"Percy, why did you call us all here? You know that the Underworld is still recovering from the war, so this had better be important or else." Nico threatened while glaring at the demigod.

"I swear I have a reason for bringing you and the others out of the underworld!" the sea prince exclaimed.

"Hurry up Kelp-head, the Hunters, and I still have some monsters we need to track down that haven't been accounted for," Thalia said with an impatient look.

"Sis, don't worry too much. If the monster is here near New Rome I'm sure we could help you Hunters out if you'd like." Jason said with Hazel nodding at his side.

"Ok, so the reason I brought you all here is that I have an idea!" multiple groans were heard at this, "What if we formed a council to help monitor the activities done by all of our separate groups? Like with Olympus."

"Percy, New Rome has it's Senate and CHB has the Cabin leaders. How much more complicated do you want this to be?" Nico complained.

"I know what it sounds like but think about it clearly though. We have the Amazons and Hunters who aren't loyal or under the commands of either two camps, we have some of the Romans who've retired from the demigod life and were able to make a living in the mortal world. Nico, you can't deny that you have basically created an elite squad of demigods you've saved, their sole purpose is to follow under your command. Hazel, don't think I don't know about how you created a coven of witches that are basically the ones who give Nico and his squad all their magickal weapons and armors. Now with college done, I've been helping out my dad and Triton in training the underwater heroes. Demigods and Atlantian combined, but we don't have any communication with each other, and now with the Mist thinning due to the alien Norse false gods we need to stand united when we are eventually outed or discovered by the mortal world."

"Bro, I love you and I'll always be there for you. But why didn't you bring this to Reyna and Frank, Chiron, or even Hylla? I'm not even the Predator of New Rome anymore."

"Jason, bro, you might not have your title but you still got your sway over the majority of them." Percy clasped his bro on the should, the action making Jason look at Percy with a blush on his face.

"Ok eww, and Kelp head what makes you think the Hunters or the Amazons would even agree to work with you on this?

"Yeah, why should the underworld support you? Percy, what's in it for anyone at all to join this council that you proposed to us? You only call us when you want something from us," Hazel spoke with her golden eyes looking straight into Percy's soul.

"Thalia, the Hunters are in charge of hunting down monsters for all eternity to keep their population in check, but you aren't able to send the young ones into Tartarous because they're still innocent. I could take them in and raise them to decide for themselves on which path to choose. The Amazons earn a majority of their profit from magick made materials, Hazel, your coven would be able to increase the quality of their products in return for some materials that they might not be able to use." Percy pointed out, Hazel and Thalia looked at each other with thoughtful looks in their eyes.

"What about CHB, New Rome, and the Underworld?" Nico asked.

"The Underworld still has a lot of souls that are missing and CHB together with New Rome have resources that the Underworld lacks. It's also not new that both camps have campers who don't want to stay there or want to go on quests. So they could lend your aquad the resources they need in order to capture some escaped souls while campers also follow you on your squad to assist out in any way you need. The camps in turn would get to ask your squad for some favors every now and again to help them out."

"I'm not saying we'll agree, what exactly would your first long term goal be?" Hazel asked.

"First, and I'll admit that this one is beneficial mostly to the sea, we've been receiving reports from Atlantis that there's this secret organization called The Light that plans to take over the world and rule from the shadows. But they've been taking advantage of the sea and its treasures," Percy started explaining, "Dad doesn't want this organization to last much longer because one of its members is charged with lots of crimes against the ocean. From what we could gather, the other leaders also have some interest in everyone here.

"Ra Aul Goul, Klarion, and the Brain." The mention of those three names caused some reactions. The shadows around them grew violent, the ground started to shake and you could hear thunder booming in the night sky.

"How did you get this information?" Nico whispered, his eyes completely black and his black wings were spread out in a threatening manner.

"Jackson, it's important that you know details on how to find them so we can kill them!" Thalia growled out. Her spear was cackling with pure white lightning and her eyes were completely white.

"Percy. Where. Is. He?" Hazel demanded, her golden eyes darkening into black onyx, her hair was floating as if it were underwater, precious gems rose from underneath the ground. Her skin was shifting to a ghostly grey color that reminded others that she knows what death is and isn't afraid to bring that same fate onto others.

"Now all three of you calm down first. I need to know if you are in or not?" Percy asked the three powerhouses. "Afterwards, I'll let you guys know where I got the info from."

"Fine, the Hunters and Amazons will join your council with me as the representative."

"New Rome will join as well."

"The Underworld shall join then."

"With them, the witches will join too."

"Great! Now then, Nico I suggest for you and your squad to go to this location while Thalia, I heard word that there should be some monsters causing some trouble here." Percy said while handing both of them slips of paper.
