Hello everyone, it is I Jeremy 'Scout', and while this may come as a surprise to you, I am indeed not dead. I know this story hasn't been updated in a while, and my reasons would really just be excuses at this point. School and finding a job among other things yadda yadda, the usual. I hope you guys have been doing alright considering the current state of the world and what it was like in months past. Stay safe y'all. Anyways there's something you guys should know...
I'm rewriting this story.
I thought to myself and I figured this would be the best course of action. While I was busy with stuff and messing with the story here to fix the grammar I looked at it and knew that this is far from my best work. In fact a lot of it is arguably my worst.
See I made this fic on a whim one night with no plan for where it would go. Not the brightest thing to do, I know. I wrote it just to see what it was like writing fanfiction, it was my first one after all. My writing style has changed and I've improved as a writer over time (least I hope I have). I figured that instead of continuing the story from where it is right now and just letting it continue to be what I consider mediocre at best, I figured I'd rewrite it from the start with a plot already formed in my mind.
That's right! I may not have updated for a while but I've been thinking this over a lot and I've figured out how to make the story better than it currently is for y'all to enjoy. So while I start rewriting it, I hope you guys can be patient with me and wait a little more so I can get it out. I know this isn't the update many of you were hoping for, and I'm sorry for that, I really am. I'm just rewriting it though so I can make it better for you guys is all. I am NOT abandoning it so don't worry too much.
Anyways, I'll probably get started on doing just that. Keep an eye out on my other stories as those should finally start receiving updates soon while I rework this. My PMs are open so go ahead and message me there if you want. I also read all reviews so you can speak there as well.
