Brainy Barker laid down on the surface of the ground, she was fully conscious but was in too much pain to move, but she had to. Parts of the Dog Star's ship was still visible falling down to the ground of the planet. A few piece landed near her nothing hit her. She was too weak to use her telekinesis, so she had to make it out on her own. That is until she was picked up from behind and placed on the back of another Canine. She turned her head to see it was Bathound in his space suit.

The Afghan blushed from the sight of him and his bravery, Ace carried her to a nearby cave system that went deep inside the planet itself, While walking, Ace felt Brainy kept comfortable on his back, digging her nose into his fur and wrapping her paws around his neck. Bathound blushed when he realized what she was doing. He looked back at her to see a smile on her face with her eyes closed. He scoffed and just kept on treading on toward the cave he spotted earlier.

When Krypto had tried to go after Brainy when she was falling, he was hit by a meteorite that was circling the planet, The Giant Bolder hit him and caused the Rock to separate from the Planet Gravitational pull and fly back into the planet. The Superdog landed on the other side of the planet but was total fine due to his superdog durability. He immediately got up and decided to look around for anyone, His first instinct was to find Brainy. He took off flying in a certain direction in hopes of finding her or someone else from the team.

Instead of meeting another Canine, he found a feline, robotic felines in fact. Catbots searching the planet for them, Krypto saw they also had special blaster that he presumed were Kryptonite powered and designed for him. He flew in the opposite direction in hopes of avoiding a fight, when flying he spotted a bright blaze in the distance, curiosity got the better of him as he flew to over to the fire.

While flying it came clear that the flame was the burning wreck of the ship, He had began to look around for anyone, he was hoping to not see a dead body, He saw a small trail of blood leading into a direction, he followed it and saw Mammoth Mutt and Tuskey Husky. The Blue Husky was laying down trying to put pressure on a wound on his back legs, a metal sharp had hit him in chaos while the ship was still falling, Mammoth Mutt was trying to help by wrapping the wound in bandages from a first aid kit she managed to grab from the ship.

"Thank goodness you guys are alright, what about the others?" Krypto asked Landing next to the two.

"We don't know, I saw catbots here as well though" Mammoth Mutt said directing her attention to the superdog.

"I know, I think Mechanikat may be behind this, I'll try find the other" Krypto said as he started to hover back In air and get ready for a search.

"Alright, I will stay with Tuskey Husky and we will search for the rest also" Mammoth Mutt explained while getting a nod of approval from Tuskey Husky. Krypto nodded back and flew off again into a random direction, hoping to find something.

Brainy Barker felt the rough terrain on her back, she started to open her eyes and tried to look around to see where she was, she remembered Bathound carrying her but she didn't see him anywhere. She looked where she was and she was at the entrance of a cave, she presumed Bathound was inside the cave, even though she wouldn't understand why the Dane would leave her there unprotected, she still looked inside.

"Hello?, Bathound?" The Purple Afghan called out inside the cave, her voice echoed back to her and she kept walking through the dark tunnel. As she was walking blindly in the dark, she felt the her paws getting lower, the caver was leading her down until she stepped further and didn't feel her front paws touch the ground, she didn't expect this and she started to fall. Before she could go any further, Brainy felt a tug on her back, pulling her back to safety. A light was visible and it was reveal it was Bathound that had a built in flashlight on his spacesuit. Bathound shined the light where Brainy had stepped to see it was a giant hole in the ground which would have led to her death.

"T-Thank you Bathound" Brainy apologized while stuttering from the thought the one she loves had saved her and looked out for her.

"Don't mention it, I saw you get up and walk into the cave" Bathound replied while looking away from her and hiding his blush. Their attention was taken away however when he heard something coming into the cave, it was large and making robotic sounds with every step. Bathound and Brainy hid behind a few rocks, a purple light was also coming from them. It was Mechanikat's catbots looking for the Dog Stars. 2 of the bots walking in looking around for any trace of the Dog Stars. Bathound silently growled and made his move.

Bathound jumped out from the rock and shoved the catbot into the large hole, turning around he sliced the other with a blade that extended from his space suit. Brainy looked up from the rock and saw Bathound retracting the blade.

"If there's catbots, there are bound to be more" Bathound said.

"Mechanikat, hes probably the one that destroyed the ship" Brainy added while walking over to the dark hound. Ace returned his gaze to the broken catbot and started look at the wiring more.

"I bet if I can some of this tech, I can remotely call out for someone to help us" Bathound stated while already fishing through the wires. Brainy left him to his own while returning back to the entrance of the cave. She looked off in space and closed her eyes, hoping for the rest of her team and friend to be okay.

Krypto was flying over the planet, trying to find someone that wasn't a robot or out to kill him, While looking around he saw a large beam of orange light beam from his right side, he stopped and tried to locate where it came from, when it happened again, he flew to it. Reaching to source, The Superdog had found it was Hotdog fighting off catbots.

"TAKE THAT YOU TIN CANS!" He exclaimed while bursting fire at the catbots, some melt on contact and other got out of the way. Superdog dropped down on one of them and blast others with heat vision. Within a couple minutes the catbots were either destroyed or took off running.

"Thanks for the help Krypto" Hotdog thanked him for his assistance.

"No problem, have you seen any of the others?"

"Yeah, I was with Tail Terrier until I broke off from him to try find you guys, that is until I got jumped by these catbots" Hotdog stated pointing at the catbots and then pointing a south direction where he had last seen Tail Terrier.

"Did you see Brainy?" Krypto asked with a nervous tone.

"No, I haven't seen her" Krypto hung his head down in sorrow, considering the worst may have happened to her, until Hotdog had placed his paw on Krypto's shoulder in an assuring manner.

"Not worry man, we'll find her" Hotdog said before they both took off into the distance to re unite with Tail Terrier.

Inside Mechanikat's ship, He was seen eating out of a can of tuna while Snooky was playing around with a yard ball, they just decided to let the cat bots to the work. Everything was all going to plan, The Dog Star's ship was destroyed and catbots were hunting them down. A number of Catbots had walking in holding a cage that had Paw Pooch inside, It looked like he was beaten and weak.

"Aww yes, Paw Poodle, congrats, you are now my first prisoner" Mechanikat tease to the hound, he gestured with his mechanical paw to the catbots to take him away to the cells.

"Soon Mechanikat, The Dog Stars will be no more" Snooky stated while to his Master.

"Indeed"
