at me and then picked me up bridal style, "What are you doing Hugo?" "Carrying my wife over the threshold," he laughed. He carried me into the castle and gently placed me on the ground as his father came forward, "Hugo, Sofia it is so great to see you again." "You as-well King Garrick," I smiled. "Please Sofia, we are family now call me Garrick." I nodded and he turned his attention to Hugo, "How was the Honeymoon? Did you two have fun?" A fierce blush came across both our faces and this cause King Garrick to laugh more, "I will take that as a yes. Well I will leave you two for the rest of the day but remember tomorrow Hugo your training resumes and Sofia your training will begin." We both nodded. Although we both attended Royal Prep the kingdom of Albuquerque law mandates that the future King and Queen most be fully trained in the laws, customs and traditions of the kingdom before either can be crowned. Hugo started his training as soon as Axel abdicated but, I never had this kind of training before.

As King Garrick walked away Hugo turned to face me and grab both my hands, "So what do you want to do first my lovely wife." "I don't know my husband, maybe you can show me around the castle?" In truth I hadn't spent much time inside the castle as whenever I cam over we worked on enchanted ice dancing or flying derby. "If that is what you want than that's what we will do," He let go of one of my hands and then we began running through the palace. We were moving from room to room and were laughing as we moved around. Hugo was rushing through explanations from each room and so far we had seen: 2 ballrooms, the dining hall, his father's office, and I don't know how many guest rooms.

"This is..." Hugo had stopped short as he was dragging me around and I bumped into someone and we both fell to the ground. I was holding back a laugh as I checked on the woman I bumped into, "I am so sorry. Are you alright Miss?" She scowled at me and stood up dusting herself off. She then looked at Hugo who was helping me up, "I am not a Miss. I am a Countess. Countess Laurianne Cunningham. And who pray tell are you and what are you doing with the crown prince?" Her presence was demanding, she looked perfect with not a single blonde hair out of place. I felt myself shifting under her gaze, "I'm Princess Sofia" I mumbled out. Hugo clearly saw I was uncomfortable and stepped in, "And she is my new wife." She began circling around me, looking me up and down, "This is our new princess." I let out a shaky breath and looked back to Hugo. She put on a fake smile and curtseyed, "Well it is a pleasure to meet you, your Highnesses."

She walked away and I felt her gaze linger on me. I quickly shook it off as I turned back to Hugo. "Are you alright, Sof?" I nodded and smiled again, "Yeah, let's get back to the tour but, maybe not at warp-speed." I laughed at myself and so did Hugo. We continued walking as Hugo showed me the next room. He opened the door and showed me a nursery, "Hugo, is there something you are trying to tell me?" He laughed, "No. We are not ready for that yet, but when we are... This is where our little prince or princess would be." I smiled as I looked at Hugo become a little embarrassed. I looked around the room. It was a cream colored room with dark wood furniture with a small basinet in the center of the room. I turned back to Hugo, "It is perfect..." I smiled, "for when it happens." I walked over to him and pulled him into a kiss, "Hey I thought you said we weren't ready?" Hugo said pulling away. I pouted slightly before letting him go, "I guess you are right. I guess that means no more kissing or other stuff until we are ready." His eyes widened, "Sofia I think that is a little much." I walked out the room with my hands behind my back, "I might be convinced otherwise, after the rest of the tour." Hugo groaned and continued showing me around.

(Hugo POV)

I couldn't believe this was real. That Sofia was my wife and that we were home together. I was trying to show her around as quickly as possible so that I could get her to my big surprise but, after she bumped into someone we slowed down. But, seeing her in the nursery now looking so intently at everything in the room made everything perfect. "It is perfect," she said as she came closer to me, "for when it happens." She pulled me into a kiss and I held onto her for a moment. I decided to tease her and broke away saying, "Hey I though you said you weren't ready?" She pouted before I saw an idea flicker across her face "I guess you are right. I guess that means no more kissing or other stuff until we are ready." No that is not what I wanted, what did I just do. "Sofia I think that is a little much." She walked out the room with her hands behind her back, "I might be convinced otherwise, after the rest of the tour." I let out a groan and continued to show her the other rooms.

"Finally, this is our chambers." She looked around at the suite. I decided instead of moving her into my old room I would have one designed for us. She walked around and then came back to me, "This is perfect for us. Thank you." She glanced over the bed and then back at me, "Is the tour over?" I sighed. I knew what she wanted to do and I wanted to do it to but, I still had to take her to my surprise, "I am afraid it is not princess, I have one more surprise for you." She let out an exaggerated sigh, "Well if I must." She held out her hand for me to take.

I took her down to the ice rink. "What are we doing here?" She smiled and I pulled out two pairs of enchanted ice skates, "Do you remember the old routine?" She nodded and I helped her put on her skates. We began skating around and went into our old routine. When we finished we continued to skate around. Sofia then turned to me, "Anymore surprises?" I shook my head and then she grabbed my shirt and pulled me into a kiss.

We went back in the castle and then went to dinner. My Dad sat at the head of the table and Sofia and I sat across from each other. "How was your first day here Sofia?" King Garrick asked. "It was really nice, Ki-Garrick. Hugo showed me around. I had never actually been inside your palace before. It is really nice." She smiled as she spoke. "I'm glad to hear you had such a nice time. Before you two retire for the night there is someone I want you to meet..." The door began to open. "Ah, here she is Princess Sofia this is Countess Laurianne Cunningham, she will be the one conducting your training."
