No one's P.O.V.

"Alright Isak, what's the status report on how things went with the heroes? Have you located Dr. Fate yet?" Nico asked through the Iris Message. The Guard was currently in the woods near New Haven, with their destination being Camp Half-Blood where Nico, Percy, and Clarisse awaited their return to be debriefed on the entirety of their mission.

Isak, the second-in-command of the Guard, was summarizing their infiltration of Mt. Justice and having successfully gathered two of Dr. Fate's previous Hosts. Alex, who was the leader of the Guard, had just completed creating a barrier around them that should hide them from nearby monsters and mortals.

"My apologies sir, we seemed to have run into some complications with our mission," Isak said after his report. "It seems as though one of the heroes we have captured has been marked by Klarion the Witch Boy."

"How much longer will it take for you all to get back to Camp?" Nico asked.

"Due to our lack of a car, we've been traveling on foot. I estimate that we'll be able to arrive at the Borders in two days. A day and a half if no monsters or heroes interfere," Alex informed him, "We considered using our other method of travel, but we have three others who aren't able to keep up if we use it."

"Alright, I'll be waiting for you guys here then. Be safe," and with that, the rainbow was sliced through. Alex looked around their camp sight to see Hector looking over the map and occasionally glancing at the constellations on his body. Micheal was playing around with Wolf, as if he were a puppy, while Zatanna was talking with Kit to try and get to know more about them no doubt. Superboy was talking to Christian about fighting styles, but Alex could see him glance over to Kid Flash, who was still asleep and didn't even know that he was basically kidnapped.

"Alright Guard, and Heroes, I just finished talking to the boss and it's confirmed. We'll be going to Camp Half-Blood first to give our report and restock on some supplies. Zatanna and Conner, I hope that Kit and Micheal explained what it is exactly that we are?" They both nodded their heads so he continued, "Great! Our next goal after restocking would be to head on over to Los Angeles to meet up with the Coven and confront Dr. Fate, AKA Nabu. Zatanna, a deal is a deal so when we have possession of the helmet you'll get your father back and we won't bother you again unless you give us a reason to." He told her looking straight into her eyes.

"Alex, I think it would be a lot better if we were to deal with Kid Flash before confronting the Lord of Order. Might do us more good than harm," Isak pointed at the sleeping redhead next to Superboy. The clone put a protective hand over his friend and glared at Isak who raised his hand in surrender, "I meant to deal with his mark. I say we have the Coven look that over before we deal with Nabu, he might be willing to help if it's by choice you know,"

"Who's he?" Superboy asked.

"Klarion the Witch Boy has marked Walley as his own," Christian stated, "the Lord of Chaos seems to have chosen Walley as his lover and the only reason we aren't fighting him now is that Isak makes it so that Klarion can't teleport here and Hector would sense him if he were to be nearby."

"How is that possible?" Zatanna asked in shock.

"Magic, like many things, can be dramatically complicated when you think about it for too long. So in short, anything that interferes with the natural rules of time and or space can be nullified by Isak and Hector can sense disturbances in space. Since Klarion isn't even supposed to be here, Hector knows exactly where he is. Same with Dr. Fate too, but we aren't well equipped enough to take on a Lord of Chaos and their friends," Alex informed them.

"When was he even able to do something like that? I'm no expert in magic but doing something like that sounds like it'd take a while to do," Superboy asked.

"We aren't sure, magick isn't exactly something we're experts in unless it's something of our target," Micheal said with a small frown as he stroked Wolf's fur, "either way, we need to continue moving. Hector how much longer till we get to CHB?"

Hector glanced at his left forearm and turned to look at Alex, "If we take the usual routes we'll be able to reach the borders of Camp without attracting much attention, but I think it'd be best if we camp out here tonight. The stars will shine bright tonight to make travel easier."

"Alright, Isak take first watch. Zatanna you best get ready to start your training. I'm afraid I won't be that much of an effective teacher for a variety of spells but I can teach you to control your magic in a more sophisticated way than speaking backward."

Zatanna nodded, she and Alex went a little bit away from the camp to start her first lesson while Hector went to accompany Isak on his shift. While Kit was watching over Kid Flash, Micheal walked over to Superboy with one goal in mind. "Hey Conner, while Alex teaches Zatanna a few tricks what do you say in me and you on a one-on-one sparring session?"

"Are you sure?" Superboy asked.

"Yeah I'm sure, I'll even teach you a few things about blocking out influences in your head too," Micheal said cheerfully. Reminding the clone of a certain green-skinned martian. He wondered what the rest of the Team was doing while he, Walley, and Zatanna were out.

Robin's P.O.V.

"They were WHAT?!" Rocket shrieked. I came back from my mission with Batman only to discover that while I was gone, Zatanna, Walley, and Conner were kidnapped from the cave.

"A group of presumable metahumans was able to break into the Cave and have taken Zatanna, Kid Flash, and Superboy. They weren't able to disable the alarms but when Leaguers tried to teleport into the Cave using the Zeta Tubes, they were promptly sent to random locations farther from the cave," Red Tornado explained to them.

"What do we have on these intruders?" Batman demanded.

"There were a total of six of them, Computer is scanning them for facial recognition but I doubt we'll get anywhere with that," Canary replied, "Bruce, I'm worried about those three. Even if they were caught off guard, one of them was able to subdue Conner with only their voice, one was able to nullify Zatanna's magic, and three of them have shown to be very skilled in combat."

"Maybe we should call Fate?" Shazam suggested, "I know you don't want to believe it Batman, but you know as well as I do that magic is the only thing to cancel magic. Besides, they were looking for Fate, so maybe he might know a thing or two about them."

"The only problem with that is he's not responding. The last time he said anything to the League was he needed to reinstate Order to a couple of places that were overrun by Chaos. Afterward, he just went off the grid," Canary commented.

"Well then what do we do?" I asked them. Looking up at the dark knight, the greatest detective, he brought up a screen and typed a few things on it. I looked over to glance at what he was imputing and saw it was all the magic users the League and Team have ever faced. Then the realization hit me, he was searching up possible leads on how to track the missing members through magic means. "Are you thinking about tracking them through magical means? Why? Zatanna is the only magic user that was taken, Kid Flash and Superboy are both science powered. In Kid Flash's case, it's literally literal."

Rocket and Miss M looked at each other as if having a mental conversation, not really feeling the aster of being left out. I decided to wait. "These intruders were able to infiltrate the Cave, subdue and overwhelm the majority of the team, and nullify Zatanna's spells without any effort at all. No doubt that when we review the Cave's security we won't find anything out of place, confirming that these teens aren't metahumans. We already know that trying to track down magical beings with the means of only technology is nearly impossible. The only other mystical powered heroes in the League other than, Dr. Fate, would be Aquaman and Wonder Woman. Both of which are only useful in combat and not tracking other magical beings. Which limits our options quite a bit," Batman replied without glancing up from the screen.

"What if we have another magic user?" I turned to see Artemis leaning on the doorway.

"Who are you talking about?" Miss M asked, "I thought the only magic users we know of personally are already mentioned."

"Not all of them, you see… Walley and I may still have a few people we don't bring up with the League for good reasons and the person I'm talking about isn't someone I'd call if I wasn't seriously worried," Artemis explained. "Zatanna introduced me to him while we had one of our girl's night out." She walked into the center of the room and pulled out a black diamond.

I wondered where she was going with this when she smashed the diamond onto the floor and it enlarged to the size similar to Aqualad, who was still asleep in the infirmary. In the next minute, the large black diamond shattered to reveal and blond teen with a tie and khaki trench coat. "What the bollocks is going on here?!" The mysterious man demanded.

Miss M gasped, while Rocket and the League members and I took up a fighting stance.

"Nice to see you again Constantine," Artemis greeted.

Klarion's P.O.V.

We were in another one of the boring Light meetings, discussing our next plan as well as a few more contingency plans in case the first fails when it happens. Usually, I'd be able to feel the presence of my little runner when I concentrate on him. When I felt that I couldn't sense him anymore I started getting worried.

"Is there something more important to you rather than being present in this meeting Klarion?" Savage asked as he noticed my lack of interest in the meeting. Luthor stopped in the middle of his explanation to look over at me along with the rest of these old geezers.

"I'm leaving right now," I told Savage. Not waiting for a response, I opened up a blood-red portal to the last place I knew my runner was at. "Teekle, let's go now."

Teekle climbed onto my shoulders as I walked through the portal to arrive inside Mt. Justice's kitchen area. Immediately, I scanned the entire area for any trace of magic and the little speed marks every Speedster leaves when using their powers. I was surprised at sensing strong, ancient magic being used in the area. Baby Magic isn't able to pull something this potent, Teekle got down from my shoulders and went around the room stopping at the doorway. "Check here," she pointed at the frame with her paws, letting me know to scan it. With my magic at work, I started wondering who was able to perform such complex magic. It felt strangely familiar, but I can't place who.

"It can't be that old Fart Nabu, and even if it was he'd probably use Egyptian hieroglyphs and not Norse runes with pagan symbols. That's too raw for his sophisticated order nonsense he spouts on and on about," I told Teekle. There was obviously a fight here," the magical residue on the frame of the door are runic formulas to dampen my Lil runner's chaos and the symbols mixed in with it are empowering the effects. I'll have to remember these to use on Wallace when we get him back," I looked around the room, "Speed marks seem fresh and fainter than usual, must be the effects of these cheating spells. How could someone do this to my little roadrunner?"

I glanced at the floor where Teekle was pawing at, "If you're done complaining, the floor seems to have been taken out by a different magical signature to that of the runic formulas at the doorway. The symbols are powered by raw magical energy while this signature has a bit of elegance and patterns to it," WAIT!

"Teekle, check the symbols on the door frame again and tell me if it has any relation to greek culture. The old kinds, not the new watered-down kinds."

"Yes the symbols have relations to ancient Greece, but I have no idea what you're getting at here."

"NO! No no no no NO!" I shouted, "Those brats want to mess with what's mine?! Then fine! I'll kill them myself, and those precious little camps of theirs too." I turned around and gestured for Teekle to climb onto my shoulders as I made a portal open. Before I left, I stuck my tongue out at the camera in the kitchen and dropped the shields I made to keep the goody-goodies out of the kitchen. I started thinking of the necessary preparations I'd have to make in order to bring Chaos into those Camps. The question, is which one should I destroy first? Those half-pints will pay for messing with my little runner!
