NO ONE
Adam and the other Tennos engaged the Corrupted which consists of assorted enemies of different fractions, they fought from the control room they were in out into the hallway. They had a hard time gaining ground as the enemy knew the place very well and were appearing from everywhere. They eight Tennos were getting caught in every angle, they were getting assaulted with bullets, lasers, grenades...everything was being thrown at them by the enemy.
"WE NEED TO GET AN OPENING!" Marie yelled as bullets hit the pillar she was hiding in
"HAROLD CAN YOU USE HARDEN SKIN?!" Anna frantically asked
"I CAN'T I DON'T HAVE ENOUGH ENERGY!" he replied while returning fire at a Corrupted Grineer Lancer
Then out of nowhere a bullet grazes the arm of Jessica, she looks behind her to see three Corrupted Grineer Heavy Gunners. She shot the first heavy gunner in the chest, the gunner fell down but not out of the fight yet, she got up and was about to shoot again but the Nyx user shot her in the face. Luckily the gunner pulled the trigger and killed the other two. Jessica gave a sigh of relief, she managed to save ammo and didn't have to spend another more at the other two.
Adam then told everyone to cover him, as they gave covering fire in all directions he ran to the middle of all the mind controlled units in front of them,
he had managed to save enough energy for a Radial Blind, he used the ability and told everyone to make a mad dash at a door about twenty five meters in front of them. As they ran they didn't shoot any enemy but instead they meleed those who were at their path.
As they managed to go through the door the ran to a room at their left to make a plan.
"Alright, we need to find a way to outsmart them in their own turf, I'm open for any fucking suggestion people." Joe said
"I have enough energy now for Harden Skin, and I can keep it up for thirty minutes." the Rhino user said
"Okay that's good news, what else?" Joe continued to ask
"I could probably use my enhanced hearing to determine if any hostiles are close to our position." Anna replied
"Could you have done that a while ago to warn us?" Adam asked
"Oh, I'm sorry. I wasn't able to do it since it was fucking sudden." the Banshee user retorted
"Oh you wanna fucking start an argument right here, right now?" Adam replied angrily
"Maybe I want to." Anna was now glaring daggers at the Excal user
"Okay that's enough both of you, you two are giving me a head-fucking-ache." Jessica replied while shaking her head
"Alright, before we start punching one another let's go with the two suggestions." Joe said to neutralize the small argument that luckily never erupted
Anna got up and went to the door, she placed her head to the door to listen to enemy movement. When she didn't hear any she motioned for all to go out. When they got out of the room they carefully walked towards an open area once they got to the middle of the room Anna stopped, causing everyone to do the same.
She looked in all directions and hear a lot of footsteps, she motioned for them to go to the right where there was little noise. Once they started to gain more ground, Anna had to stop again since she heard a sound that was faint but it was different. It didn't sound like footsteps or those mind controlled enemies. She cautiously walked to the source of the sound.
They ended up in a pretty large room with multiple levels and pathways, then Anna told everyone to get ready as she heard running noises approaching their location. Once the enemy entered the room the Tennos opened fired and managed to get a lot of kills. The mind controlled enemies were swarming to the location of the eight operatives, things were getting grim for all of them.
Out of all of them Anna was the mostly stressed out of them all. All the noise around her was too much for her to handle. She was overwhelmed, she couldn't her what her friends were saying, all she could hear was the loud unknown noise. Anna was about to lose it when...
'Do not fear the noise young one, it is nothing.' a mysterious voice said
'Who are you?' Anna asked
'Do not fear me child, just follow my voice.' it said
'O-okay.' the Banshee user replied
The mind controlled enemies all suddenly stopped their attack, the Tennos were wondering what happened, until Maria noticed the Banshee user casually walking away from them and the enemies were not shooting at her as she walked passed them. All the Corrupted units moved aside to let Anna walk without stopping. She was walking to a door with what appears to be the logo of the Banshee user.
They were about to follow but the enemies blocked their path until one of them a Corrupted Bombard casually walked up to them and he spoke
"So, that is your business in this sacred of places." the Corrupt Bombard said
"Th-they can talk?!" Jessica was surprised
"Yes we can." the Bombard answered
"Uhm, what's happening to our friend..." the Mag user asked shyly "...why did she just walk into that room?"
"She is being tested, tested if she is worthy to acquire her ancestors power." the Bombard said
"Tested? Ancestors power? I'm slowly getting confused." Harold said
"You see this place is a proving ground for any Tennos who've come to see if they are worthy."
"Uh, if I may ask but why did you all attack us? Also why did you just suddenly started talking." Adam asked while looking at all the Corrupted walking around as if a battle never happened
"The tower has alerted us of unknown individuals, we have been guarding this tower for a long time now. The tower also informed us that the unknown beings were armed. If you all entered unarmed the tower might have deactivated all traps and kept us all in deep sleep..." the Bombard then looked around "...we are not like the other Corrupts in different towers, they were ordered to never speak to others, just to themselves. Us on the other hand were given freedom if awakened."
"Is that so?" Joe said
"Yes."
"So what will happen to those that we've killed a while back?" Marie asked
"They..." the Bombard paused for a moment then nodded his head "...sorry for the pause, the tower told me that it will allow you to know, we if killed are to be brought to a "repair" room. In there those who have fallen are given void energy to be revived."
"WHAT?!" all of them yelled at the same time
"I, basically am not my old form anymore, I am just a vessel with void energy flowing through me." the Bombard said while opening his chest armor to show them a swirling energy where his heart should be
"Um, how many times have you...died?" Shelia asked
"Four hundred times." he replied calmly
"Oh my..." the Trinity user was taken back by what the Corrupted Bombard just said
"I wonder what's happening to our friend in there." Marie said
"Who knows, we only know that they are being tested in there. We are forbidden to enter those kinds of room, only the Warframe user who is the same as the symbol in the door may enter..." the Bombard said finally looking at the room where Anna is "...rarely does a Warframe user come out of those rooms with their ancestors power."
BANSHEE
As I walked through the door it slowly closed behind me, as I continued to follow the voice in my head.
'Just follow my voice child.' it said
'Who are you, if I may ask.' I was having second thoughts about the voice
'You'll see young one. Just keep walking towards the center.'
As I arrived in the center of the room there were different paintings of an unknown Warframe, some were showing the Warframe in battle, while the rest were showing it to be relaxing.
"Welcome young Banshee." the voice said but this time not in my head
"Where are you?" I asked looking around the room and I could hear whispering around me, it started barely audible but it was slowly getting loud
"Calm your raging mind child, do not let the voices control you. You control the voices" it said
I tried to cancel out the whispering with my mind but it was not working, it was now as if someone was shouting in my ears directly. I was about to give up but something in me is not willing to give up that easily.
"I WON'T GIVE UP!" I yelled with all my might
The voices suddenly stopped, I knelt down, a bit exhausted. I looked around to see if someone was there, but no one was in sight.
"Why do you fight in the Banshee Warframe?" the voice asked
"I liked it..." I answered quickly
"That's not the reason young one, there's a deeper reason. It's okay young one. Let the emotions run free, no one will know." it said
I hesitated for a moment, what was I going to say? I...I didn't want anyone to know my true reason but then again, the voice didn't sound like it had another motive, so I trusted the voice
"I-I chose the Banshee because, because it...it feels like my personality came to life...I may be fine surrounded by people. Truth is I'm scared to be around them, I wish all the time to be alone. I-I'm... not fit to be a leader...I just want to be left alone to die." I said with my eyes closing in the last few words
I kept my eyes close trying to hold the tears in but I just wanted to let it out. Then I felt a hand being placed on my shoulder, I look up and there standing in front of me is a Warframe that looks like the ones in the painting, I realized that the Warframe was a she, her helmet had one large horn in the front of her helmet that was adorned in gold, the back part had four ends with blue glowing "wires". Her armor almost looks like mine but the difference is that the front part is far from what the regular Banshee armor looks like, she had a pair of shoulder armor with the left being white, gold and had a horn that splits into two near the tip. She looks like she just came from an orchestra being the conductor.
"Being a Banshee doesn't mean that you must isolate yourself from everyone young one, being a Banshee means that no matter how loud the place is you can control the noise, do not be afraid to signal others to do exactly as you signal them to do..." she said to me in a calm manner and I felt tears forming in my eyes "...you are the conductor, others look unto you to do their part, do not say you are not fit to be a leader of your squad, having you as the leader of your squad is the right thing. You are perfect for the position." as she said the last few words I felt the tears streaming down my face.
"I-I...think I'm not worth it..." I said while removing my helmet to wipe the tears away with my hands
"You have just proven yourself to me young one, with your true reason of being a Banshee user. Again you have proven yourself to me, my descendant..." she gently hug me while comforting me "...shh, there there, I know you will do good my descendant."
I hugged her after she hugged me and I clung on to her as if my life depended on it
After a while I stopped sobbing and my ancestor distant herself from me a bit, using her left hand she drew a symbol of the Banshee "I bless you young one with my power and strength." the symbol she made went to me, it imprinted itself on my left chest where my heart is located.
"Woah..." I whispered to myself
"Make me proud my descendant, you have great friends awaiting you. Remember what I said..." I watched as she slowly started to dematerialize "...you are perfect as the leader of your squad. Farewell my descendant, we shall meet again one day." with that I watched as my ancestor finally disappeared. I placed my helmet back and turned around, looking at the door where I know my friends are waiting for me.
Before I walked out I looked behind me one last time to look at the paintings of my ancestor with a smile on my face.
"Thank you, for the encouraging words my dear ancestor." with that I went out.
RHINO
I watched as the others were waiting for Anna to come out of that room, I was starting to get an uneasy feeling as if I'm getting weak, not mentally but physically. Then the door where Anna went through opened. I watched as she casually walked out of the room, I also felt that she was stronger than before.
"H-hey there, so what happened inside?" I asked out of curiosity
"I've manage to acquire my prime power..." she then points to a symbol in her left chest "...but I've not yet able to transform." she said with happiness
"Wow, that's good to know." Adam said giving the Banshee user a friendly pat on the back
I watched them being happy and all, but for some reason I continued to feel weak...I think I'm getting tired. Just then the Corrupted all started to run in one direction screaming what sounded like their battle cry.
"H-hey what's going on?" Jessica said seeing all of the Corrupted running
"We have a problem..." the Corrupt Bombard said
"What problem?" Anna asks while cocking her sniper rifle
"We have an Infested problem." with that we all...well them started running to the Infestation that somehow appeared in the place
I was falling behind, my strength continued to dwindle as I was feeling fatigue catching up to me. I kept running but then I just collapsed on the ground,
I tried to call out to them but they all kept running, they didn't seem to notice that I was left behind. Then I felt a presence nearby which was something that wasn't normal.
I crawled to the location of whatever I felt, by now I had to take really deep breaths to help me move. I then saw a door, the thing was in there, problem is I didn't have the strength anymore to keep crawling, I wanted to just give up.
'Don't give up.' a voice said
'Huh, who's there?' I said in my head
'Keep crawling to the room.' it said
'Easy for you to say...' I replied feeling annoyed
'Just follow.'
I did as the voice told me and surprisingly I made it inside the room. I saw the walls were lined with weapons of different kinds that were unfamiliar to me. I kept crawling but after a while I was feeling as if I want to sleep, I was so tired. I think I want to take a quick nap where I'm currently am...
"Why'd you choose the Rhino Warframe?" a voice said and I looked up to see a blurry figure about ten meters away from me
"I...like the feeling of being strong?" I said unsure with my answer
"If so, then why are you down on the ground?" it asked
"I don't know, I felt weak all of a sudden."
"Then probably you are not worthy of the Rhino Warframe." it said
"NO!" I yelled while forcing my head to face the figure "I...I..." I ran out of what to say, to be honest why did I choose the Rhino Warframe
"Are you having second thoughts on why you picked that Warframe?" it said with a...worried tone?
"Actually, I am..." I said in a defeated tone
"Again, why did you choose that Warframe? There are other Warframe for you to pick from, so why that Warframe?"
I guess it was right I did have a lot of Warframes to choose from...why did I choose this one specific Warframe? I was having problems on what to say, I don't want to say what I really want to say...whatever that is but then again, I think I should.
"I...I chose this Warframe because..." I suddenly felt tears forming "...I'm weak, and immature..." I was now starting to cry "...you're probably right I'm not worthy of this Warframe...I should just be removed from this Warframe and just let myself die." by now I was crying, not caring about the figure in the room
"You are not weak..." it said and I heard it walking towards me "...admitting what your true reason is, what makes you strong. You are not immature..."
it said and was a few feet away from me and I realized that "it" was a "he" "...what you said was that of a mature person."
"No I'm not mature, I'm loud, I'm careless, I'm nothing but trouble for my squad leader...I'm not fucking worthy of anything in this fucking universe or anywhere at all." I was still crying but for some reason I was feeling like some of the pressure in my chest was removed
"I don't see a young immature child in front of me, I see a Rhino user who is strong, not physically but mentally. Now get up."
"I can't, I'm weak." I said still believing I'm not worthy
"Stand up, what your feeling is not physical but mental."
"I should just let myself di-"
"And what about your squad mates? What about the other squad...your friends, as we're talking here, they're out there fighting the abominations."
Suddenly a screen appeared in between us and it showed my friends fighting the infestation, I watched as Adam was accurately shooting Chargers in the head thus killing them instantly. Then I saw Sheila perched on a pillar shooting the infested, guarding our friends who where busy killing random infested units, she was then caught by an Ancient Toxic who pulled her violently down to the ground. I watched as the Trinity user smashed on top of a table and breaking it in to two. She gave a bloodcurdling scream as she hit the table, the Ancient was not through with her as it was dragging her towards it with it's claws ready to slice her. I was about to scream when Joe came to her rescue, he tackled the Ancient Toxic not stopping until he impaled it on a broken pillar where the metal bars were exposed.
I watched as Joe backed up to see five metal bars protruding from it's chest, he equipped his primary weapon and shot it in the head until It went silent. Shelia was helped out by two Corrupt units and brought her to a safe area where injured Corrupt units were groaning in pain, while some were screaming, I saw some of them were missing limbs and some were lying motionless, some were even missing either their head or their lower half.
Jessica on the other hand was using chaos to make some breathing room for everyone.
"FALL BACK EVERYONE GET TO THE SAFE ZONE!" Anna yelled while her and some Corrupt units were covering our retreating friends and the other Corrupt units.
Suddenly the youngest of us all Maria tripped and fell to the ground, the others didn't notice her and I watched as they locked the doors and destroyed the control console
"YOU IDIOTS!" I yelled as I struggled to get up but to avail
I watched as Maria used her abilities to distance the Infestation away from her. Then a crawler managed to claw her right leg as she used pull on a group of Infested (which the crawler was in), she cried out in pain and she limped to a ventilation system. The Mag user destroyed the grate and she limped inside of it. She went to the far end and sat on the ground, she then aimed her gun at the opening shooting those trying to get inside.
"I got to help her..." I then forced myself to get up but I was still feeling weak
"Get up, your friend is in grave danger. Get up and save her." he said
"I'm trying over here..." I said through gritted teeth
"Stop dwelling on what you have said about you, everyone has their own weakness, but don't let it take control of you. There's more to life than those negative things about you." I started to listen to the figure and did what he said I tried to stop thinking of my weakness
"Yes you may have those weaknesses, they make you who you are but there's also things that give you strength, the positive things in life." I then thought of times when I wasn't an immature piece of shit. I then had flashbacks from when Jessica asked me to help her open a jammed pathway inside a Liset to when I dug to get to the surface and using my entire right arm to plug the barrel of a Grineer Tank. I then remembered other positive things I did. As I kept on thinking about the good things I did I felt myself getting stronger, next thing I knew I was standing.
"So now your standing, are you still thinking of those negative things?" he asked
"I am but, it makes me who I am. I am weak physically but emotionally I'm strong. I'd rather die protecting my friends rather than dying knowing I didn't do shit." I said with determination then the figure became clear and I saw he was a Rhino but he was different, his armor is black with gold and he had what appears to be keys on his face mask and other parts.
"You have proven yourself to me my descendant." he said
"So you're...my ancestor?" I stupidly asked
"I am, young one..." he then made a symbol which looked like the head of the Rhino Warframe "...blessed are you with my strength and courage."
The symbol imprinted itself on my right upper arm, I then looked at my ancestor and he removed his helmet to let me see he was smiling.
"Show me what your words are capable of, do not let yourself be consumed by your negative thoughts. Be strong for all." my ancestor said
"I will and I don't have to be strong for majority of the time, I get my strength from those I care for." I said...maturely?
"Then go, save your friends and make me proud." he said and I watched him disintegrate
"I will...I will." I said as he was completely gone, I then ran out of the room towards Maria.
NO ONE
Maria was conserving her ammo by singling out each Infested enemy that tried to get her. She was using a Latron, and she's carefully shooting every enemy on the head to kill them instantly. So far the entrance is slowly getting "clogged" with the bodies of different infested units. For now Maria was safe, she double checks her ammo and curses when she saw that she only had three magazines left for her primary, and two for her secondary.
"Mag to Banshee, you there?" Maria says in the coms but only gets static as a reply
"Mag to Banshee, come in Anna!" still the same
'What the fuck is going on...' she removes her helmet to realize her coms is damaged '...just fucking great...hope someone realizes I'm missing...'
Meanwhile...
"WHERE THE FUCK IS MARIA AND HAROLD?!" Jessica was yelling at her friends and to some random Corrupt
"I don't know where they are...I tried the coms but they're not responding." Anna said worried for her two squad mates
"WE GOT TO GET THE HELL OUT OF HERE AND FIND THOSE TWO!" Jessica walks up to the control console to remember it was destroyed
"We need to get this door open, you have any tools in this place?" Joe asks the Corrupt Bombard next to him
"We might have..." he then turn around "...follow me." the Corrupt Bombard motioned for Joe and two Corrupt Crewmen to follow him
As the four go to check for any tools, the others were facing the door jut hoping that the other two who are in enemy territory be safe.
Harold casually walked to where Maria is, every now and then he's encounter a wandering infested and he would kill it with his hands or with his melee,
as he ripped the head of a Charger, Harold threw it towards an Ancient Healer who roared in anger after getting hit on the head. As it was about to reel in Harold it found the Rhino users entire right arm go through it's body.
As it screams it attracts other Infestations in the area. A Boiler then appeared and Harold used the Ancient Healer as a makeshift melee weapon. He was successful in hitting the Boiler with the Ancient
"I'll hit a motherfucker with another motherfucker!" the Rhino user said while swinging the Ancient at any Infested that got near him
After a while Harold discarded the dead Ancient, and he walked towards the area where Maria is. With Maria she's aiming her gun at the pile of bodies since she saw movement. Without warning a grappling hook snagged Maria in the left leg, she held on to a pipe on the wall as she is being reeled in.
"GET OFF OF ME!" Maria yells
Harold was still casually walking and still ripping Infested enemies apart. Joe along with the Corrupt Bombard and Crewmen came back with a large power saw.
"OUTTA THE WAY!" Joe yells as he places the blade in the gap between the two doors.
He turns it on but realized that the blade won't spin, he checks the power level to see it was depleted.
"FUCK!" Joe yelled in frustration
"It's out of power?!" Marie says
"Please tell me you have a power cell for this..." Joe says
"We might have one but it's a little farther than where we got that saw." the Corrupt Bombard said
"Let's go then." Joe says while running with the Corrupt Bombard not failing to catch up
Maria was still hanging on for dear life, but the pipe was slowly breaking and the tug on her leg was getting stronger. A strong tug made her loose her grip in one hand, the pipe was slowly bending, facing the direction of the Mag user. Meanwhile Joe and the Corrupt Bombard came back with a power cell, they quickly replaced the depleted one.
"HERE WE GO!" Joe yells as the saw came to life and him with the help of Adam and the Corrupt Bombard started to slice the middle of the doors.
Sparks were flying at the three beings but they didn't pay attention to the sparks.
Maria was still hanging on but her arm was slowly slipping, she tried using her abilities but to no avail. Then what she feared would happen, did happen she lost her grip and now was being dragged to her death. Harold finally reached the door separating him from his friend. He walks through it to see a swarm of Infested looking at a Ancient Disruptor who had pulled out a screaming Maria. Harold's eye widen in fear.
The Rhino user yelled and used Harden Skin, he charged through the swarm of Infestation. The Ancient Disruptor succeeded in reeling the screaming Mag user towards it, as Maria screamed and tears flowing from her eyes, she waited for her untimely demise, she didn't even hear the Rhino user yelling while mowing down any Infested that got in his way.
The others managed to slice the door open, Joe dropped the saw and the three beings pried one side of the door open. As it was wide enough,
Jessica saw the Ancient Disruptor's claw raised above it's head, everything slowed down as they watched in horror.
"NOOOOOOOOO!" Marie yelled
"MARIAAAAAA!" Anna screamed to the top of her lungs
Somewhere...
The Lotus was watching everything, as she watched the Ancient about to deliver the fatal attack, she was hoping for a miracle. She had seen many Tenno's die right before her eyes and ever single death brought pain to her heart. She couldn't turn her head away, she had tears flowing already.
"I'm...sorry...my...daughter." she said as she was sobbing
As the claws were a few inches away, a miracle did happen. Maria waited for the quick death but it never came, she slowly opened her eyes to see the Ancient was limp as an all too familiar arm went through it chest. Harold then discarded the dead Ancient to the side, letting the body slide off his arm. When his arm was completely free he knelt down with his right leg and offered his right hand.
Maria took the offer and grabbed Harold's hand, as she was in a sitting position she quickly enveloped Harold in a hug and she was crying her eyes out, Harold in response returned the hug and was comforting the Mag user.
"Shh, there there. It's all right your safe." Harold calmly said
The others were frozen in place while the Corrupts were cleaning out the Infested from the area. Lotus was still crying but it was now that of joy.
"T-thank...you!" Maria said between sobs as she still clung to Harold
"Your welcome, shh, calm down." he said as he waved to the other Tennos
Quickly Shelia ran towards the crying Mag user, the Trinity user removed her helmet, she slid next to Maria and hugged her, she was hugging the Mag user tightly as both of them were crying.
"Are you hurt?" Shelia asks while still crying
"No..." Maria replied
"Thank goodness." the Trinity user said while still not letting go of her dear friend
As the two females continued to not let go of each other Harold walks up to the rest
"Hey guys." he causally says
"Where were you?" Adam asked
"I was being tested..."
"What?!" the four Tenno's in front of the Rhino user said
"Yeah..." he then showed them his insignia
After a few seconds the tower made a loud warning noise.
"WHAT THE FUCKS GOING ON THIS TIME?!" Joe yells to no one
"The tower is warning us of a force entry..." the Corrupt Bombard said
"And who's the idiot that's in here... " Jessica says while pinching the bridge of her nose
"We'll find out, come." the Corrupt Bombard motioned them to follow
When they reached a portal room where the breach was being created it was a medium size crack, all the the Corrupted and Tenno's aimed their weapons at the portal. When it was large it tore open to let those on the other side come through. The first to walk through were Crewmen, Elite Crewmen, some Shield Drones, Corpus Tech and lastly Nef Anyo.
"Oh my, what a beautiful place, we shall be blessed by the void..." Nef Anyo said
"You are not welcomed here, return to your place or suffer the consequence..." the Corrupt Bombared warned
"Oh my, no need for hostilities..." Nef Anyo then spots the Tennos "...oh and they are also with offerings. How wonderful."
"Oh hell no fuck stick." Marie glared at the Corpus con man
"We shall leave then if you give us those eight sacrifices." Nef Anyo bargained
"No deal." Adam said gritting his teeth
"I was not talking to you, I was talking to the voids guards." Nef said
"How, fucked up is this retard in the fucking head?" Harold whispers to Joe
"No idea." Joe whispered back
"So is it a deal?" Nef asks with a malicious smile
"Get. Out. Now." the Bombard threatens
"Oh come on now, let's make a deal." Nef still insisted
"The tower is not pleased with your actions and wants to rid of your false filth." the Corrupt said
"I shall leave when you hand those sacrifices to m-" he stopped as he felt a pain in his left cheek, he puts his left hand over it. He looks to see blood on his palm
"The Corrupt gave their answer now, get the FUCK OUT!" Anna said while smoke was still coming out from the barrel of her gun
"The infestation failed..." he whispers to himself, he then looks at the Corrupt and Tenno's "...I shall take you eight on my own!" he yells
"Get ready..." Adam says
"MY FELLOW BELIEVERS, ATTACK THE NON-BELIEVERS!" Nef Anyo yells and the battle begins

So everybody keeps seeing the easy Leroy Jenkins Easter egg. The other Easter egg I placed is from an old Disney movie which involves extreme sports and a famous Disney character and HIS kid. Also it's the name of the group in one scene from said movie.
