"How is all this possible?" Al asked.

"It's a glamour." I explained. When he still looked confused, I continued. "An illusion. But it's the best I can do.

"It's still great!" Al hugged her. "Can I eat or sleep?"

"I can give you the illusion you are." I sighed. "But it won't be the same. Are you sure your brother won't be mad at me?"

"Mad?! He'll be thrilled!" Al said. "With your knowledge and magic we can find a way to get my body back! Without hurting anyone to do it!"

"Hurting anyone?" I asked. "Oh yes. The philosopher's stone."

Al nodded, and I kissed him again.

"Most of my knowledge is botanical," I responded. "But I used to run in a pack that found great magics beyond powerful seals and locks. I'll contact them."

Al grinned at me. "You are fascinating."
