When I reached the hospital I found a parking spot near the door, before shutting off the engine and heading inside.

Walking towards the front desk, and signing in before receiving a pink bracelet that allowed me to go towards the Labor and Delivery where Jasper was waiting for me to arrive, anxiously.

"Jazz, hey. How is everything? Alice? How is the baby?" I asked as I slowly got to where he slowly paced back and forth.

As he heard me, he spun around to face me wide-eyed. "Bella, I just got a very interesting call from a very angry Masen. What exactly happened?" He asked, concerned.

I rolled my eyes before looking at him confused, "Isn't it Edward?" I asked, before inclining my head towards the small waiting room that was located off the hall to the right.

"It is." Jasper confirmed as we walked towards the small room, "But he goes by Masen because Edward is also his biological father's name, and he doesn't like being compared to the dude." He explained, with a shrug.

"Wait...Edward Masen Sr. Is his father?" I asked, recognizing the name, as I sat down.

Edward Masen Senior is one of the most ruthless lawyers there are in Seattle, he's worse than the Volturi Brothers, and this saying something, but how is he Masen's father, when Esme said her husband is a doctor, Dr. Cullen to be specific. How is that possible?

"Yes, and before you ask, Esme Platt is his biological aunt, she and Carlisle, Dr. Cullen raised him after his mother Elizabeth passed away from cancer when he was one. Now, please explain to me what happened because none of this makes sense. How in the world did Esme Cullen and Masen find out?" He asked, concerned.

My throat suddenly felt dry as I thought of what had happened not thirty minutes ago in Dr. Garrison's office. I pulled out my water bottle and gulped down some cool water before dropping it back into my purse.

"I was walking in as they were leaving. I didn't know that was his mother. I had met her a few times before and thought she was a nice woman. I mean, she is always bringing baked goods, and other snacks to the office and usually gives me some. I just can't stop thinking about the look on his face. When Masen saw me, his eyes widened, and he- he realized I got pregnant from that one night. He must have told her because they waited for me to finish my appointment and come back out. When they began to question me — what was I supposed to do?" I asked, blinking away tears.

He sighed, shaking his head in disbelief, before looking at me. "I told you this would come and bite you in the ass. You should have let me tell him when we had the chance. Now, he thinks we have all been lying to him. Tell me, Bell, what do you think he'll do if he thinks we're all lying to him?" He asks, raising a brow.

Dread formed in the pit of my stomach,—and it wasn't just the baby kicking my stomach.

"You don't think he'll try to take my baby from me, do you?" I whispered, clutching at my moving stomach.

"No, I don't think he would go that far, but there is a chance his parents will get involved… not that that is a bad thing, necessarily." He said, patting my arm.

I looked down at my protruding stomach, rubbing it lightly, as my eyes began to swim.

"Look, Edward isn't a bad guy. He's just slightly dense when it comes to showing emotion and feeling it, in some circumstances." Jasper explained, plainly, "But that doesn't mean he doesn't feel anything. He may need a good kick in the balls, and you may be just the person to give it to him." He said, giving me an encouraging smile before looking down at his watch.

I laughed at him, before looking down at my watch. "When was Alice getting the next dose of the medicine?" I asked.

"In a few minutes. We should go check on her. She was asleep when I came out here, she might wake up soon." He said as he helped me to my feet before gesturing for me to follow him.

I followed him through the soft pink and white sterile hallway to the fourth door on the right. As we arrived at the room, we found Alice sitting on a large purple yoga ball, bouncing slightly up and down, while she held onto a rail. Her normal short spikey do was on small pigtails, the front slightly matted to her forehead, and she had already been administered the second dose of the induction medicine.

As we stepped deeper into the room, we washed our hands, before heading towards her.

I placed my bag and coat onto the sofa, before walking towards her, and hugging her.

One of the nurses turned to look at me, giving me a cautious look, before smiling in greeting.

"Hey, how are you feeling, Allie?" I asked, after kissing her cheek.

"Oh my God, I feel so tired, and this delivery hasn't even begun…" she groaned, bouncing slightly up and down on the ball, as Jasper leaned down to rub her back. "But I can wait to see her… I want her to get here already…" She said, rubbing her large protruding belly, as she bounced up and down on the large yoga ball.

I gave her an apologetic look, before extending my hand towards her. "Do you feel the contractions yet?" I asked, as her hand tightened slightly and her face pinched in discomfort, before looking up at Jasper in concern.

"A— a little." She stuttered, looking towards Jasper, wide-eyed.

One of the nurses decided to appear, and check the machine, before turning towards us with an excited expression. "Ok, looks like this princess is ready to come out to the world. Why don't we help mommy get settled on the bed?" She asked as Alice groaned.

I moved back as she and Jasper slowly moved Alice towards the bed. Helping her get settled in, right as we heard her hiss, and a small rush of fluid gushed onto the floor.

"Alright, her water just broke. That is alright the doctor is on their way, and I am fully trained in case they don't arrive on time." She said smiling at us like this was normal.

"Jasper…" she groaned, as a contraction hit.

"I am sorry, darlin'. I know it hurts, and I am so sorry." He softly apologized, kissing her forehead.

One of the nurses that was there assisting, looked over at me, before asking if I was alright. I knew if I said anything besides yes, I would be out of there before I could even blink. So, I nodded, smiling tightly before turning to hold Alice's clammy hand, ignoring the small tinge I began to feel on my side.

A few hours later Madison Faithlyn Whitlock entered the world, shining brighter than any star, and looking cuter than a puppy with a ball. Weighing six pounds nine ounces, and eighteen inches long. She looked like her mom, with her matted strawberry blonde curls.

She truly is a perfect little angel.

"She's beautiful," Alice whispered, smiling as she handed her to me.

We all stared down at Maddie, awestruck at how beautiful she is.

So, there it is.

I should probably tell you that I am going to change a few things from the movie itself, as you probably have already noticed.

Anyway, hope you enjoyed the chapter.

Until next time. Stay Safe, and make good choices...
