Luck
Izuku Midoriya was laying down with his new girlfriend, Ochako Uraraka, who was sound asleep next to him. Midoriya had woken up a few minutes ago and had been staring at his new girlfriend's sleeping face as, according to him, something peaceful like Uraraka's sleeping face would help lull him back to sleep. In actuality, Midoriya just wanted to look at his girlfriend, but that want to look quickly wanted something a bit more physical as he stroked her constantly blushed right cheek.
While he was watching Uraraka smile and mutter in her sleep, Midoriya really thought about how much Uraraka meant to him. In such a short time, Uraraka had given new meaning to a name that he hated so much, gave him more self-confidence in his rising abilities, and was always someone he could talk to without clamming up and stammering…mostly.
Before he could go on, he saw Uraraka start to shift in bed, before raising her head off of her pillow and slightly opened her eyes.
"Uhh…Deku…what're you…up for?" Uraraka mumbled, half-asleep as Midoriya looked at her in surprise before smiling and running his hand through her brown hair.
"Nothing, I was just thinking of how lucky I was to have you in my life," Midoriya said with a smile on his face. Ochako looked up at Midoriya with half-lidded eyes as her lips curled to form a small smile.
"Awww…you're a sweetie," Uraraka mumbled again before yawning. Midoriya took his hand off of her hair, allowing her to cozy herself up back into her pillow, and almost immediately fall back to sleep. Midoriya sighed, thinking that he should get back to sleep too before he leaned in and kissed Uraraka on the forehead before laying his head on his pillow.
"Good night Ochako, I love you," Midoriya mumbled before he, at last, closed his eyelids and drifted off to sleep, with dreams of he and Uraraka's future filling his mind.
