Chapter 27

Boros fell in love with her all over again.

Ever since he returned and things got back to normal between Bad and everything else with mother, he has been restocking his ship with favorite snacks, but also spending as much time as he could with Luna and the children. As of late, Luna would play with Meteora. The two would go all out in the sparring room, it became quite the spectacle to say the least as Luna was one of the few who could match her own daughter's high energy.

Boros would watch on through the viewing window with his son Garos. "I see now that she really is our mother… and my sister is definably hers…"

Boros snickered to his son's comments. "Very true, but your mother is also very powerful. Despite her kind outward appearance, the last thing I would do is try and upset her. If you do… not even I can save you."

His son agreed. "Are we going to be leaving soon father?" he asked curiously.

He nodded. "We have to in order to ensure there is balance among the reestablished planets. Not to mention there are other planets I would like to try and revive as well."

Garos nodded to him. "Earth really is interesting… I wonder why the original tried to destroy it?"

Boros paused. "Who spoke to you about the original?" he asked curiously.

"Well, the other crew members speak of it all the time. Ger tells us about the original as well, part of our history lesson to say the least. But the proclaimed that the way things are now, although difficult since they are not taking what they need from others but bartering and trading… it's better than what it was before."

That was good to hear. Boros would be concerned if there was a sudden uprising among the crew. His children would be in the line of fire, however, they wouldn't be in any serious danger.

The crew knows better than to mess with either one of his children. Garos in particular who takes up much after him.

"I WIN!" Luna proclaimed.

Meteora pouted. "No fair! Mommy's legs are longer!" she protested.

Boros snickered. "That means you are going to be just as strong as mommy right?" he asked in a teasing tone.

Her eyes suddenly sparkled. "YEAH! I'm a girl, I'll grow up and be just like mommy!" she stated proudly.

"How come I was never this… I don't know…"

"Playful?" Boros asked.

He nodded. "You get some of that from your grandfather too. Garou is quite stern and yet at the same time, powerful but also a very caring parent." He explained. "Perhaps you are a little too focused on studies and not as opened minded to play."

His son appeared to consider his words, and then nodded in agreement. "I will try and do better and understand this… play aspect."

Boros smirked. "You do that." he said in an encouraging tone. "Studying is important, but you are only a child once… learn to enjoy it."

Luna snickered. "You are taking being a father seriously…"

He smiled to her. "Of course, for they are OUR children, are they not?" he asked back. But a moment of pause came over Boros. "Luna… I may not have been gone long from this world… but I already know, there is only one person in this universe who I want at my side…" he confessed.

Luna nodded to him. "I figured as much," she said. "I've been thinking about it too, and I couldn't wait for you to return home so I could tell you. I love you too Boros…"

His heart a flutter, as he never though he would hear her say those words. "You do?"

She nodded to him. "Yes, I already talked it over with my mother and father about it. When you go back into space… I'll go with you."

He was stunned.

Not just him either, his children were staring at her with wide eyes. "Mommy is coming with us?!" asked Meteora. She then began to run around at lightning speed! Zooming off the walls with excitement. "MOMMY IS COMING WITH US!" she cheered.

Boros smirked as he felt Garos gently nudge his leg. Peering down his son whispered. "At least I have self control over my excitement…"

He snickered to that, it was true. Garos is the calmest out of the twins. But now he wondered if perhaps Luna would want to extend the family…
