As Alexis is walking through town she sees a girl thrown a pot at Ling's head as he falls on the ground.
"Oh my gosh! Ling are you alright?" Alexis asks as she goes over and helps Ling up.
"Yeah.. I guess that girl doesn't like to laugh or can't understand my humor." Ling says disappointedly.
"Well I'm glad you're alright. Maybe try going to the matchmaker?" Alexis asks curiously.
"I did. Me, Yao, and Chien-Po all did. She said we would never have love matches and didn't have personalities." Ling says sadly as Alexis gives a surprised look.
"That was rude.. That is not true. You guys have great personality and I'm sure there's someone out there for you guys." Alexis says.
"Exactly." Ling says.
"Well maybe it wasn't you weren't specific enough? Tell me what you are looking for. Maybe I can help." Alexis says kindly.
"I just wanted a girl who likes to laugh... and thinks I'm a God." Ling says as he smiles while Alexis looks at him.
"I think the last bit was uh.. well a bit much.. But the laughing part shouldn't be too hard. I don't really know anyone like that but I'm sure you'll find someone." Alexis says
"You know you're right! Forget that dragon lady. The only one who can find girls worthy of me.. is me!" Ling says as Alexis smiles.
"That's the spirit! Well I hope you have better luck than I did." Alexis says as Ling looks at her curiously.
"What? What do you mean?" Ling asks as Alexis gives a slightly sad look.
"Well you boys aren't the only ones who were found matchless. Mulan and I were too but Mulan has Shang unlike me. Who wants a girl like me? But as long as they accept me for who I am I would be happy." Alexis says as she gives a slight smile.
"I can't see why anybody wouldn't want you for you. You're amazing. I mean you're beautiful, strong, smart, brave. Who wouldn't want a girl like that?" Ling asks as Alexis looks at him.
"Every guy in China." Alexis says disappointedly.
"Oh come on now. You can't really think that?" Ling asks concernedly.
"Proof me wrong." Alexis says as she looks at Ling.
"Okay. I will. I'll find someone for you if you'll help me. Deal?" Ling asks as Alexis smiles slightly.
"Sure Ling. Deal." Alexis says kindly before Chien-Po and Yao walk up.
"There you are Ling. We lost you at the noodle place." Yao says as he and Chien-Po notice Alexis.
"Hello Alexis." Chien-Po says.
"Hi Chien-Po, Yao. It's good to see you both." Alexis says as she bows politely.
"Mulan! General Shang!" Chien-Po, Yao, and Ling say in union as Shang and Mulan walk up.
"If you four aren't too busy disturbing the peace I need you to join Mulan and me on a mission." Shang says as he looks at Mulan.
"To save China?" Ling asks happily.
"Naturally." Mulan says as she smiles.
"I'll be leaving behind a few broken hearts but count me in!" Yao says confidently.
"Sign me up!" Ling shouts.
"Me too!" Chien-Po says.
"When do we leave?" Alexis asks.
"Tonight." Shang says.
