HELLO my wondeful readers it is I Jeremy Scout now then for the one person who said it gets really annoying when I don't finish sentences it's not me it's that when I upload the file to the site it omits some words here and there and it upsets me too don't worry though I'll se what I can do.

Chapter 6:Planning
Remnant, Beacon Academy
As Alpha Nine walked out of Beacon Tower they all decided to try and get familiar with their scrolls.
"Hey Gunny you think we can find a way to transfer some of this information to our helmets? I mean the Aura bars appearing in our HUD would help out and we can get our NAV set up right away without having to run around. Plus calling would be easier if we could do it through the helmet instead of the scrolls, especially in combat." Romeo said.
"You know Romeo, I think that's the first smart thing you've said since we teamed up. Alright then guys once we find JNPR and get to the room, we can find a way to do Romeo's idea." Was Bucks reply, to which Romeo just flipped the bird in response to the first part of it.
It was then that they realized they had no idea what team JNPR looked like. "Somebody call literally anyone from RWBY that isn't Weiss." Buck asked.
"On it." came Dutch's voice.
As the squad waited for Dutch to make the call they all just stood around as they waited for the call to finish.
"So I called Ruby herself and she said she's on her way to take us to them." And so they waited but it wasn't long before they could see Ruby waving at them from the corner so they quickly mad their way over to her.
"Hey guys sorry for making you wait but Dutch said that you guys needed help, good timing by the way, Weiss was going to have me start homework so thanks. Anyways, let's get going so you can meet the rest of our group of friends."
They saw the rest of team RWBY sitting around on a bench in front of what they assumed was the student dorm building with four others nearby chatting with them.
"Oh hey Ruby your ba- Why are there four soldiers behind you?" questioned Jaune nervously as he watched them all walk towards the two teams.
"I had the same question, who are these men?" Pyrrha asked
"Their armor looks really cool with all that black, and their helmets too! And that one with the red stripe looks strong, I wonder if I could beat him in arm wrestling!" Nora said with a mischievous grin on her face as she inspected them.
"Nora, that's not how you're supposed to greet people." Ren told her with a sigh, used to dealing with her antics.
"These are some Atlas soldiers me and my team ran into when we were on that mission in Emerald Forest. Meet Buck, Rookie, Romeo, and Dutch. Ozpin told them that they'd stay here for a while and apparently your team's taking them to their room, Jaune." Ruby explained once all of JNPR had finished makin their remarks.
"Oh well uhh follow me then I guess. I'm the leader, Jaune Arc. The hyper one behind me is Nora and the red haired girl is Pyrrha. The gloomy one is Ren." Jaune spoke to them, introducing his team before they started walking, giving RWBY a quick goodbye.
"Nice to meet you I'm Buck the leader of the quiet one over there is Rookie. The big guy is Dutch and the idiot is Romeo. We were told by Ozpin that your team was to lead us to our rooms." Buck said politely as he reached his hand out to shake Jaune's, who accepted it.
"Ok got it just tell us where it is and we'll take you." Jaune replied.
"My scroll said it's in the staff dorms." Buck said, and with that the lost squad of ODSTs and the huntsmen and huntresses went to their dorms.
The walk to Alpha Nines dorm room was pretty quiet with the only words spoken once the teams went their respective ways upon arriving at the room.
Once inside the team unpacked and came up with a plan. "Alright so first things need to find the captain and Mickey. Anyone see where their pods hit?" Buck asked, looking at his men who just shook their heads.
"Damn. We can't find them today, by the time we get back to the forest it'll be too dark and even though we have night vision I'd rather we get some rest for now. But first, we are going to upload the data on our scrolls to our helmets and do the same with our NAVs. After that we'll just do some quick reading at the library and then come back here and call it a night."
With that the troopers left their rucksacks behind and, with the exception of Rookie, took off their helmets and left for the CCTS tower.
Remnant Beacon CCTS
As the troopers went inside they noticed the room wasn't too packed so they chose four seats next to each other and put their helmets, which they'd been carrying over there (save for Rookie), and hooked them up. Rookie had done it without them noticing and before anyone could see his face he'd already throw on sunglasses and a bandana which he'd pulled from seemingly nowhere.
Disappointed the rest of the team decided to hook up their helmets as well and start looking for a map of the city, academy, and the forest. After some browsing they found an adequate map and quickly downloaded it. They then figured out how to transfer data from their scrolls to their helmets, which they did immediately.
Once done they all put their helmets on and went outside the tower to begin going towards the library using their NAVs and read about the basics of history for a short time and then left, deciding to continue at a later date as they were all tired.
As they walked back to their dorms Buck came up with an idea. "We're gonna need vehicles to move around more efficiently since we can't just walk everywhere in the field. Maybe build a Warthog or Mongoose, but that would take a while."
"We'll need a couple of them since there's six of us counting the captain and Mickey." Dutch told him.
"I'll ask Ozpin about it tomorrow before we head out to the forest." Buck replied, and with that in mind and the hope of getting their friends back, they all got showered and fell asleep looking forward to tomorrow.
AND that's this chapter I kept y'all waitin so long but I had testing and school and I'm still thinkin bout a team name they'll be a six person team so we can be a bit more flexible with the name but for now they'll stick with Alpha Nine. Ain't my best chapter and th next chapter will have action in was just a development chapter and for those of you wondering when this takes place its just before RWBY gets sent out on the mission to Mt Glenn so volume 2 and I will have a Halo enemy come into play four our troopers to deal will fight alongside the White Fang don't worry the Haloverse has a big role to play besides our and Romeo may get a replacement sniper because his current one can't be used against people it's too then don't forget to review your feedback is appreciated it helps me as a writer fix my mistakes and lets you enjoy the story more Now then if you don't mind I have to get started on the next chapter I'll see y'all in the next chapter.
